Le comportement électrochimique de deux composés issus de la biomasse, le furfural (FF) et le 5-hydroxyméthylfurfural (HMF) a été étudié sur plusieurs matériaux d’électrode (Au, Pt, Cu, C, Ag) dans les liquides ioniques (LIs) 1-butyl-1-méthylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluorométhanesulfonyl)imide ([BMPyrr][NTf2]) et 1-butyl-3-méthylimidazolium bis(trifluorométhanesulfonyl)imide ([BMIm][NTf2]) ainsi que dans le solvant eutectique profond chlorure de choline/glycérol 1:2 (ChCl-Gly).Les techniques électrochimiques (voltampérométrie cyclique, électrolyses potentiostatiques à temps long) et spectroscopiques (FTIR in-situ, RMN haute résolution ex-situ) mettent en évidence deux mécanismes de réduction du FF qui dépendent du milieu utilisé. En [BMPyrr][NTf2], une vague voltampérométrique de réduction entre -2,30 et -2,43 V vs. Fc+/Fc est associée à la formation de l’alcool furfurylique et de deux diastéréoisomères de l’hydrofuroïne. En [BMIm][NTf2], une vague entre -2,13 et -2,30 V est associée à la formation d’un seul produit, la 2,2’-furoïne. Dans le premier milieu, un mécanisme semblable à celui de la réduction électrochimique directe observée en milieu aqueux ou organique a été proposé. Dans le deuxième cas, le mécanisme fait intervenir le carbène imidazol2-ylidène provenant du cation BMIm+ qui catalyse la formation de la 2,2’-furoïne. Dans le solvant eutectique profond ChCl-Gly, la formation de l’alcool furfurylique a été mise en évidence et l’influence de la morphologie de l’électrode (massive ou nanoparticules) sur ce processus été discutée. Concernant l’oxydation du furfural, la réactivité apparait identique dans les deux milieux LIs via la formation à 1,90 V d’un adduit entre l’anion NTf2- et le composé d’intérêt. Le HMF présente un comportement en réduction similaire dans les deux LIs via la présence de signaux voltampérométriques d’adsorption du composé à l’électrode. In [BMIm][NTf2], a wave between -2,13 and -2,30 V was assigned to the formation of a single product, 2,2’-furoin. In the first IL, the mechanism that we proposed is similar to that generally reported in aqueous or organic media. In the second IL, the imidazole-2-ylidene carbene coming from the BMIm+ cation, catalyses the formation of the 2,2-furoin. In the deep eutectic solvent ChCl-Gly, the formation of furfuryl alcohol was evidenced and the influence of the electrode morphology (bulk or nanoparticles) was discussed. In the case of the furfural oxidation, the reactivity appears to be similar in the two ILs with the formation at 1,90 V of an adduct between the NTf2- anion and furfural. HMF displayed a similar behaviour in the two ILs, characterised by adsorption voltametric signals at the electrode surface. FTIR spectroscopy indicates that both hydroxymethyl and carbonyl functions are affected by the reaction. The same technique showed that both functions are also involved in the oxidation of the compound. The electrodeposition of copper-selenium binary compounds on gold electrode was investigated in the choline chloride – urea (ChCl-U) deep eutectic solvent at 110 °C. Cyclic voltammetry and potentiostatic deposition followed by stripping voltammetries were employed to gain thermodynamic insights pointing to the formation of Cu2Se, which is supported by X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. The electrochemical stability domain of the compound is about 900 mV (from ≈−0.81 V to ≈+0.07 V vs. a silver quasi-reference electrode) and is consistent with the thermodynamics of induced co-deposition. The domain is limited at positive potentials by the oxidation to Se(0) and at negative potentials by the reduction to Cu(0). While copper is readily deposited on the gold electrode, the electrodeposition of selenium requires a significant overpotential. As a consequence, copper is kinetically favoured in the co-deposition and is present in its pure form at short deposition times. This is circumvented by using longer deposition times or more negative potentials. Les solvants eutectiques profonds (SEP) sont une classe relativement récente de solvants possédant des propriétés physico-chimiques attrayantes pour des applications électrochimiques. Ce travail propose une étude fondamentale de l’électrochimie de l'Ag, du Pd et de l'Au dans des SEP en