Bu tez kapsamında kuantum nokta (QD) ve polimer malzeme kompozitleri i) ışıma ve ii) boşluk aktarım (HT) katmanlarında kullanılmıştır. Kompozit yapı kullanımı ile inorganik ve organik yapıların avantajlarının birlikte kullanımı hedeflenmiştir. Işıma katmanı kompozitinde, yeşil ışık yayan ZnCdSSe QD, POSS grubu ile sonlandırılmış fluorenil tabanlı bir mavi ışık yayan polimer (ADS231BE) birlikte kullanılmıştır. Normalize elektrolüminesans eğrileri, ışımanın sadece ADS231BE’den sağlandığını ve QD’ den ışıma elde edilemediğini göstermektedir. Mavi ışık verim değerleri düşmüş ancak aygıt kararlılığında artış tespit edilmiştir. HT katmanı kompoziti, bir amin ile modifiye edilen grafen oksit (DOA-GO) ve poli(3,4-etilendioksitiyofen) polistren sülfonat (PEDOT:PSS) içermektedir. DOA-GO ve PEDOT:PSS polimeri bir arada uygulanarak, hem boşluk taşınım mekanizmasında iyileşme, hem de dalgaboyu dönüştürücü olarak kullanım hedeflenmiştir., In this thesis, quantum dot (QD) and polymer material composites are used in i) emissive and ii) hole transport layers. It is intended to be used the advantages of the inorganic and organic structures together, with using composites structures. Green light emitting ZnCdSSe QD, fluorenyl based blue light emitting polymer (ADS231BE) that ended with POSS group were used together, in the composite of emissive layer. Normalized electroluminescence curves show that the emission is only provided from ADS231BE and the emission can not be obtained from QD. Although blue light efficiency values have decreased, it is determined that device stability increased. The HTL composite has contained, poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT: PSS) and graphene oxide modified with an amine (DOA-GO). DOA-GO and PEDOT:PSS polymer are applied together, for both improvement at the hole transport mechanism and using as a wavelength converter are aimed.

YÖK Tez No: 344050 Konvekslik, geometri, analiz, lineer cebir ve topolojide kullanılır ve sayı teorisi, klasik ekstremum problemleri, lineer programlama, oyun teorisi ve eşitsizlikler teorisi(lineer, klasik ve matris) gibi çeşitli konularda önemli rol oynar. Son yüzyılda klasik konvekslik tanımından daha genel konveks fonksiyon çeşitleri ortaya atılmıştır. Bunlardan biriside 2006 da Noor tarafından tanıtılan ve konveks fonksiyon tanımını kapsayan -konveks fonksiyonlardır. Noor bu fonksiyonların optimizasyon, varyasyonel eşitsizlikler ve denge problemlerinde uygulamalarını yapmıştır. Çalışmada Noor tarafından tanıtılan -konveks fonksiyonları kullanarak konveks fonksiyonlar teorisinin en temel teoremi olan ve 132 yıldır matematikçiler tarafından araştırılan Hermite Hadamard Eşitsizliği tipinde midpoint ve trapezoid eşitsizlikler kuracağız. Bunu yaparkende fonksiyonu bazen bir kez bazende iki kez diferansiyellenebilir olmasına dikkat edeceğiz. The convexity is used in the geometry, calculus, linear algebra, and topology, moreover, it plays an important role in the number theory, classical extremum problems, linear programming, game theory and inequalities theory. In the last century, many convex function types more generally than the classical convexity definition were introduced. One of which is the -convex functions which were introduced by Noor in 2006. Noor have applications of this functions in the optimization, variational inequalities, and equlibrium problems. In this study, we will create midpoint and trapezoid inequlities in type of Hermite Hadamard inequality.

