Predmet istraživanja ove doktorske disertacije je optimizacija konstruktivnih parametara energetskih niskofrekventnih prigušnica. Predložen je novi metod proračuna veličine i broja vazdušnih procepa, dat je novi algoritam toka proračuna optimizovanih konstruktivnih parametara prigušnica sa jezgrom. Ova tematika svakako pripada aktuelnoj i značajnoj oblasti elektroenergetike, o čemu svedoče brojne međunarodne publikacije. Poslednjih godina, ova problematika dobija novi zamah usled sve većih zahteva za minijaturizacijom elemenata i sklopova koji predstavljaju sastavni deo elektromotornih pogona i postrojenja. Prigušnice u elektrotehnici imaju veliku primenu u svim sistemima gde su potrebne velike snage i mali gubici. Cilj ove disertacije je konstrukcija prigušnica sa jezgrom, koja u mnogome ima dosta zajedničkog sa transformatorima, tako da se sve optimizacione metode razvijenih za transformatore mogu primeniti u oba slučaja. Optimizacija parametara prigušnica sa jezgrom podrazumeva pronalaženje optimalnih konstruktivnih parametara za poznate vrednosti parametara induktivnosti, struje, radne frekvencije i porasta temperature. U prilog ovome, mnoge primene zahtevaju striktna ograničenja u radnoj frekvenciji i snazi pretvarača, čineći dizajn i konstrukciju prigušnica teškim zadatkom. A new method for calculation of number of air-gaps and number of gaps is proposed, also with new algorithm for construction parameters optimization of power reactors. This t o p i c cert ai n l y belongs t o t h e p o p u l a r and significant field of power engineering, as confirmed by numerous publications. In recent years, this topic has gained attention due to more demanding requirements regarding miniaturization of components and assemblies which are an integral part of electric drives and systems. Reactors in electrical engineering have been used in all systems where needed high power and small losses. Construction of iron-core inductor has a lot of common with transformer construction, so all optimization methods developed for transformers, could be used in both cases. Iron-core inductor design optimization implies that optimal construction parameters should be found for the known values of induction, current, working frequency and temperature increase. In addition to this, many applications require strict limitations and together with requirements in working frequency and converters’ power increasing, make inductors’ design a considerably difficult task. In early designs, the “area product” method had been utilized, wherein the main disadvantage of this method is in the fact that dependence of current and flux densities on the core size are ignored. Later, this method’s was corrected by relating quantitatively the power and flux densities to the core size. Other methods use the iterative procedure that requires the combination o f current and flux densities, which create the smallest losses in the inductor, and certain researchers use the artificial intelligence techniques...

У овој дисертацији су приказане неке нове особине извесних пресликавања контрактивног типа, и дате су примене тих резултата у нелинеарној анализи. Дисертација садржи шест поглавља. Прво поглавље садржи основне особине полу - метричких простора. У њој је дато и једно проширење Борел - Лебегове теореме за ту класу простора. У другом поглављу је доказано једно уопштење теореме о непокретној тачки Ниемитцког. У трећем поглављу је појам мере некомпактности проширен на класу полу – метричких простора. Такође је доказана теорема о фиксним тачкама за кондензујућа пресликавања дефинисана на тој класи простора. Следећа три поглавља садрже нове ставове о заједничким фиксним тачкама Мајр - Келеровог типа, нове резултате о акретивним пресликавањима и нове теореме о заједничким фиксним тачкама за пресликавања дефинисана на вероватносним метричким просторима., The aim of this dissertation is to present new properties of some classes of contractive mappings, and applications of this results to nonlinear analysis. It contain six chapters. The first chapter gives basic properties of semi-metric spaces. New result is extension of Borel - Lebesque theorem to semi metric spaces. The second chapter contain generalization of Niemytzki’s fixed point theorem. In third chapter the notion of measure of non-compactness are extended to class of semimetric spaces. New fixed point theorem for condensing mappings defined on semi-metric spaces is presented. Further three chapters contains new common fixed points theorems of Mair - Keeler type, new results for accretive mappings and new common fixed point results for mappings defined on probabilistic metric spaces.

