SpikoGen® vaccine is a subunit COVID-19 vaccine composed of an insect cell expressed recombinant spike protein extracellular domain formulated with Advax-CpG55.2™ adjuvant. A randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase II clinical trial was conducted in 400 adult subjects who were randomized 3:1 to receive two intramuscular doses three weeks apart of either SpikoGen® vaccine 25 μg or saline placebo, as previously reported. This study reports a post hoc analysis of the trial data to explore potential immune correlates of SpikoGen® vaccine protection. A range of humoral markers collected pre- and post-vaccination, including spike- and RBD-binding IgG and IgA, surrogate (sVNT), and conventional (cVNT) virus neutralization tests were compared between participants who remained infection-free or got infected over three months of follow-up. From 2 weeks after the second vaccine dose, 21 participants were diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection, 13 (4.2%) in the SpikoGen® group and 8 (9%) in the placebo group. Those in the vaccinated group who experienced breakthrough infections had significantly lower sVNT titers (GMT 5.75 μg/mL, 95% CI; 3.72–8.91) two weeks after the second dose (day 35) than those who did not get infected (GMT 21.06 μg/mL, 95% CI; 16.57–26.76). Conversely, those who did not develop SARS-CoV-2 infection during follow-up had significantly higher baseline sVNT, cVNT, spike-binding IgG and IgA, and RBD-binding IgG, consistent with a past SARS-CoV-2 infection. SpikoGen® further reduced the risk of re-infection (OR 0.29) in baseline seropositive (previously infected) as well as baseline seronegative participants. The role of librarians within academic institutions has garnered increasing attention due to their important position in facilitating information access and knowledge dissemination. Therefore, the study focused on librarians’ leadership style as correlate of job performance among academic librarians in southwest Nigeria. Correlation design was used with population of 84 librarians. A stratified random sampling technique was used to select the respondents. Mean score ( ), standard deviation (SD), and regression was used for data analysis. The findings indicate a high prevalence of laissez-faire leadership style, a weak positive correlation between laissez-faire leadership and job performance, a moderate relationship between instructional leadership and job performance, and a weak positive relationship between servant leadership style and job performance. Suggestions include create a supportive work environment that encourages creativity, recognizes employees' achievements, prioritizing styles that promote accountability, increase productivity, and improve communication channels. Implementing motivating methods to encourage personnel and enhance their output, providing regular training, and prioritizing their well-being will lead to increased job satisfaction and organizational productivity in the long term.

Background: The primary objective of this study was to investigate the relative contributions of factors from multiple social-ecological levels in explaining outdoor play changes in childcare centers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: In Alberta, Canada, licensed childcare center directors (n = 160) completed an online questionnaire. For outcomes, changes in the frequency and duration of outdoor play in childcare centers during COVID-19 compared to before COVID-19 were measured. For exposures, center demographic, director, parental, social, environmental, and policy-level factors were measured. Hierarchical regression analyses were conducted separately for winter (December–March) and nonwinter months (April–November). Results: In most instances, factors at each social-ecological level explained a statistically significant amount of unique variance in changes in outdoor play in childcare centers during COVID-19. Full models accounted for more than 26% of the variance in the outcomes. Changes in parental interest in outdoor play was the most consistent correlate of changes in the frequency and duration of outdoor play in both winter and nonwinter months during COVID-19. In terms of changes in the duration of outdoor play, social support from the provincial government, health authority, and licensing, and changes in the number of play areas in licensed outdoor play spaces were also consistent correlates in both winter and nonwinter months during COVID-19. Conclusions: Factors from multiple social-ecological levels uniquely contributed to changes in outdoor play in childcare centers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Background: Hypertension is a major global health concern requiring precise risk assessment. Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) has emerged as a potential biomarker, but its relationship with hypertension severity requires exploration to evaluate its potential as a risk prediction tool. This study aimed to assess the relationship between serum BNP levels and the severity of hypertension in a population of Nigerian patients. Methodology: This was an analytical cross-sectional case-controlled study involving 103 hypertensive patients and 98 controls. Participants were grouped based on World Health Organization (WHO) criteria for diagnosis of Hypertension and the severity of hypertension was categorized based on blood pressure readings. The mean BNP levels were assessed among different hypertension grades, while logistic regression was used to assess the odds of higher severity with elevated BNP. Results: Serum BNP levels were significantly higher in hypertensive individuals (616.5 ± 66.3 pg/mL) compared to controls (501.1 ± 84.6 pg/mL) and varied significantly across different hypertension grades (p = 0.000). A positive correlation was observed between serum BNP and hypertension severity (r = 0.736, p < 0.001). Logistic regression analysis indicated increasing odds of higher severity with elevated BNP from Grade 1 to Grade 3 hypertension. Conclusion: This study established a positive correlation between serum BNP levels and hypertension severity, indicating its potential as a predictive biomarker for risk stratification in hypertensive individuals. IntroductionAutism is characterized by social communication differences and repetitive behaviors, affecting 1%–2% of children. Irritability is a disabling condition affecting 19%–80% of autistic children. While extensive research has focused on interventions to reduce irritability symptoms, the underlying correlates remain poorly understood. To address this, we conducted a scoping review of the literature examining factors contributing to irritability in pediatric autistic populations.MethodsA literature search of Embase, MEDLINE, PubMed, PsycINFO, and Web of Science was conducted in addition to manually retrieved papers from Google Scholar. Studies underwent title and abstract screening by one reviewer and full-text screening by two reviewers; disagreements were resolved through deliberation. The remaining studies underwent data extraction. The review was conducted using the PRISMA-ScR checklist.ResultsThe search yielded 48 studies meeting the inclusion criteria. Correlates of irritability were categorized into eight themes: demographics/environmental, autism features, mental health, language, cognition, and function, neurobiological, physical health, physiological, and multidimensional factors. Findings revealed mixed associations with demographic factors, consistent positive associations with sensory differences and mental health symptoms, and varying associations with cognitive abilities and physical health factors. Neurobiological and physiological correlates were less explored.ConclusionThis review revealed a significant gap in understanding sociodemographic, phenotypic, and neurobiological and physiological correlates of irritability in autism. There was also a significant gap in understanding the multi-dimensional irritability correlates. Positive associations between irritability and sensory differences and mental health symptoms suggest potential avenues for investigation of non-medication interventions.