vue de leur récupération à partir de déchets d'équipements électriques et électroniques (DEEE) ou de minerais selon des procédés respectueux de l’environnement.Deux SEP, le chlorure de choline-urée (ChCl-U) et le chlorure de choline-acide oxalique dihydraté (ChCl-Ox), ont été principalement utilisés. Ils se distinguent par un caractère "acide" très marqué pour le second, et légèrement "basique" pour le premier. Afin de démêler les effets de solvants des effets de substrats, trois matériaux différents ont été employés comme électrode de travail, le carbone vitreux, l'or polycristallin et le platine polycristallin. Les voltampérométries cyclique et hydrodynamique, la chonoampérométrie et la chronopotentiométrie à courant nul ont permis de comprendre le comportement électrochimique de Ag, Pd et Au dans ces SEP. Certains dépôts métalliques ont été caractérisés par Microscopie Électronique à Balayage couplé à la Spectroscopie de Rayon-X à Dispersion d’Énergie.L’électrochimie des ions Ag(I) est très peu influencée par la nature du SEP mais plutôt par le matériau d’électrode. Sur électrode d’or, elle est caractérisée par un dépôt très réversible lié à un phénomène de dépôt en sous-tension, contrairement au carbone vitreux et au platine où les dépôts ont nécessité des surtensions de nucléation. X-ray diffraction and infrared reflection spectroscopy data have confirmed the electrosynthesis of copper dicyanamide films by cyclic voltammetry and potentiostatic electrolysis. An insoluble Cu(I)dca film can be synthesized on a gold or copper electrode by the reduction of Cu(II) or oxidation of Cu(0) in aqueous or methanolic solutions containing dicyanamide ions. By resorting to the use of the ruthenium hexaammine redox probe the Cu(I)dca film was shown to be electronically conductive although the deposition rate decreases when the film formation proceeds. Depending on the applied potential, not only Cu(I)dca but also Cu(II)dca can be formed by oxidation of a copper electrode in presence of dicyanamide ions dissolved in methanol. The powder obtained by electrolysis at 1 V vs Hg/Hg2SO4 made essentially of Cu(II)dca presents a specific surface area of (183 ± 59) m2/g. Like other developing countries, Burkina Faso is one of the preferential destinations for second-hand electricaland electronic equipments (EEE). At the end of their life, these EEEs are classified as waste electrical andelectronic equipment (WEEE) including Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). A particle size reduction is realized for therelease of metals by shredding and grinding to obtain particles smaller 1.5 mm. A granulometric sorting wasrealized and nine granulometric portions were obtained. Particles were characterized by optical microscopy andScanning Electron Microscopy coupled with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS). The experimentsconfirmed that the fractions contained polymers, glass fibers and metals under the form of single metals or alloys.The release of metal was efficient for particles with a size smaller than 0.71 mm. Three digestion procedures wereexperimented on four components to assess the impact on metals leaching. Microwave-assisted digestion methodwas the best procedure, compared to the analysis methods ISO 11466: 1995, and method 3050B, adapted. Thecharacterization by Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) of these PCBs exhibitedimportant amounts of precious metals (Ag, Au, Pd) and other metals in greater quantities (Cu, Pb, Ni, Co, etc.),leading to their qualification as “Urban Mines” calling for their recovery. The characterization of metals in eachgranulometric portion is realized. Les phénomènes de transport de matière ainsi que la cinétique des réactions chimiques sont des processus importants en électrochimie car ceux-ci contrôlent le courant mesuré. Dans ce contexte, nous nous intéressons à de simples réactions électrochimiques et à la classe des réactions de transfert couplés électrons-protons (PCET), jouant un rôle important dans les phénomènes biologiques et la conversion d’énergie. Ces réactions impliquent le transfert d’électron(s) et de proton(s) et sont représentées par un schéma carré. Alors que la cinétique de transfert d’électrons est largement étudiée, la cinétique de transfert de protons l’est