Применение стратегического планирования особенно актуально для обеспечения стабильности функционирования российских организаций. Одним из начальных этапов формирования стратегии развития является подготовка информации, необходимой для этого процесса. The use of strategic planning is especially important to ensure the stability of the functioning of Russian organizations. One of the initial stages of forming a development strategy is the preparation of the information necessary for this process. In this article, we consider a practical example of a comprehensive assessment of the financial performance of an enterprise, on the basis of which a mechanism for forming a development strategy will be developed.

The statistical data of sixty agricultural organizations of three agro-economic zones of the Krasnodar Territory (Anapa-Taman, South Foothill and Black Sea, having favorable climatic conditions for agricultural production) were used. The method of analytical groupings made it possible to identify the relationship between the studied indicators and find their optimal levels for a specific set of organizations. The bases of the groupings were the specific weight of the active part of the main production assets, the availability of funds and the energy capacity of the labor force. A multifactorial correlation model is constructed to justify ways to increase the efficiency of the use of fixed production assets. The directions of increasing the efficiency of the use of fixed assets for a specific set of organizations engaged in the production of agricultural products are formulated.

Авторами статьи рассмотрена категория устойчивости развития организации как одна из важнейших целей современного хозяйствующего субъекта. Цель статьи проведение оценки устойчивости развития сельскохозяйственных предприятий Ленинградской области. В рамках статьи проведена апробация авторского подхода к определению интегральной оценки устойчивости развития сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Для проведения оценки предлагается анализировать пять показателей, отражающих специфику устойчивости развития организации: капиталоотдачу, коэффициент годности, уровень среднемесячной заработной платы, уровень бюджетной поддержки, рентабельность активов. Проведенные расчеты позволили авторам проранжировать исследуемые предприятия, выявить лидеров и предприятия с проблемами устойчивости развития., The article considers the category of sustainable development of an organization as one of the most important goals of a modern economic entity. The purpose of the article is to assess the sustainability of agricultural enterprises in the Leningrad region. Within the framework of the article, the authors approach to determining the integrated assessment of the sustainability of agricultural enterprises is tested. To conduct the assessment, it is proposed to analyze five indicators that reflect the specifics of the organizations sustainable development: capital return, shelf life, the level of average monthly salary, the level of budget support, and return on assets. Analizar mediante una herramienta financiera la teoría del capital humano, aplicada a la inversión en la educación superior y la obtención de una tasa de retorno a partir de una remuneración salarial. Teniendo en cuenta información de la facultad de ciencias empresariales de la universidad Minuto de Dios y aplicando la variable de la teoría del capital humano, la cual está fundamentada en el retorno de la inversión hecha en la educación superior, se llevará a cabo mediante un modelo financiero el cálculo de retorno de la inversión y una estimación de cuanto debería ser la remuneración salarial mínima una vez culmina un programa universitario en dicha institución. Por otro lado, la remuneración salarial viene arraigada en primera instancia a la universidad de la cual se es egresado, de allí que los salarios de los egresados fluctúen según la universidad; sin embargo, es importante conocer el contexto colombiano y las aproximaciones respecto al retorno de capital según la remuneración salarial. On the other hand, the salary is rooted in the first instance to the university from which he is graduated, hence the salary of the graduates fluctuate according to the university; however, it is important to know the Colombian context and the approximations regarding the return of capital according to wage remuneration.