Ова дисертација је прилог Метричкој теорији фиксне тачке, области која се у последње време интензивно развија. Састоји се из пет поглавља. У првом поглављу доказана је једна позната лема, која се примењује у доказу Banach-овог принципа контракције, исказаног за орбитално комплетне метричке просторе. У другом поглављу доказано је осам теорема које генералишу неке познате резултате о фиксним тачкама у метричким просторима (Boyd-Wоng-ов, Ćirićev, Pant-ов и друге). Неке од тих теорема су модификације познатих, а три су потпуно нове. У трећем поглављу доказане су три теореме које генералишу резултат Немыцкий-а о фиксним тачкама пресликавања у компактним метричким просторима, као и једно уопштење теореме Edelstein-а. Код неких теорема су оригинални доказ и исказане последице. У четвртом поглављу разматрају се b-метрички простори, као уопштења метричких. Већина резултата снабдевена је одговарајућим примерима који показују у чему се ти резултати разликују од већ познатих., This dissertation is the contribution to the Metric fixed point theory, the area that has recently been rapidly developing. It contains five chapters. The first chapter gives the proof of one already known lemma. This lemma is used in the proof of Banach’s theorem for orbital complete metric spaces. The second chapter contains the proofs of eight theorems, which generalize some known results from the theory of fixed points in metric spaces (Boyd-Wong’s, ´ Ciri´c ’ s, Pant’ s, and other). Some of these theorems are modifications of the known ones, while three are completely new. Three theorems are proven in the third chapter. They generalize the result of fixed point of mapping defined in compact metric space given by Nemytzki, as well as one generalization of Edelstein’s theorem. The proofs and stated corollaries of some theorems are original. Chapter four discusses b-metric spaces as a generalization of metric spaces. The generalization of Zamfirescu’s theorem of b-metric spaces is presented as well as some of its applications. A new result concerning weakly almost contractive mappings is also determined. Chapter five contains some new results in cone metric spaces. Two theorems are presented as the analogue of the same theorems in the setting of standard metric spaces. A completely new theorem is established which results in the Banach’s theorem in cone metric spaces whereby the cone does not need to be normal. A generalization of Fisher’s theorem in cone metric spaces over a regular cone is also proven. Almost all results in this dissertation are confirmed by corresponding examples, which explain how these results differ from the already known results. Inicijalna ideja na kojoj je DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) metoda nastala počiva na makroekonomskim analizama efikasnosti i još je prvih godina XX veka okupirala velika imena evropske naučne scene. Razvijajući se od evropskog do američkog kontiinenta, bazirana na proširenju Farelove mere efikasnosti, DEA metoda pruža mogućnost evaluacije performansi skupa istorodnih entiteta (organizacionih ili produkcionih jedinica), odnosno jedinica o kojima se odlučuje (DMU: Decision Making Unit). Definicija DMU je generalna i visoko fleksibilna, što implicira primenu DEA u određivanju performansi različitih entiteta, koji koriste veći broj iste vrste ulaza u realizaciji većeg broja iste vrste izlaza, što pre matematičke formalizacije DEA nije bilo moguće. Efikasnost definiše delotvornost angažovanih resursa u produkciji ostvarenih rezultata, dakle definiše odnos izlaza prema ulazu. Efikasnost DMU, koristeći prethodnu formu koeficijenta, u uslovima više ulaza i izlaza postaje količnik virtuelnog izlaza i virtuelnog ulaza dobijenih agregacijom odgovarajućih realnih ulaza i izlaza. Naknadnom analizom i poređenjem jedinica o kojima se odlučuje treba izvesti zaključke koje jedinice efikasno koriste resurse (ulaze) za pravljenje traženih rezultata (izlaza), a koje to čine manje, Initial idea that produced DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method is based on macroeconomic efficiency analyses and already in the first years of 20th century occupied attention of great names of the European scientific scene. Developing itself from European to the American continent, and based on expanding Farrell's efficiency measure, DEA method enables performance evaluation of congener entities set (organisation or production units), namely decision making units (DMU: Decision Making Unit). DMU definition is general and highly flexible, which implies application of DEA in determining performances of different entities that use larger number of the same inputs in realisation of larger number of the same outputs, and which was not possible before mathematical formalisation of DEA. Efficiency defines efficacy of engaged resources in production of achieved results, therefore it defines correlation of input towards output. By using previous ratio form, in conditions of more inputs and outputs, DMU efficiency becomes correlation of virtual input and virtual output obtained by aggregation of observed inputs and outputs. In order to be possible to calculate this quotient it was necessary to overcome newly arisen problems of scaling input (output) data and determining relative significances - weight coefficients which take part in forming of aggregated input (output). Authors of DEA method are finding solution for newly arisen problems, and for overcoming subjectively, a priori imposed preference of decision maker they propose for each production unit to have freedom in determining weight coefficient values, in order to maximize own efficiency and presenting themselves in the best possible way.

