Otoimmun hepatit (OIH) karaciğerde kronik hepatite yol açtığı bilinen bir etyolojik ajanın yokluğunda ortaya çıkan, kronik, nekroinflamatuar bir karaciğer parankim hastalığıdır. OIH çeşitli klinik varyantlarla karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bazı kolestatik karaciğer hastalığı olan hastalar (primer biliyer kolanjit [PBC] ve primer sklerozan kolanjit [PSC] gibi), otoimmün hepatit varlığını gösteren klinik ve serolojik özelliklere sahiptir ve immünosüpresif tedaviye cevap verebilirler. Ancak bazen hastalarda tanı netleştirilemez ve tedaviden tanıya gitmek gerekebilir. Bu yazıda 33 yaşında aminotransferaz ve bilirubin yüksekliği, kaşıntı ve ikter nedeniyle başvuran, değerlendirme sonrası OİH tanısı netleştirilemeyen ve öncelikle toksik hepatit olabileceği düşünülen ancak takipleri sonrası tedaviden tanıya ulaştığımız otoimmun hepatit-kolanjit vakamızı sunduk. Sonuç olarak karaciğer enzim yüksekliği olan tüm vakalarda ayırıcı tanıda otoimmun hepatit-kolanjit akılda tutulmalıdır., Autoimmune hepatitis (OIH) is a chronic, necroinflammatory liver parenchymal disease that occurs in the absence of an etiologic agent known to cause chronic hepatitis in the liver. OIH presents with various clinical variants. Some patients with cholestatic liver disease (such as primary biliary cholangitis [PBC] and primary sclerosing cholangitis [PSC]) have clinical and serological features that indicate the presence of autoimmune hepatitis and may respond to immunosuppressive therapy. However, sometimes the diagnosis cannot be clarified in patients and it may be necessary to go from treatment to diagnosis. In this article, we presented a 33-year-old autoimmune hepatitis-cholangitis case, who was admitted with elevated aminotransferase and bilirubin levels, pruritus and icterus, the diagnosis of AIH could not be clarified after evaluation and was thought to be toxic hepatitis at first, but diagnosed after treatment. In conclusion, autoimmune hepatitis-cholangitis should be kept in mind in the differential diagnosis of all cases with elevated liver enzymes.

Bu çalışmada, Yozgat’ta faaliyet gösteren muhasebe meslek mensuplarının e-fatura ve e-defter uygulamalarına karşı tutumları ve bu tutumlarının mesleki unvan ve mesleki deneyimleri açısından farklılık gösterip göstermediğinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, 54 muhasebe meslek mensubuna anket uygulanmıştır. Veriler aritmetik ortalama, frekans analizi, tek yönlü ANOVA ve tek yönlü MANOVA analizleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca, anlamlı farklılık bulunan hipotezde farkın kaynağını tespit etmek amacıyla Tukey testi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcıların e-uygulamaların faydalı olduğunu düşündükleri durumlar olduğu gibi kararsız kaldıkları durumlar da bulunmaktadır. Katılımcılar, Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı e-uygulamalarının başarılı bir şekilde uygulandığına dair net bir tavır ortaya koyamamaktadırlar. Katılımcılar, e-uygulamalarla ilgili gelişmeleri yakından takip etmekte ve katılımcıların e-uygulamalara ilişkin önerileri bulunmaktadır. Katılımcıların e-uygulamalara karşı tutumları, Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı e-uygulamalarının değerlendirilmesi konusundaki görüşleri hariç mesleki unvan ve mesleki deneyim değişkenleri açısından farklılık göstermemektedir., The aim of this study is to determine the attitudes of the accounting professionals operating in Yozgat about e-invoice and e-ledger applications. This study also aims to investigate whether the accounting professionals’ attitudes on the e-invoice and e-ledger applications become different for their positions and experiences. For this purpose, a questionnaire was carried out with 54 accounting professionals. The data were analyzed by using the arithmetic means of answers, frequency analysis, and one-way ANOVA and one-way MANOVA analysis. In addition, in the hypothesis with significant difference, Tukey test was used to determine the source of the difference. As a result of this study, there are situations where participants think that e-applications are useful, as well as when they are unsure about the usefulness of e-applications. Participants are unable to demonstrate a clear attitude that the e-applications of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance have been successfully implemented. Participants closely follow the developments regarding e-applications and also have suggestions for e-applications. For their positions and experiences, the participants’ attitudes on e-applications, except for their ideas on the evaluation of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance’ e-applications, do not different.

