In today's era of rapid computing, advanced big data analytics enables precise results and efficient trend analysis. By leveraging these tools, the influence of various film thicknesses of Colored Solar Selective Absorbers (CSSAs) on solar absorption efficiency (αs) and chromaticity was investigated. A clear and visually informative Chromaticity Coordinate Distribution (CCD) versus αs diagram was constructed within the CIE xy chromaticity diagram, establishing a correlation between chromaticity and αs. Photo-Thermal Conversion Efficiency (PTCE) ≈ αs − 2% when αs ≥ 90%. Subsequently, utilizing colored CCD-αs diagrams, seven SiO2/Cr/SiO2 CSSAs, each with unique colors and αs, were designed, fabricated, and subjected to an analysis of their optical and material properties. We explored the influence of oxygen atom infiltration into the CSSA, leading to the oxidation of the Cr layer and consequent alterations in CSSA properties. Thermostable strains isolated from intestine of catfish were screened for their antagonism activity against Edwardsiella ictaluri, the causative agent of enteric septicemia of catfish (ESC) and red head disease. Four thermostable strains were selected, and their antagonistic activity against E. ictaluri was compared. Adhesion to zebrafish larvae was determined as CFU/larva after exposure for 30min. The isolate Yab4 was found to be highly adhesive and was identified as Bacillus altitudinis based on a phylogenetic tree constructed using 16S rDNA and gyrB sequences. After 28d of feed supplementation with B. altitudinis Yab4, the growth performance of the treatment group is better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference observed between the two groups. Moreover, the innate immune indexes including alkaline phosphatase, lysozyme, and total proteins in serum increased significantly, and the expression levels of immune genes including IL-1β, TNF-α, and NF-κB p65 elevated significantly as well. Most importantly, the survival rate of the yellow catfish fed with B. altitudinis Yab4 supplementation reached 60%, marking a 35% increase compared to the control group when challenged with E. ictaluri HSN-1 infected intraperitoneally. Aroma is an important factor in the measurement of the quality and market value of oolong tea. However, it is hard to develop an oolong tea with good aroma quality using unsuitable tea varieties. To explore the key factors of tea varieties in the formation of oolong tea aromas, the fresh leaves of the Chungui variety (CG, suitable for oolong tea, Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) and the Fuyun No. 6 variety (F6, unsuitable for oolong tea, Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) were harvested and treated by withering and mechanical stress in order. Then, aroma, transcriptome, and jasmonate (JA) contents, and weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), of samples were investigated. The contents of characteristic oolong tea aromas, including indole, (E)-β-ocimene, (E)-nerolidol, α-farnesene, and jasmine lactone, were all accumulated in much higher quantities in the CG variety after withering and mechanical stress. Accordingly, the coding genes of aroma formation synthases TSB2, OCS, NES, AFS, and LOX1, and related genes in MVA, MEP, and ALA pathways, were all much more highly activated. These differential reactions are mainly caused by the higher accumulation of jasmonates, especially methyl jasmonate, a type of important plant signal chemical, in CG after mechanical stress. Social networks provide people a platform for expressing their own emotion, viewpoints, interest and suggestion. The users' texts, behaviors and social circles bring new challenges for data mining. In this article, we propose a new method through which we can classify and predict micro-blog users' MBTI personality values by utilizing their shared micro-blog information. Firstly, based on the analysis of micro-blog users' information, texts and non-text features, which can indicate users' psycho-linguistic and behavioral characteristics, are extracted. And then three classification methods--AdaBoost decision tree, support vector machine and Bayesian logistic regression, are adopted to classify the personalities of micro-blog users. Extensive experimental results indicate that the prediction accuracy are between 75%and 90%for the four different personality dimensions of MBTI. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
