A população mundial está aumentando rapidamente ao longo dos anos e será necessário produzir aproximadamente 90% a mais de culturas alimentares do que estamos produzindo hoje, especialmente grãos, para suprir tal demanda até 2050 (REDDY et al., 2017). No entanto, o estresse abiótico, que inclui o sal, ameaça severamente a produção agrícola e causa perdas significativa de rendimento em grandes áreas (OSAKABE; OSAKABE, 2012). Desta forma, o objetivo geral do presente estudo foi aplicar estratégias de análise do metabolôma e do proteôma de folhas e raízes de plantas jovens de Gliricidia sepium, submetidas ou não a alto nível de estresse salino (>25 dS m-1), visando adquirir conhecimentos sobre os mecanismos moleculares envolvidos na tolerância desta espécie à salinidade. Portanto, foram utilizados dados do banco de dados “Sal da Terra”, pertencentes ao programa de PD&I de mesmo nome desenvolvido na Embrapa Agroenergia, que abriga dados de fenômica, ionômica, genômica, transcritômica (mRNA e microRNA), metabolômica e proteômica caracterizando a resposta de dendê (Elaeis guineensis), beldroega (Portulaca oleracea) e gliricídia (Gliricidia sepium) ao estresse salino. As amostras de metaboloma foram analisadas em um sistema UHPLC equipado com uma coluna de fase reversa. A espectrometria de massa de alta resolução (HRMS) foi realizada em um analisador Q-TOF usando fonte de eletrospray em ESI (+) - MS e ESI (-) - MS. Os dados adquiridos foram pré-processados usando o XCMS Online e posteriormente exportados para o MetaboAnalyst para análises estatísticas, anotação e observação das vias metabólicas. As amostras de proteoma foram preparadas e submetidas a análises LC – MS/MS pela empresa GenOne (Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brasil), utilizou uma abordagem de quantificação “label-free”, e os dados foram adquiridos usando o software Xcalibur e posteriormente exportados para o PatternLab para as análises quantitativas e qualitativas. Os resultados alcançados permitiram identificar proteínas e metabólitos, e vias metabólicas, responsivas a este estresse, tanto nas folhas quanto nas raízes. Soil salinity is one abiotic stress that threatens agriculture in more than 100 countries. Gliricidia [Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.) Kunth] is a multipurpose tree known for its ability to adapt to a wide range of soils; however, its tolerance limits and responses to salt stress are not yet well understood. In this study, after characterizing the morphophysiological responses of young gliricidia plants to salinity stress, leaf metabolic and transcription profiles were generated and submitted to single and integrated analyses. RNA from leaf samples were subjected to RNA sequencing using an Illumina HiSeq platform and the paired-end strategy. Polar and lipidic fractions from leaf samples were extracted and analyzed on an ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole time-offlight high-resolution mass spectrometry (MS) system. Acquired data were analyzed using the OmicsBox, XCMS Online, MetaboAnalyst, and Omics Fusion platforms. The substrate salinization protocol used allowed the identification of two distinct responses to salt stress: tolerance and adaptation. Single analysis on transcriptome and metabolome data sets led to a group of 5,672 transcripts and 107 metabolites differentially expressed in gliricidia leaves under salt stress. The phenylpropanoid biosynthesis was the most affected pathway, with 15 metabolites and three genes differentially expressed. Results showed that the differentially expressed metabolites and genes from this pathway affect mainly short-term salt stress (STS). The single analysis of the transcriptome identified 12 genes coding for proteins that might play a role in gliricidia response at both STS and long-termsalt stress (LTS). The present paper consists on the experimental stage of a PhD research, on the study of the popular female jeans comfort, referring to the process of subjective evaluation of comfort to wear, specifically the comfort objective evaluation of the jeans to wear, using CALM scale. The popular jeans in study, refers to the jeans created, produced and consumed by the poor classes of Fortaleza, in the state of Ceará, Brazil. The purpose is to investigate the female jeans, with the objective of collecting information about the comfort / discomfort perceptions of the consumers of the Fortaleza popular markets. Algunas de las grandes urbes de nuestro planeta han ido planteando su transformación en busca de una ciudad más humana y sostenible que permita afrontar, de manera inequívoca, los nuevos retos de la sociedad, superando el actual paradigma urbano donde el vehículo privado juega un papel esencial. A esta situación se sumará, inevitablemente, las consecuencias que el COVID-19 tendrá en la concepción de nuestra sociedad y con ello, en nuestras ciudades. Entre las apuestas más novedosas e interesantes que están presentes en el debate urbano de los últimos años se encuentra la idea del cronourbanismo y la ciudad del cuarto de hora que Anne Hidalgo, actual alcaldesa de París, incluía en el programa con el que ha sido reelegida