This study has objectives to discover the significant correlation and influence between reading habits and their reading comprehension successes of students. This study took a quantitative approach, implementing a correlational research method. The research population came from a total of 416 eleventh grade students at SMAN 21 Palembang. The cluster random selection technique was used to choose three classes of 104 students each. The data were gathered through the use of a questionnaire designed to assess reading habits, as well as a test aimed at assessing reading comprehension achievement. The results demonstrated that there was an important relationship between students' reading habits and their reading comprehension achievement, with the r obtained (.321) was being greater than the r-table (.192) and the significant value achieved .001, which was less than .05. Furthermore, the regression analysis result displayed that reading habit significantly contributed to reading comprehension achievement, with the R-square value .118, which stating that students' reading habit contribute 11.8% to their reading comprehension achievement.

Introduction: In the absence of clinical efficacy data, vaccine protective effect can be extrapolated from animals to humans, using an immunological biomarker in humans that correlates with protection in animals, in a statistical approach called immunobridging. Such an immunobridging approach was previously used to infer the likely protective effect of the heterologous two-dose Ad26.ZEBOV, MVA-BN-Filo Ebola vaccine regimen. However, this immunobridging model does not provide information on how the persistence of the vaccine-induced immune response relates to durability of protection in humans. Methods and results: In both humans and non-human primates, vaccine-induced circulating antibody levels appear to be very stable after an initial phase of contraction and are maintained for at least 3.8 years in humans (and at least 1.3 years in non-human primates). Immunological memory was also maintained over this period, as shown by the kinetics and magnitude of the anamnestic response following re-exposure to the Ebola virus glycoprotein antigen via booster vaccination with Ad26.ZEBOV in humans. In non-human primates, immunological memory was also formed as shown by an anamnestic response after high-dose, intramuscular injection with Ebola virus, but was not sufficient for protection against Ebola virus disease at later timepoints due to a decline in circulating antibodies and the fast kinetics of disease in the non-human primates model. Booster vaccination within three days of subsequent Ebola virus challenge in non-human primates resulted in protection from Ebola virus disease, i.e. before the anamnestic response was fully developed. Discussion: Humans infected with Ebola virus may benefit from the anamnestic response to prevent disease progression, as the incubation time is longer and progression of Ebola virus disease is slower as compared to non-human primates. Therefore, the persistence of vaccine-induced immune memory could be considered as a potential correlate of long-term protection against Ebola virus disease in humans, without the need for a booster. The number of COVID-19 infections has increased sharply and quickly after optimizing the COVID-19 response in China. In the context of this population-size infection, college students' psychological response is yet to be understood. A cross-sectional study was designed to investigate anxiety, depression, insomnia, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms among college students from December 31, 2022, to January 7, 2023. The questionnaire included the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire 9 (PHQ-9), Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), Impact of Event Scale (IES-R), and self-designed questionnaire. Of the 22,624 respondents, the self-reported prevalence of anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, and any of the four psychological symptoms appeared as 12.7 %, 25.8 %, 11.6 %, 7.9 %, and 29.7 %, respectively. The self-reported COVID-19 infection rate was 80.2 %. Changes in the place for learning, longer time online, not recovering after infection, a higher proportion of family member infection, insufficient drug reserve, worry about sequela after infection, future studies, or employment contributed to a higher risk of anxiety/depression/insomnia symptoms or PTSD symptoms. Multinomial logistic regression showed that those who spent more extended time on the Internet, recovered after infection, and had insufficient drug reserves were less likely to have PTSD than anxiety/depression/insomnia symptoms. The study was a non-probability sampling survey. Anxiety, depression, insomnia, and PTSD were common psychological symptoms among college students when infection went through a large-scale population. Background: Fatigue in heart failure (HF) is a burdensome symptom with profoundly negative effects on quality of life and an association with worsening prognosis and mortality. Despite its deleterious outcomes, HF-related fatigue remains poorly understood with limited treatment modalities. Objective: The objective of this study was to identify correlates of HF-related fatigue. Methods: A scoping review was completed using the Arksey and O'Malley framework. The theory of unpleasant symptoms was used as a basis for organizing key findings into concepts related to HF-related fatigue. Published, primary studies in English that explored correlates or predictors of fatigue in adult patients with HF were included. Results: The search identified 655 articles, of which 38 were retained. An additional 4 articles were included for final review (N = 42). Nineteen concepts were identified as having a relationship with HF-related fatigue: age, sex, disease severity, inflammation, anemia, volume status, dyspnea, pain, body weight, depression, anxiety, perception of symptoms/health, sleep disturbances, poor social support, poor self-care, polypharmacy, reduced quality of life, risk for hospitalization, and mortality. Concepts were grouped into 4 categories: physiologic, psychologic, situational, and outcome. Conclusions: Heart failure–related fatigue is a complex symptom that has physiologic, psychologic, and situational antecedents that influence the symptom and patient outcomes, all of which should be addressed when developing treatment modalities. Cultural and societal norms, racial disparities, and the co-occurrence of multiple symptoms should also be considered. Millions of people worldwide have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and one of the most common and troublesome symptoms that must be managed is fatigue. While there are existing interventions to address COPD-related fatigue, not all patients experience benefit. A better understanding of the factors associated with COPD-fatigue could elucidate new approaches to address COPD-related fatigue, thereby offering relief to a greater number of patients. The purpose of this review was to identify the physiologic, psychologic, and situational factors associated with COPD-related fatigue. A total of four databases, PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, and Google Scholar, were searched. Those that were peer reviewed, in English, and published between 2000 and 2021, were included in the review. A total of 25 articles were included in this scoping review. The following factors were related to fatigue in COPD: dyspnea, pain, anxiety, depression, and sleep. Fatigue is a debilitating symptom with factors influential to the symptom and outcomes. Research is indicated to explore targeted and personalized interventions addressing the factors related to fatigue to mitigate this widespread symptom. