Göç odaklı çalışmalar yapan Türk Kızılay Toplum Merkezleri geçici koruma statüsündeki bireylere kamu tarafından sağlanan hizmetlere yönelik destekleyici ve tamamlayıcı uygulamalarda bulunmaktadır. Göç alanında daha çok beceri temelinde ilerleyen sosyal hizmet müdahalelerinin mesleki yaklaşımlardan uzak denilebilecek bir noktada oluşu, verilen hizmetin arka planına yönelik çalışmaların arttırılması gerektiğini göstermektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye’de geçici koruma statüsündeki Suriyelilere yönelik Türk Kızılay Toplum Merkezleri tarafından yürütülen sosyal hizmet çalışmalarında hangi yaklaşımların benimsendiği, hangi mesleki rollerin daha çok kullanıldığı ve uygulamalarda meslek elemanlarının ne tür sorunlarla karşılaştıklarını keşfetmektir. Bu amaca ulaşmak için nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Ankara ve Mardin Türk Kızılay Toplum Merkezlerinde geçici koruma statüsündeki Suriyeli bireyler ile çalışan 19 meslek elemanı ile derinlemesine mülakat tekniği kullanılarak görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Meslek elemanlarının bazılarının literatürde göç alanında çalışanların kullanması gereken mesleki yaklaşımları uyguladıkları, bazılarının ise başka yaklaşımları benimsedikleri, en çok savunucu ve güçlendirici rollerini kullandıkları tespit edilmiştir. Meslek elemanlarının karşılaştıkları sorunların başında dil sorunu ve meslek elemanı yetersizliği gelmektedir. Görüşmelerde değinilen diğer bazı sorunlar ise çalışılan kuruma ya da kurumlar arası ilişkilere bağlı iken; bazıları çevre, kültür, fon miktarları, proje kriterleri, mesleki nitelik ile ilişkilidir.

In this study, a new amperometric biosensor for creatinine determination was developed. For this purpose, a polypyrrolepolyvinylsulfonate film was prepared by electropolymerization of pyrrole in a polyvinylsulfonate medium on a platinum plate. Creatinase and sarcosine oxidase enzymes were immobilized on polypyrrole-polyvinylsulfonate film by cross-linking with glutaraldehyde. The determination of creatinine was made based on the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide at 0.4 V formed as a result of the enzymatic reaction on the surface of the prepared biosensor. The linear working range of the biosensor obtained was found between 5.0 x 10(-6) and 1.0 x 10(-4) M. Using this linear graph, the Km (observed) and Imax (observed) values for the double enzyme electrode system were calculated as 5.0 x 10(-3) mM and 0.34 mu A/min, respectively. Optimum working pH and temperature were determined as 8.0 and 60 degrees C, respectively. The reusability and shelf life of the biosensor were determined. The effects of interferences in biological environments on biosensor response were investigated. For this purpose, uric acid, ascorbic acid, paracetamol, glycine, urea, and formaldehyde were used. The results have shown that the prepared biosensor has the potential to be used for creatinine determination in biological fluids.

Recent advances in nanotechnology are mostly related to the development of newly engineered nanoparticles. New studies of biosensors modified with nanoparticles provide essential impetus for the treatment of diseases that adversely affect human health. Among these materials, Graphene (Gr), with very satisfactory electrical, chemical and physical features, is mainly used for the production of graphene based nano hybrids. In this paper a new surface with a great potential in biosensor applications is reported. For this purpose, a glassy carbon electrode surface was covered with a graphene (Gr)/gold nanoparticles (AuNPs)/nafion (Nf). The best performance and working conditions of the surface examined in detail and the surface morphology of the resulting film was evaluated by AFM, SEM, and surface contact angle analysis. The linear working range of a biosensor, a parameter of a particular importance for the glucose determination, was determined as range of 5 x 10(-6)-5 x 10(-4) M with 0.9706 R-2. It is observed that the prepared biosensor has an exceptionally low detection limit of 0.005 mu M for glucose. The effects of quantity of enzyme and glutaraldehyde on the response of glucose biosensor were elucidated. The pH and temperature effects on the response of the glucose biosensor were also investigated. Optimum pH and temperature were found as 8.0, 25 degrees C to be respectively. The K-m and V-max values constants, which are important kinetic constants for the enzymes, were also studied and found to be 0.0139 mM, 4.34 mu A min(-1) respectively. Repeatability and storage stability are significant parameters in biosensor studies. Results of 22 measurements showed that the biosensor maintained 82.6% of its initial activity. At the end of the 42nd day, the biosensor continued to have 74.79% of the initial amperometric response. The studies of storage stability of the biosensor revealed that Gr/AuNPs/Nf-GCE biosensors showed a remarkable sensitivity, wide linear detection ranges, low detection limits, and prolonged stabilities. There are studies reporting on graphene based biosensors. However, as far as of the knowledge of the authors the use of nafion with Gr/AuNPs on biosensor applications and also its effect of enzyme, glutaraldehyde, and storage stability has not been reported in the literature.

