06.03.2018 tarihli ve 30352 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan “Yükseköğretim Kanunu İle Bazı Kanun Ve Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamelerde Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun” ile 18.06.2018 tarihli “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” gereğince tam metin erişime açılmıştır. Ülkemizin otobüs ihtiyacı yerli üretim, yerli lisanslı üretim veya ithal ürünlerle sağlanmaktadır. Ülkemizde yapılan yerli ve lisanslı üretimde, güç aktarma organları ana parçalarının bazıları ülkemizde üretilmemektedir. Bu neden ile Türkiye'de güç aktarma organları tasarımı yapılmayıp, var olan ürünler arasından en uygun olanları seçilmektedir. Eğer güç aktarma organları seçimi esnasında uygun seçim yapılmamış ise, ciddi müşteri şikâyetleri yaşanmaktadır. Bu durumda üretici firma, araç üzerinde iyileştirme yapmak için modifikasyonlar yapmak zorunda kalmaktadır veya herhangi bir şey yapamamaktadır. Bu da üreticinin itibar ve para kaybetmesine neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın 2. bölümünde otobüs kinematiği ve dinamiği ve 3. bölümünde güç aktarma organları seçim programının yapılması hakkında bilgiler verilmektedir. 4 bölümde ise programın kullanımı ve uygulama hakkında bilgiler verilip, programda otobüslerin güç aktarma organları oluşturularak araçların performans eğrileri, yol testleri ve detaylı analizleri yapılıp, uygun güç aktarma organları seçilmektedir. The bus requirement of our country is provided by domestic production, domestic licensed production or imported products. In domestic and licensed production in our country, some of the main parts of power train parts are not produced in our country. For this reason, powertrain parts are not designed in Turkey, and the most suitable ones are selected from existing products. Serious customer complaints are received if the proper selection has not been made during the choice of powertrain. In this case the manufacturer has to make modifications or do nothing to improve the vehicle. This causes the manufacturer to lose reputation and money. In the second part of this study gives information about bus kinematics and dynamics, and in the third part give information about making computer program for the selection of the powertrain parts. In the 4 sections, giving information about using and application of the program, and the powertrain of the vehicles are created in the program. In addition, the performance curves, road tests and detailed analyzes of the vehicles are made and suitable powertrain parts are selected.

When analysing and designing reinforced precast concrete frames, and steel frames the real behaviour of beam-to-column connections are generally idealized either pinned or fully rigid. The notions of the two alternatives either pinned or fully rigid connections are simply the extreme cases of the actual connection behaviour, and experimental works up to date, many of which are referred to in section of previous studies of this paper show without doubt that true connections exhibit characteristics over a wide spectrum between these two extreme cases. The rigid connection idealization indicates that relative rotation of the connection does not exist and the end moment of the beam is entirely transferred to the columns. In contrast to the rigid connection assumption, the pinned connection idealization indicates that any restraint does exist for rotation of the connection and the connection moment is zero. Although these idealizations simplify the analysis and design process, the predicted response of the frame may be different from its real behaviour. Most connection normally regarded as fully rigid often display some flexural flexibility, while connections which are regarded as pinned, implying no moment transfer, posses some flexural stiffness. It would therefore seem more correct that to classify all the behaviour of beam-tocolumn connections in reinforced precast concrete frames, and steel frames under the heading of semirigid connections, while keeping in mind that pinned and fully rigid connections as extreme cases. Here, the linear analysis of planar frames with semi-rigid connections and rigid end sections is performed. Modified stiffness coefficients in the shear wall axis of the beam connected to the shear wall are obtained with assumption that the rigid strain would be at the part between the elastic beam end and the shear wall axis. The matrix stiffness method of analysis was modified to allow for flexible connections and rigid end parts. The stiffness matrices are modified by correction matrices and the resulting linear equations are solved for as in the normal stiffness method. The advantages of the matrix stiffness method are that it can be programmed so that relatively large frames can be analyzed with ease and that the use of interactive techniques would permit the inclusion of improvements in the end restraint representation. The linear semi-rigid connection behaviour is used to modify the member stiffness matrices and the fixed-end forces vector. The current paper considers the linear structural analysis of planar frames with flexibly connected members having rigid end sections taking into consideration the effect of shear deformations and a computer program has been prepared for the pertinent design purposes. To accomplish the foregoing goal, first the stiffness coefficients of the stiffness matrix of linear prismatic members has been found using pertinent differential equations assuming there are rigid sections of arbitrary lengths and rotational beam-to-column connections at the both ends. This kind of members, which may have rigid end sections, show up when there are lintel beams connecting shear walls and column connecting high beams. Then, the stiffness coefficients of the stiffness matrix of beams itself have been obtained, taking shear deformations into consideration. Finally, the fixed end forces have been found for a uniformly distributed load, a concentrated load, a linearly distributed load, a symmetric trapezoidal distributed load and a nonsymmetrical triangular distributed load. A computer program has been prepared for the numerical applications of the analytical results. This program carries out the linear and also the second order structural analysis of planar frames and pierced shear walls using modified stiffness matrix method, taking shear deformations into considerations, not only the effects of bending and axial deformations, but also due to shear, as well. Solving some problems in different ways, the validity of the pertinent computer program has been proved by the close match of the results. Some examples from the literature have been treated by the present method and a perfect match has been observed between the corresponding numerical results.

