DESCRIPTION OF DYELLA DINGHUENSIS SP. NOV. Dyella dinghuensis (ding.hu.en��� sis. N.L. fem. adj. dinghuensis referring to Dinghu Mountain, where the organism was isolated). Cells are Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, non-motile, and rod-shaped (0.3���0.6��1.0���2.3 ��m). Colonies are circular, convex with clear margin and yellow-coloured after 4 days on R2A agar. Growth was observed on trypticase soy agar, R2A agar and Luria���Bertani agar, but not MacConkey agar. Growth on R2A agar occurs at 12���37 �� C, pH 4.5���7.0 and in the presence of 0���1.0 % (w/v) NaCl. Optimum growth occurs at 28 �� C, pH 5.0���6.0 and without NaCl supplement. Catalase-positive and oxidase-positive. Nitrate is not reduced to nitrite. Casein is hydrolysed, but gelatin, starch and Tween 80 are not. H 2 S and indole are not produced. The following substrates can be used as sole carbon sources for growth: adipic acid, arbutin, amygdalin, D- xylose, D- galactose, D- glucose, D- fructose, D- mannose, D- mannitol, cellobiose, maltose, inulin, malic acid, methyl Oi- D- glucopyranoside, N -acetyl-D- glucosamine and phenylacetic acid. The following substrates are not utilized for growth: aesculin ferric citrate, capric acid, D- adonitol, D- arabinose, D- arabitol, D- fucose, D- gentiobiose, lactose, D- lyxose, melezitose, melibiose, raffinose, D- ribose, D- sorbitol, sucrose, D- tagatose, trehalose, turanose, dulcitol, erythritol, glycerol, glycogen, inositol, L- arabinose, L- arabitol, L- fucose, L- rhamnose, L- sorbose, L- xylose, methyl Oi - D- mannopyranoside, methyl �� - D- xylopyranoside, potassium 2-ketogluconate, potassium 5- ketogluconate, potassium gluconate, salicin, starch and xylitol. The following enzyme activities are positive: alkaline phosphatase, acidphosphatase, arginine dihydrolase, cystine arylamidase, Oi -galactosidase, Oi -glucosidase, Oi -fucosidase, Oi -mannosidase, �� -galactosidase, �� -glucosidase, esterase (C4), esterase (C8), leucine arylamidase, naphthol-AS-BIphosphohydrolase, N -acetyl- �� -glucosaminidase, urease and valine arylamidase. Trypsin is weakly positive. The following enzyme activities are negative: Oi -chymotrypsin, �� -glucuronidase and lipase (C14). Ubiquinone-8 is the only respiratory quinone, and iso-C 15: 0, iso-C 16: 0, iso-C 17: 0, iso- C 17: 1 �� 9 c are the major cellular fatty acids (>10 %). The G+C content of the genomic DNA is 59.1 mol%. The major polar lipids consist of phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylmethylethanolamine, one unidentified aminophospholipid, two unidentified aminolipids, one unidentified phospholipid and lipid. Cells are Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, non-motile, and rod-shaped (0.4–0.6×0.7–2.1 µm). Colonies are circular, convex with clear margin and yellow-coloured after 4 days on R2 A agar. Growth was observed on trypticase soy agar, R2 A agar and Luria – Bertani agar, but not MacConkey agar. Growth on R2 A agar occurs at 12–37 Ǫ C, pH 4.5–6.5 and in the presence of 0–1.0 % (w/v) NaCl. To explore the expression pattern of microRNAs in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), with an attempt to identify the role of microRNA in the pathogenesis of SLE.SLE-related genes were searched from the published literatures. Using the microRNA target gene prediction databases, we predicted the putative microRNA targets in these SLE-related genes. For some of the corresponding microRNAs (hsa-miR-146a), quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was performed to determine the expression levels of these microRNAs in PBMCs of SLE patients (SLE group) and healthy controls (control group).The discrepancy of cycle threshold of hsa-miR-146a in PBMCs was significantly higher in SLE group (4.52±1.18) than in control group (2.76±1.38) (P=0.02), and the expression level of hsa-miR-146a was significantly lower in SLE group.The expression of hsa-miR-146a decreases in SLE patients, indicating that hsa-miR-146a may play a role in the pathogenesis of SLE.

The determination of the varying position and shape of magnetopause is one of the important Gordian knots in geophysics and space physics. According to the solar wind-magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling global magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) simulation, and with the maximum electric current criterion, we study the position and shape of the magnetopause under several solar wind dynamic pressure (Dp) and interplanetary magnetic field conditions. The simulation results show that the subsolar position (r0) of the magnetopause is controlled mainly by Dp with the significant decrease of r0 as Dp increases. At a certain Dp, when southword Bz (Bz0) decreases to zero, then shifts to northward (Bz0) and increases, the subsolar position r0 keeps increasing. For all cases studie here, the flare angle () of the magnetopause experiences small changes. This provide an evidence for the structural self-similarity of magnetopause in equatorial plane. Compared with the empirical low-latitude magnetopause model of Shue98, MHD simulation can reproduce the dependence of the subsolar point r0 on Dp, while the saturation effect of r0 varying with Bz in empirical model is represented only with slow solar wind. As to the flare angle , although the difference between MHD simulation and empirical model is less than 2.5, the variation of with Bz in MHD simulations is nonlinear and different from the linear trend in empirical model.