Türkiye'de e-dönüşüm bir e-devlet projesidir. E-devlet uygulamaları kapsamında Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı e-dönüşümü başlatmıştır. 2005 tarihinden itibaren de e-dönüşüm, e-beyanname ile uygulanmaya başlamıştır. Bu uygulamayı, e-fatura ve e-defter uygulamaları takip etmiştir. Günümüzde, e-dönüşüm ile ilgili olarak Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı'nca yapılan çalışmaların kapsamı genişletilmiştir.Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı'nın e-dönüşüm sürecinde yaşanan en önemli teknolojik gelişmeleri e-fatura ve e-defter uygulamalarıdır. Bu uygulamalar, muhasebe meslek mensuplarını yakından etkilemiştir. Çünkü e-fatura ve e-defter uygulamalarının, asıl uygulayıcıları muhasebe meslek mensuplarıdır. E-dönüşüm sürecinde muhasebe meslek mensupları, e-dönüşüme isteyerek ya da zorunlu olarak geçen mükelleflere e-fatura, e-arşiv fatura ve e-defter uygulamaları gibi hizmetler sunmaya başlamışlardır. E-fatura ve e-defter uygulamalarının faydaları olduğu gibi özellikle geçiş sürecinde olmak üzere uygulamada bazı sorunlar ile de karşılaşılmaktadır.Bu çalışmada, muhasebede e-fatura ve e-defter uygulamalarının tanıtılması ile Yozgat'ta faaliyet gösteren muhasebe meslek mensuplarının e-fatura ve e-defter uygulamalarına karşı tutumları ve bu tutumlarının mesleki unvan ve mesleki deneyimleri açısından farklılık gösterip göstermediğine dair delil sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. This application was followed by e-invoice and e-ledger Applications. nowadays, the scope of the studies carried out by the ministry of treasury and finance on e-transformation has been expanded.The most important technological developments in the e-transformation process of the ministry of treasury and finance are e-invoice and e-ledger applications. These practices affected the professional accountants closely. Because e-invoice and e-ledger applications, the main practitioners are accounting professionals. During The e-transformation process, accounting professionals started to provide services such as e-invoice, e-archive invoice and e-ledger applications to the taxpayers willingly or compulsorily. The benefits of e-invoice and e-ledger applications, as well as some problems in implementation, especially during the transition process.In this study, it is aimed to the introduction of e-invoice and e-book applications in accounting, and to provide evidence on attitudes of accounting professionals operating in Yozgat towards e-invoice and e-book applications and as to whether their attitudes differ in terms of professional title and professional experience. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 54 professional accountants in Yozgat. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using arithmetic mean, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA and one-way MANOVA analyzes. In addition, Tukey test was used to determine the source of the difference in hypotheses with significant differences.The final result reached in the light of the answers given by the professional accountants to the survey questions and the information they conveyed about the e-applications other than the survey is as follows; They believe that the use of e-applications is beneficial for both businesses and the government. In this study, the effect of substituent on the photophysical properties of some sulfonamide derivatives; 4-(2-substitutedhydrazinyl)benzenesulfonamides in which aryl part was changed as phenyl (S1), 4-methylphenyl (S2), 4-chlorophenyl (S3), 4-fluorophenyl (S4), 4-bromophenyl (S5), 4-methoxyphenyl (S6), 4-nitrophenyl (S7), 2-thienly (S8) and 2-furyl (S9) were examined in DMSO: H2O (1:1 v/v) solution by using UV-Vis absorption, steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy techniques. It was determined that the sulfonamide derivatives studied exhibited fluorescence property at the blue-green region without exception. Their fluorescence properties were varied by changing the aryl part. The photophysical parameters of the sulfonamide derivatives were calculated in DMSO: H2O (1:1 v/v) solution from the spectroscopic data. Consequently, these molecules having biological activity were spectroscopically characterized, and the effect of substituent on their photophysical properties was examined.

