In solving the problem of energy and resource conservation in transport, polymer composites are of paramount importance. Polymer composite using makes it possible to significantly improve the mechanical properties of the materials and simultaneously to increase the durability of the parts of transport machines. The authors of this article focus on the substantiation of introducing the modifier 4.4'-methylenebis(2-methoxyaniline) with low concentrations into the epoxy resin. Such materials are characterized by increased mechanical strength and the ability to withstand static, dynamic stresses, as well as impact loads, since the values of the properties are: bending stresses at bending - σ = 51.2 to 54.4 MPa, modulus of elasticity at bending - E = 3.0 to 3.2 GPa, impact toughness is W = 8.8 to 9.0 kJ/m2. The obtained results of experimental studies of the composite materials properties are in good agreement with the results of testing samples by optical microscopy, which indicates their reliability.

This paper presents the technological aspects of increasing the thermal stability of polymers, with epoxy binder used to form the polymer materials. Polyethylene polyamine was used to crosslink the epoxy binder. To ensure the thermal stability of the polymer, nanodispersed condensed carbon with a dispersion of 10–16 nm was used. The research into nanocomposites under the influence of elevated temperatures was carried out using the “Thermoscan-2” derivatograph. Complex studies of thermophysical properties were carried out, according to the results of which the optimal content of nanofiller (0.050 pts.wt.) was determined. At the same time, this particular polymer was characterized by the following properties: temperature of the beginning of mass loss—T0 = 624.9 K; final temperature of mass loss—Tf = 718.7 K; relative mass loss—εm = 60.3%. Research into the activation energy of thermal destruction was performed to determine the resistance to the destruction of chemical bonds. It was proved that the maximum value of activation energy (170.1 kJ/mol) is characterized by nanocomposites with a content of nanodispersed condensed carbon of 0.050 pts.wt., which indicates the thermal stability of the polymer.

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of social capital on the ability of countries to produce innovations. The analysis of the achievements of economic science in the field of studying social capital and innovation revealed the ambiguity of views on the relationship between these categories, as well as wide discussions about the influence of the stock of social capital on the nature of economic growth. The authors associated the existing difficulties of the research process with insufficient attention of scientists to different levels and forms of manifestation of social capital, which have different potential in promoting innovation. On the basis of the methodological approach, in which individualistic and holistic ideas about economic activity are combined in the framework of institutional theory, the decomposition of public social capital into its individual and organizational levels and corresponding functional forms is carried out. On this basis, the nature of their interaction and role in the innovation process is shown. In order to quantify social capital in view of its ability to promote innovation, an integral indicator ''Index of Innovative Social Capital'' was constructed as a combination of three key components: close cooperation between the university and R&D, Information & communication technologies, and social capital itself. In a sample of 26 countries of different levels of development, a strong two-way direct relationship with an average degree of significance was found between the ''Index of Innovative Social Capital'' and GDP per capita. The presence of such dependence serves as another explanation for the unevenness of innovative development in the world, and therefore, opens up guidelines for poor countries to increase their innovative potential in view of social and institutional factors.

This paper summarizes the results of evaluating uranium in-situ leaching (ISL) parameters for hydrogenous deposits in eastern Mongolia. This method, also known as in-situ recovery (ISR) or solution mining was proposed for mining used to extract uranium from underground deposits without physically removing the ore. The studies included drilling, geophysical surveying, evaluations of rock properties and chemical composition of rocks and groundwater, as well as modelling coupled flow and transport for the “Ul’zit” deposit as a case study. The proposed horizon-oriented approach to process separate ore bodies at different depths allows for the mining process to be adapted to layered heterogeneity and allows successive leaching by wells of varying diameter and special design. This approach may reduce drilling costs and shorten the time for mining uranium deposits in Mongolia by 2 times on average. It was proven that this method is an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to traditional underground or open-pit mining for uranium ore bodies. The economic evaluation confirms the effectiveness of the proposed solutions.

