Any natural or legal person has a heritage, i.e. a set of rights and obligations that are assessable in money or in other words, with economic value. The rights, obligations and goods to which they refer may be considered individually or as a legal universality belonging to a person. The goods are, without any doubt, the basis of the social wealth of any country and any society. The economic relations are mostly the relations about certain goods. Once they have acquired a legal form, they do not change their content, keeping the same object - goods. Therefore, the correct reflection of the place and role of goods in social relations is essential for the efficient management of the country's economy.According to the unanimous opinion of the legislator, theorists and practitioners, goods are one of the main objects of civil law. Thus, this article represents a synthesis that analyzes the notion of goods, as well as their classification and importance in the new regulation of the Republic of Moldova’s Civil Code. This research is also important due to the fact that the new changes are related to some categories of new goods, but also the completion of the existing ones, which were not found in the previous rules, but which were introduced due to the development of new social relations and new categories of goods that have appeared in our society.

Humanity today is facing a series of changes. These changes concern the human habitat in general, cities and urban complexes in particular. The globalization, markets and production methods cause population movements between regions and towards cities, mainly to bigger cities. It is necessary to reconsider internationally the place of cultural heritage and its role in the future of countries and peoples, due to the changes in the political governance, economic development and globalization, the danger of marginalization and the extinction faced by many communities, as well as the gradual erosion of traditional beliefs and convictions. The loss of the valuable patrimonial fund represents a cultural, scientific, economic loss, but, first of all, an identity loss: the disregard of history leads to the dilution of the feeling of belonging to the national community. The lack of a patrimonial conscience of decision-makers and the population must be remedied by a set of complex legislative and operational measures, whose public awareness component is essential. Thus, in order to outline policies, programs and projects in the field of cultural heritage, which would consolidate the territorial development of our country, this study aims to make a diagnosis of the international regulatory framework in terms of both its historical evolution (because it will allow us to better understand its origins and further evolution), as well as the strengths and gaps that exist at this time. However, the state institutions and organizations responsible for the protection, conservation and improvement of cultural heritage must develop their skills, tools, attitudes and, in many cases, their role in the process of creating and implementing regulations in this field, taking into account the international and national legislation.

This article deals with one of the forms of legal liability specific for labour law - the disciplinary liability. Disciplinary liability can be hired only if all constitutive elements of misbehavior are met, the absence of any of them makes the misbehavior and as the consequent the disciplinary liability can not exist. However, there are situations, when the act seems to meet the features of disciplinary liability, but some specific circumstances existing at the time of its commission, lead to the conclusion that in reality, the behaviour of the author is not illegal, anticipating that they are not culpable and author must be exonerated from disciplinary liability. The article substantiates the relevance and significance of development of cases on exemption from disciplinary liability in the Republic of Moldova, by analysing some problems of the instruction and formulating solutions to adopt the provisions on exoneration from disciplinary liability, considering that labour law is intended to protect the labour rights of the weakest protected part of labour relations - the employee.

The most common legal facts that serve as a basis for the establishment of civil rights and obligations are civil legal acts.The civil legal act represents the most important source of civil rights and obligations, constituting a legal basis through which the person manifests his free consent in the sense of exercising his exercise capacity and in strict accordance with legal norms.The normative framework regulating the institution of the civil legal act is the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova in Title III Legal act and representation, Chapter I General provisions on the legal act, art.308-361, and the definition of civil legal act is expressly provided in art.308 of The Civil Code being"the manifestation by individuals and legal persons of the will aimed at the birth, modification or extinction of the civil legal relations". In order for the legal act to be validly concluded, it must comply with certain requirements established by law or by the parties, called validity conditions. These conditions allow the formation and manifestation of the legal will of parties. This article identifies the conditions of validity of the civil legal act, according to the new civil regulations, submits them to comparative analysis, but also establishes its own conclusions.

The article deals with the topic of work regulations for people under the age of 18 - a vulnerable category of workers that requires a special protection regime. The International Labor Organization and the European Union have adopted a number of rules - conventions, recommendations, directives, being aimed at protecting young people at work. As a consequence, in order to harmonize internal legislation to the international one, the local legislator has adopted a number of regulations. The subject is being investigating from the theoretical perspective, the legal protection regulations for young people at work in order to discover new ideas and to propose new approaches that will prove to be useful and necessary in practice. At the same time it was highlighted the impact of the theoretical and practical aspects on the evolution of the domestic legal system legislative framework and its relation to the European Union.

Known since ancient times, the legal regime of the right of preemption has undergone a surprising evolution. This right will be recognized among the institutions that enjoy a general legislative consecration and the modernized Civil Code. Thus, the legal provisions regarding the institution of the right of preemption have been essentially reformed, taking into account the deficiencies found in the special legislation, or at the current stage, we encounter different species of the right of preemption in the most varied fields, such as cultural, commercial, privatization, intellectual property, etc. In this regard, we set out to analyze the right of preemption in the cultural field through this scientific approach. Due to the importance of the goods to be alienated, it was felt necessary to clarify specific regulations, taking into account the exercise of this right, showing the reason for which it was instituted; the procedure or conditions under which it is exercised; the sanction that intervenes in case of non-compliance, as well as the consequences of applying this sanction.