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Emotionalism can develop following a range of neurological disorders; however the aetiology of emotionalism is still unclear. To identify anatomical, neuropsychological and psychological predictors and correlates of emotionalism across neurological disorders: stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. To explore if these predictors and correlates of emotionalism differ across neurological disorders. A comprehensive systematic search was completed of four databases: MEDLINE, CINAHL Complete, PsycINFO and EMBASE. Methodological quality was assessed using the Quality Assessment Tool for Observational Cohort and Cross-Sectional Studies and each study was graded according to the level of evidence using the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network. Fifty papers (participants N = 1922) were included. 25 studies were rated as "Fair," 21 "Good" and 4 "Poor." The review identified predictors and correlates found in several neurological disorder such as bulbar networks, serotonergic pathways, genetics and female gender. Multiple studies across diseases (stroke, MS, ALS) indicate emotionalism is associated with cognitive impairment, especially frontal deficits. Due to the disproportionate number of studies identified across neurological disorders, it is difficult to draw definitive answers. Further research is required across neurological disorders to explore similarities and differences in anatomical, neuropsychological and psychological predictors and correlates. • Infant RibN IgG ≥ 0.428 µg/mL was associated with 90 % risk reduction of GBS disease. • Infant Alp1N IgG ≥ 0.112 µg/mL was associated with 90 % risk reduction of GBS disease. • These protein antibody thresholds are correlates of protection against GBS disease. • Such data could contribute to the pathway of licensure of a maternal GBS vaccine. Vaccine development for Group B Streptococcus (GBS), a common cause of invasive disease in early-infancy and adverse pregnancy outcomes, include exploring widely-expressed GBS surface proteins as vaccine epitopes. We investigated the association between natural infant serum IgG against the RibN and Alp1N domains and risk of invasive GBS disease caused by isolates expressing these proteins. We analyzed maternal and infant serum samples from GBS disease cases and infants born to GBS-colonized women controls. Bayesian modelling was used to calculate the GBS homotypic IgG concentration associated with risk reduction of invasive disease in the infant. PCR-based typing of 85 GBS invasive isolates showed 46 and 24 possessing the gene for Rib and Alp1, respectively. These were matched to 46 and 36 infant controls whose mothers were colonized with GBS expressing Rib and Alp1, respectively. RibN IgG geometric mean concentrations (GMC) were lower in cases than controls among infants (0.01; 95 %CI: 0.01–0.02 vs 0.04; 95 %CI: 0.03–0.06; p < 0.001), no significant difference was found between maternal RibN IgG GMC in cases compared to controls. Alp1N IgG GMC was also lower in infant cases (0.02; 95 %CI: 0.01–0.03) than controls (0.05; 95 %CI: 0.04–0.07; p < 0.001); albeit not so in mothers. An infant IgG threshold ≥ 0.428 and ≥ 0.112 µg/mL was associated with 90 % risk reduction of invasive GBS disease due to Rib and Alp1 expressing strains, respectively. Lower serum RibN and Alp1N IgG GMC were evident in infants with invasive GBS disease compared with controls born to women colonized with GBS expressing the homotypic protein. Objective : This study was conducted to examine the factors associated with stigma in breast cancer women. Methods: PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and two Chinese electronic databases were electronically searched to identify eligible studies that reported the correlates of stigma for patients with breast cancer from inception to July 2022. Two researchers independently performed literature screening, data extraction, and risk of bias assessment. R4.1.1 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: Twenty articles including 4161 patients were included in the systematic review and meta-analysis. Results showed that breast cancer stigma was positively correlated with working status, type of surgery, resignation coping, depression, ambivalence over emotional expression, and delayed help-seeking behavior and negatively correlated with age, education, income, quality of life, social support, confrontation coping, psychological adaptation, self-efficacy, and self-esteem. Descriptive analysis showed that breast cancer stigma was positively correlated with intrusive thoughts, body image, anxiety, and self-perceived burden but negatively correlated with a sense of coherence, personal acceptance of the disease, sleep quality, cancer screening attendance and doctor’s empathy. Conclusion: Many demographic, disease-related, and psychosocial variables are related to breast cancer stigma. We examine how characteristics of adult tobacco users in the U.S. relate to transitions in tobacco product use. Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health (PATH) Study data were analyzed from 12,862 adult current tobacco users who participated in Wave 1 (W1, 2013⁻2014) and Wave 2 (W2, 2014⁻2015). Three types of transitions were examined-(1) adding tobacco product(s); (2) switching to non-cigarette tobacco product(s); and (3) discontinuing all tobacco use-among those currently using: (1) any tobacco product; (2) cigarettes only (i.e., exclusive cigarette); and (3) cigarettes plus another tobacco product(s) (i.e., poly-cigarette). Multinomial logistic regression analyses determined relative risk of type of transition versus no transition as a function of demographic and tobacco use characteristics. Transitions in tobacco product use among adult tobacco users were common overall, but varied among different demographic groups, including by age, sex, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, educational attainment, and poverty level. Further, cigarette smokers with higher dependence scores were more likely to add product(s) and less likely to discontinue tobacco use compared to those with low dependence scores. That high nicotine dependence is a barrier to discontinuing tobacco use adds evidence to support policy to lower nicotine content of cigarettes and to evaluate new products for their potential to reduce cigarette use.

