The process of choosing green suppliers is to choose and breed the enterprises which posses the awareness of environmental protection and pose great importance to environmental protection, and then publish strategic cooperation partnership with them to form a green supply chain. The paper firstly proposed a new construction method of the judgment matrix in Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on rough sets theory, and then built a supplier evaluation index system in green supply chain, and lastly applied the new method in the supplier comprehensive evaluation according to examples.

The demand forecasting of hospital stocks is a new management science with strong practicality, the basic principle of which is, on the foundation of keeping a high supply level of hospital clinical medicines, to apply mathematical and management methods to improve the accuracy of hospital stock demands forecasting, reduce the unreasonable stocks, accelerate cash flow, improve management measures of various aspects, and give full play to the hospital management functions in order to guarantee the safety and integrity of hospital medicines, and improve the hospital social and economic benefits. The paper firstly introduced the inventory control background of the Daping Hospital of Third Military Medical University (CQDP Hospital) and screened out the main influencing factors of the usage of 17GY scalp indwelling needles, and then applied data mining technologies including data cleaning, data integration and data transformation to pre-process the original data, obtaining the training samples for BP neural network, and finally built an inventory forecasting model based on BP neural networks, using the sample data for training to get the inventory forecasting network construction, and carried out the stock prediction in a certain period of the future, which provided basis for decision-making.

In order to enhance the core-competitiveness of enterprises, more and more enterprises will outsource non-core businesses and introduce 3PL to their supply chains. But how to evaluate correctly the 3PL service providers becomes the key issue of enterprises. This paper firstly constructs a set of performance evaluation index system of the 3PL service providers and achieves membership conversion on condition that the memberships and the weights of indicators are known, ultimately, evaluates on the 3PL service provider in case. This algorithm makes comparability among indicators strengthen and it is neither new data nor information distortion, which has a higher scientific and practical application value for selecting the optimal collaborator.

This paper take the background of outsourcing of logistics services, through analyzed the game model of couple under the situation of incomplete information, attempts to set up a game model of incomplete information of the logistics out-souring enterprises and logistics service provider in outsourcing of logistics services, finally, put forward an important conclusion, in the early stages of cooperation, logistics out-souring enterprise pay great attention to supervise, and logistics service provider will not take strategy of violation. However, with the deepening of cooperation, the two sides will understand each other gradually. Trust factor will occupy the dominant position of cooperation. Logistics out-souring enterprise will reduce its power of supervision gradually and logistics service provider will take the strategy of violation because of the trust from the other party. It looks like a paradox, but it reflects a main factor of moral hazard in the logistics outsourcing business - trust. It has a high practical value to the logistics outsourcing business.

In order to obtain high efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain management, supply chain must have a high reliability as guarantee. Reliability has now become an important performance measure for evaluation supply chain safety, especially when considering changes in supply chain operation conditions. Based on the theory of systems reliable engineering, the paper firstly defines the concept of the supply chain reliability and reliability of the supply chain members. Secondly It analysis the reliability influencing factors of the supply chain members in the manufacturing supply chain, and manufacturing enterprise reliability of the supply chain members of the evaluation index system is established. Then use BP neural network model to evaluate reliability of the supply chain members of the supply chain to enhance system reliability provided a basis for decision-making.

This paper focuses on solving the practical problem of the supply chain performance appraisal. To improve the original evaluation methods, it constructs a new index system from a new angle of view based on survey and the existing outcomes. At the same time, it proposes a new theoretical evaluation model of supply chain performance appraisal based on support vector machine. Compared with the neural network method, the new model can overcome the disadvantages of the inherent instability, local minimum, slow convergence and poor ability of generalizing of the traditional methods. In addition, an empirical study has been conducted and the results show that the model based on support vector machine is effective and has more stable results, higher accuracy and better ability of generalizing than that of the neural network. Ultimately, it provides an effective method of supply chain performance appraisal for the managers in practical application.

With the increasing pressure of the environment and the request of building a resource-conservation and friendly society, environmental management has become an important issue which should not be ignored. Governments also put the question of resources and environment on the agenda. Chinese government proposed and formulated a workable green purchasing system in 2005. The foreign study on environmental management has changed from the internal green management and green marketing to green purchasing. Green purchasing is the key factor to breakthrough green technical barriers and to deal with the wave of green consumption. The theory and practice of green purchasing has been concerned gradually. This paper integrates traditional set-pair analysis with markov, and then establishes the dynamic model of set-pair analysis based on Markov chain. From the point of view improving customer satisfaction, the model is applied into green purchasing and shows better results.