Environmental sciences ,GE1-350 - Abstract
The actual issues of the distribution of germanium in the c5 coal seam in the territory of the “Pavlohradska” mine of Western Donbas were studied. Three zones with high germanium content were found on the territory of the c5 seam, and their spatial location was determined. It was established that the geological structure of the c5 coal seam in places with the highest germanium content has common features: minimal thickness, the presence of one or two partings, as well as the presence of at least two low-amplitude northeast-trending disturbances, which can be used as predictive criteria for determining zones with the largest germanium content. The increased variability of the thickness of the coal seam, its structure, the presence of discontinuities, and the lithologicalfacies variability of the immediate and main roof contribute to the increase in the gradients of the germanium content. The growth of the regional component of germanium content in the north-eastern direction was established. It has been proven that both syngenetic and epigenetic factors influence the content of germanium in the coal seam. The regression equation between these parameters is calculated, which allows you to predict the germanium content without conducting new tests and analytical studies.

Purpose. To develop a model and construct an experimental, innovative co-generator with high energy efficiency and low emissions. This involves developing a system that can efficiently generate both electricity and heat simultaneously while minimizing emissions, contributing to sustainability efforts, and addressing energy demands in a more environmentally friendly manner. Methodology. To achieve the goal, a system approach is utilized, enabling the selection of modelling types for the development of an experimental, cutting-edge co-generation system capable of efficiently producing both electricity and heat with superior energy efficiency and minimal emissions. For this purpose, the following steps were completed: processing and summarizing available literature and patent sources, analysing scientific and technical papers on the selection and application of modelling types in co-generation systems, and considering principles and individual approaches to input data formation for mathematical modelling. This process enables the selection of a mechanism and the creation of simulation models for effective energy production at various enterprises. Findings. Assessment is performed of the energy efficiency of the co-generator system under various operating conditions, comparing it with existing conventional methods of electricity and heat generation. Results are presented of performance testing to determine the system’s capability to simultaneously generate electricity and heat efficiently, considering factors such as output stability, load responsiveness, and overall reliability. Identification and evaluation are performed of innovative technologies and methodologies integrated into the co-generator design, highlighting their effectiveness in enhancing energy efficiency and reducing emissions. Protective polymer composite coatings are widely used in marine transport owing to their improved adhesion and cohesion properties. Modifiers are introduced to enhance the performance characteristics of polymer coatings based on epoxy binders. This study investigates the impact of the eco-friendly nano modifying additive d-ascorbic acid on the structure and properties of an epoxy matrix. Based on the test results, a modified epoxy matrix with improved adhesion and physicomechanical properties was developed. The nature of the chemical bonds in the structure of the synthesized modifier and its molar mass were investigated by gas chromatography. A significant number of hydroxyl groups in the structure of the d-ascorbic acid molecule is one of the main criteria that determine the activity of this nano modifying additive in terms of homogeneous interactions during the cross-linking of the epoxy binder-based compound. It has been established that modifying epoxy compositions with d-ascorbic acid in the amount of 0.75 to 1 mass % per 100 mass % of ED-20 epoxy resin ensures an increase in adhesion strength while reducing residual stresses. The positive impact of the modifier on improving the adhesive properties of the modified epoxy matrix to the metal substrate is due to the chemical structure of the nano modifying additive, which determines the intermolecular interaction in the homogeneous polymer system. It has been proven that the epoxy composite's cohesive property indicators (elastic modulus, destructive stresses, impact toughness) significantly increase at the optimal d-ascorbic acid content. This is due to the additional formation of physical and chemical bonds in the structural network of the compound during its cross-linking in the presence of the modifying additive, which affects the indicators of the material's cohesive strength and impact resistance. The use of similarity theorems for simulation of the technological process of mineral extraction is considered. The list of parameters that significantly influence the process of underground leaching of minerals is defined. Using these parameters and fundamental laws of physics and chemistry, mathematical functions are determined to describe the processes’ behaviour under these conditions. The obtained mathematical functions make it possible to develop a computer model of polymetallic ores leaching. This allows for the prediction of the volume of extracted concentrate with minerals from the ore mass with the associated compounds. The obtained results of calculations showed a change in the volume of minerals extracted from the rock mass depending on the mass of the working agent, the volume of leached ore and the solvent percolation rate. The results of the research can be used at mining enterprises to extract polymetallic ores by underground leaching. Also, they allow for the estimation of the economic issues from mining the ore reserves.