У овој тези je размотрена формулација тродимензионе (3Д) методе коначних елемената (МКЕ) уз употребу Б-сплајн функција и коришћење хексаедарских елемената. При томе су Б-сплајн функције коришћене и за геометријско моделовање и за моделовање електричног поља. Будући да нова формулација омогућава независно геометријско моделовање и моделовање поља, проучене су и формулисане две варијанте методе, и то метода која користи хијерархијске полиномске функције за моделовање поља и метода која користи Б-сплајн функције за моделовање поља. Обе варијанте методе користе Б-сплајн функције за геометријско моделовање. Испитана је и веза између две варијанте методе. Како би 3Д геометријски модели могли да се користе у МКЕ потребно је параметризовање и дискретизовање геометрије. Ова тема је додатно размотрена имајући у виду специфичности моделовања геометрије помоћу Б-сплајн функција. Будући да је најзахтевнији део МКЕ алгоритма попуњавање МКЕ матрица, изведени су изрази за њихово попуњавање и приказани у детаљима. Формулисане методе су примењене на неколико погодних примера који у одређеној мери илуструју реалне инжењерске проблеме као што су нетривијална геометрија, избор функција за апроксимацију поља и слично. При томе су методе упоређене или са аналитичким решењем или са референтним нумеричким решењем. Дат је и пример реалистичне анализе МКЕ конвергенције без употребе референтних решења и модела. На крају су дате смернице за могуће побољшање уведених метода и правци даљег истраживања., This thesis presents a novel three-dimensional (3D) formulation of the finite element method (FEM) which utilizes B-spline functions and hexahedral elements. B-spline functions were used for both geometric modeling and electric field modeling. Since this novel formulation enables independent geometric and field modeling, two variations of the FEM were studied; the first utilizes hierarchical polynomial functions for field modeling and the second utilizes B-spline functions for field modeling. Both variations of the method utilize B-spline functions for geometric modeling. Possible relations between the two variations of the method were also studied in detail. In order to use 3D geometric models as input for the FEM analysis, further efforts to parametrize and discretize the geometry were needed. These topics were discussed in detail having in mind specificities of the B-spline functions when used for geometric modeling. Since FEM matrix assembly is the most demanding task in implementation of the FEM algorithm, detailed analytic expressions for entries in the FEM matrices were given. Formulated methods were illustrated using several suitable examples which resemble difficulties met in real-life engineering problems (non trivial geometry, fieldapproximation choices, etc.). The calculated results were compared either with the analytical solutions, or with the high quality numerical solutions. An example of realistic FEM convergence analysis, which does not use referent solutions and models was also given. Concluding remarks state future research directions and possible improvements of the proposed methods.