Bu tez çalışması kapsamında farklı polar çözücüler (saf su ve polivinilpirolidon çözeltisi) içeren ters misel sistemler hazırlandı. İki farklı ters misel içerisinde Kumarin 120 (C120) bileşiğinin fotofiziksel özellikleri incelendi. Bu amaçla C120 bileşiğinin bu ortamlarda oda sıcaklığında absorpsiyon ve floresans ölçümleri alındı. Bu ölçümlerden, W0 (su/surfaktantın molar oranı) değeri arttıkça C120 bileşiğinin hem absorpsiyon hem de emisyon pik maksimumlarında kırmızıya kayma gözlendi. Bu durumun, W0 değeri arttıkça temel hal ile uyarılmış molekül içi yük transfer hali (ICT) arasındaki enerji aralığının azalmasından kaynaklandığı belirlendi. Ayrıca diğer 7-amino kumarin türevlerinden farklı olarak C120 bileşiğinde ortam polaritesi arttıkça radyasyonsuz geçiş hız sabitinin azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Bunun nedeni, çözücü polaritesi arttıkça uyarılmış bükülmüş molekül içi yük transfer (TICT) hali ile ICT yapıları için potansiyel enerji yüzeyleri örtüşmediğinden, C120 molekülünün radyasyonlu bir prosesle temel hale dönmesinin daha etkin olduğu belirlenmiştir.C120 bileşiğinin iki farklı ters misel sistemindeki fotodinamik parametreleri de incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla durgun-hal anizotropi, rotasyonal korelasyon zamanı ve mikroviskozite değerleri belirlenmiştir. Anizotropi değerlerindeki değişim, ters misel havuzlarında bağlı su içerisindeki mikroçevrenin saf sudan farklı olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca W0 değeri arttıkça rotasyonal korelasyon zamanı ve mikroviskozite değerlerinin azaldığı, mikropolaritenin arttığı belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuçlar, farklı boyutlardaki ters misel sistemlerin mikroviskozitelerini belirlemek için C120 bileşiğinin faydalı bir prob olabileceğini göstermiştir. In this thesis, the reverse micelle systems with different polar solvents (pure water and polyvinylpyrrolidone solution) were prepared. Photophysical properties of Coumarin 120 (C120) compound were investigated in two different reverse micelle systems. For this purpose, absorption and fluorescence measurements for C120 compound were taken in these media at room temperature. The bathochromic shift was observed in the absorption and fluorescence spectra of C120 increasing values of W0 (water/surfactant molar ratio). It was found that the band gap between ground and excited intramolecular charge transfer state (ICT) decreases with increasing W0. In addition, it was observed that unlike other derivatives of 7-amino coumarin compound, nonradiative transition rate constant of C120 was decreased with increasing the polarity of the medium. It was determined that C120 molecules return to the ground state by a radiative process, because there is no overlapping among the potential energy surfaces for the excited twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) state and ICT structure with increasing polarity of solvent.The molecular dynamic parameters of C120 compound were also studied in two different reverse micelle systems. For this purpose, steady-state anisotropy, the rotational correlation time and microviscosity values were determined. The variations at anisotropy values display that the microenvironment of water pools in reverse micelle is different than pure water. However, it was determined that whereas the micropolarity increases, rotational correlation time and microviscosity values decrease with increasing W0 value. This results show that C120 is a useful probe for the definition of microviscosity for the reverse micelles with different water pool size. 118