Corrosive destruction and hydroabrasive wear is a serious problem in the operation of machine parts and water transport mechanisms. It is promising to develop new composite materials with improved properties to increase the reliability of transport vehicles. In this regard, the use of new polymer-based materials, which are characterized by improved anticorrosion properties and wear resistance, is promising. In this work, therefore, for the formation of multifunctional protective coatings, epoxy dian oligomer brand ED-20, polyethylene polyamine (PEPA) hardener, a mixture of nanodispersed compounds with a dispersion of 30–90 nm, fillers Agocel S-2000 and Waltrop with a dispersion of 8–12 μm, and particles of iron slag with a dispersion of 60–63 μm are used for the formation of multifunctional protective coatings. Using the method of mathematically planning the experiment, the content of additives of different physico-chemical natures in the epoxy binder is optimized to obtain fireproof coatings with improved operational characteristics. A mathematical model is developed for optimizing the content of components in the formation of protective anticorrosion and wear-resistant coatings for means of transport as a result of the complex effect of a mixture of nanodispersed compounds, iron scale, and Waltrop. Based on the mathematical planning of the experiment, new regularities of increasing the corrosion resistance and resources of the means of transport are established through the formation of four different protective coatings, which are tested for resistance to aggressive environments (technical water—CAS No. 7732-18-5, gasoline—CAS No. 64742-82-1, acetone—CAS No. 67-64-1, I-20A lubricant—CAS No. 64742-62-7, sodium solutions—CAS No. 1310-73-2, and sulfuric acid—CAS No. 7664-93-9) and hydroabrasive wear resistances. A study of the change in the permeability index in aggressive environments is additionally carried out, taking into account the rational ratio of dispersive fillers in the epoxy binder, which made it possible to create an effective barrier to the penetration of aggressive water molecules into the base. A decrease in the permeability of protective coatings by 2.0–3.3 times relative to the epoxy matrix is achieved. In addition, the wear resistance of the developed materials under the action of hydroabrasion is investigated. The relative resistance of the CM to the action of hydroabrasion was found by the method of materials and coatings testing on the gas-abrasive wear with a centrifugal accelerator. This method enables one to model the real process of the wear of mechanism parts under the hydroabrasive action. It is shown that the coefficient of the wear resistance of the developed materials is 1.3 times higher than that of the polymer matrix, which indicates the resistance of the composites to the influence of hydroabrasive environment. As a result, modified epoxy composite protective coatings with improved anticorrosion properties and wear resistance under hydroabrasive conditions are developed. It is established that the protective coating filled with particles of a mixture of nanodispersed compounds (30–90 nm), iron scale (60–63 μm), and Waltrop (8–12 μm) has the lowest permeability indicators. The permeability in natural conditions of such a coating during the time t = 300 days of the study is χ = 0.5%, which is 3.6 times less than the similar indicators of the epoxy matrix. It is substantiated that the protective coating filled with particles of a mixture of nanodispersed compounds (30–90 nm), iron scale (60–63 μm), and Agocel S-2000 (8–12 μm) is characterized by the highest indicators of wear resistance. The coefficient of wear resistance under the action of hydroabrasion of such a coating is K = 1.75, which is 1.3 times higher than the similar indicators of the original epoxy matrix.

