This scientific article aims to analyze in depth the problems and challenges faced by the aerospace industry in Indonesia from the perspective of business law. This research will use a qualitative approach to deeply understand the legal issues affecting the aerospace industry. This approach allows researchers to explore the experiences, views, and interpretations of various stakeholders. This research method is designed to explore and analyze the legal aspects of business in the aerospace industry in Indonesia. The main focus is on understanding how regulations and laws affect operations and compliance in the industry and how they impact airlines, aircraft operators, and passengers. The results of this study from the researcher's perspective provide an insight and reference where the importance of adaptive business models and flexible regulations in the aviation industry is important. Technological innovations such as electric aircraft and drones offer the potential to improve efficiency and sustainability, but they require the right regulatory support. On the other hand, customer satisfaction remains key to business success, especially through responsiveness to complaints and adjustment to changing expectations due to global events such as COVID-19. This article describes the GameStop short squeeze of January 2021, which was driven by retail investors from the online Reddit forum r/WallStreetBets. The short squeeze resulted in unprecedented market volatility and significant losses for institutional investors like hedge funds, leading to controversial trading restrictions by brokerages like Robinhood. This case study uses the GameStop saga to delve into key legal and ethical issues pertinent to an undergraduate business law class, including market manipulation, regulatory oversight/compliance, and conflicts of interest. It also examines fiduciary duties and class action lawsuits. By ex ploring these aspects, the study highlights the event's educational value in demonstrating many real-life examples of business law concepts while underscoring the need for robust regulatory frameworks in an era shaped by social media and technological advances. The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought major changes in various aspects of life, including in the business world. Electronic transactions (e-commerce) have become increasingly popular and widely used by various parties. The use of ICT in business transactions presents various legal aspects that need to be studied and understood, this is important to ensure legal certainty and protect the rights of the parties involved in electronic transactions. The aim of this research is to analyze various legal aspects relevant to the use of ICT in business transactions in Indonesia. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the legal aspects relevant to the use of information and communication technology in business transactions include Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE), Government Regulation Number 82 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems (PP 82/2012 ), Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Number 18 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Certificates (Permen Kominfo 18/2014), Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (Consumer Protection Law) and the Criminal Code. Business practices provide easy access to capital for certain goods. Hire purchase arises when the buyer cannot afford to pay cash. Standard agreements cannot be negotiated by consumers. In Indonesia, this practice is growing rapidly, especially in the motorbike trade. The application of standard agreements has important implications in business law, such as consumer protection and dispute resolution. Research on this subject is important for identifying challenges and opportunities in modern business. This legal research uses a normative juridical approach, which is a research method that relies on secondary data sources, such as library materials. This normative juridical approach involves analysis of legal principles, legal systematics, as well as vertical and horizontal synchronization in the civil law system in Indonesia. The results of this research are that the research highlights the importance of understanding the business practices of hire purchase contracts, especially the application of standard agreements and their legal implications. This raises questions regarding the balance of rights and obligations between providers and recipients of goods or services. It is important to understand the legal framework to ensure equality of rights and obligations and maintain the principles of consumer protection and public order in this business practice. A QR code is a form of visualization that is encrypted by user data. Observations were made to examine the QR code added to Trusmi batik motifs, which are traded online through electronic transactions. This study aims to examine the prevention of copyright infringement through the use of a QR code that is added and traded online through electronic transactions. Applying the QR code, which is added to Trusmi batik motifs traded online through electronic commerce, requires legal protection. The impact case enhances the understanding of socio-legal research that contemplates the development of novel legal company forms which serve the well-being of humans and nature equally. Introducing novel company law forms for social change regards research in the field of social entrepreneurship and law, such as the development of tailor-made legislation for social enterprises in the Netherlands. Current legal forms for companies in the Netherlands do not support types of social entrepreneurial activity. Our research influenced directly the regulatory-making process of the novel forthcoming company law entity named the Besloten Vennootschap maatschappelijk (BVm), i.e., the private limited company with societal purpose which is about to be introduced in the Dutch company legislation. Particularly, our research team: (i) formulated key indicators for the BVm, which were accepted by the government in 2020 and will form the basis for new legislation which is currently being drafted; (ii) generated multiple academic studies, publications, seminars and conferences, as well as a PhD dissertation about the topic; (iii) supported many social enterprises in finding suitable legal forms (through educational programs, network sessions and collaboration with company and tax law experts).

The Legal basis of BUM Desa as a legal entity has been stipulated in the laws and regulations in Indonesia, but in its implementation there are still problems that require professional management and accountability and apply the principles of good corporate governance so that BUM Desa can play a role in accordance with the mandate of the Village Law. This study aims to determine how BUM Desa Armada manages and is accountable for the management of BUM Desa in accordance with the general principles of good corporate governance and is analyzed legally. The results of the study indicate that BUM Desa Armada still requires strategic and inclusive arrangements regarding strengthening human resources, management of BUM Desa, selection of types, and business units to accountability in the field of business results. The suggestion that the researcher wants to give to BUM Desa ARMADA is to strengthen the synergy between BUM Desa implementing organizations and form an internal risk management committee so that it can minimize the potential for business losses.