Дисертација „Примена робусне редукције реда система у моделовању и управљању реалним објектима у машинству“ је посвећена техникама и методама за редукцију реда линеарних модела, представљених у простору стања, као и условима и ограничењима за њихову примену. Приказан је концепт сингуларних пертурбација и његова примена у редукцији сложености модела система. Размотрене су различите карактеризације линеарних модела великог реда, чије репрезентације моделима у простору стања имају различите временске скале или и мали параметар (имају матрице великих димензија са пуно нула-елемената или са елементима, чији се редови величине веома разликују). Представљени су: сингуларно пертурбовани слабо повезани системи, слабо повезани системи, сингуларно пертурбовани системи, квази сингуларно пертурбовани системи и квази слабо повезани системи. Свака од ових класа представљена је одговарајућим моделом у простору стања неког реалног система. Детаљније је изложен прорачун регулатора за линеаран сингуларно пертурбован систем. Описана је метода балансирања, као и технике за редукцију реда линеарних модела, познате из литературе, које захтевају примену трансформације балансирања: балансирано одсецање, балансирана резидуализација, генералисана балансирана резидуализација, кориговано балансирано одсецање, метода заснована на брзом подсистему уз одбацивање спорог, модификована генералисана балансирана резидуализација, као и реверзна техника резидуализације. Свака од ових техника даје по један модел редукованог реда, полазећи од балансираног модела пуног реда. Технике изложене у овој тези, примењене су на редуковање реда четири модела реалних система. Први је модел бинарне дестилационе колоне са прегревачем и девет подова. Други је модел у простору стања борбене летелице L-1011. Трећи је математички модел каталитички контролисане реакције, из процесне технике. Четврти је математички модел дела електроенергетског система Србије, сачињен од две машине. Изложена је и редукција реда модела нестаб, The dissertation Application of Robust Order Reduction for Modeling and Control of Real Systems in Mechanical Engineering is dealing with techniques and methods of order reduction for linear models in the state space representation, as well as with conditions and limitations of their applicability. Well known concept of singular perturbations is described with its application in reduction of complexity of the system’s model. Different characterizations of large scale linear models are overviewed, having state space representations who exhibit different time scales or small parameter, too. These models have matrices of large dimensions with many zero-elements or elements with different size order, some very large and others very small. The singularly perturbed and weakly coupled systems, the weakly coupled systems, the singularly perturbed systems, the quasy singularly perturbed systems and the quasy weakly coupled systems are listed and represented here. Each class of these is represented with corresponding state space model of one real system. The design of the regulator for the linear singularly perturbed system is described in detail. The balancing method is analyzed, as well as techniques for the order reduction of linear model’s, known from the literature. These require application of the balancing transformation: the balancing truncation, the balancing residualization, the generalized balancing residualization, the corrected balancing truncation, the method based on the fast subsystem with rejection of the slow subsystem, the modified generalized balancing residualization, as well as the reversed residualization technique. Each of these techniques mentioned gives one model of reduced order, starting from the balanced full order model. Techniques represented in this thesis are applied on order reduction of four real system’s models. U radu “Radijaciona otpornost filmova indijum-oksida u stanju izolatora sa Kuperovim parovima” sagledava se ponašanje filmova indijum-oksida u različitim radijacionim sredinama, za različite jone, energije zračenja i fluense, kao i pojava pojedinih radijacionih efekata u filmovima predviđenih teorijskim modelom. Efekti jonizujućeg zračenja analizirani su primenom Monte Karlo simulacije. Kombinovanom teorijskom i numeričkom analizom u radu je prikazano da promene u filmovima indijum-oksida prouzrokovane zračenjem mogu značajno uticati na njihove karakteristike. U uvodnim poglavljima rada navodi se razlog zašto je potrebno da se ispitaju efekti zračenja na savremene elektronske komponente koje pod određenim uslovima prelaze u stanje izolatora. Takođe, definisane su osnovne osobine materije, dielektričnih materijala i izolatora, kao i efekti koji nastaju prolaskom zračenja kroz materijale. U poglavljima koji slede prikazana je struktura izolatora sa Kuperovim parovima sa osvrtom na indijum-oksid filmove i razmotrene su Monte Carlo metode za uzorkovanje slučajnih veličina korišćene za kompjuterske simulacije prolaska zračenja kroz materijale. U sledećem poglavlju prikazani su postignuti rezultati za efekte interakcije zračenja sa tankim filmovima indijum oksida, a sledi poglavlje sa diskusijom dobijenih rezultata. Na samom kraju prodiskutovana je kompatibilnost izolatora sa Kuperovim parovima pri izlaganju zračenju i konstatovano je da su rezultati dobijeni simulacijom i njihova povezanost sa teorijskim očekivanjima u skladu sa prethodno iznesenim razmatranjima, The dissertation "Radiation Hardness of Indium Oxide Films in the Cooper-pair Insulator State" presents a behavior of indium-oxide films in a variety of radiation environments for different ions, energies and fluences of incident radiation, and occurrence of some radiation damages in films predicted by the theoretical model. Radiation effects were analyzed by Monte Carlo simulations. Combined theoretical and numerical analysis in dissertation shows that radiation-induced changes in indium-oxide films could significantly affect their characteristics. Introductory chapters provide the reason why it is necessary to investigate the radiation effects on modern electronic components that under certain conditions convert to insulator state. They also define basic characteristics of the material, dielectric and insulators, as well effects arising due to the transport of the radiation through materials. The next chapters give structure of the Cooper-pair insulator state with emphasis on the indium oxide films and describe the Monte Carlo methods for random sampling used for computer simulation of a particle transport inside materials. The next chapter provides obtained results for the effects of the radiation interaction with thin indium oxide films, followed by the chapter that discusses these results. The final part of the dissertation deals with the compatibility of the insulator with Cooper pairs when exposed to radiation field and concludes that the results from numerical experiments and their correlation with the theoretical expectations are consistent with previously reported observations.

