The availability of school sanitation such as clean water, latrines, CTPS, and trash bins is critical. Suppose the condition of school sanitation facilities and infrastructure does not meet health requirements. In that case, the lack of implementation of PHBS and lack of sanitation management in schools can harm student health. This study aims to determine the description of elementary school sanitation in Insana Tengah Subdistrict, Timor Tengah Utara District. This type of research is descriptive with a survey approach. The population in this study were all elementary schools in Insana Tengah Subdistrict, Timor Tengah Utara Regency, which amounted to 10 elementary schools. The results of the study at elementary schools in Insana Tengah Subdistrict, Timor Tengah Utara District showed that the condition of clean water was 100% eligible, 20% of latrine facilities were eligible, and 80% did not meet the requirements, 30% (CTPS) facilities were eligible and 70% did not meet the criteria, the condition of the 40% Garbage Disposal Facility were eligible and 60% does not meet the requirements, the behavior of using latrines to urinate/defecate many as 19 respondents (47%) have good behavior and 21 respondents (53%) have poor behavior, washing habitual behavior Hand with Soap 19 respondents (47%) had good behavior, and 21 respondents (53%) had poor behavior, waste management behavior was 20 respondents (50%) had good behavior and 20 respondents (50%) have poor behavior, (MKM) behavior many as three respondents (7%) have good behavior and 37 respondents (93%) have poor behavior, 30% School Sanitation Management has a suitable category, and 70% has a wrong variety. Therefore, it is expected for all school parties to pay attention to sanitation facilities and implementing PHBS in schools

Eating behavior is a person's response to food as a vital need for life, including knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards food and the elements contained therein. The job of being an online motorcycle taxi driver has its own challenges. Uncertain income and time to get passengers are one of the factors that most drivers have irregular eating patterns and do not consume nutritious foods. This can cause fatigue and will decrease work productivity. During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Kupang City, this study was done to learn more about the eating habits and level of job tiredness of online motorcycle taxi drivers. This kind of research uses quantitative analysis to study descriptive data. A sample of 96 people and all online motorcycle taxi drivers (Grabbike) in Kupang City made up the study's population. A food frequency questionnaire and the IFRC scale were used in the data collection process during interviews. The findings revealed that 62.5 percent of attitudes toward food intake and 86.5 percent of knowledge of healthy food were in the good categories, respectively, for online motorcycle taxi drivers. Rice as a main cuisine, eggs, tempeh, kale, bananas, and coffee are the foods that online motorbike taxi drivers consume the most frequently. Food frequency falls into the less frequent category at 72.9 percent, and work tiredness falls into the medium category at 89.6 percent. COVID-19 is a disease that attacks the respiratory tract caused by a virus that spreads through droplets or a sprinkling of phlegm. Implementation of health protocols arises to prevent COVID-19’s spreading. The behavior of traders in the market who do not follow health protocols can facilitate the transmission of COVID-19. To break the chain of COVID-19 distribution, knowledge, attitude, and action are needed. This study aims to describe knowledge, attitudes, and activities avoiding the spread of COVID-19. The design of this study uses the descriptive survey method. Data collection was taken using a total sampling technique or taken as a whole from a total population of 120 people. Analysis of the data used is univariable analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the knowledge is in a suitable category, namely 55 people (45,8%), good category 45 people (37,5%), and less type 20 people ( 16,7%). The attitude is in the negative category for as many as 75 people (62,5%) and the positive category for as many as 45 people (37,5%). The actions in the Poor category, as many as 74 people (61.7%), and in the excellent category, as many as 46 people (38.3%). It is recommended that relevant agencies can be inputted and considered in making policies for implementing the COVID-19 prevention program at the Weekarou traditional market.

The integrated healthcare center is one of the health facilities established as an effort by the government to suppress MMR, IMR, AKABA, and improve nutrition. Through integrated healthcare centers, intensive monitoring of the growth and development of toddlers can be carried out as well as early detection of cases of malnutrition in children under five through routine weighing every month. This study aims to determine the factors related to the use of integrated healthcare centers by mothers of toddlers in Camplong I Village, Camplong Health Center Work Area, Fatuleu District, Kupang Regency. This cross-sectional study consisted of 121 respondents who were selected using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using chi-square and multiple logistic regression. Based on the results of the study, the variables related to the use of integrated healthcare centers by mothers of toddlers were work variables (p = 0.001), integrated healthcare center cadre support (p = 0.007), family support (p = 0.000) and distance (p = 0.040). The logistic regression analysis results showed that the family support variable was the dominant variable associated with the use of integrated healthcare centers by mothers of children under five. Meanwhile, knowledge and perception variables have no relationship with the help of integrated healthcare centers by mothers of children under five.