The prospective of the application of new materials on a polymer base is shown in this work. Given that developed composites can be efficiently used for protection of equipment that is operated at elevated temperatures, the impact of the nature and content of powder mixture, synthesised by high voltage electric discharge, on the thermophysical properties of epoxy composites were studied. Epoxy diane oligomer was chosen as the main component of the binder during the formation of the composites. Polyethylene polyamine hardener was used for cross-linking of epoxy composites, which allows hardening of materials at room temperatures. The selection of powder mixture, synthesised by high voltage electric discharge, for increase of thermophysical properties of developed materials was justified. More so, thermal stability and activation energy of epoxy composites were studied. Permissible limits of the temperature, at which developed materials can be used, were established based on the conducted tests of thermophysical properties of materials, filled by powder mixture, synthesised by high voltage electric discharge.

The work represents the results of experimental research on the influence of the nanofiller’s nature on the thermal physical properties of composite materials. Polymer composite materials based on epoxy diane oligomer ED-20 were modified by 4-aminobenzoic acid. Martens yield temperature was researched and the glass transition temperature of the developed materials was determined. For the establishment of the thermal field’s effect on the structural processes of composite materials, the thermal coefficient of linear expansion of the materials was researched. Due to the necessity of studying the influence of temperature on physical-chemical processes and transformations in polymer composites, modern thermal analysis methods were used – differential thermal and thermal gravimetric analysis. Based on the analysis of experimental data, the optimal content of 4-aminobenzoic acid q 0.10 wt.% was determined per 100 wt.% of the ED-20 oligomer, which leads to the improvement of thermal physical properties of epoxy composite materials. The methods for ensuring long-term and safe operation of marine equipment due to comprehensive repair technologies that use epoxy oligomers and new compositions based on them are developed. The influence of temperature and UltraSonic Treatment (UST) on the rheological properties of the pure epoxy matrix and compositions based on it is explored. The compositions have different content of nanodispersed soot carbon black of brand PowCarbon 2419G (particle size of 24 ± 2 nm). It is established that when nanoparticle soot (q = 0.10…15.00 pts wt) is introduced into the composition of the epoxy matrix treated with ultrasound, the viscosity of the composition increases gradually. Based on the results obtained, temperature ranges are recommended, in which the viscosity of the studied compositions reaches optimal technological parameters for the effective impregnation of threads, tows and various fabrics, and which provide for the effective application of the composition to the working surfaces of marine equipment. Technical recommendations are given for applying the developed black-filled epoxy compositions to the working surfaces of parts, ship mechanisms and pipeline systems of marine vessels. The influence of the aggressive environments of river water, seawater, oil, petrol and sodium hydroxide on the impact strength of epoxy-polyester composite was investigated. Testing was conducted by two different methods. It was determined that the impact strength of specimens that were kept at air was W' = 4.2 kJ/m2 (by the second method - W'' = 7.0 kJ/m2). The energy spent on destruction of the control specimen was E = 0.92 J. The main regularities of the crack propagation process in the studied material were found and qualitatively described. The time of a crack propagation (τ = 0.16 μs) was determined. The maximum load, which leads to destruction of the specimen was Pmax = 2.47 kN. The comparative analysis of investigated specimens was conducted by the IR-spectroscopy method. It was found, that the biggest decrease in material properties was observed for the specimen that was kept in the petrol environment.

The impact of fillers in the epoxy oligomer on the test culture of the marine ecosystem was investigated. The content of additive—biocides—was selected based on the complex research using STAT-GRAPHICS® Centurion XVI. The ecotoxicity of composite surfaces was determined in model systems using methods which are standard in eco-microbiology. The microorganism was identified by studying morphological, cultural, biochemical, and antigenic properties. Studies of the structure and the microrelief of the surfaces of composite materials were conducted using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. Based on comprehensive research, it was established that the composition of oxytetracycline with content of q = 1.5 wt% and nanosilver with a content of q = 0.075 wt% per 100 wt% of the DER-331 oligomer and 10 parts by the mass of the TETA hardener ensures the formation of a porous nano-heterogeneous structure of the coating, which leads to the acceleration of the release of silver ions from the surface of the polymer. The rational content of the complex additives of biocides ensures adhesion to the cell wall of bacteria with subsequent penetration into it and subsequent change to the cell membrane, its death, and, therefore, the suppression of the fouling process of metal structures.