Superprizolatorsko stanje je po prvi put eksperimentalno uoceno pre svega nekoliko godina. Za elektrotehnicke primene, najznacajnija osobina superizolatora je beskonacna elektricna otpornost. Superizolatorsko stanje moguce je shvatiti kao dualno superprovodnom, pri cemu oba opstaju samo do odredenih kriticnih vrednosti ista tri parametra: temperature, primenjenog napona i jacine magnetnog polja. Moguce primene superizolatora su za izolaciju kablova (pogotovo superprovodnih kablova, cija konstrukcija podrazumeva hladenje do niskih temperatura na kojima se održavaju i superprovodno i superizolatorsko stanje), galvanskih elemenata (cime bi gubici usled struja curenja mogli da se svedu na zanemarljiv nivo) i komponenti u tehnologiji integrisanih kola (što bi omogucilo izradu znatno tanjih dielektricnih slojeva). Nakon razmatranja opštih karakteristika izolatorskih materijala i osobina superprovodnog stanja, u radu je dat opis mikroskopskih i makroskopskih karakteristika superizolatorske faze. Detaljno su razmotreni efekti zracenja na materijale, u zavisnosti od vrste zracenja i osobina materijalne sredine kroz koju ono prolazi. Posebna pažnja posvecena je interakciji zracenja sa izolatorskim materijalima, sa naglaskom na radijaciona oštecenja u cvrstim izolatorima. Izloženi su principi Monte Carlo metoda simulacije prolaska zracenja kroz materijal, koje se zasnivaju na numerickoj simulaciji slucajnih velicina na osnovu poznatih raspodela. Prikazani su rezultati numerickih simulacija dejstva zracenja na analizirane superizolatorske filmove, kojim su obuhvaceni gubici energije upadnog zracenja putem jonizacije, fononskog pobudivanja rešetke i izmeštanja atoma materijala. Numericka simulacija sporvedena u radu dovedena je u vezu sa teorijskim modelom superizolatorske faze, uzimajuci u obzir sve specificnosti ovog stanja. Uoceno je da svaki od tri vida deponovanja energije zracenja u superizolatorima dovodi do specificnih promena njegovih fizickih osobina, koje mogu da budu, Superinsulating state was experimentally observed for the first time only a couple of years ago. The most important property of superinsulators, for their use in electrical engineering, is the infinite electrical resistance. The superinsulating state can be viewed as being dual to the superconducting one, with both states subsisting only below certain critical values of the same three parameters: temperature, applied voltage, and magnetic field strength. Possible applications of superinsulators are for cable insulation (especially of superconducting cables that have to be cooled to low temperatures, at which both the superconducting and the superinsulating state can exist), insulation of galvanic elements (for reducing leakage current losses to a negligible level), and insulation of components in integrated circuit technology (which could make dielectric layers even thinner). After surveying general characteristics of insulating materials and the properties of the superconducting state, the dissertation provides a description of microscopic and macroscopic characteristics of the superinsulating phase. A detailed review of radiation effects in materials is included, depending on the type of radiation and the properties of the medium it traverses. Special attention is given to the interaction of radiation with insulating materials, emphasizing radiation damage in solid state insulators. The principles of using Monte Carlo methods for simulating the passage of radiation through matter are represented. Results of numerical simulations of radiation effects in the analyzed superinsulating films are presented. Simulated radiation transport included incident radiation energy losses through ionization, phonon excitation, and atom displacement. The conducted numerical simulation was linked to the theoretical model of the superinsulating phase, taking account of all the specific traits of this state.