plus rarement. Ces réactions sont en effet supposées être très rapides alors qu’il existe des situations où les réactions de protonation constituent l’étape limitante. La première partie de la thèse consiste à étudier la cinétique des réactions de protonation en tenant compte de la catalyse de Brönsted. Par le biais de simulations numériques, nous montrons que la catalyse augmente la réversibilité des voltampérogrammes cycliques, à des pH où le transfert couplé s’opère. Les prédictions numériques ont été comparées aux données expérimentales et les résultats sont encourageants car une même tendance est observée. L’accord quantitatif n’est cependant pas satisfaisant à ce stade. Les phénomènes de transport étant connus pour affecter les processus à l’électrode, la seconde partie de la thèse est consacrée à l’étude de l’influence de la convection. Nous commençons par présenter les différentes raisons qui peuvent expliquer les déviations expérimentales par rapport à la diffusion seule, comme la convection naturelle induite par des gradients de densité ou de tension superficielle. Nous présentons le concept de convection spontanée associé aux mouvements microscopiques de la solution. RésuméLes monocouches auto-assemblées d'ADN immobilisées sur électrodes d'or sont à la base de nombreux biocapteurs électrochimiques. Le contrôle du comportement interfacial de l'ADN par le biais d'un champ électrique est intéressant pour la détection de polymorphisme nucléotidique simple (PNS). La caractérisation in situ de monocouches d'ADN à l'échelle moléculaire est importante pour la fabrication de biocapteurs robustes, fiables et sensibles.La thèse porte sur la détection du PNS dans l'ADN par le biais d'hybridation/dénaturation induite par le champ électrique. La microscopie de fluorescence sous conditions électrochimiques est utilisée comme méthodologie de détection et outil de caractérisation de l'interface d'ADN. À cette fin, des séquences d'ADN marquées par des sondes fluorescentes sont immobilisées sur des électrodes d'or sous forme de monocouches auto-assemblées (SAM) thiolées.Premièrement, les SAMs sont composées de séquences cibles présentant ou non une mutation ponctuelle. La relation entre le potentiel appliqué et la dénaturation du double brin est étudiée. In situ electrochemical fluorescence microscopy is used as a detection methodology and characterization tool for DNA interfaces. Le recours aux solvants eutectiques profonds se présente comme une alternative potentielle aux limitations rencontrées en milieux aqueux pour la réalisation de dépôts électrochimiques. La transposition des procédés électrochimiques des milieux conventionnels vers ces nouveaux milieux n’est pas immédiate et nécessite d’entreprendre des études fondamentales visant à comprendre l’impact de la nature des solvants eutectiques profonds sur différents processus survenant à l’interface électrochimique. Dans cette optique, le présent travail examine les mécanismes impliqués dans la formation de dépôts d’argent, de palladium et du mélange Ag-Pd en solvants eutectiques profonds à l’aide de plusieurs techniques voltampérométriques (voltampérométries cyclique, différentielle, alternative, hydrodynamique, à balayage linéaire) et de mesures chronoampérométriques. Le choix du dépôt d’argent a été retenu comme système modèle et a été étendu à la réalisation d’alliage Ag-Pd qui présente un intérêt plus appliqué. Les solvants eutectiques profonds sélectionnés pour cette recherche sont obtenus en mélangeant du chlorure de choline avec de l’urée (ChCl-U) ou avec de l’acide oxalique (ChCl-Ox). Le comportement électrochimique de AgCl en ChCl-U est fortement affecté par la nature de l’électrode. Sur carbone et platine, une importante surtension pour le dépôt à 3D est requise, alors qu’aucune surtension n’est nécessaire sur électrode d’or en raison d’un processus de dépôt à 2D (dépôt en soustension) de l’argent sur l’or. Ce mécanisme de dépôt en sous-tension est peu sensible à la nature du solvant eutectique profond et très similaire à celui obtenu en solution aqueuse avec une concentration équivalente en chlorures. Le recours à des monocristaux a permis d’examiner l’influence de la cristallographie sur le dépôt en sous-tension. Cet ouvrage présente notre travail de recherche, mené depuis 2014, et