A presente pesquisa reflete acerca das atrizes gordas que atuam na cena teatral na cidade de Porto Alegre. O estudo inicia pelo questionamento sobre a nomenclatura correta para designar as mulheres de corpos fartos: gordas, gordinhas ou gorduchas. Propõe-se demonstrar como é difícil fazer definições precisas quanto aos corpos com relação ao seu peso. Também se apresenta um referencial teórico que discorre sobre os conceitos de potência e insurgente. Ao longo da história, o corpo das mulheres sofreu opressões e regulações específicas, assim como os corpos das gordas e os corpos das mulheres artistas. Identificar isso nos auxilia a entender o padrão de beleza vigente. Para verificar se esse padrão se perpetua no teatro foram assistidos 38 espetáculos e anotadas as características físicas de 72 atrizes. Com caráter qualitativo, três atrizes porto-alegrenses com mais de trinta anos de carreira, sendo uma ex-gorda e duas autodeclaradas gordas, foram entrevistadas. Uma cena em formato de palestra foi realizada pela pesquisadora para questionar a associação da gordura à doença e, após a apresentação, seguiu-se uma roda de conversa composta por atrizes. As transcrições das entrevistas e da conversa coletiva estão entrelaçadas pelos referenciais teóricos. Pôde-se perceber que os pontos que mais se repetiram nos relatos estão relacionados, evidenciando preconceitos e dificuldades que as atrizes gordas ou com soprepeso enfrentam na profissão. Porém, ao mesmo tempo, notou-se que elas atuam com regularidade. A pesquisa busca auxiliar na construção de uma nova perspectiva sobre as atrizes gordas e, consequentemente, sobre todas as pessoas que têm corpos que fogem ao padrão de beleza calcado na magreza, juventude e branquitude. Como forma de adequação da linguagem, o trabalho utiliza o termo corpa ao invés de corpo. This research reflects on the fat actresses who perform in the theatrical scene in the city of Porto Alegre. The study begins by questioning the correct nomenclature to designate women with full bodies: fat, chubby or heavy. It is proposed to demonstrate how difficult it is to make precise definitions of bodies in relation to their weight. It also presents a theoretical framework that discusses the concepts of power and insurgent. Throughout history, women's bodies have suffered specific oppression and regulation, as have the bodies of the fat and the bodies of female artists. Identifying this helps us understand the prevailing beauty standard. To verify if this pattern is perpetuated in the theater, 38 performances were watched and the physical characteristics of 72 actresses were noted. With qualitative character, three Porto Alegre actresses with more than thirty years of career, one ex-fat and two self-declared fat, were interviewed. A scene in a lecture format was performed by the researcher to question the association of fat with illness and, after the presentation, followed by a conversation in the form of a circle composed of actresses. The transcripts of the interviews and the collective conversation are intertwined by the theoretical references. It can be noticed that the most repeated points in the reports are related, showing prejudices and difficulties faced by fat or overweight actresses in the profession. However, at the same time, it was noted that they act regularly. The research seeks to assist in the construction of a new perspective on fat actresses and, consequently, on all people who have bodies that escape the standard of beauty based on thinness, youth, and whiteness. As a form of language adaptation, the work uses the term corpa instead of body.

- Abstract
This work is part of UPC contribution to the CORPA (Cost-Optimised high Performance Active Receive Phase Array antenna for mobile terminals) project of ESA (European Space Agency), The objective of the work presented is to implement a Digital Beamforming (DBF) platform for an antenna array receiver designed for the S-DMB system. Our project deals with the design of antenna arrays from a hardware point of view, in contrast to other theo- retic studies regarding DBF algorithms. Hence, we will study practical aspects of DBF implementation such as signal quantization and required computational resources.