It is proved that in order to increase the operational characteristics of parts of the river and sea transport, including their physical and mechanical properties, it is advisable to use the protective polymeric composite coatings. The effect of fillers on the flexural stresses of the developed epoxy composite was analyzed. The critical content of components was determined by the method of mathematical planning of the experiment: the synthesized powder mixture - 0.05 pts.wt., discrete fibers - 0.10 to 0.15 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of epoxy oligomer ED-20. Introduction of such ingredients into the epoxy binder allows to increase the flexural stresses to σ f=77.4…78.6 MPa. The obtained results allow to create materials with improved values of physical and mechanical properties.

Purpose. Substantiation of the stress-strain parameters of a rock mass state to identify potential mine methane accumulation in the roof rocks of the extraction pillar. Methodology. Characterization of stratification cavity in rock mass for mine methane extraction relied upon analytical studies. The research is based on a method by Professor O.V. Savostyanov to calculate a stress-strain state of rocks. The method has been implemented in GeoDenamics Lite software. The use of the method helps obtain both geometrical and physical parameters of load characteristics for typical rock layers from the coal seam up to the surface. The abovementioned makes it possible to identify areas of rock stratification, coal bench being flaked away, and the number of rock layers after stratification. Mining and geological conditions of the coal seam occurrence and mining technology are the output data for the research. Findings. Analysis of geometrical and physical parameters of load characteristics on the roof rocks of a coal seam has supported the fact that abnormal pressure areas propagate within the rock mass. The listed parameters vary from a seam up to the surface normally both towards the rock mass and towards the mined-out area along with the stope advance. The abovementioned helps define parameters of stratification cavity formation within the roof rocks of an extraction pillar since the cavities may accumulate mine methane. Originality. Dependencies of the changes in rock layer subsidence height have been derived based upon formation dynamics of the mined-out longwall volume. Regularities of changes in volumes of rock formation stratification cavities have been identified depending upon the strength and thickness of the rock layers; closeness to mining area; and stope advance velocity as well as its length. Practical value. Based upon the method by Professor O.V.Savostyanov, an algorithm has been proposed to define possible mine methane accumulations after mining operations within the extraction pillar are completed. Hence, the areas of methane accumulation will be considered in future as extra sources of fuel material. At the same time, it has been proposed to complement operation mode of a mining enterprise with biogas plants if the produced mine mixture is poor. A technological scheme for the combined mine methane-biogas extraction has been provided.

The effect of carbon black (CB) nanopowder on the electrical properties of polymer composite systems based on the epoxy resin is investigated using the method of impedance spectroscopy. It is established that the electrical and dielectric properties of the studied systems significantly depend on the nanofiller content. It is found that electrical conductivity and dielectric constant exhibit percolation behavior when the filler’s content increases. In this case, the electrical conductivity increases exponentially, indicating the formation of filler electrically conductive mesh inside the polymer matrix. A small jump in electrical conductivity when reaching the percolation threshold indicates the formation of indirect contacts between the particles. The value of the percolation threshold of conductivity is 8%. It is shown that the dielectric constant of epoxy nanosystems is almost unchanged in the frequency range of 102–105 Hz. It is related to the structural features of the filler particles, which ensure the existence of a minimal dielectric gradient between the matrix and the filler. It is found that the dielectric constant of the studied systems also shows percolation behavior. The obtained material based on the epoxy matrix is characterized by a high value of dielectric constant, which at a carbon black nanopowder content of 29% is 4680. This material is characterized by relative frequency invariance and a high value of dielectric constant, so it has great potential for practical application.