qui a pour objet l’enseignement de la chimie organique dans les écoles secondaires de Belgique francophone, enseignement qui est assuré durant les deux dernières années du secondaire. Nous nous intéressons à cette période précoce de l’enseignement de la chimie organique car nous pensons qu’il serait bénéfique pour l’apprenant d’aborder cette matière le plus tôt possible, la chimie organique étant présente dans une très large part de notre vie quotidienne. Nous constatons qu’à ce niveau d’enseignement, une grande partie de l’apprentissage s’effectue « par cœur ». Or, nous faisons l’hypothèse que l’apprenant est capable d’aborder la chimie organique sous un angle différent et que cet enseignement peut être mené en se basant sur d’autres compétences que la seule restitution. Dans la première partie de ce travail, nous présenterons l’objet et le cadre de cette recherche en partant tout d’abord à la découverte de l’histoire et de l’épistémologie de la chimie organique dans le chapitre 1. Cette exploration nous mènera aux défis de l’enseignement de la chimie organique dans le chapitre 2, ainsi qu’à l’étude des différentes problématiques déjà mises en avant dans de précédentes recherches sur le sujet. Le chapitre 3 établira nos questions de recherche ainsi qu’un aperçu général de la méthodologie que nous suivrons pour y répondre.La deuxième partie de notre travail va nous faire rentrer dans le vif du sujet :nous étudierons en profondeur le contenu à enseigner en secondaire en nous basant sur le référentiel de compétences ainsi que sur les programmes des différents réseaux. Dans le premier chapitre de cette deuxième partie, nous partirons des différentes problématiques que pose l’enseignement de la chimie organique en secondaire pour ensuite analyser en détail le ou les chapitre(s) concernant la chimie organique dans le programme de secondaire. Constant current chronopotentiometry is employed in conjunction with cyclic voltammetry and ac voltammetry to present in-depth interfacial characterisations of the adsorption behaviour of a peptide affinity probe (Cys-p53), of a thiolated hepta(ethylene glycol) (t-OEG) and of mixed monolayers of these at mercury electrodes. The peptide sequence is derived from the interaction site of the protein p53 with the protein Mdm2. The adsorbed Cys-p53 peptide is catalytically active towards the hydrogen evolution reaction, giving rise to very intense peaks in chronopotentiometry, whereas the oligo(ethylene glycol) is not. This difference enables one to monitor the presence of the peptide within mixed monolayers. Ce travail de thèse s’inscrit dans un contexte de développement de nouvelles méthodes de production d’énergie. Parmi les nombreuses technologies proposées, les piles à combustible à membrane échangeuse de protons (PEMFC) sont particulièrement prometteuses. Cependant, certaines limitations subsistent quant à leur utilisation à grande échelle, notamment au niveau de leur trop courte durée de vie et du coût trop élevé des différents matériaux qui les composent. Cette thèse, inscrite dans un projet de recherche intitulé HYLIFE, a pour but de synthétiser par des méthodes plasma à pression atmosphérique des couches catalytiques et une membrane échangeuse de protons et de les caractériser dans le but d’une application en pile.Nous avons dans un premier temps utilisé une torche plasma radiofréquencée pour produire des couches catalytiques. Le traitement de l’acétylacétonate de platine (II), ou Pt(acac)2, en post-décharge a permis la formation de nanoparticules (NPs) métalliques de taille comprise entre 1 et 4 nm dans des conditions optimisées. Les espèces réactives du plasma comme les argons métastables ont été identifiés comme acteurs principaux dans la dégradation du précurseur et dans la réduction, directe ou indirecte (par formation de CO), du platine. Le greffage (renforcé ou non par un prétraitement O2 ou N2) des NPs a pu être réalisé sur différents supports carbonés et la caractérisation électrochimique des couches catalytiques a mis en évidence des performances en pile équivalentes à celles obtenues pour des électrodes commerciales et une bonne résistance à la dégradation. L’injection de H2 dans la torche plasma a permis la formation de NPs de cobalt à partir de Co(acac)2 et un phénomène de compétition