Despite the increasing number of empirical studies that investigated foreign language writing anxiety and its correlates, there is still a lack of quantitative meta-analytic attempt on the effect sizes among these studies. To bridge the gap, this study identified 84 effect sizes from 22 primary studies to metaanalyze the correlations of foreign language writing anxiety and several key high-and low-evidence correlates. For the two high-evidence correlates, moderator analyses were also conducted, which demonstrated that foreign language writing anxiety has a moderate correlation with foreign language writing self-efficacy and foreign language writing performance. The three low-evidence correlates have positively moderate effects of foreign language listening anxiety, foreign language speaking anxiety and foreign language reading anxiety. The aim of this systematic review was to synthesize the literature on the correlates and risk factors of anxiety among adults with ID. Following the PRISMA guidelines, a systematic search of peer-reviewed literature was conducted across six major electronic databases. From an initial screening of 844 records, 13 studies were included for full-text review. Factors associated with anxiety were categorized utilizing the biopsychosocial model. Methodological quality was evaluated. Correlates of anxiety were identified at all levels of the biopsychosocial model, including psychological or psychiatric diagnoses, level of ID, gender, chronic health conditions, stressful life events, and social interactions. Modifiable correlates were discussed as potential targets for designing anxiety interventions for adults with ID. Despite the increased recognition of the mental health needs of individuals with ID in recent years, this review highlighted a dearth of research investigating the risk factors of anxiety among this population. Physical activity (PA) is a primary non-pharmacological treatment option for those living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and spondyloarthritis (SpA). The aim of this systematic literature review was to summarize and present an updated synthesis of the factors associated with PA in the RA and SpA populations. A tailored search of PubMed (inc. Medline), Web of Science, Embase, APA PsycNET, and Scopus was conducted for research published between 2004 and June 2019. Methodological quality was assessed using The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Quality Assessment Tools for Observational Cohort and Cross-sectional Studies, Case–Control Studies, and Controlled Intervention Studies. Forty RA and eleven SpA articles met the inclusion criteria. Methodological quality was generally fair to good, with two RA studies rated as poor. Correlates are discussed in the sociodemographic, physical, psychological, social, and environmental categories. Environmental factors were not measured in any RA study. In individuals living with RA, consistent positive associations were found between PA and high-density lipoprotein, self-efficacy, and motivation. Consistent negative associations were found for functional disability and fatigue. In individuals with SpA, consistent positive associations were found between PA and quality of life, and consistent negative associations with functional disability. Physical and psychological factors are most consistently related with PA parameters in those living with RA and SpA. Many variables were inconsistently studied and showed indeterminant associations. Abstract Background and objectives Disorder-specific forms of Repetitive Negative Thinking (RNT) are associated with multiple diagnostic categories, indicating a transdiagnostic nature. Few studies examined content-independent RNT processes across groups of diagnosed mental disorders. Moreover, theory describes RNT processes as critically involved in the etiology of mental disorders, empirical evidence however is scarce. We first tested the transdiagnostic nature by examining levels of RNT across groups of internalizing and externalizing mental disorders compared to healthy individuals and explored RNT levels in a comorbid disorder-group. Second, we examined whether RNT predicts incident psychopathology. Methods In a sample of German soldiers (n = 425) scheduled for deployment in Afghanistan, we compared RNT levels between diagnosed groups with alcohol use disorders, anxiety disorders and healthy individuals cross-sectionally. Exploratory analyses were conducted comparing a comorbid disorder-group to healthy individuals and to both single-disorder-groups. Longitudinally, we examined the predictive value of pre-deployment RNT levels for incident psychopathology after deployment (n = 167). RNT was measured using the Perseverative Thinking Questionnaire (PTQ), DSM-IV diagnoses were assessed using the standardized Composite International Diagnostic Interview (CIDI). Results Cross-sectional comparisons revealed that soldiers with alcohol use disorders and anxiety disorders showed significantly higher degrees of RNT compared to healthy soldiers. RNT levels in those with comorbid disorders were significantly higher compared to healthy soldiers but also compared to both single-disorder-groups. Longitudinal analyses revealed that higher levels of RNT prior to deployment were associated with a higher risk to have any incidental mental disorder after deployment. This however is only attributable to individuals with a PTQ score above a cut-off of 15. Conclusions Findings provide evidence for RNT as a transdiagnostic correlate and a vulnerability factor for the development of mental disorders.

Aim: Understanding ecological distributions of global biodiversity is stymied by incomplete knowledge of drivers of species rarity. These include trade‐offs among life‐history traits that impact dispersability, competition, reproductive output and speciation and extinction. In this study, we aim to understand potential drivers of rarity in North American lichens. Location and methods: With nearly 5500 species and a third of global species richness, North America is a hotspot for lichen biodiversity. Here, we employ a continental‐scale dataset on North American lichens to test potential drivers of species rarity. For all species, we determined coarse‐scale geographical distribution along with the mode of reproduction, substrate, growth form and photobiont type. Results: Our analyses found that most lichens are rare and known only from one or two ecoregions. Rare species are not equally distributed across ecoregions: the Eastern temperate hardwood forests and wet tropical forests of southern Florida harbour the vast majority of rare species. Wet to seasonally wet ecoregions of western North America are home to most remaining narrowly distributed lichen species. In contrast, northern ecoregions along with drier ecoregions including the Great Plains and deserts harbour primarily widespread species. Lichen rarity is significantly associated with species that live on bark or leaves, those with a Trentepohlia photobiont, those that are small, crustose and live closely appressed to their substrates, and those that reproduce sexually, dispersing only the mycobiont. North American lichens are represented unevenly across trait categories, with 65% of them having a crustose growth form, 73% bearing a Trebouxia or other green algal photobiont, 78% living on bark or rock and 77% reproducing sexually. Main conclusions: Our study, spanning an entire continental‐scale biota, helps to establish a generalized relationship among life‐history traits and rarity in lichens and highlights the significance of biotic interactions in structuring biogeographical distributions. The aim of this paper is to examine the theoretical architecture of semantic atomism and its consequences with respect to natural language. In particular, it looks to explore the notion of possible concepts using the fundamental distinction between simple and complex concepts and expressions in Jerry Fodor's atomism. The distinction is exploited to produce an unusual type of concept referred to as a correlate, which effectively mirrors complex concepts while maintaining a distinct underlying structure. Though harmless in and of themselves, their presence in the context of polymorphemic expressions suggests that atomism harbors a tacit and unintuitive form of polysemy that is problematic in its own right and that leads to other complications, some of which may be demonstrated on the example of communication. These issues are tied to the way atomism is structured, and although they seem to have gone largely unnoticed, they appear to bear negatively on the adequacy of atomism where natural language is concerned. In 2022, mpox virus (MPXV) spread worldwide, causing 99,581 mpox cases in 121 countries. Modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) vaccine use reduced disease in at-risk populations but failed to deliver complete protection. Lag in manufacturing and distribution of MVA resulted in additional MPXV spread, with 12,000 reported cases in 2023 and an additional outbreak in Central Africa of clade I virus. These outbreaks highlight the threat of zoonotic spillover by Orthopoxviruses. mRNA-1769, an mRNA-lipid nanoparticle (LNP) vaccine expressing MPXV surface proteins, was tested in a lethal MPXV primate model. Similar to MVA, mRNA-1769 conferred protection against challenge and further mitigated symptoms and disease duration. This study investigates differences in physical activity between weekdays and weekend days, and its associations with sociodemographic and anthropometric characteristics in the U.S population using the NHANES 2011–2014 data. Physical activity was measured using ActiGraph GT3X+. Raw acceleration data were converted to Monitor-Independent Movement Summary units (MIMS-units) that account for inter-device variability and eliminates non-human movement. The daily MIMS-units were averaged for weekdays and weekend days. Demographic characteristics were self-reported. Height and weight were objectively measured. The sample included 6611 adults aged ≥ 20 years and 3520 children aged between 6 and 19 years. The results show that more MIMS-units were registered on weekdays compared to weekend days for adults (652, 95%CI = 533, 770) and children (889, 95%CI = 702, 1076). Factors associated with physical activity in adults (gender, age, marital status, ethnicity, education level, and weight status) were similar for weekdays and weekend days. In children, physical activity was associated with ethnicity, weight status, and age. The level of differences in physical activity between weekdays and weekend days among adults was larger for men, Hispanic Americans, and those with lower education levels. Differences among children were similar across subgroups, except for those aged 16–19 years who had smaller level of difference compared to those aged 12–15 years. In conclusion, adults and children were more active on weekdays than weekend days. The effects of structured days (i.e., weekdays) on physical activity appeared to be similar across most child subgroups but more heterogeneous for adult subgroups. Interventions increasing physical activity opportunities during weekend days are warranted.

