International audience; Objectives: The aim of this observational study was to describe social support and patterns of attachment among patients with migraine. We hypothesized that in comparison to the general population, insecure attachment is overrepresented in migraine patients, and that these patients have less social support. We also aimed to study the specific relationship between attachment and social support. We hypothesized that patients with an insecure attachment style have less social support than patients with a secure attachment style. Methods: A total of 101 consecutive patients (88.1% women) aged between 25 and 60 (average age = 41.4) were recruited at the Specialized Center for the Consultation of Primary Headaches at the Regional University Hospital Center of Besançon (France). Migraine impact and disability were evaluated using the Headache Impact Test (HIT-6) questionnaire and Migraine Disability Assessment (MIDAS) questionnaire. Patients also completed several self-administered psychological questionnaires in their validated French versions: the Medical Outcome Survey 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey, the Cungi Scale, the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, the Beck Depression Inventory, the Relationship Scales Questionnaire and the Sarason's Social Support Questionnaire. Results: The distribution of attachment profiles was different from that of the general population, with an overrepresentation of insecure attachment styles ( p = 0.018). Our study showed that migraine patients had less social support than the general population, both in terms of the number of people providing support ( p = 0.002) and the level of satisfaction concerning this social support (p = 0.000). We also found that neither the number of available persons score nor the satisfaction score were statistically different between the four attachment categories ( p = 0.49). Patient's attachment style and social support influence the patient-doctor relationship, the therapeutic alliance and health behaviors such as treatment adherence. Conclusions: Based on the data we obtained, we developed applications in patient care for people with particular attachment styles and low social support. A treatment plan adapted to the patient's attachment profile should be created to develop “precision medicine” using a personalized approach to the doctor-patient relationship. We would also recommend encouraging patients to participate in support groups, in order to strengthen their attachment systems and gain social support. Il veut contribuer au développement de la psypérinatalité dont l'ambition est de soigner les parents souffrant de troubles psychiques pour prendre soin des bébés, et inversement. Pour cela, il s'appuie sur le socle fondamental qui consiste à reconnaître que les soins corporels au bébé, chargés d'émotions, sont ainsi des soins psychiques (Myriam David), que le corps est le berceau du langage (André Bullinger), qu'il y a co-naissance du langage dans l'interaction parents-bébé dès les proto-conversations (Colwyn Trevarthen). Favoriser la construction d'une relation indissociablement corporelle et langagière entre le bébé et ses parents, entre le bébé et ses soignants, entre les parents et les soignants exige une éthique de la considération qui promeut le respect du bébé et des parents dans leurs corps, leurs rythmes, leur intégrité et la parole qui leur est adressée. Le déploiement de ces questions convoque les pratiques des professionnels des métiers de la périnatalité et leur ambition de prodiguer des soins suffisamment bons. L'alliance entre des disciplines aussi différentes que la psychanalyse, la sensori-motricité, l'histoire, l'anthropologie, la psychologie du développement et une clinique rigoureuse irrigue les réflexions et les pratiques de ces professionnels des mille et un jours, de la conception aux deux ans de l'enfant. This article proposes to show how the use of the drawing of the home can help differentiate two older populations, with or without cognitive impairment as part of research to identify early signs of Alzheimer's disease. The projective test of the house is complementary to the cognitive assessment. Two groups of older adults are compared: an experimental group with 24 people aged 67 with cognitive impairment and a control group with 36 people aged 71.5 years with normal cognitive aging. Analysis of the house drawings revealed significant differences in the realization of the drawings between the control group (CG) and the experimental group (EG). The characteristics of the drawings of elderly people with cognitive impairment show more difficult access to imagination and a feeling of insecurity as of the first memory impairment. This article puts the body at the center of psychoanalytic work and explores the relationship between the psychic and bodily dimensions of elderly subjects using a projective spatiography test. Resume Objectifs L’etat de conscience des patients hospitalises en reanimation est souvent altere du fait de la pathologie et/ou de l’administration de traitements rendant difficile toute forme de communication entre le patient et le professionnel de sante. L’objectif de notre etude est d’identifier et de mieux comprendre le vecu de la relation de soin chez les professionnels de reanimation. Methode Trente professionnels de reanimation ont repondu a un questionnaire socio-demographique et un entretien clinique. Les entretiens ont fait l’objet d’une analyse thematique selon l’Analyse Interpretative Phenomenologique. Resultats Pour la majorite des professionnels, la dimension technique des soins est une source de valorisation et determine le choix de travailler en reanimation. Cette technicite impacte sur la maniere d’apprehender le patient qui est percu a travers la gravite de sa pathologie. La relation est alors mise a distance avec une absence de communication et de comprehension du patient. Au contraire, 7 professionnels sur 30 parviennent a se representer le patient comme conscient de son environnement et en souffrance. Ces representations leurs permettent de developper une relation specifique avec le patient. Discussion La difficulte des professionnels a prendre en compte la realite subjective du patient est inherente a la haute technicite des soins, a l’intensite des emotions dans la prise en charge et a une perte de reperes des modalites de communications patients-soignants. Les proches des patients jouent un role important dans la relation patient-soignant. Vecteurs de la relation, ils aident les professionnels a inscrire le patient dans une relation inter-subjective. Conclusions Un espace de parole centre sur le vecu subjectif des professionnels associe a des reflexions ethiques et epistemologiques des soins semble indispensable pour garantir la qualite de la relation patient-soignant dans les services de reanimation.

International audience; Animal-assisted therapy sessions have been set up in a protected unit for patients with a dementia-related syndrome. The aim is to measure the effects of animal-assisted therapy on behavioural disorders in daily life and care. The results obtained provided some interesting areas to explore and recommendations with a view to optimising the implementation of such a system.; Des séances de médiation animale sont mises en place au sein d’une unité protégée accueillant des patients atteints d’un syndrome démentiel. L’objectif est de mesurer les effets de la médiation animale sur les troubles du comportement dans la vie quotidienne et la prise en soin. Les résultats obtenus permettent d’avancer des pistes de réflexion et des préconisations en vue d’optimiser l’instauration d’un tel dispositif.

International audience; The elderly person suffering from Alzheimer's disease to a severe stage is often considered socially as having not any ability to be to the world and to life. The absence of communication associated with the progressive loss of speech creates the break between the subject and the surrounding world. However, we propose to make the hypothesis of a possible psychic life, even fragmentary, that we must identify and accompany in our psychological practice. By fostering these intersubjective experiences, we suggest establishing spaces of security for patients with Alzheimer's disease. This psychic space allows them to reconnect with an affective knowledge forgotten and to reiterate the internal object. The clinical vignettes of Mr. Auguste and of Mrs. Victoria, Mr. Marius, Mrs. Louise and Mr. Léon provide a better understanding these times of encounter with the subject.; La personne âgée touchée par la maladie d’Alzheimer à un stade sévère est souvent considérée socialement comme n’étant plus en capacité d’être au monde et à la vie. L’absence de communication étayée par la perte progressive de l’espace langagier crée la rupture entre le sujet et le monde environnant. Cependant, nous proposons ici de faire l’hypothèse d’une vie psychique possible, même fragmentaire, qu’il nous faut déceler et accompagner dans notre pratique psychologique. En favorisant ces expériences intersubjectives, ce sont des espaces sécurisants que nous suggérons pour les patients atteints de la maladie d’Alzheimer leur permettant de renouer avec un savoir affectif enfoui et de réitérer l’objet interne. Les vignettes cliniques de M. Auguste, Mme Victoria, M. Marius, Mme Louise et M. Léon viennent illustrer ces temps de rencontre avec le sujet.