Bu çalışmada, kesme kuvvetini hesaba katarak uçlarında dönel yaylar bulunan çubuklardan oluşan düzlemsel çerçevelerin nonlineer analizi yapılmış ve bu konuda bir bilgisayar programı hazırlanmıştır. Önce, ikinci mertebe teorisi kullanılarak ve kayma deformasyonları hesaba katılarak uçlarında dönel yaylar bulunan çubuklara ait eleman rijitlik matrisi elde edilmiştir. Daha sonra, aynı etkiler altında diferansiyel denklemler yardımıyla üniform yayılı yük, tekil yük, doğrusal yayılı yük, simetrik yamuk şeklinde yayılı yük ve simetrik olmayan üçgen şeklinde yayılı yük için ankastrelik uç kuvvetleri bulunmuştur. Hazırlanan bilgisayar programı yardımıyla incelenen örneklerde yay katsayılarının değişimine bağlı olarak bazı elostostatik büyüklüklerin değişimi grafiklerle sunulmuştur. Although these idealizations simplify the analysis and design process, the predicted response of the frame may be different from its real behaviour In this study, the nonlinear analysis of frames composed of members flexibly connected to the nodes has been carried out taking into consideration the effect of shear deformations and a pertinent computer program has been prepared. First, using second order theory, the member stiffness matrix for a bar with rotational springs at the ends was obtained, taking shear deformations into consideration. Then, using pertinent differential equations, the fixed end forces were found for a uniformly distributed load, a concentrated load, a linearly distributed load, a symmetrical trapezoidal distributed load and a nonsymmetrical triangular distributed load. The validity of the implemented computer program was proved by solving some example problems in different ways and showing the match between the results. Problems in the literature, which were special cases of the problems treated in this study, were solved by the present computer program and the match of the results was observed. Using the implemented computer program and solving some examples, the variations of some elastostatic quantities with spring constants were examined and presented graphically

Bu çalışmada, kalınlığı 30 mm’den küçük, 30–60 mm arasında ve 60 mm’den büyük okaliptüs (Eucalyptus camadulensis) kerestelerinin, hazırlanan bilgisayar programı aracılığı ile kurutma cetvelleri oluşturulmuştur. Program, “kuruma eğimi” esasına göre işlem yapmaktadır. Program içerisinde okaliptüs dışında dünyada ticari öneme sahip yüzün üzerinde ağaç türüne ait veriler (özgül ağırlık, LDN derecesi, ısıtma ve kurutma evresinde uygulanabilecek sıcaklıklar, %20’nin altında ve üstündeki kurutma eğimleri) hazır olarak bulunmaktadır. Bu programın avantajı kereste kalınlığı, başlangıç ve sonuç rutubeti, fırın tipi, hava hareket hızı ve kurutma kalitesi gibi parametrelerin kullanıcı tarafından girilebilmesi ve bu verilere göre kurutma cetvellerini yeniden oluşturabilmesidir. Ayrıca bu bilgisayar programı ile muhtemel kurutma süresi de tahmin edilebilmektedir. In this study, computer aided drying schedules were created for Eucalyptus camadulensis lumber as less then 30 mm thick, between 30-60 mm thick and larger then 60 mm. The software Works on drying gradient basis. In this software users can find more then hundred other species’ data (density, fiber saturation point, temperatures far warming up and drying periods, drying gradients for moisture contents above and fewer than 20%). Users can choose lumber thickness, initial and final moisture content, kiln type, air velocity and drying quality. It is an advantage of this software. The drying schedule can be shaped according to this data. