We introduced an aptamer switch design that relies on the ability of post-transition/transition metal ions to trigger, through their coordination to nucleobases, substantial DNA destabilization. In the absence of molecular target, the addition of one such metal ion to usual aptamer working solutions promotes the formation of an alternative, inert DNA state. Upon exposure to the cognate compound, the equilibrium is shifted towards the competent DNA form. The switching process was preferentially activated by metal ions of intermediate base over phosphate complexation preference ( i.e. Pb 2+ , Cd 2+ ) and operated with diversely structured DNA molecules. This very simple aptamer switch scheme was applied to the detection of small organics using the fluorescence anisotropy readout mode. We envision that the approach could be adapted to a variety of signalling methods that report on changes in the surface charge density of DNA receptors.

An efficient strategy to modulate the mechanical properties of conjugated polymers has been developed through the incorporation of amide-containing alkyl chains in diketopyrrolopyrrole-based conjugated polymers. The side-chain engineering performed with hydrogen bonding moieties (up to 20 mol% of amide-containing side-chains) was found to reduce the crystallinity of the conjugated polymers in the solid state. Interestingly, this reduction in crystallinity drastically influenced the mechanical properties of the new DPP-polymers, by promoting their stretching ability, reducing the elastic modulus of the polymers, and facilitating the molecular alignment after stretch. The resulting polymers with 10% hydrogen bonding side chains showed a maximum stretchability of 75% elongation, without the appearance of nanoscale cracks, and a detailed investigation of the mechanical properties was performed by a combination of morphological characterization tools, including grazing-incidence X-ray diffraction, polarized UV-Vis spectroscopy and optical/atomic force microscopy to support our finding. Additionally, incorporation of amide-containing side-chains also enabled the regeneration of the conjugated polymer morphology after damage. Our results demonstrate that the introduction of amide-containing alkyl chains is an effective strategy to enhance the mechanical properties of π-conjugated polymers without disrupting the π-conjugation, and to enable new properties such as morphological healing.

In this work, a facile and simple yet effective method to generate intrinsic autonomous self-healing polymers was developed, leading to new materials that can be easily fine-tuned both mechanically and chemically. The new materials were designed to incorporate two dynamic and reversible types of chemical bonds, namely dynamic imine and metal-coordinating bonds, to enable autonomous self-healing, controlled degradability and ultra-high tunable stretchability (up to 800% strain) based on the ratio of metal to ligand incorporated. Through an easy condensation reaction, imine bonds are generated at the end-termini of a short siloxane chain. The new dynamic system was characterized by a variety of techniques, including tensile-pull strain testing, atomic force microscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy, which showed that the highly dynamic imine bonds, combined with coordination with Fe2+ ions, allow for the material to regenerate 88% of its mechanical strength after physical damage. The materials were also controlled to be degraded in mild acidic conditions. Lastly, application in self-healable electronics was demonstrated through the fabrication of a capacitive-based pressure sensor, which shows good sensitivity and dynamic response (∼0.33 kPa-1) before and after healing.

A new strategy for influencing the solid-state morphology of conjugated polymers was developed through physical blending with a low-molecular-weight branched polyethylene. This nontoxic and low-boiling-point additive was blended with a high-charge-mobility diketopyrrolopyrrole-based conjugated polymer, and a detailed investigation of the new blended materials was performed by various characterization tools, including X-ray diffraction, UV-vis spectroscopy, and atomic force microscopy. Interestingly, the branched additive was shown to reduce the crystallinity of the conjugated polymer while promoting aggregation and phase separation in the solid state. Upon thermal removal of the olefinic additive, the thin films maintained a lower crystallinity and aggregated morphology in comparison to a nonblended polymer. The semiconducting performance of the new branched polyethylene/conjugated polymer blends was also investigated in organic field-effect transistors, which showed a stable charge mobility of around 0.3 cm

Context : Health communication is a determining skill in physician-patient relation and tare. It needs to be learned. A communication teaching is creating in GP-Departement. Formative evaluation learning may help student and teacher to know student's amelioration axes and validated elements. The evaluation scale is the more using tool. HPCCC Model may help to create evaluation scale with ail communication competencies. Finding all uniform qualitative hetero-evaluation scales evaluation formative health's communication competency was the review's objective. Method : A systematic review was made with Prisma & AMSTAR criterions. PubMed, Embase, Exercer and Sudoc were questionning from 1990 to 2021. References were selectionnated with controled selection's criterion. Resuits : Among the 3889 references, 34 studies were finally included. It was identified 31 evaluation rating scales.; Contexte : La communication en santé est une compétence déterminante dans la relation médecin-patient et le soin, nécessitant un apprentissage. Un enseignement de la communication se développe au département de médecine générale de Rouen. L’évaluation formative renseigne l’étudiant et l’enseignant sur les acquis ou éléments à améliorer. La grille d’évaluation est l’outil le plus fréquemment utilisé. Le modèle HPCCC peut aider à l’élaboration de grille d’évaluation comportant l’ensemble des compétences communicationnelles. L’objectif était d’identifier les grilles d’hétéroévaluation uniformes qualitatives permettant l’évaluation formative des compétences communicationnelles des soignants.Méthode : Une revue systématique de littérature a été réalisée selon les critères PRISMA et AMSTAR-2. PubMed, Embase, Exercer et Sudoc ont été interrogés entre 1990 et 2021. Les références ont été sélectionnées à partir de critères de sélection et triangulées. Une analyse descriptive des données des études a été réalisée. Le modèle HPCCC a permis d’explorer les grilles. Résultats : Trente-quatre études ont été sélectionnées parmi 3989 références, identifiant 31 grilles d’évaluation. L’évaluation concernait un étudiant en santé dans 27 études (79%) et était réalisée lors d’une consultation avec un patient simulé dans 20 études (59%). Les grilles comportaient en moyenne 14,96 items (+/- 7,6). Au moins 50% des objectifs HPCCC étaient explorés dans 4 grilles (Calgary Cambridge simplifiée, KalRad, GCRS et MAAS Global). Trois grilles avaient moins de 20% de répétition d’objectifs HPCCC (gBAS, MAAS Global et grille « Boguet et Ariot »). Conclusion : Bien qu’il n’existe pas de grille idéale pour l’évaluation de la communication, plusieurs grilles sont de qualité et peuvent être analysées selon des critères spécifiques, en s’appuyant sur un consensus tel que le modèle HPCCC. À l’aide de ces critères, 3 grilles de cette revue semblent efficientes dans l’évaluation formative de la communication des soignants : « Calgary Cambridge simplifiée », « MAAS Global » et « Boguet et Ariot ». Ces grilles évaluent le champ le plus large possible de la communication, tout en étant les moins redondantes possible dans les objectifs d’apprentissage de la communication, avec un nombre d’items cohérent. Les propriétés psychométriques, la facilité d’utilisation et la faisabilité de ces grilles restent à évaluer.

En 2015 en France, 15 à 20 % de la population de plus de 65 ans à domicile est considérée comme fragile. La fragilité est un état intermédiaire précaire entre l’autonomie et la dépendance, parfois réversible. Les maisons de santé pluriprofessionnelles (MSP) permettent leur prise en charge précoce par un parcours coordonné de la personne âgée. L’objectif est la création d’une mission de santé publique permettant de repérer précocement les personnes âgées fragiles. Les objectifs secondaires sont la sensibilisation des professionnels du territoire au repérage de la fragilité et le développement de la coordination pluriprofessionnelle. Méthode : Cette mission de santé publique a nécessité des recherches bibliographiques et épidémiologiques, puis une étude qualitative par entretiens semi-dirigés sur les besoins et attentes des professionnels médico-sociaux du territoire sur le repérage de la fragilité. Elle a nécessité plusieurs réunions de concertation pluriprofessionnelles pour définir les objectifs, critères d’inclusion et d’exclusion, déroulement du repérage et critères d’évaluation. Résultats : L’étude qualitative montrait que la fragilité était un processus multifactoriel sans définition unique. Les professionnels demandaient une formation sur son repérage, et une meilleure connaissance du territoire pour améliorer la coordination. Tous souhaitaient une grille de repérage commune, simple, rapide et utilisable en ambulatoire. La mission de santé publique s’organisera avec un repérage de la fragilité une fois par an proposé aux patients de plus de 70 ans autonomes (ADL 5 et 6) consultant un professionnel de santé de la MSP, en utilisant la grille GFST. Elle comprend également des sessions de sensibilisation aux professionnels du territoire travaillant avec les personnes âgées.Conclusion : Cette mission de santé publique permettra le repérage précoce de la fragilité. Il est proposé aux patients repérés fragiles ayant leur médecin traitant dans la MSP une évaluation gériatrique et la mise en place d’un plan personnalisé de santé. Le travail pluriprofessionnel, la communication et la coordination entre les professionnels sont essentiels à la mise en place de ce projet. Il pourrait être applicable à d’autres MSP sous réserve d’une bonne connaissance du territoire, d’un partenariat entre les professionnels médico-sociaux, de solutions aux freins rapportés et d’une formation des professionnels.
