Improving the CO2 selectivity of ethanol oxidation reaction (EOR) is a crucial research topic right now. Rh could effectively break the C C bond of ethanol, nevertheless, pristine Rh still exhibit negligible EOR activity due to the poisoning effect of C1 intermediates. To solve it, here we fabricate modified Rh interfaces with highly-dispersive Bi(OH)3 species as directed by the Langmuir-Hinshelwood Mechanism, the strong interaction between Rh and Bi(OH)3 could provide the so-called electronic effect and bifunctional effect. Thus it facilitates the C C bond cleavage at Rh sites and the electrooxidation of as-generated C1 intermediates even at low overpotentials. Eventually, the optimal Rh-Bi(OH)3 catalysts show an apparent C1 pathway faraday efficiency of 26.2% at 0.67 V vs. RHE, the EOR mass activity of ca. 3500 mA mg−1 Rhand 10-hour-long durability. This work could provide an insightful and promising route in promoting the CO2 selectivity of EOR with high activity and long stability.

With the optimization of the military-civilian integration development strategy since the 18th National Congress, the military-listed companies have once again become the focus of attention from all walks of life. It is of great practical significance to explore the factors and mechanisms that affect their business performance. This paper takes the military enterprises listed in China as the research object, and focuses on the study of the background of the military-civilian integration era. Therefore, the annual data of the enterprises from 2015 to 2017 is selected as a sample to study the influence of ownership structure on business performance by constructing multiple linear regression models. The results show that the degree of shares concentration and the balance of shares are positively correlated with the business performance, while the proportion of state-owned shares and corporate institution shares are negatively correlated with the business performance. Finally, based on the research results, suggestions for improving the operating performance of state-owned military listed companies are given.

Cancer hazards from pesticide residues in food have been much discussed in the past decade. In this study, we showed that dichlorvos and dimethoate affect hemoglobin content and hematocrit value, but had no effect on red blood cell counts and total plasma protein in mice. A 40-mg/kg/day dose of dichlorvos upregulated the expression of p16, Bcl-2 and c-myc genes in mouse gastric tissue. By contrast, expression of the p16, Bcl-2 and c-myc genes induced by low doses (5, 10 and 20 mg/kg/day) of dichlorvos demonstrated no change in the control check group (CK; 200 μl sterile saline perfused group; 0 mg/kg/day). Different doses of dimethoate all upregulated the expression of p16, Bcl-2 and c-myc genes in mouse gastric tissue. The results further demonstrated that mouse gastric tissue, exposed in the long-term to low doses of dichlorvos and dimethoate, has the potential to become cancerous.

To enhance the listed firms' willingness to pay out cash dividend and to improve the level of ratio of cash dividend to net profit, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has enacted six files about cash dividend policy of listed firms from2001 to 2013, which are defined “Semi-mandatory Dividend Policy” by academia‥ The policy does not stipulate the specific ratio of cash dividend to net profit but relates the level of cash dividend policy to listed firms' refinancing qualification, which has triggered controversy during its implementation. The empirical analysis selects the firms listed on the Shanghai or Shenzhen stock exchange before 2012 as samples. The analyzing year interval varies from 2001 to 2014. For building panel data model, design the willingness of paying cash dividend and the ratio of cash dividend to net profit separately as the dependent variable and the policy variable divided by year as the main independent variables with listed firms' characteristics and the industry characteristics as controlling variables.

To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of gemcitabine combined with ifosfamide and anthracycline chemotherapy for recurrent platinum resistant ovarian epithelial cancer.Gemcitabine 800 mg/m(2) (day 1, 8), ifosfamide 1.5 g/m(2) (day 1 - 3), adriamycin 40 mg/m(2) or epirubicin 60 mg/m(2) (day 1) or mitoxantrone 10 mg/m(2) (day 1, 8) were used in recurrent platinum resistant/refractory ovarian cancer patients, the cycle was repeated at interval of 21 to 28 days.A total of 60 patients received 172 cycles combined chemotherapy. There were no one cases complete response, while partial response 22 (37%, 22/60), stable 23 (38%, 23/60) and progression 15 (25%, 15/60) were observed, with clinical benefit rate 75% (45/60). The median time of progression-free survival was 7 months, and the median overall survival time was 20 months. The main side effect was hematologic toxicity with leukopenia rate of 82% (49/60), among which III-IV accounted for 31% (15/49). Digestive reaction was all in I-II, accounted for 42% (25/60).The regimen of gemcitabine combined with ifosfamide and anthracycline is feasible, tolerable and effective in patients with recurrent platinum resistant/refractory epithelial ovarian cancer.