Estudio comparativo de los informes que, tanto a través de la legislación urbanística como de la sectorial, se prevén en cada Comunidad, del momento en que se solicitan y del carácter determinante, vinculante o meramente preceptivo de los distintos informes. El análisis del modo en que este aspecto, y su incidencia en la elaboración y tramitación del planeamiento es regulado en cada Comunidad, permite identificar un abanico de medidas que tratan de resolver los inconvenientes que puede presentar la visión sectorial de los distintos informes, y al tiempo que buscan facilitar su integración en el plan sin dejar de ser coherente con los cometidos del planeamiento.

El marco del planeamiento urbanístico de las diversas Comunidades Autónomas establece que en el procedimiento de tramitación de los Planes Generales se deberá solicitar una serie de informes a fin de coordinar los intereses de las diferentes materias que tienen influencia en este proceso. Además de los informes vinculantes y preceptivos que deben emitir determinados órganos de la Administración sectorial del Estado, y que ya se estudiaron en el artículo que apareció en el número anterior de la revista, existen un buen número de informes, de diverso carácter, que deberán ser evacuados por los órganos competentes de la Comunidad Autónoma. En dos artículos sucesivos se estudiarán estos últimos; en concreto, en esta primera parte el análisis se centrará en los informes previstos en la legislación urbanística de cada Comunidad, junto con los mecanismos establecidos para su coordinación, se examina también el modo en que se coordinan estos informes con los que se producen en la Evaluación Ambiental Estratégica. Un segundo artículo estudiará los informes sectoriales que se prevén en la legislación de cada Comunidad Autónoma.

De acuerdo con la legislación española los instrumentos de planeamiento territorial y urbanístico quedan sometidos al informe de determinados órganos de la Administración sectorial del Estado, a fin de coordinar las competencias estatales con la de la administración urbanística. Estos informes, preceptivos y vinculantes, tienen una considerable incidencia en el planeamiento, no solo en su largo proceso de elaboración y tramitación sino también en la propia ordenación que acaban estableciendo. El presente artículo examina el procedimiento que se sigue en la tramitación de los planes generales: cuándo se solicitan y deben emitirse esos informes, cuál es su objeto y alcance. Este estudio permite formular unas posibles respuestas al núcleo del problema, que se encuentra en la necesidad de coordinar el planeamiento urbanístico, que, por su propia naturaleza, tiene un carácter global, con unas políticas sectoriales imprescindibles para garantizar unos servicios públicos necesarios para estructurar funcionalmente el territorio. Estas propuestas supondrían la plena incorporación a estos informes del principio de administración abierta According to Spanish legislation, certain bodies of the State Sectorial Administration have to report on the instruments of Territorial and Urban Planning in order to coordinate national competencies with those of the regional and local administrations. These reports, mandatory and binding, have a considerable impact on planning, not only in its long process of elaboration and procedure, but also in the planning proposal that they end up establishing. The present article examines the proceeding followed in the Urban Masterplan procedure: when the reports are requested, when they should be issued and what their object and scope is. This study allows to formulate possible answers to the core of the problem, which is based in the need to coordinate Urban Planning, with its a global nature, with sectorial policies which are essential to guarantee the necessary public services to structure the territory in functional terms. These answers would involve the full incorporation of the principle of open administration into these reports.

As the prevalence of urolithiasis is growing and there has been an increase in technologies and minimally invasive techniques in all areas of surgery, it would be expected that the total number of publications about this disease should increase. We hypothesized if there is also an evident trend towards the increase of urolithiasis related publications in urology journals. We evaluated the publications in five prestigious urology journals over the last decade, in order to perform a bibliometric analysis of every article published related to urinary lithiasis. An electronic search was performed using PubMed and all issues of British Journal of Urology International® (BJU Int), European Urology® (Eur Urol), Journal of Endourology® (J Endourol), Journal of Urology® (J Urol) and Urology® (Urology) were consulted from 2001 to 2010. All articles related to renal and ureteral lithiasis were collected, recorded and analyzed. A total of 30, 847 articles were published in these five prestigious journals. The J Urol was the journal with the most number of articles published per year with an average of 1146 papers. J Endourol was the publication with less publicated articles in this decade, with an average of 231 papers per year. There was a total of 1425 urolithiasis related papers in all journals. The J Endourol was the journal with the greatest number of urolithiasis related articles published in the period of analysis, with a total of 545 articles. The ratio of urolithiasis related articles and the total articles published per year in each journal was analyzed. The J Endourol was the publication with the greatest ratio. Eur Urol was the journal with less publications in urolithiasis, with ratios ranging from 0 in the year of 2010 and 5.3% in the year of 2003, with a decrease in the last years. All the other journals maintained a stable ratio of publications. Urolithiasis as a great subject to urologists practice would be expected to be an important source of original research studies in the more active urology journals. However, our study showed that, during the last decade, there was a steady number of urolithiasis related articles published in several journals.