entre le Pt et le Co lors de la formation de nanostructures bimétalliques a été mis en évidence.La formation de nanoparticules de platine a également été étudiée dans le cas du traitement par microplasma d’une solution méthanolique de Pt(acac)2. Uracil was used as complexing agent to developp cyanide-free processes for silver deposition on copper and nickel substrates. We have highlighted that the molar ratio Ur/Ag+ between uracil and silver ions concentrations and the pH are crucial in the formulation of a stable and efficient bath and were found to be equal to 4 and 13.7 respectively. Silver was deposited in a single step on copper according to a three-dimensional nucleation mechanism while silver plating of nickel substrates was found to require an additionnal silver strike step. Cu-BTC (Copper(II) benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylate also known as HKUST-1 or MOF-199) is one of the most widely studied metal organic framework (MOF) structures for potential use in industrial applications. In this work, Cu-BTC metal organic frameworks were synthesized by a direct electrochemical method that consists in oxidizing a copper surface to copper ions in a solution containing the dissolved linker. The electrochemical delivery of copper ions has been performed by three different methods: potentiodynamically, galvanostatically and potentiostatically. The characterization of the samples was performed by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and specific surface determination using the BET method.Distinct Cu-BTC structures can be obtained according to the experimental conditions. The 3D Cu-BTC or Cu3(BTC)2 is obtained when a low current (100 mA) or a low positive potential (0 to 1 V) is used to synthesize the MOF from a methanol solution containing 0.05 M H3BTC and 0.05 M NaNO3. To validate the recently proposed reaction mechanism that implies the formation of Cu+, dicyanamide anions (dca) have been added to the solution since we have shown that a thin film of Cu(I)dca can be formed by the reduction of dissolved Cu2+ and the oxidation of a Cu surface in the presence of dca ions in aqueous and methanol solutions.The potentiostatically synthesized material is present as a film on the surface and as a powder in solution. Irrespective of the potential and dca concentration used in this work, FTIR and XRD data reveal that the powder recovered from the solution is not composed of dca and corresponds to Cu3(BTC)2. In contrast, the FTIR, XRD, TGA and XPS analyses of the film deposited at the electrode indicate that both dca and BTC are present in the film. In this thesis, we focused on understanding the synthesis of titanium dioxide (TiO2) films and nitrogen doped TiO2 films using an atmospheric pressure Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD). The first part of the work was dedicated to the deposition of TiO2 films by cold plasma DBD with titanium tetraisopropoxide as precursor in a single-step process at room temperature. The deposition rate was about 70 nm·min-1. The photocatalytic degradation rate for the degradation of methylene blue (MB) under ultra violet (UV) irradiation of the TiO2 film after annealing was close to a reference anatase TiO2 spin coated film. Moreover, the TiO2 films showed a good photocatalytic stability. The second part of the study focused on the optimization and the understanding of the effect of the plasma parameters (gas flow rate and power) on the morphology of the TiO2 films and on the investigation of the deposition mechanisms. The morphology of the film changed from granular to compact film by either increasing the total flow rate or decreasing the plasma power. In other words, adapting the energy density in the plasma allowed the control of the morphology of the TiO2 films. To our knowledge, it was the first time that the energy density parameters of the plasma were used to control the morphology of TiO2 films. The photocatalytic degradation rate for the degradation of MB under UV irradiation of the annealed TiO2 film turned out to be about 2 and 15 times higher than the one of the commercial TiO2 film and the as-deposited TiO2 films, respectively. In order to extend the light utilization to the visible light range, TiO2 films were doped with nitrogen using a room temperature