Giriş: Şiddetli akut solunum sendromu koronavirüs 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virüsü solunum damlacıkları ile bulaşır ve tüm sağlık çalışanlarının uzun çalışma saatleri boyunca koruyucu yüz maskeleri kullanmaları istenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, farklı yüz maskelerinin tolere edilebilirliği değişiklik gösterir ve kullanıcı için fiziksel veya psikolojik yüke yol açabilir. Bu çalışma, sağlık çalışanları arasında yaygın olarak kullanılan yüz maskelerinin tolere edilebilirliğini ve semptomlarını belirlemeyi amaçlamıştır.Yöntemler: Bu prospektif gözlemsel çalışma, üç akademik acil servisin (ED) COVID-19 alanlarında yürütülmüştür. Doktorlar, hemşireler ve diğer personel dahil olmak üzere tüm sağlık çalışanları dahil edildi. Cerrahi maskeler, FFP2 ve FFP3 solunum cihazlarının konforu ve tolere edilebilirliği ile dört saatlik çalışma süresi boyunca yaşanan semptomlar saatlik olarak değerlendirildi. Birincil sonuçlar, kullanılan maske tipine göre yaşanan rahatsızlık veya semptomların şiddeti ve süresiydi.Bulgular: Çalışmaya toplam 181 gönüllü sağlık çalışanı dahil edildi. Dispne en sık görülen semptomdu. Kullanıcının semptom deneyimini ölçen yedi puanlık bir Likert ölçeğine göre, ilk rahatsızlığın/semptomun şiddeti ortalama iki puan ve maskenin çıkarılmasına yol açan ana rahatsızlık/semptomun dört puan olduğu görüldü. Rahatsızlık/semptomların ortaya çıkması için medyan süre, tek katmanlı cerrahi maskeler için 70 dakika ve FFP2 ve FFP3 maskeleri için 50 dakika idi.Sonuç: Dispne ve baş ağrısı, sağlık çalışanları tarafından kullanılan maskelere karşı en yaygın intoleransın nedenleriydi. İstatistiksel anlamlılık elde edilemese de FFP2 ve FFP3 maske kullananlarda maske kullanım süresi daha düşüktü., Introduction: The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus is transmitted by respiratory droplets, and all healthcare professionals (HCPs) have been required to use protective face masks during long working hours. However, the tolerability of different types of face masks varies and can lead to physical or psychological burden for wearer. This study aimed to determine the tolerability and symptoms of commonly used face masks among HCPs. Methods: This prospective observational study was conducted in the COVID-19 areas of three academic emergency departments (EDs). HCPs, including physicians, nurses, and other personnel were included. The comfort and tolerability of surgical masks, filtering face piece-2 (FFP2), and FFP3 respirators and the symptoms experienced during the four-hour study period were evaluated hourly. The primary outcomes were the severity and duration of discomfort or symptoms experienced according to the type of mask used. Results: A total of 181 volunteer HCPs were included in the study. Dyspnea was the most common symptom. According to a seven-point Likert scale that measured the wearer’s experience of symptoms, the severity of the first discomfort/symptom was two points on average, and the main discomfort/symptom that led to masking removal was four points. The median time for the appearance of discomfort/symptoms was 70 minutes for the single-layer surgical masks and 50 minutes for the FFP2 and FFP3 masks.Conclusion: Dyspnea and headache were the most common causes of intolerance to masks used by HCPs. Although statistical significance was not achieved, the duration of mask use was lower in those who used FFP2 and FFP3 masks.

Social work interventions, which are more skill-based in the field of migration, are at a point that can be said to be far from professional approaches. This shows that studies on the background of the service should be increased. The purpose of this research is to discover which approaches are adopted in the social work practices, which professional roles are used more and what kind of problems the professionals face in the practices carried out by the Turkish Red Crescent Community Centers for Syrians under temporary protection status in Turkey. In order to achieve this aim, a case study, one of the qualitative research designs, was used. In the study, 19 professionals working with Syrian individuals under temporary protection status in Ankara and Mardin Turkish Red Crescent Community Centers were interviewed using in-depth interview technique. Some of the professionals apply professional approaches that should be used by those working in the field of migration in the literature. Others have adopted other approaches. Professionals use the most defensive and empowering roles of social work. Professionals mostly face language problems and lack of professional staff. While some of the other problems mentioned in the interviews depend on the institution or inter-institutional relations; some are related to environment, culture, funding amounts, project criteria, professional qualification.