Despite the growing body of research on foreign language reading anxiety, there is still a dearth of comprehensive meta-analysis regarding the effect sizes of these studies. To fill the gap, this study meta-analyzed the overall average correlation between foreign language reading anxiety and its correlates among 9785 participants: two high-evidence correlates (language anxiety and reading performance with 18 to 27 aggregated effect sizes) and two low-evidence correlates (with less than nine aggregated effect sizes: reading self-efficacy and reading strategy). In addition, moderator analyses of target language, age, foreign language proficiency, language distance and test type were also carried out for the high-evidence correlates. The results obtained a moderate correlation of language anxiety and reading performance. The two low-evidence correlates had moderate-to-large and moderate effect sizes, with reading self-efficacy being moderate-to-large and reading strategy being moderate. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью поиска переводческих решений при переводе такого коррелята энциклопедического текста, как категория направленности, не совпадающего по своим лексическим и грамматическим признакам в китайском и русском языках. Сделанные в работе выводы по проработанным теоретическим источникам и анализу перевода категории направленности в энциклопедических текстах могут быть использованы при обучении теории и практике перевода. В работе рассмотрены основные характеристики энциклопедического текста с точки зрения науки о переводе, а также выполнен анализ способов передачи средств категории направленности с китайского на русский язык в выбранных текстах по заявленной тематике.

ObjectiveMental health services have been recognized as an essential part of the comprehensive eye care services, but data regarding the mental health of people living with vision disability (PLwVD) remain very limited. This study examined the epidemiology of major depressive disorder (MDD) among Chinese PLwVD, as well as their perceived needs for and utilization of mental health services.MethodsBy using stratified cluster sampling method, a total of 1,753 PLwVD were successfully recruited from 73 urban communities and 169 rural villages in Wuhan, China, and interviewed with the Mini-international Neuropsychiatric Interview 5.0. Standardized questions were used to measure perceived mental healthcare needs and use of mental health services of PLwVD with MDD.ResultsThe one-month prevalence of MDD was 24.4%. Among the PLwVD with MDD, 26.0% perceived needs for mental healthcare and only 1.2% sought treatment from mental health specialists for their emotional problems. Factors associated with MDD were middle age [vs. young adulthood, odds ratio (OR) = 1.96, P < 0.001], older adulthood (vs. young adulthood, OR = 1.79, P = 0.004), being never-married (vs. married, remarried, and cohabiting, OR = 1.96, P < 0.001), being separated, divorced, and widowed (vs. married, remarried, and cohabiting, OR = 12.30, P < 0.001), a low level of objective social support (vs. high, OR = 1.83, P < 0.001), currently drinking (OR = 1.81, P < 0.001), having childhood-onset eye conditions (OR = 1.89, P = 0.005), and having difficulties in performing daily activities (OR = 2.78, P < 0.001).ConclusionsChinese PLwVD are at high risk for MDD and have a high level of unmet need for mental healthcare. Public strategies are warranted to improve the mental health literacy of PLwVD and make the mental health services available, accessible, and affordable for PLwVD.

