In recent years, much attention has been paid to the problem of language and correct pronunciation in the native language when working with the younger generation, including the formation of oral speech in children with hearing impairments with perspectives of special learning technologies, which formed the basis for our research work. Theoretically, the effective methods in shaping the oral skills of students with hearing impairments imply the provision of opportunities for their further successful socialization, unlimited communication with the outside world, and personality formation. In order to tackle the problem, we have identified the problem of testing methods and determining the level of formation of oral speech of students with hearing impairment, offering special methods, techniques for its improvement. In the course of implementation, diagnostic studies, quantitative and qualitative analysis of indicators, practical implementation of the methodology, and various practical works were carried out.

The source of the prospects for the development of an independent state is the education of younger generation. The globalizing world requires particular attention and responsibility in nurture the young generation. That is why the secularism of the education system is a blessing and a necessity. This article discusses the achievements and new challenges in the field of education over the years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article presents questions of the criteria and indicators for identifying and studying the subjectivity of future masters. The article analyzes the diversity and multifunctionality of the phenomenon of subjectivity in the context of an interdisciplinary approach. The strategic and practical directions for the development of the student's subjectivity in the educational process of the university are characterized on the basis of highlighting plans for the social and professional life of a future specialist in an education situation.

The study described in this article evaluates the effectiveness of methods of improving phonetic, grammatical, and syntactic skills in children with general speech underdevelopment in a bilingual environment. The method is based on a theoretical study of severe speech disorders, a structural analysis of linguistic samples, and a comparative study of the results of research by various scientists in an interdisciplinary discourse. An experimental study was carried out concerning the assessment of the effectiveness of speech therapy exercises for forming linguistic skills (phonetic-phonemic, morphological, word-formation, lexical, and syntactic) at different language levels in preschoolers with a general speech disorder in the context of bilingualism (Kazakh was considered the main language, and Russian was considered an additional language). The relevance of the presented paper is conditioned upon the fact that today, the subject of the development of moral values in children with visual impairment through musical motifs of folklore is a very understudied issue. However, based on the statistics of the World Health Organisation for 2021, about 2.2 billion people worldwide have visual impairments. The purpose of this paper is to study the features of the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of children with visual impairments, their moral development, and the development of ways of spiritual and moral education through folk music. To achieve this purpose, the following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, comparison, induction, statistical analysis, and deduction. In particular, the method of statistical analysis of sources of American, Kazakh, and Russian researchers within the boundaries of the subject was used. The practical basis was the statistical data of the WHO company for 2021. The result of the study was a complete analysis of the statistics of children with visual impairment in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study's main conclusion is that modern methods of teaching children with visual impairment are based on the musical accompaniment of educational activities since the musical form allows the development of moral values. Visually impaired students are characterised by insufficient development of the visual-imaginative level of mental activity, which determines the uniqueness of specific conceptual thinking due to visual perception disorders and limited visual experience. The alienation of a child with visual impairments from others entails secrecy and lack of communication, which can be expressed in a large volume of complexes in the future. The applied value of this paper lies in the development of recommendations for improving the system of pedagogical education of children with visual impairment through folklore-applied developmental classes.
