- Abstract
This article offers an account of the school contents (types and levels of organization) that underlie the curricular orientations issued by the Colombian Ministry of Education for the Natural Sciences area. This study was carried out in the Interinstitutional Doctorate in Education. This research is based on the qualitative approach from an interpretative perspective under the study case methodology. The Curricular Guidelines (Lineamientos Curriculares), the Core Competency Standards (Estándares Básicos de Competencias), and the Basic Learning Rights (Derechos Básicos del Aprendizaje) were examined, and a semi-structured interview was performed with one co-author of each orientation. All the data were examined through content analysis supported by the Atlas.ti software. Different types of conceptual, procedural, and attitudinal school contents stand out as results, and some articulations between said contents and the organization proposals are evidenced, such as the devising of levels of complexity and articulating axes.

- Abstract
The aim of the current work was to obtain in vitro shoots by direct organogenesis from sorghum variety CIAP 2E-95, for the formation of calluses with embryogenic structures. Mature seeds were collected from plants grown under controlled conditions, which were disinfected and were placed in a germination medium with MS salts, myo-inositol 100 mg L-1, 3% sucrose, pH 5.7, phytagel 2.5 g L-1. Different concentrations of 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BAP) and kinetin were studied for shoot multiplication. Using 6 - BAP 0.22 mg L-1 in the multiplication culture medium increased the number of shoots per explant, showing phenolic oxidation. Adding 50 mg L-1 of ascorbic acid to the culture medium resisted phenolic oxidation and the number of sprouts (5.0), height and number of leaves increased significantly. Quality in vitro buds for callus formation were obtained stimulating the thickening by using MS salts, without growth regulators, ascorbic acid 50 mg L-1, phytagel 2.5 g L-1 and pH 5.7 and 40 g L-1 of sucrose. The largest diameter of shoots, height, number of leaves and roots of in vitro plants, was achieved after 21 days of cultured in MS salts with 40 g L-1 sucrose. Calluses formation with embryogenic structures from the central cylinder of curled leaves of the nearest segment to the base of thickened shoots was achieved after 45 days of culture. Segments from the central cylinder of the curled leaves are a safe source for the formation of embryogenic callus., El trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de obtener brotes in vitro vía organogénesis directa en sorgo variedad CIAP 2E-95, para la formación de callos con estructuras embriogénicas.

Casting is one of the most widely used substrates successful tacclimatization. It is obtained from the transformation of organic solid waste using earthworms and produces a final product whose value amply justifies the operation in terms of profitability. This present work was carried out to characterize the casting produced from different organic residues and determine the effect of casting on growth response in vitro plant of yautia sagittifolium Xanthosoma var. Mexico-8, FHIA-21 and Psidium guava EEA- Red Dwarf 18-40, in the acclimatization phase. With the use of different organic residues were characterized by the quality humus in chemical composition of macro and achieved a favorable response to in vitro plant growth in the acclimatization phase. The resulting casting of cattle manure organic waste reached higher values in the variables related to growth in the house of culture but a higher incidence of weeds. The cachaza produced a humus-like quality of cattle manure obtained but with the advantage less weed infestation. By using the worm castings in the development of substrates for acclimatization of these crops were guaranteed high survival rates of plants and achieved excellent results in the growth and quality of the root ball formed by the roots and the substrate.