Introduction Working conditions can contribute to the development of lifestylerelated diseases among teachers, including obesity and tinnitus. Describing tinnitus in relation to characteristics and comorbidities can help the treatment and prognosis of teachers affected by this symptom. Objective To verify a possible association between tinnitus complaint and body mass index (BMI) in teachers. Methods Cross-sectional study with a sample of teachers who responded to the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and to the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI). The BMI (kg/m2) was calculated based on self-reported body weight (in kilograms) divided by height (in meters squared). Nonparametric statistics were applied adopting a significance level<0.05 Results A total of 83 teachers were assessed, with a mean age 48(9.7 years old; 63.9% (n= 53) were females; 44.6% were eutrophic (n=37), and 16.9% (n=14) were obese. Of the total, 19.3% (n=16) reported tinnitus. No differences were found between the groups and BMI (p>0.05), although there was a significant difference between the Tinnitus and No Tinnitus groups for age (p<0.001). The chi-squared test showed an association between age group and tinnitus (p<0.028); those with tinnitus were in the 49 to 65 years old age group. In addition, there was a moderate correlation between tinnitus parameters (VAS; THI-Functional; THI-Total) and BMI. Conclusion There was a moderate correlation between tinnitus parameters and BMI indicating that, as the BMI increased, so did the impact of tinnitus in the lives of the teachers. This study investigated pedagogical implication of spatial visualization as correlate of students’ achievement in physics. Ex post facto research of the co-relational type with 857 senior secondary school three (S. S. 3) participants comprising of male and female students from both public and private-schools from Kwara State, Nigeria. Four research questions with corresponding hypotheses were raised and answered in this study. Pro forma of physics result of respondents at WASSCE formed the achievement component of the data analysed. Students’ Spatial Visualization Test (SSVT) had reliability index of .78 with 30 minutes duration of administration as the other instrument. Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) were statistical tools employed to analyze data that answered the research hypotheses. Spatial visualization ability is a correlate of students’ achievement in physics in this study. Score levels and gender were found to influence the prediction between spatial visualization ability and physics achievement. Furthermore, school type influenced the prediction between spatial visualization ability and students’ achievement in physics in favour of the private-schools that participated in this study. The pedagogical implication of this pattern is that, students trained in spatial ability own the possibility of better achievement in STEM fields as identified in the literature and this study. Among others, this study recommends that spatial visualization tests should be embedded in the pedagogical approach of physics teaching and learning to foster achievement in physics and STEM-related fields. This paper deals with different types of verbal complementation of the German verb verdienen. It focuses on constructions that have been undergoing a grammaticalization process and thus express deontic modality, as in Sie verdient geliebt zu werden (ʽShe deserves to be lovedʼ) and Sie verdient zu leben (ʽShe deserves to liveʼ) (Diewald, Dekalo & Czicza 2021). These constructions are connected to parallel complementation types with passive and active infinitives containing a correlate es, as in Sie verdient es, geliebt zu werden and Sie verdient es, zu leben, as well as finite clauses with the subordinator dass with and without correlative es, as in Sie verdient, dass sie geliebt wird and Sie verdient es, dass sie geliebt wird. This paper attempts to show a close comparative investigation of these six types of constructions based on their relevant semantic and syntactic properties in terms of clause linkage (Lehmann 1988). We analyze the relevant data retrieved from the DWDS corpus of the 20th century and present an expanded grammaticalization path for verdienen-constructions. The finite complementation with dass is regarded as an example of a separate structural option called "elaboration". The study examined serials management as a correlate of serials utilization in federal university libraries in the South-East geopolitical zone of Nigeria. It was guided by four (4) specific objectives, corresponding research questions were answered and four (4) hypotheses were formulated and tested. Furthermore, four (4) serials management variables, viz; acquisition, organization, location, and binding of cumulated serials were considered. The study adopted a correlational research design. The population of this study was 21,756. A sample of 1,088 respondents was adopted using the multi-stage sampling technique. Two researcher-made questionnaires titled were used for data collection. The researchers, through the help of four (4) research assistants, administered 1,088 copies of the questionnaires to respondents but 1,072 copies were retrieved, giving a retrieval rate of 98.53%. The data collected were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation to answer research questions and linear regression to test the hypotheses at a .05 level of significance. It was found that there is a significant positive low relationship between acquisition of serials and their utilization in federal university libraries in South-East, Nigeria, the significant negative moderate relationship between the organization of serials and their utilization in federal university libraries in South-East, Nigeria, nonsignificant positive high relationship between the location of serials and their utilization in federal university libraries in South-East, Nigeria, and the non-significant positive very low relationship between the binding of cumulated serials and their utilization in federal university libraries in South-East, Nigeria. Based on the findings, it was recommended that university library management and administrators should see to the acquisition of relevant serials and the provision of adequate guides to the location and retrieval of the materials in order to enhance effective use by users, among other things. Nevertheless, the most commonly used tool for identification beyond the forensic laboratories still remains the same i.e. built, complexion, stature, colour of eye, mole, scar mark etc. Hence, the aim of this current study is to establish a relationship between the dimension of foot and stature estimation. The present study was conducted among 200 medical students, out of which 100 were male students and 100 were female students. All the students were between the age group of 20-30 years. The data was analyzed using S.P.S.S (I.B.M version 20, Armonk, NY, U.S.A). The regression analysis showed that there is significant correlation between the foot parameters and stature. Background: Metabolic flexibility is the ability of the body to rapidly switch between fuel sources based on their accessibility and metabolic requirements. High metabolic flexibility is associated with improved health outcomes and a reduced risk of several metabolic disorders. Metabolic flexibility can be improved through lifestyle changes, such as increasing physical activity and eating a balanced macronutrient diet. Lumen is a small handheld device that measures metabolic fuel usage through exhaled carbon dioxide (CO 2 ), which allows individuals to monitor their metabolic flexibility and make lifestyle changes to enhance it., Objective: This retrospective study aims to examine the postprandial CO 2 response to meals logged by Lumen users and its relationship with macronutrient intake and BMI., Methods: We analyzed deidentified data from 2607 Lumen users who logged their meals and measured their exhaled CO 2 before and after those meals between May 1, 2023, and October 18, 2023. A linear mixed model was fitted to test the association between macronutrient consumption, BMI, age, and gender to the postprandial CO 2 response, followed by a 2-way ANOVA., Results: The model demonstrated significant associations (P<.001) between