Bu kesitsel çalışmanın amacı Düzce ili Kalıcı Konutlar bölgesinde yaşayan 15-49 yaş kadınların aile planlaması konusundaki bilgi düzeylerini, bilgi kaynaklarını, yöntem kullanma oranlarını ve kullanılan yöntemi tercih sebeplerini öğrenmektir. Araştırmanın evreni 15-49 yaş arası 4394 kadındır. Küme örnekleme yöntemi ile 280 kadın çalışmaya dahil edildi. Aile planlaması yöntem kullanma durumu ve yöntemi tercih nedenleri hakkında 41 sorudan oluşan soru formu kadınlarla yüz yüze görülerek uygulandı. Aile planlaması yöntem kullanma sıklıkları 232 evli kadında; etkili yöntem %53.4, etkisiz %24.6 ve yöntem kullanmayan %22.0'dır. Araştırmaya alınan toplam 280 kadında ise yöntem kullanma durumları; etkili %45.7, etkisiz %21.1 ve yöntem kullanmayan %33.2 şeklindedir. Kadınların yöntemi tercih nedenleri; 72 (%25.7) kişi "güvenilir" , 33 (%11.8) kişi "yan etkisi az" ve 19 (%6.4) kişi "ucuz" olduğu içindir. Yöntem kullanmaya sağlık ocağına danışarak başlayan bütün kadınlar etkili yöntem kullanmaktadır. Kullanılan yöntemi tercih nedenleri arasında yöntemin "ucuz" olmasının sayılması aile planlaması yöntemlerinin halka ücretsiz olarak ulaştırılamadığını düşündürmektedir. Yöntem kullanmaya sağlık ocağına danışarak başlayan bütün kadınların etkili yöntem kullanması sağlık ocaklarının aile planlaması çalışmalarındaki etkin rolünü ortaya koymaktadır. The aim of this cross-sectional and descriptive study is to learn the level of knowledge and source of knowledge about family planing, the rate of women using family planning methods and the causes of prefering the used methods of 15-49 years old women living in Düzce Permanent Residences. The population of the study is 4394 women 15-49 years old. Cluster sampling is used and 280 women included to the study. A questionnaire contaning 41 questions about family planning methods usage and the causes of prefer them was applied to women with face to face interview. The rate of 232 married women using effective planning method is 53.4%, traditional methods 24.6%and not using any method 22%. The rate of effective method usage of all 280 women included to the study is 45.7%, traditional 21.1% and not using any method 33.2%. The causes to prefer the methods are 72 women (25.7%) “reliable”, 33 women (11.8%) “side effects are less”, and 19 women (6.4%) “cheap”. All the women who began to use family planing methot by consulting with Health Center has used effective methods. Considering “cheap” as a cause of prefer the method make us to think that the family planning methods could not be supported to the population unpaid. Using effective methods of all the women who began to use family planing methods by consulting with Health Center puts forward that Health Centers have an effective role in family planning activities.

ÖZETDİYABETİK AYAK TAKİBİNDE KIZILÖTESİ TERMOGRAFİ YÖNTEMİNE DAYALI BİR SİSTEM TASARIMI VE GERÇEKLEŞTİRİLMESİTıbbi yönü yanında, ekonomik ve insani yönüyle diyabetik ayak yaraları ciddi bir toplumsal sorundur. Tıpta uzun süre ilgisizliğe, bilgisizliğe, vurdumduymazlığa terk edilmiş bir konudur. Eksiklikler, ciddi hatalar, ağır ihmaller vicdanlarda gerekli tepkiyi henüz uyandırabilmiş değildir. 20. yüzyılda tıbbın her alanında önemli gelişmeler, büyük atılımlar gerçekleşirken, diyabetik ayağın bu gelişmelerden ve yeniliklerden payını aldığı söylenemez. Geçen yüzyılda, güç iyileşen yaraların tedavisinde kaydedilen önemli gelişmeler, bir türlü diyabetik ayak yaralarının tedavisine yaygın olarak yansıtılamamıştır.Bu çalışmada, diyabetik ayaklarda oluşan ülserlerin takibinde kullanılmak üzere ayak taban sıcaklık haritasını, kızılötesi sıcaklık algılama yöntemi ile çıkartan bir sistem tasarlanmış ve gerçekleştirilmiştir. Üç eksenli hareket sistemine bağlı olan kızılötesi sıcaklık sensörü, ayak tabanının bütün yüzeyini taramaktadır. Ayak tabanındaki belirlenen koordinatlardan alınan sıcaklık değerleri, gerçekleştirilen mikrodenetleyici kontrol kartı üzerinden MATLAB programında tasarlanan GUI uygulamasına aktarılmıştır. This is an issue that was abandoned to ignorance and apathy for long time by medical science. Due to deficiencies, serious mistakes, and gross negligence did not show necessary reactions to consciences yet. In 20th century, significant improvements in all areas of medicine, great strides took place, however it can not be said that diabetic foot problem has taken any share of these developments and innovations. In last century, the important improvements for the treatment of difficult healing wound couldn't be reflected in the treatment of diabetic wounds, in general.In this study, a system has been designed using the method of infrared thermography that generates a temperature map for using in monitoring ulcers in diabetic foot. Infrared temperature sensor that is connected to a three-axis motion system scans the entire surface of the foot base. The temperature values that have been measured on defined coordinates of the foot base were transferred over microcontroller control card to GUI application in MATLAB software. In this GUI application, the values obtained from the scanning temperature process can be processed and the data can be registered.