It is known that the elastic characteristics of polyamides change with increasing temperature; in particular, the Young’s modulus decreases significantly. This fact is practically not taken into account in design calculations of metal-polymer plain (MP) bearings, operating under conditions of the boundary and dry friction. The purpose of the study was the analysis of the effect of temperature on the change of the Young’s modulus and, accordingly, the contact strength and triboresource according to the developed method of calculating MP bearings. MP bearings with a bushing made of polyamide PA6 reinforced with glass or carbon-dispersed fibers were investigated. Quantitative and qualitative regularities of change of the maximum contact pressures and resource of the bearings at temperature increase under conditions of boundary and dry friction are established. The pressures in the bearing bushing made of PA6 + 30GF will be lower than for the bushing made of PA6 + 30CF. The resource of the bushing made of PA6 + 30CF will be significantly greater than for PA6 + 30GF. For thermoplastic polymers, the increase in temperature will have a useful practical effect due to the decrease in the rigidity of the polymer composites of the bearing bushing.

Purpose is to study influence of a longwall face advance on the geomechanical situation in the neighbourhood of a mining site based upon determination of changes in standard and critical subsidence of the immediate roof rocks. Methods. To study a geomechanical situation in the neighbourhood of a mining site the authors have applied software product GeoDenamics Lite developed at Dnipro University of Technology. The software product relies upon a calculation procedure of stress-strain state of rocks by Professor O.V. Savostianov. Expediency of the software selection is based upon the supported control and adaptation of a coal mining technique to changes in geodynamic stress fields in the anisotropic rock-coal medium impacting temporal and spatial changes in the technological parameters. Findings. The basic problems have been singled out connected with certain changes in a longwall face advance. For the first time, an analytical scheme of tangential stresses within the immediate roof rocks has been developed for Lisova mine of SE Lvivvuhillia under the conditions of coal seam mining by means of the paired longwalls which makes it possible to determine both physical and geometrical parameters of standard loads within the formation. Originality. Dependencies of temporal and spatial changes in subsidences and horizontal displacements of rock layers of the immediate roof have been defined being 5.2 m for the upper rock pack and 3.9 m for the lower pack if the longwall longwall face advance is 1.9 up to 4.8 m/day. Both physical and geometrical parameters of the reference pressure have been defined as well as the parameters of lower sandstone pack in the process of the main roof subsidence. Impact of the extra pressure forces on the immediate roof rocks has been analyzed at the moment of critical lowerings of the immediate roof rocks. In this context, standard loading from the overlying formation in addition to tangential stresses in the roof result in rock failure due to vertical cracks above a longwall face. Practical implications. The engineering methods have been developed making it possible to identify impact parameters of a longwall face advance on the geomechanical situation in the neighbourhood of a mining site. In future, it will help forecast changes in the reference pressure around a longwall face while preventing emergency settlement of the powered support.

- Abstract
- Abstract
The economic evaluation confirms the effectiveness of the proposed solutions., U radu su sažeti rezultati procjene parametara pridobivanja urana izluživanjem za hidrogene naslage u istočnoj Mongoliji.

The corrosion resistance and hydroabrasive resistance of the developed epoxy composite coatings are investigated in this paper. The analysis of the penetration index change after τ = 50–150 days of immersion in a water medium and 10% sulfuric acid solution is carried out. The optimal ratio of the modifier and nanodispersed (Si3N4, Al2O3, AlN, and TiN) and fibrous (viscose, polyamide, matka silk, rong, and cashmere) fillers in the epoxy binder is determined. It was allowed to slow down the process of electrochemical reaction on the metal surface. The penetration of aggressive media in such a coating during the time t = 150 days is 0.8–2.8%. It is 1.5–2 times lower than the similar indexes of the initial epoxy matrix. The rational combination of the fibrous filler (wool, acrylic PAN, and cashmere), modifier, and nanodispersed (Si3N4, AlF3, IH, and ZrH) filler in the epoxy binder is found, which allows to provide optimum indexes of wear rate. The wear rate under the action of a hydroabrasive of such a coating is I = 0.20%, which is 4 times lower than the similar indexes of the initial epoxy matrix. The wear mechanism of such coatings is caused by the physical and mechanical processes of microcutting and plastic deformation of the surface layer of the material.