Bilimsel ve teknoloji alaninda yasanilan yeniliklerden en cok etkilenen basta cerrahi bilimler olmak uzere Tibbi bilimlerdir. Yeni nesil cerrahi yontemler geleneksel cerrahiden ayrilarak cok farkli bir noktaya gelmistir. Bu kitap yazilirken bile bircok yeni yontem gelistirilmis ve bircok yontem ise populeritesini kaybetmistir. En degerli bilgi en guncel olan bilgidir. Bu nedenle surekli olarakkaynak kitaplarin revize edilip guncellenmesi gerekmektedir.

Geçmişten günümüze gelen çocuk figürü, öznel duyguların ifadesi olarak kullanılan estetik bir imgedir. Türk resim sanatında çocuk imgesinin belirli bir tarihi olmasa da geçmişten günümüze resimlerde belirli bir anlam içerisinde saflığın ve doğallığın simgesi olarak kullanılmıştır. Türk resim sanatı İslamiyet'in etkisi altında tasvir yasağından dolayı Türk resmi batıya göre daha geç yaşanmıştır. Fakat Batı resminde çocuk figürünün daha çok ''Çocuk İsa'' veya ''Meryem Ana'' ile birlikte tasvir edildiğini görülmektedir. Çocuk figürü, saf duygulara sahip olduğundan Avrupa resim sanatında melek olarak da tasvir edilmiştir. 19. yüzyılın ortalarından sonra Batı resim sanatı etkisi altında resim sanatında çocuk figürünü daha sık görülür. Türk resim sanatında çocuk figürü, toplumsal gerçekçilik çerçevesi altında çalışmalarını yansıtan sanatçıların farklı boyut ve teknik olarak resimde çocuk figürünü ele aldıklarını görünmektedir. Konular genellikle gerçek yaşamdan esinlenerek çalışmalarını sürdüren Çağdaş Türk resim sanatçılardan; Neşet Günal, İbrahim Balaban, Neş'e Erdok, Turgut Zaim ve Dinçer Erimez gibi sanatçılarımız resimlerinde çocuk konulu çalışmaları bulunmaktadır. Çağdaş Türk ressamlarının, çocuk temalı çalışmaları çözümlendiğinde, sanatçının yaşadığı bölgenin kültürünü, yaşam biçimini ve hayat zorluklarını bireysel özelliklerine taşıyan yansımalardır. Çağdaş Türk Resminde çocuk figürü çalışmalarda zaman zaman teknik ve üslup olarak kuşaklar arasında oluşan, sanata farklı bakış açısından, faklı dönemlerde farklı bir şekilde yansıtıldığını görülmektedir. Yapılan çocuk figürlü çalışmaların çözümlenmesi, estetik değerler içerisinde ve ontolojik biçimde eleştirel bakış açısıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Sanat alanında yapılan analiz çalışmaların, sanat tasarımları, eleştirel bakış açısı ve estetik değerler olgusuyla anlamsal bir çerçeve içinde temellendirilmiştir. Çocuk; tüm duyguları ifade eden bir olgudur. Although there is no specific history of children's image in Turkish painting, it has been used as a symbol of purity and naturalness in paintings from past to present. Turkish painting has been lived much later than the west due to the prohibition of depiction under the influence of Islam, but in Western painting we see that the child figure is mostly depicted together with 'İsa Child Jesus' 'or Ana Virgin Mary'. The child figure is also portrayed as an angel in European painting because he has pure emotions. After the middle of the 19th century, under the influence of Western painting, we see the child figure in painting more often. We can see that the artists reflecting their works under the framework of child figure and social realism in Turkish painting art deal with the child figure in painting in different dimensions and techniques. The subjects are mostly from contemporary Turkish painting artists who are inspired by real life; Our artists such as Neşet Günal, İbrahim Balaban, Neş ,e Erdok, Turgut Zaim and Dinçer Erimez have children's paintings. When the child-themed works of contemporary Turkish painters are analyzed, we see reflections that carry the culture, life style and life difficulties of the artist's region to their individual characteristics. In contemporary Turkish painting, we see that the child figure is sometimes reflected in different ways from different perspectives to art, which is formed between generations in terms of technique and style. The analysis of the works with child figures was evaluated within the aesthetic values and ontologically with a critical point of view. The analysis of art studies is based on art designs, critical point of view and aesthetic values. Child; is a phenomenon that expresses all emotions. Art is a multi-faceted institution and brings differences of opinion and opinion.