Sağlıksız plansız kentleşmenin yanı sıra ulaşım ve trafik konularına gereken önemin verilmemiş olması, kentlerde çarpık ulaşım ve bozuk trafik düzeni doğurmakta; Ülke genelinde ise bir trafik faciası yaşanmaktadır. Ülkemizde yıllardır ülke gerçeklerine aykırı olarak sürdürülen karayollarına dayalı yanlış ulaşım politikaları bugün ulaşım ve trafikte yaşanan kaosun doğmasına neden olmaktadır. İyi bir trafik düzeni içinde gerekli arazi parçaları, zaten büyük yatırım gerektiren ulaşım projelerinin giderlerinin yüksek olması nedeniyle dikkatli bir ekonomik değerlendirmeye tabi tutulması gereklidir. Ulaşım aynı zamanda bir arazi kullanma biçimidir. Kentsel ve kırsal alan planlarında ve düzenlemelerinde ulaşım sisteminin öğeleri olan yollar ve ulaşımla ilgili yapılar için yeterli arazinin ayrılması gerekir. Bu gereksinim devletçe benimsenmiş aktif bir arsa ve arazi politikasının sonucuda karşılanmalıdır. Kamulaştırma bu işlem için tek başına rasyonel bir çözüm olmayıp, maliyetleri de arttırmaktadır. Along with unhealthy, unplanned urbanization, there is the lack of importance needed about transportation and traffic subjects and in cities there is a deformed transportation and disturbed traffic order which are observed while there is a traffic tragedy experienced through out the country. This is the condition generally observed throughout the country and a traffic tragedy is being experienced in this nation. In the country, there are incorrect transportation polices which are based on highways and they continued to be in a state of being contrary to the realities of the country and they are forming the reason for facing the chaos that is present today in transportation and traffic field. However, to overcome the problems bought in by the highway transportation and the traffic as one we face in the current state there is need to take measures. In this study, methods of securing land that is necessary and forming the most important factor of infrastructure for transpiration, are compared. The necessary land pieces (plots) seen in a good traffic order and by taking into consideration the high costs of transportation project investment expenditures, are made subject of a careful economic assessment by basing on land. Transportation is at the same time a mode of using the land. In rural and urban area plans and arrangements, roads that form one of the factors of transportation system and the structures related to transportation are things that require availability of sufficient land that are allotted for them. This need must be met as a result of a active policy for formation of building plots and land and to this policy state commits herself. To nationalize, can not alone be a rational solution for this purpose and it is in fact increasing the costs as well. With planning and arrangement methods, creation of healthy and planned cities and rural areas will possible. Rods necessary for a good transportation and traffic order, with reduced cost of constructions, will be possible and they will be constructed at a higher standards. This will provide more facilitation and improved conditions that are necessary for a good traffic order. 2019 Innovations in Intelligent Systems and Applications Conference, ASYU 2019; 31 October 2019 through 2 November 2019, Graphene oxide (GO) was reduced by ascorbic acid which is an environmental-friendly reductant and obtained sample was named as reduced GO (rGO). Stable dispersions of GO and rGO were prepared in N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF). Compared to GO sample, rGO was determined to have more thermal stability, smaller sheet size and lower surface energy. GO and rGO dispersions were drop-casted on aluminum (Al) coated acetate substrate and used as thermal sensor. Fabricated sensors were tested from 25 °C to 150 °C. The sensors fabricated with GO, were not stabile against driven temperature changes. However, rGO ones, presented no thermal hysteresis effect after the first heating step. This sensor (Al/rGO/Al) acted like an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistor. The resistance of the rGO sensor was changed between 42 k? to 25 k? depending on the test temperature range (25 °C to 150 °C). Average beta value was calculated as 519.7649 K. © 2019 IEEE.
