Abstract

The article focuses on the study which investigates the efficacy of valproic acid (VPA) on the developmental competence of porcine handmade cloning (HMC) reconstructed embryos from different donor cells. The study used histone deacetylase inhibitors VPA. The results of the study showed that the blastocyst formation rate was 48. 92% and the total blastosphere cellular rate was 80. 33.

The article presents information on a study related to the cloning and function analysis of OCT4 gene 5' regulatory region in buffalo. It informs that in the study, to investigate the expression regulation mechanism 0CT4 gene was cloned and analyzed. It further informs that the transcriptional activity of each fragment was analyzed by producing transgenic embryos.