Breast milk is the best nutrition in early life, to meet the growth and development needs of babies until adulthood. The Billa Cenge Health Center had 186 babies in 2019, there were 148 babies who did not receive exclusive breastfeeding and 38 babies who received exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of the study was to find out the description of exclusive breastfeeding for infants 6-12 months in Billa Cenge Public Health Center, North Kodi District, Southwest Sumba Regency. The method used in this study was quantitative research. The study was conducted at the Billa Cenge Health Center in September-December 2021. The population in this study were infants aged 6-12 months, with a total sample of 186 infants. The sampling technique used in this study, namely random sampling. The results showed that respondents aged > 30 years gave the most exclusive breastfeeding (52.3%),respondents with higher education levels gave the most exclusive breastfeeding (44.6%), and respondents with low levels of knowledge gave the most. Exclusive breastfeeding (41.5%) compared to respondents who had a high level of education and respondents who had a negative attitude but gave exclusive breastfeeding (40%). It is recommended to health workers be more active in conducting counseling about exclusive breastfeeding to the community, especially to mothers who have babies, so that mothers increase their ability to determine success in exclusive breastfeeding. &nbsp

Teenage girls are at high risk for anemia because their Fe needs increase due to growth and menstruation. Anemia can cause fatigue, reduced learning concentration, low academic achievement, reduced work efficiency, and decreased endurance. One of the government's efforts to prevent anemia is by implementing an Fe supplementation program for teenage girls. The implementation did not go well because there were still many teenage girls who were reluctant to take Fe supplements. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Fe supplement consumption on the incidence of anemia in female students at SMAK Tunas Gloria and SMAS Beringin Kupang City. This research was conducted in November - December 2020 using an analytical survey method with a cross sectional study. The population in this entire study was found to be 61 (31 students at Tunas Gloria High School and 30 students at Beringin High School). The sample for this study were 61 female students. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate using chi square. The results showed there was a relationship between the consumption of Fe supplements and the incidence of anemia (p-value=0.018) and the value of PR=6,66 this means that students who do not take Fe supplements have a 6,66 times greater risk of developing anemia than students who take Fe supplements. The behavior of consuming Fe tablets which is not good can not meet the needs of Fe in a body that is deficient in Fe so that Hb levels in the blood are not normal and anemia occurs in students. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the awareness of young women about the importance of consuming Fe tablets regularly to prevent anemia.

Children under five are an age group that is vulnerable to nutritional problems and infectious diseases. Sikumana Health Center ranks second highest in Kupang City with 53 under-five children and 611 stunted children under five in 2018. In addition, Sikumana Health Center ranks first with 4503 cases of pneumonia and second for diarrhea with a total of 551 cases. This study aims to examine the growth and diseases that are often experienced by children under five in the working area of ​​the Sikumana Health Center, Kupang City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 3,832 children under five. Sampling using total sampling technique so that the sample size is the same as the population size. Data were analyzed based on the N/D ratio expressed in percent to determine the growth of children under five, and infectious diseases were analyzed based on the total number of medical visits for all children under five to the puskesmas which was reflected in the 10 most common diseases in children under five and expressed in percent. The results showed that the coverage of the growth of children under five was low (46.05%). Meanwhile, infectious diseases experienced by children under five include ARI (40.72%), Common Cold (18.61%), Gastroenteritis (5.61%), RFA (5.27%), TFA (4.30%), Diarrhea (4.30%), Rhinitis (3.58%), Bronchopneumonia (2 ,94%) and Bronchitis (2.45%). The coverage of the growth of children under five in the working area of ​​the Sikumana Health Center is in the low category, and the infectious diseases that are mostly experienced by children under five are more related to the respiratory system and digestive system.