The main objective of this study is to describe the process of validation of the inquiry of subjective evaluation of the comfort of the popular jeans, through the accomplishment of a pre-test. Through this research, we intend to define the language corresponding to the understanding of the public participating in the research and to use the scale of responses in accordance with the interpreters' ability to infer the analysis of the parts in question based on the different comfort parameters. The group of evaluators consists of 10 women consumers in the popular markets of Fortaleza, aged between 18 and 40 years. Introduction: The absence of detected tumor tissue (pT0) on histological examination of radical cystectomy (RC) specimens ranges from 5 to 20%. Although outcomes in these patients tend to be favorable, pT0 does not always mean cure from the disease.Objective: We assessed clinical outcomes in bladder cancer patients with no evidence of disease (pT0) following RC.Materials and Methods: We analyzed clinical data from patients with urothelial bladder cancer (UBC) submitted to RC in our department between January 2013 and December 2017. Patients lost to follow-up and those with primary non-urothelial tumors were excluded. Group A (pT0) and group B (with tumor in RC specimen) were established. Considered clinical and oncological variables were: age at the time of RC, gender, preoperative clinical stage (TNM), use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NCT). We estimated cancer-specific survival and overall survival through the Kaplan-Meier method. Results: We included 146 patients submitted to RC, with a mean follow-up time of 37,3 [u00b1 22,6 months]. Mean age at the time of RC was 65,9 [u00b1 9,5 months], and 87,7% were men. 21 patients (14,4%) were found to have pT0N0 histology at the time of RC: prevalence was 43,6% in those who completed NCT, compared to 4,4% in patients submitted to RC alone (p< 0.001). Clinical stage was u2265 cT2 in 17 patients (81%, all of them received NCT), whereas in 4 (19%) the indication for RC was non-muscle invasive disease. After a mean surveillance period of 46,7 [u00b1 17,7 months], cancer-specific and disease-free survival are 100%, and overall survival (OS) is 95,2%. In group B, 5-year cancer specific survival and OS estimates by the Kaplan-Meier method were 59,2% and 56%, respectively.Discussion/conclusions: A pT0 histology in RC specimens was, in our population, associated with a good prognosis regarding CSS and OS. We found a statistically significant difference in pT0 prevalence in patients who received NCT, highlighting the possible benefit of this treatment in UBC outcomes. Although stage pT0 confers a benefit in survival, surveillance is still required has some patients experience disease recurrence according to literature.

En el marco de la búsqueda de unos criterios que permitan un desarrollo urbano sostenible, el artículo trata de rescatar, en una de las primeras publicaciones de Thomas Sharp, Town and Countryside, un adecuado entendimiento de la relación entre la ciudad y el campo, y de la intervención del hombre en estos dos ámbitos. Su apuesta es clara: retomar la antítesis lógica entre el campo y la ciudad. Para ello identifica la necesidad de recuperar el papel de dos prácticas que considera olvidadas en la postguerra: el Landscape Design y el Civic Design. Dos prácticas que, según nuestro autor, han de conjugarse en la disciplina del Town Planning. El Landscape Design permite establecer las relaciones adecuadas entre los nuevos elementos que se van a incorporar al paisaje y el entorno en el que se sitúan, buscando preservar el carácter natural del campo. Por otra parte, la función del Civic Design es la creación de distintas escenas urbanas que proporcionan el contexto físico para el desarrollo de la vida cívica, intentando recuperar el carácter urbano perdido en los desarrollos que en aquellas años se estaban poniendo en marcha. De este modo, a lo largo del análisis del texto queda de manifiesto que la atención a la forma urbana de los nuevos desarrollos debe atender a una realidad mucho más amplia y compleja, la del paisaje “cultural” que se extiende por todo el territorio.