argon/ammonia plasma discharge. XPS and SIMS results confirmed that the nitrogen has been incorporated in the TiO2 lattice mostly in Ti-N state. This was further confirmed by Raman spectroscopy and XRD. MYRRHA, a Multi-purpose hYbrid Research Reactor for High-tech Applications is currently under development at the Belgian nuclear research center SCK•CEN. It is the first prototype of a nuclear reactor driven by a particle accelerator in the world. Lead-Bismuth Eutectic (LBE) has been selected as spallation neutron source and as primary reactor coolant. Oxygen control strategy has been defined to mitigate undesirable liquid metal corrosion occurring between the steel surface of the main components of MYRRHA and the LBE itself. The development of a reliable oxygen sensor and control device beyond the state-of-the-art for operation in the conditions foreseen in MYRRHA are therefore crucial. A potentiometric oxygen sensor based on the use of yttria partially stabilized zirconia as solid electrolyte combined respectively with air/perovskite oxides, Cu/Cu2O, In/In2O3 or LBE/PbO reference electrode has been developed and operated successfully between 200 and 450 °C in oxygen saturated LBE overcoming the operating temperature limit of previously used Bi/Bi2O3 and air/Pt reference electrode oxygen sensors being of 280 °C and 300 °C approximately.An electrochemical oxygen pump based on the use of yttria partially stabilized zirconia as solid electrolyte and air/Lanthanum Strontium Manganite electrode has been tested both to add and extract oxygen from LBE. Afin de s’affranchir de contraintes liées à l’utilisation de milieux conventionnels, l’électroreduction du CO2 a été étudiée en milieux liquides ioniques. L’activité de l’interface électrode - électrolyte a été examinée par techniques électrochimiques et les produits de réactions formés après électrolyses sous contrôle potentiostatique, ont été analysés par techniques chromatographiques et spectroscopie RMN. L’ensemble des informations obtenu lors de ces analyses a permis de contribuer à une meilleure compréhension des mécanismes réactionnels de l’électroréduction du CO2 en milieux liquides ioniques. Au travers de ce travail, l’influence de la composition du liquide ionique sur l’électroréduction du CO2 conduite à une électrode d’or a pu être étudiée, en recourant à des liquides ioniques constitués de différents cations (imidazolium, pyrrolidinium, pipéridinium et tétraalkylammonium) et du même anion [NTf2]-. En milieu [BMIm][NTf2], la présence du proton acide H-2 du cation [BMIm]+ favorise la formation de CO, principal produit formé à l’électrode d’or polycristallin. Cependant, la réduction du cation [BMIm]+ apparaît comme une réaction compétitive, produisant non seulement du carbène, mais également des dimères hydrogénés et un monomère. La différence de sélectivité de ces produits observée à différents matériaux d’électrode a pu être interprétée sur base des capacités différentes des surfaces métalliques à adsorber l’hydrogène. En présence de ces produits générés électrochimiquement, le CO2 est indirectement converti produisant en partie un adduit. Dû fait de la faible chargée transféree durant électrolyse en milieu [N1,1,1,3][NTf2] et des grandes surtensions nécessaires à la réduction du CO2 en milieu [PMPip][NTf2], l’électroréduction du CO2 a été poursuivie en détail en milieu [BMPyrr][NTf2].En milieu [BMPyrr][NTf2], la réduction du cation n’apparaît plus comme une réaction compétitive, et CO peut être formé sélectivement avec d’excellentes efficacités faradique, To avoid limitations encountered in conventional media, the electroreduction of CO2 has been studied in ionic liquids. In [BMIm][NTf2], the presence of acidic H-2 proton on the [BMIm]+ cation favours the formation of CO, main product formed at Au (poly). However, the reduction of the [BMIm]+ cation appears as a competitive reaction, producing not only carbene, but also hydrogenated dimers and a monomer. The selectivity of these electrogenerated products observed at various electrode materials, has been interpreted taking into account the distinct H-adsorption abilities of the metallic surfaces. In the presence of these electrogenerated products, CO2 is indirectly converted into an adduct. In ammonium-based ionic liquids, the