Health problems that have not been resolved in East Nusa Tenggara due to the large number and spread in all districts/cities, namely the problem of malnutrition. It is difficult to solve the problem of malnutrition because of the variables inherent in people's lives such as low public knowledge, low parenting, infectious disease factors and also low economic problems. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between maternal knowledge, parenting styles, history of infectious diseases and family economic relations with the incidence of malnutrition among children under five in the Work Area of ​​the Tanggaba Community Health Center, Southwest Sumba Regency. This research was designed as an analytic observational study, with a case control approach. The sample size was 76 people, divided into 38 case samples and 38 control samples. The data analysis used were univariate and bivariate. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between variables and the incidence of malnutrition in children under five, namely maternal knowledge (p-value=0.00), maternal parenting (p-value=0.00), history of infectious diseases (p-value=0.00) and economic problems (p-value=0.00). It is expected that parents, especially mothers of toddlers, always pay attention to the toddler's diet, toddler nutritional status and always clean up the surrounding environment in order to avoid the occurrence of malnutrition or malnutrition and avoid disease.

To achieve optimal growth in toddlers aged 0 to 24 months, the best food is breast milk (ASI), which is a source of balanced nutrition according to the composition and needs of the toddler. Breastmilk is given until toddlers are 6 months old and after 6 months, milk production begins to decline so that toddlers are introduced to complementary foods with breast milk, but breast milk is still given until toddlers are 24 months old. This study aims to determine the factors related to the pattern of complementary feeding to toddlers in the work area of ​​Oele Health Center, Rote Ndao Regency with a cross-sectional study approach. The independent variables of this study were mother's education, mother's knowledge, maternal occupation, family income, and types of complementary foods, while the dependent variable was the pattern of complementary feeding for toddlers aged 6-24 months. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling where the sample was taken was 58 people from the total population of all mothers who had toddlers aged 6-24 months who were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and the pattern of complementary feeding (p=0.011) and there was a relationship between types of complementary foods and patterns of complementary feeding and there was no relationship between maternal education (p=0.359) and maternal occupation (p=0.635) and the level of family income (p = 0.201) with the pattern of complementary feeding.

COVID-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh coronavirus yang baru ditemukan pada tahun 2019 di Wuhan, Tiongkok. COVID-19 kini menjadi sebuah pandemi yang mengancam seluruh dunia. Tidak sedikit masyarakat yang menciptakan stigma terkait penyakit ini, sehingga para penyintas Covid-19 biasanya ditakuti dan sangat dijauhi oleh masyarakat yang belum benar-benar memahami tentang penyakit ini. Tujuan PkM ini adalah untuk mengurangi stigma negatif terhadap para penyintas Covid-19 dengan memanfaatkan media promosi kesehatan berupa video, poster, dan stiker yang dipasang pada empat gereja yang tersebar di Kota Kupang, yaitu GMIT Pohonitas Manulai II, GMIT Kota Kupang, GMIT Paulus, dan GMIT Ararat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pembuatan, pemasangan, penayangan, dan penyebarluasan media promosi kesehatan tersebut. Media visual dan audio visual tersebut dipasang dan ditayangkan pada lokasi target, yaitu empat tempat ibadah (gereja) yaitu GMIT Pohonitas Manulai II, GMIT Kota Kupang, GMIT Paulus, dan GMIT Ararat. Kegiatan ini dapat dijalankan dengan baik, namun mengalami kendala karena kegiatan dilaksanakan pada saat keadaan pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Kupang mencapai PPKM level empat, sehingga tempat-tempat kebaktian ditutup untuk sementara waktu. Untuk itu kegiatan dapat dilakukan ketika tempat kebaktian kembali dibuka. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, dengan respon positif gereja menerima semua media promosi kesehatan yang diberikan. COVID-19 is now a pandemic that threatens the whole world. Not a few people have created a stigma related to this disease, so Covid-19 survivors are usually feared and very shunned by people who don't understand this disease. This acitivity aimed to reduce the negative stigma towards Covid-19 survivors by utilizing health promotion media i.e. videos, posters, and stickers for four churches in Kupang City, i.e. GMIT Pohonitas Manulai II, GMIT Kota Kupang, GMIT Paulus, and GMIT Ararat. This activity is carried out by creating, setting, broadcasting, and disseminating the health promotion media. The visual and audiovisual media were posted and broadcast at the target locations (four churches). This activity can be carried out well but has encountered problems because the activity was carried out when the Covid-19 pandemic in Kupang City reached PPKM level four, so the church were temporarily closed. For this reason, activities can be carried out when the church is re-opened. Based on the results of observations, with a positive response, the church accepted all the health promotion media provided. &nbsp