It is proved, that for improving the performance characteristics of vehicle parts, including their corrosion resistance and wear resistance, it is advisable to use protective polymeric composite coatings. It is shown that in order to increase the indexes of physical-mechanical and thermophysical properties in the epoxy binder, it is necessary to introduce additives: modifiers, plasticizers, dispersed and fiber fillers. The introduction of dispersed additives into the epoxy binder is actual. It this case, it is effective to use fillers of different dispersity in the complex. The influence of two-component polydispersed filler on the elasticity modulus in flexure of the developed epoxy composite is analyzed. The critical content of a two-component polydispersed filler is found by the method of mathematical planning of an experiment. a mixture of nanodispersed compounds 1 (d = 20 . . . 80 nm) − 0.75 . . . 1.0 pts.wt., a mixture of discrete fibers 1 (l = 0.5 . . . 1.0 mm, d = 18 . . . 25 µm) – 0.2 pts.wt. by the 100 pts.wt. of the epoxy oligomer ED-20. An introduction of the two-component polydispersed filler to the epoxy binder allows significantly to increase the values of the elasticity modulus in flexure of the protective coatings to = 4.8 . . . 5.0hP a. Additionally, the effect of two-component polydispersed filler on the impact resilience of the developed epoxy composite was determined. It is proved that the critical content of a two-component polydisperse filler is: a mixture of nanodispersed compounds 2 (d = 30 . . . 40 nm) − 1.00 . . . 1.25 pts.wt., a mixture of discrete fibers 2 (l = 0.5 . . . 1.0 mm, d = 18 . . . 25 µm) − 0.1 . . . 0.2 pts.wt. by the 100 pts.wt. of epoxy ED-20. An introduction of the two-component polydispersed filler to the epoxy binder allows significantly to increase the values of the impact resilience to W’ = 10.0. . . 10.2 kJ/m2. The obtained results allow us to create polymeric coating with improved indexes of the physical and mechanical properties in complex.

Mining systems for ore deposit extraction with the backfilling of the goaf solve the problem of preserving the surface and the complete extraction of rich ores. This paper considers the filling of mined-out stopes with a viscous fluidal solution for the formation of an artificial strong massif, which results in a conglomerate formed on contact with the ore deposit. It was established that exogenous fracturing at the Pivdenno-Belozirske deposit significantly affects the stability of the sides and ceilings in the chamber. This phenomenon can be observed at the first stage of processing. At chambers (the second stage of processing), the artificial rock mass is exposed. It has been established that the chamber mining systems do not ensure the operational stability of the vertical outcrop in the zones of exogenous intensive fracture of the rock mass, especially in the places where they intersect. The zonal location of intense fracture was established along the strike and dip of the steep ore deposit, as was its importance in the formation of rock fallouts. An analytical solution algorithm has been developed to determine the penetration of the backfilling mixture in the plane of the intersection of zones of intense cracking, with opposite azimuths of incidence at steep angles of macrocracking. The features of penetration into microcracks of the backfilling mixture used at the mine, which are affected by their granulometric and physicochemical compositions, have been determined. The influence of the height of the layer and the procedure of backfilling the chamber space in the liquid phase on the formation of the necessary pressure for the opening of a microcrack was studied. The priority of backfilling the exogenous macrocracks with significant gaps and those between tectonic blocks with mixtures has been analytically substantiated and confirmed by experimental methods of research in the mine.