electroreduction has been investigated in detail only in [BMPyrr][NTf2], since inhibition of the charge transfer and a high overpotential for the reduction of CO2 were observed in [N1,1,1,3][NTf2] and [PMPip][NTf2], respectively.By contrast, in [BMPyrr][NTf2], presenting no reduction reaction of the cation in competition with the CO2 electroreduction at Au (poly), the formation of CO can be selectively formed with excellent faradaic efficiency and without consumption of the RTILs protons. The adsorption of added 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-BP) from 1-ethyl-2,3-dimethyl imidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide (EMMImNTf2) at an Au(111) electrode has been investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Addition of 2,2′-BP to the ionic liquid clearly modifies the interfacial region as a result of the competition between 2,2′-BP and EMMImNTf2 to occupy the electrode surface. Within the region of ideal polarizability, the 2,2′-BP adlayer undergoes structural changes, shown by the presence of peaks in the CV curves. Between −0.2 V and +0.9 V, the capacitance–potential curves obtained from EIS data present a capacity maximum depending strongly on the ac frequency, which is typical pseudocapacitive behavior indicative of a reorganization of the interfacial layer. At more positive potentials a true capacity value close to 10 μF.cm−2 and invariant with the potential suggests that the 2,2′-BP molecules adopt a perpendicular orientation with the nitrogen atoms facing the electrode surface, similar to their adsorption on gold from aqueous solutions., info:eu-repo/semantics/published

Potential controlled electrolyses of [BMIm][NTf2] ionic liquid were performed at a gold cathode under nitrogen atmosphere. The structures of the major conversion products of the BMIm+ cation were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analyses and gas chromatography (GC) analysis of the volatile compounds. Recombination of the imidazol-2-yl radicals, generated at the electrode by single electron transfer, leads to neutral diastereomeric dimers in equal proportions, with a faradaic efficiency of 80 %, while disproportionation of these radicals and/or reaction with hydrogen atoms adsorbed at the electrode generates a neutral monomer with 20 % faradaic efficiency. Both pathways also yield the N-heterocyclic carbene imidazolin-2-ylidene, which is involved in fast proton exchange with the parent BMIm+ cation. Dans la littérature, peu d’études traitent de l’utilisation de l’eau dans un plasma car elle a tendance à les déstabiliser. Pourtant, l’eau possède un haut potentiel de réactivité et est une voie plus verte pour générer des OH. Nous avons donc mené une étude de la réactivité de l’eau dans différents types de plasmas en utilisant plusieurs approches. Notre objectif est de mettre en évidence les différences entre, d’une part, un traitement dans la décharge grâce à l’utilisation d’une décharge à barrière diélectrique et, d’autre part, un traitement en post-décharge grâce à l’utilisation d’une torche radiofréquencée. Dans le premier cas, l’eau est injectée entre les électrodes tandis que dans le second, elle est envoyée dans la post-décharge. Dans les deux situations, nous utilisons l’argon comme gaz plasmagène et travaillons à pression atmosphérique. Ces deux types de plasma sont analysés au niveau de la phase gazeuse et sont utilisés pour modifier un polymère. L’étude de phase gazeuse est réalisée par spectroscopie d’émission optique pour déterminer les espèces émissives présentes dans le plasma, ainsi que par spectrométrie de masse pour la torche. Nous avons pu déterminer les réactions induisant la production et la consommation d’espèces telles que l’Ar, l’O, l’OH, l’H et le N2. Une étude électrique a également été menée sur les deux plasmas. Dans le cas de la torche, c’est une mesure indirecte qui est réalisée grâce à la mesure du courant d’ions dans la post-décharge. Dans le cas de la DBD, différentes analyses ont été effectuées. Premièrement, nous avons déterminé la puissance injectée grâce à l’utilisation des courbes de Lissajous. Ensuite, des mesures de tension et du courant ont été menées pour deux puissances différentes à 10 W et 80 W. Dans les deux cas, une diminution du courant a pu être observée.
