In an economic environment characterized by rapid changes and significant technological innovations, the printing industry in Romania is undergoing a period of transformation and adaptation. Although traditional, this industry plays a vital role in the national economy by contributing to the production and distribution of cultural and commercial goods. In the face of these transformations, risk management becomes a critical component for ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of firms in this sector. In our study, we will evaluate the economic performance and associated risks of the top 20 companies operating in the Romanian printing industry, registered under the NACE code 1812, selected based on their turnover in 2023. The analysis covers a seven-year period from 2017 to 2023, providing a detailed assessment of the evolution of these companies. This comparison allows for a deep understanding of the sector's dynamics and how different companies manage risks and optimize their financial performance. The study is structured around three main classes of indicators: economic, profitability, and risk. Each class of indicators is analyzed to identify significant trends and variations in company performance, as well as to assess the impact of risk management strategies. Within the analysis of risk and profitability indicators, modern methods and techniques for risk mitigation and profitability enhancement are introduced, aiming to provide practical and innovative solutions for companies in the industry.

Risk management should be seen as a continuous process, which needs to be updated and adjusted according to the changing business environment and organisational context. It is important that organisations approach risk management rigorously and allocate adequate time and resources to this process. The theoretical and methodological approaches summarised in this paper, could enable organisations to identify and classify potential risks and develop appropriate risk management strategies, as well as make informed decisions to mitigate the negative impact of risks and capitalise on opportunities. Risk assessment is part of a continuous risk management process, ensuring that the organisation remains prudent and prepared to meet the challenges of the changing business environment. A number of relevant aspects characterising risk management will be analysed and summarised, as well as risk management principles, tools and strategies. In addition to the theoretical approaches, an important part of the paper is devoted to highlighting the factors influencing risk and profitability and assessing the changes in the structure of these determinants as a result of the economic crisis generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, we also aim to quantify the marginal impact of risks on profitability in order to optimise risk-profit and risk-capital-profitability relationships

The article further discusses the future perspectives of corporate environmental risk management, offering insights into how businesses can navigate the complexities of sustainability in an ever-changing global landscape. By synthesizing current research, case studies, and industry practices, this article contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamic interplay between corporate environmental risk management and ESG integrations, providing valuable implications for policymakers, practitioners, and scholars alike. The process of building information modeling is one of the most effective advances in the construction industry in the last decade, which is developing rapidly around the world. On the other hand, the construction industry of many developing countries is a vital industry and a driver of development, but it is inefficient and underdeveloped. Although building information modeling can have a great impact on the efficiency of this industry, but there are many obstacles in its way and the flow of its application in the construction industry of these countries has slowed down. Identifying these barriers in different fields and considering the local conditions of the construction industry in developing countries has been one of the main objectives of this research. Some of these barriers are rooted in the technical shortcomings of the Beam system, but many also stem from the nature and characteristics of the construction industry and its relationships and functions. In order to successfully implement this advanced and efficient system and enjoy its advantages, these obstacles must be identified and examined according to their origin, and appropriate solutions must be designed to make this process run more quickly. In this research, first BIM technology and the benefits of its implementation are introduced and then the obstacles and problems during the implementation of BIM in some developing countries in this field are investigated and finally, according to the theory of self-efficacy, solutions to eliminate these barriers are presented. The current research was conducted with the topic of investigating the effect of cultural, economic and technological factors on the risk management of construction companies in Iran. This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of this research is: senior managers and engineers of grade 1 construction companies in Iran, of which 120 people were selected as a sample through sampling in available was selected and a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among them and they were asked to rate each item according to its importance from one (lowest) to five (highest). To analyze the data, partial least squares technique was used with the help of SmartPLS software, and the results showed that cultural and economic factors do not affect the risk management of Iran construction companies, but technological factors have an effect on the risk management of Iran construction companies. INDIA IS THE FOURTH BIGGEST TYRE MAKER GLOBALLY AFTER CHINA, EUROPE AND THE UNITED STATES. GROWING DEMAND FOR AUTOMOBILES HAS MADE THE INDIAN TYRE INDUSTRY FUNDAMENTALLY STRONG. EQUITY INVESTORS ARE ALSO INVESTING THEIR MONEY IN THE TYRE SECTOR STOCKS. HOWEVER, MANY SECTORS ARE UNDERPERFORMING DUE TO THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC AND ECONOMIC SLOWDOWN. THIS STUDY USES RATIO ANALYSIS TO EXAMINE THE PERFORMANCE OF TYRE SECTOR COMPANIES IN INDIA. FROM THE ANALYSIS, WE FOUND THAT IN THE YEAR 2020, BECAUSE OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE PERFORMANCE OF MANY COMPANIES HAS AFFECTED, AND THE INDUSTRY'S DEBT INCREASED. DEBT EQUITY RATIOS OF ALL COMPANIES EXCEPT BALAKRISHNA ARE LESS THAN ONE, WHICH IS A GOOD SIGN. THE NET PROFIT AND OPERATING PROFIT RATIO OF BALAKRISHNA COMPANY ARE VERY HIGH COMPARED TO OTHER SELECTED COMPANIES. HOWEVER, THE ASSET TURNOVER AND FIXED ASSET TURNOVER RATIOS OF GOODYEAR COMPANY ARE BETTER THAN ALL OTHER SELECTED COMPANIES. REGARDING WORKING CAPITAL, THE INVENTORY TURNOVER OF RUBFILA AND THE DEBTOR TURNOVER RATIO OF APOLLO COMPANY ARE BETTER THAN OTHER COMPANIES. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
