Se realiza el análisis exergoeconómico a un sistema de refrigeración por compresión de vapor de dos etapas con enfriamiento regenerativo que opera con el refrigerante R134a. Se definen los parámetros de la eficiencia de compresión isoentrópica, potencia frigorífica, temperatura de evaporación y la temperatura ambiente para obtener las propiedades de los estados termodinámicos. Se plantea el análisis exergoeconómico con base en la estructura productiva del ciclo de refrigeración, para la determinación de los costos exergéticos considerando los coeficientes de imputación del residuo (porciones de entropía) para cada equipo. Los resultados muestran que, el mayor costo exergético corresponde a la corriente que sale del compresor de alta presión, 10.2 kW, seguido de la corriente que ingresa a la cámara separadora, 8.89 kW.

Se realiza el análisis exergético-ambiental a un ciclo de refrigeración por compresión de vapor de dos etapas con tanque flash que opera con los refrigerantes R134a, R1234yf y R404A. Para evaluar el desempeño del ciclo de refrigeración, primero se utilizan los parámetros de la eficiencia de compresión isoentrópica, potencia frigorífica, temperatura de evaporación y la temperatura ambiente para obtener las propiedades de los estados termodinámicos. Posteriormente, con las propiedades termodinámicas se determinan parámetros como el flujo másico de refrigerante, la potencia suministrada a los compresores, el flujo de calor en el condensador y en el evaporador y el COP. Con los valores de la entalpía y entropía de los estados termodinámicos, se determinan los flujos de exergía con base en el estado de referencia. Se realizan balances de exergía en los equipos que componen el ciclo termodinámico con el fin de determinar las irreversibilidades.

Methods: We summarise aspects of clinical research in paediatrics stimulated and reinforced by COVID-19 that the Conect4children group recommends regulators, sponsors, and investigators retain for the future, to enhance the efficiency, reduce the cost and burden of medicines and non-interventional studies, and deliver research-equity. Some clusters of children with a multisystem inflammatory syndrome (MIS-C) associated with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection have been reported.