CO 2 response after meals and both BMI and carbohydrate intake (BMI: β=-0.112, 95% CI -0.156 to -0.069; carbohydrates: β=0.046, 95% CI 0.034-0.058). In addition, a 2-way ANOVA revealed that higher carbohydrate intake resulted in a higher CO 2 response compared to low carbohydrate intake (F 2,2569 =24.23; P<.001), and users with high BMI showed modest responses to meals compared with low BMI (F 2,2569 =5.88; P=.003)., Conclusions: In this study, we show that Lumen's CO 2 response is influenced both by macronutrient consumption and BMI. The authors compared physical activity enjoyment, perceived barriers, beliefs, and self-efficacy between adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and typically developing (TD) adolescents. A questionnaire was verbally administered to 35 adolescents with ASD and 60 TD adolescents. Compared with TD adolescents, fewer adolescents with ASD enjoyed team sports (65% vs. 95%, p < .001) and physical education (84% vs. 98%, p = .02). A greater proportion of adolescents with ASD perceived that physical activities were too hard to learn (1 6% vs. 0%, p < .01), and fewer believed that physical activity was a way to make friends (68% vs. 97%, p < .001). Fewer adolescents with ASD preferred to do physical activity in their free time (25% vs. 58%, p < .01). Most adolescents with ASD felt that physical activity is fun (84%), but the proportion was lower than in TD adolescents (98%, p = .03). Aim: We report real-world evidence with regorafenib in previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer from the French cohort of the international, prospective, observational CORRELATE study. Patients & methods: Patients receiving regorafenib according to French health authority approval were included. The primary end point was treatment-emergent adverse events. Overall survival and progression-free survival were secondary end points. Results: Two hundred and forty-two patients (61% male, median age: 66 years) were enrolled. The most common grade ≥3 drug-related treatment-emergent adverse events were hand-foot skin reaction (10.3%), asthenia/fatigue (9.9/1.2%) and hypertension (6.2%). Median overall survival and progression-free survival were 6.8 (95% CI: 6.3-7.6) and 2.8 months (95% CI: 2.6-3.0), respectively. Conclusion: The real-world safety and effectiveness data of regorafenib in metastatic colorectal cancer in France align with findings from Phase III clinical trials and the global CORRELATE population. Objective: The systematic review and meta-analysis was performed to summarize the available evidence and identify the correlates of cancer stigma. Methods: PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, and PsycINFO were electronically searched to identify eligible studies about correlates of stigma for patients with cancer. Two reviewers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. A meta-analysis was performed using the statistical program R. Results: Thirty-one studies involving a total of 7114 patients were included in the systematic review and meta-analysis. The results of the meta-analysis showed that cancer stigma shared positive associations with male gender, symptoms, depression, anxiety, body image loss, self-blame, social constraint, intrusive thoughts, and ambivalence over emotional expression, and negative associations with income, NK cell subsets, QOL, self-esteem, self-efficacy, cancer screening attendance, doctor's empathy, and medical satisfaction. The results of the descriptive analysis indicated that cancer stigma was positively associated with self-perception of aging, anger, internal attributions, stressful life events, self-perceived burden, and sleep dysfunction, while negatively associated with patient-provider communication and sleep quality. Conclusion: Healthcare staff should pay attention to the identified correlates of cancer stigma. The aim of this paper is to clarify what Peirce meant by "correlate" in his early paper "On a New List of Categories." I take up the interpretation of Peirce's concept of the correlate put forward by André De Tienne in his book L'analytique de la représentation chez Peirce , and I offer my own interpretation by pointing out the problems with De Tienne's view. De Tienne detects a certain confusion in Peirce's notion of the correlate in the "New List." The problem is that Peirce seems to be using the term "correlate" in two incompatible senses, namely: (1) that which occasions the introduction of reference to a ground, and (2) the second term of a dyadic or triadic relation. I will argue, however, that these two senses of the term "correlate" are incompatible only on a narrow, psychological reading of Peirce's notion of comparison and that there is no incompatibility if we understand comparison in a broader way. This paper analyses the variation we find in the realization of finite clausal complements in the position of prepositional objects in a set of Germanic languages. The Germanic languages differ with respect to whether prepositions can directly select a clause (North Germanic) or not and instead need a prepositional proform (Continental West Germanic). Within the Continental West Germanic languages, we find further differences with respect to the constituent structures. We propose that German strong vs. weak prepositional proforms (e.g. drauf vs. darauf) differ with respect to their syntax, while this is not the case for the Dutch forms (ervan vs. daarvan). What the Germanic languages under consideration share is that the prepositional element can be covert, except in English. English shows only limited evidence for the presence of P with finite clauses in the position of prepositional objects generally, but only with a selected set of verbs. This investigation is a first step towards a broader study of the nature of clauses in prepositional object positions and the implications for the syntax of clausal complementation.

Background: More than 2 out of 3 children and adolescents in the United States experience trauma by the age of 16 years. Exposure to trauma in early life is linked to a range of negative mental health outcomes throughout the lifespan, particularly co-occurring symptoms of posttraumatic stress (PTS), anxiety, and depression. There has been an increasing uptake of digital mental health interventions (DMHIs) among youths, particularly for anxiety and depression. However, little is known regarding the incidence of trauma exposure and PTS symptoms among youths participating in DMHIs and whether PTS symptoms impact anxiety and depressive symptom treatment response. Moreover, it is unclear whether participation in a DMHI for anxiety and depressive symptoms is associated with secondary effects on PTS symptoms among trauma-exposed youths., Objective: This study aims to use retrospective data from youths participating in a DMHI to (1) characterize rates of trauma, PTS, and comorbid anxiety and depressive symptoms; (2) determine whether trauma exposure and elevated PTS symptoms impact the improvement of comorbid anxiety and depressive symptoms throughout participation in care; and (3) determine whether participation in a non-posttraumatic DMHI is linked to reductions in PTS symptoms., Methods: This study was conducted using retrospective data from members (children ages 6 to 12 years) involved in a pediatric collaborative care DMHI. Participating caregivers reported their children's trauma exposure. PTS, anxiety, and depressive symptom severity were measured monthly using validated assessments., Results: Among eligible participants (n=966), 30.2% (n=292) reported at least 1 traumatic event. Of those with trauma exposure and elevated symptoms of PTS (n=119), 73% (n=87) exhibited elevated anxiety symptoms and 50% (n=59) exhibited elevated depressive symptoms. Compared to children with no trauma, children with elevated PTS symptoms showed smaller reductions per month in anxiety but not depressive symptoms (anxiety: F 2,287 =26.11; P<.001). PTS symptoms also decreased significantly throughout care, with 96% (n=79) of participants showing symptom reductions., Conclusions: This study provides preliminary evidence for the frequency of trauma exposure and comorbid psychiatric symptoms, as well as variations in treatment response between trauma-exposed and nontrauma-exposed youths, among participants in a pediatric collaborative care DMHI. Youths with traumatic experiences may show increased psychiatric comorbidities and slower treatment responses than their peers with no history of trauma. Background Previous studies recruited unrepresentative samples of Chinese patients with cataract and reported a wide range of prevalence of depressive symptoms in this patient population (18.0–89.7%). The present study determined the prevalence and correlates of depressive symptoms among a consecutive sample of Chinese patients with cataract treated in tertiary general hospitals. Methods A total of 339 patients with cataract were consecutively selected from ophthalmology departments of two large general hospitals in Wuhan, China. Depressive symptoms were assessed with the Chinese Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale. Logistic regression was used to identify factors that were associated with depression. Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms was 23.9% (95% CI [19.4–28.4]%) among patients with cataract. The use of overall survival (OS) as the gold standard primary end-point (PEP) in metastatic oncologic randomised controlled trials (RCTs) has declined in favour of progression-free survival (PFS) without a complete understanding of the degree to which PFS reliably predicts for OS. Using ClinicalTrials.gov , we identified 1239 phase III oncologic RCTs, 260 of which were metastatic solid tumour trials with a superiority-design investigating a therapeutic intervention by using either a PFS or OS PEP. Each individual trial was reviewed to quantify RCT design factors and disease-related outcomes. A total of 172,133 patients were enrolled from the year 1999 to 2015 in RCTs that used PFS (56.2%, 146/260) or OS (43.8%, 114/260) as the PEP. PFS trials were more likely to restrict patient eligibility by using molecular criteria (15.1% versus 4.4%, p = 0.005) use targeted therapy (80.1% versus 67.5%, p = 0.048), accrue fewer patients (median 495 versus 619, p = 0.03), and successfully meet the trial PEP (66.9% versus 33.3%, p < 0.0001). On multiple binary logistic regression analysis, factors that predicted for PFS or OS PEP trial success included choice of PFS PEP (p < 0.0001), molecular profile restriction (p = 0.02) and single agent therapy (p = 0.02). Notably, there was only a 38% (31/82) conversion rate of positive PFS-to-OS benefit; lack of industry sponsorship predicted for PFS-to-OS signal conversion (80.0% without industry sponsorship versus 35.1% with industry sponsorship, p = 0.045). A PFS PEP has suboptimal positive predictive value for OS among phase III metastatic solid tumour RCTs. Regulatory agency decisions should be judicious in using PFS results as the primary basis for approval. • Phase III metastatic trial utilization of progression-free (PFS) or overall survival (OS). • PFS primary end-point (PEP) trials more likely to succeed (67%) versus OS PEP (33%). • PEP success associated with molecular profile restriction and single agent therapy. • PFS PEP trials had a subsequent OS benefit 38% of the time. School bullying has received considerable criminological, psychological, educational, and governmental attention. However, much of the attention is focused on bullying in western, Asian, and Scandinavian countries. There appears to be scant, if any, attention paid to this problem on the African continent. Using cross-sectional data from a sample of 1,192 junior secondary school (middle school) students in Nigeria, this study examines the prevalence and correlates of bullying in this sample of secondary school students in Nigeria. Bullying prevalence rate in this sample was 59.9%. The study finds that males were more likely to bully than females, and the most prevalent form of bullying behavior for both genders was making fun of someone. Correlates for bullying perpetration were association with delinquent friends, negative school climate, attending a private school, and ethnicity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract Background This study investigated condom use among female sex workers (FSWs) at hair salons during commercial sexual interactions over 1 month. We explored the associations of such use with various sexual behaviours, HIV/STI risk perception and related knowledge, self-efficacy regarding condom use, exposure to behavioural interventions, and other factors. This type of information has not been reported in China and is critical for designing and modifying programs aimed at preventing HIV/STI transmission in this group of FSWs and their clients. Methods Our data were derived from a large cross-sectional study conducted among low-tier FSWs in 21 counties within Zhejiang province, China. Data were collected from September to November 2013.Bivariable and multiple logistic regression analyses were used to identify factors associated with self-reported consistent condom use among FSWs working at hair salons. Results Of 1682 FSWs working at hair salons, 50.5% consistently used condom with clients during the previous month. Multivariable analysis revealed that condom use for commercial sex, consistent vaginal douching after commercial sex, adopting contraceptive measures, high scores on perceived self-efficacy regarding condom use, and exposure to interventions were associated with self-reported consistent condom use; early initiation of commercial sex, experiences with oral sex, rarely/sometimes/often using oral contraceptives, and having seen a doctor were associated with not using condoms. Conclusions Commercial sex is not effectively protected, and behavioural interventions targeting FSWs should take into account the various factors that are correlated to condom use.

Objective: To estimate the prevalence of depressive symptoms (depression thereafter) and to identify the sociodemographic and clinical correlates of depression in a sample of elderly patients treated in the primary care setting in Wuhan, China.Background: Primary care is an opportune setting for the management of late-life depression in China, but there have been no representative studies on the clinical epidemiology of depression in elderly Chinese primary care patients.Methods: In total, 752 elderly patients (≥ 65 years) were consecutively recruited from 13 primary care centers in Wuhan, China, and interviewed with a standardized questionnaire. Depression was assessed with the 15-item Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-15).Results: Of the elderly Chinese primary care patients, 30.6% had depression (GDS-15 ≥ 5). Correlates of depression were an education level of primary school or less (odds ratio [OR]: 1.94, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.36-2.77, P < .001), poor financial status (OR: 2.19, 95% CI: 1.16-4.15, P = .016), lack of an exercise habit (OR: 1.40, 95% CI: 1.06-1.74, P = .023), 2 or more chronic medical conditions (OR: 1.90, 95% CI: 1.34-2.69, P < .001), and loneliness (OR: 3.53, 95% CI: 2.46-5.08, P < .001).Conclusions: Depression is prevalent among elderly Chinese primary care patients, indicating that elderly patients treated in primary care have a high level of need for mental health services in China. Abstract Background Low level of physical activity (PA) has become an important public health problem even in low-income countries. The objectives of this study were to measure PA levels, determine the prevalence of low PA and identify socio-demographic factors associated with it in Bangladeshi adults. Methods Data from 792 (urban, 395; rural, 397) Bangladeshi adults (25–64 years) were included in this population-based cross-sectional study conducted in 2011. Global Physical Activity Questionnaire version 2 (GPAQ-2) was used to measure PA. The metabolic equivalent task (MET) in minutes per week was calculated to determine total PA. Participants were categorized into low, moderate and high PA groups. Logistic regression was used to assess socio-demographic factors associated with low level of PA. Results Median MET-minute of total PA per week was almost double in the rural area (1720) than the urban area (960). The overall prevalence of low PA was 50.3% (95% CI: 46.8–53.8), urban 59.5% (54.7–64.3) and rural 41.9% (37.0–46.8). Women in general were more inactive (women 63.1% [58.3–67.9], men 39.3% [34.6–44.0]). The main contributions to total PA were from work (urban 40.0%, rural 77.0%) and active commute (57.0%, 21.0%).