Управление избыточными и непрофильными активами сможет привести к сохранению конкурентных позиций компании на рынке и увеличить стоимость собственного капитала. Передача такого имущества в аренду позволит предприятию покрыть необходимые операционные издержки и увеличить внереализационную прибыль компании. В работе предлагается решить проблему обоснования рыночной ставки специализированного имущества промышленного предприятия с использованием метода итерационных вычислений в рамках затратного подхода. В статье представлен пошаговый алгоритм реализации метода оценки рыночной арендной платы для специализированного имущества предприятия в условиях неразвитого рынка, где отсутствуют предложения по аренде таких объектов. Для определения арендной ставки избыточного и непрофильного имущества предприятия необходимо сначала рас считать рыночную стоимость такого имущества, а затем по известной стоимости объекта и рыночной норме отдачи на капитал подобрать рентные платежи, которые позволят окупить капитальные вложения и обеспечить регулярный доход. При построении денежных потоков рентного бизнеса учтены налоговые выплаты и расходы на управление. В работе рассчитана ставка дисконтирования по моделям САРМ и WACC и получен арендный доход по состоянию на февраль 2017 г. для передачи специализированного имущества в аренду. Предложенный пошаговый алгоритм реализации определения рентного дохода подходит для определения рыночной ставки аренды специализированного имущества предприятия в условиях неразвитого рынка. Полученное в работе значение нормы отдачи на собственный капитал для рублевого денежного потока может использоваться в расчете текущей стоимости денежных потоков рентного дохода, Managing surplus and noncore assets can lead to preser vation of the companys competitive position in the market and increase the cost of equity. The transfer of such property in the lease will allow the company to cover the necessary transaction costs and increase nonoperating profits of the company. The paper proposes to solve the problem of substantiating the market rate of specialized property of an industrial enterprise using the iterative calculation method as part of the cost approach. The article presents a stepbystep algorithm for implementation of the method of assessing the market rent for the specialized property of an enterprise in an underdeveloped market where there are no proposals for leasing such facilities. To determine the rental rate of excess and noncore assets of an enterprise, it is necessary to first calculate the market value of such property, and then, at a known value of the object and the market rate of return on capital, pick up rental payments that will allow recouping the capital investment and ensuring regular income. When building the cash flow of the rental busi ness, tax payments and management expenses are taken into account. The paper calculated the discount rate for CAPM and WACC models and received rental income as of February 2017 for the transfer of specialized property for rent. The proposed stepbystep algorithm for implementing the definition of rental income is suitable for determining the mar ket rate for the lease of a specialized property of a company in an undeveloped market. В настоящее время проблема повышения эффективности использования основных средств находится в центре внимания предприятий, поскольку ее решение оказывает влияние на определение места компании в производстве, ее финансовое состояние, а также рыночную конкурентоспособность. Данная статья рассматривает анализ эффективности использования основных средств на примере конкретного предприятия. По результатам проведенного анализа автором предлагаются основные направления повышения эффективности использования основных средств. Авторами рассмотрены состав и структура основных средств исследуемой организации, проанализировано движение и воспроизводство производственных фондов. Были рассчитаны показатели эффективности использования, такие, как фондоотдача, фондоемкость, фондовооруженность и т.д. Посредством факторного анализа оценено влияние факторов на фондоотдачу. Отдельное внимание уделено среднегодовой стоимости основных средств и выручки на изменение фондоотдачи.

First, it assesses whether African banking institutions have benefited from liberalization policies in terms of bank returns. Second, it models bank return and return uncertainty in the context of openness policies to examine fresh patterns for the feasibility of common policy initiatives. The empirical evidence is based on 28 African countries for the period 1999-2010. Varying non-overlapping intervals and autoregressive orders are employed for robustness purposes. The findings show that, while trade openness has increased bank returns and return uncertainties, financial openness and institutional liberalization have decreased bank returns and reduced return uncertainty respectively. But for some scanty evidence of convergence in return on equity, there is overwhelming absence of catch-up among sampled countries. Implications for regional integration and portfolio diversification are discussed.

Casual empiricism suggests that unwarranted” wage changes, defined as the part of wage growth that is not explained by changes in labour productivity, are negatively associated with the return on capital. The main point of this paper is to show that unwarranted” wage changes have no causal effect on capital return. To this end, we show that standard theoretical models, in which unwarranted” wages changes and the return on capital are endogenously determined, do not necessarily predict a negative association between them. We then estimate aggregate net return on capital equations using panel data for 19 OECD countries for the period 1970-2000 in which we account for the endogeneity of unwarranted” wage changes by exploiting variations in institutional and labour market characteristics. We find that unwarranted” wage changes do not affect the return on capital. This result remains robust to alternative empirical specifications and to alternative definitions of profitability and unwarranted” wage changes. An implication of our findings is that standard calls for reforms aiming at wage moderation following the appearance of unwarranted” wage changes are not always justified.

Most researchers examining poverty and multilateral trade liberalization have had to examine average, or per capita effects, suggesting that if per capita real income rises, poverty will fall. This inference can be misleading. Combining results from a new international cross-section consumption analysis with earnings data from household surveys, this article analyzes the implications of multilateral trade liberalization for poverty in Indonesia. It finds that the aggregate reduction in Indonesia's national poverty headcount following global trade liberalization masks a more complex set of impacts across groups. In the short run the poverty headcount rises slightly for self-employed agricultural households, as agricultural profits fail to keep up with increases in consumer prices. In the long run the poverty headcount falls for all earnings strata, as increased demand for unskilled workers lifts incomes for the formerly self-employed, some of whom move into the wage labor market. A decomposition of the poverty changes in Indonesia associated with different countries' trade policies finds that reform in other countries leads to a reduction in poverty in Indonesia but that liberalization of Indonesia's trade policies leads to an increase. The method used here can be readily extended to any of the other 13 countries in the sample.

Latgale has always been the weakest region in regard to the development of Latvia. Even though in the National development plans the progress in the balanced course of the development process all over the territory of Latvia is envisaged, the lagging of Latgale will grow. The given situation is not acceptable not only from the perspective of Latvia but also from the viewpoint of the whole European Union. Latgale would be able to make a more rapid progress in its development if we took into consideration the significance of investing large amounts of capital therein and raising the capital return. The article is dedicated to the analysis of capital dynamics, structure, and economic efficiency in order to clarify the causes of slow capital “inflow” in Latgale.
