Bu çalışmada, asenkron motorları altı farklı hata parametresine karşı koruyan elektronik koruma sistemi gömülü sistem olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu parametreler; aşırı gerilim, aşırı akım, sargı sıcaklığı, gerilim dengesizliği, akım dengesizliği ve düşük gerilimdir. Sistem bir hata algıladığında belirli bir süre bekleyerek bu süre içinde hata düzelmemiş ise motorun çalışmasını durdurmaktadır. Bu süreyi Mikro denetleyici içine yazılmış bulanık mantık programı hesaplamaktadır. Böylece birçok hata kombinasyonu için farklı süreler üretilmiş ve kontrol sisteminin hassasiyeti artırılmıştır. Kontrol sistemi bir hata algıladığında sesli uyarı vererek hatanın nereden kaynaklandığını grafik ekranda göstermektedir. Bu ekranda aynı zamanda hata oluştuğu andaki akım, gerilim veya sıcaklık değerleri de izlenebilmektedir. Ayrıca okunan tüm veriler RS232 kablosu ile bilgisayara aktarılabilmektedir., In this study, an electronic protection system was carried out as embedded system which protects asynchronous motors against six different fault parameters. These parameters are over voltage, over current, wind temperature, voltage unbalance, current unbalance and low voltage. When a fault detected, system wait for a while. If the fault is not recovered, the system will shut down the motor. This interval is calculated by fuzzy logic program that was embedded in microcontroller. Thus various time delays produced for various fault combinations and improved the sensibility of the control system. When the fault detected, system alerts and shows us the source of the error via graphic display. Current, voltage or temperature values in case of fault can show in display, as well. Furthermore, all of the displayed values can be transmitted to computer via RS232 cable.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, deprem sırasında dünyanın içyapısında oluşan dalgaların yeryüzünde yansıması olarak oluşan, yapıların yıkılmasında önemli bir etken olarak görülen, yeryüzü dalgası L(Love) dalgalarının deneysel olarak elde edilmesidir. Çalışmada sistem mekanik, elektronik ve yazılımsal olarak tasarlanmıştır. Deprem dalgaları 2 adet 3 faz asenkron motorun milinden alınan dairesel hareketin doğrusallaştırılması ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. İndüksiyon motorları tek faz - üç faz dönüşümü yapan ve vektör kontrol tekniği kullanan değişken hızlı AC sürücüler ile kontrol edilmiştir. Sürücüde bulunan RS-485 arayüzündeki Modbus RTU protokolü motor sürücüleri ile bilgisayar arasındaki seri haberleşme ağında kullanılmıştır. Sistemin çalışması sırasında mikrokontrolör (PIC) tarafından ölçülen ivme değerleri, sistemin performansının iyileştirilmesinde kullanılan bulanık kontrole aktarılmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler olayın simülasyonları için geliştirilen görsel bir programlama dili ile bilgisayarın seri portu üzerinden veri tabanında saklanmıştır., The aim of this study is to experimentally obtain the waves on the outer surface called L(Love) waves which occur on the crust of the earth as reflections of waves forming in the inner structure of the earth during an earthquake and which are regarded as important factors in collapse of buildings. In this project, system has been designed mechanically, electronically and on a software simulation. The earthquake waves are formed by linearising circular motions obtained from shafts of two 3-Phase asynchronous motors. The induction motors are controlled by variable speed AC drivers which convert 1 phase into 3 phase and which use vector control technique. Modbus RTU on the interface of these drivers? RS-485 is used on the network of serial communication between the motors? drivers and the computer. The acceleration values measured by the microcontroller while the system is operating transfer data to the fuzzy controller which are used to improve the system performance. The data acquired have been stored in a database over a computer serial port with a visual software language developed for the simulation of the process.

A completed case study on fuzzy logic control of thermal processes has been carried out using a professional laboratory oven for industrial purpose as an experimental test rig. It involved system engineering design analysis, control synthesis, and implementation as well as application software and signal interface design and development. The resulting expertise and lessons learned are reported in this contribution. The structure of PD type of fuzzy logic controllers is closely discussed along with synthesis issues of membership functions and knowledge rule base. Special software was developed using Microsoft Visual Studio, C++ and Visual basic for GUI for a standard PC platform. The application software designed and implemented has four modules: FIS editor, Rule Editor, Membership Function Editor and Fuzzy Controller with Rule Viewer. Quality and performance of the overall fuzzy process control system have been investigated and validated to fulfill the required quality specifications
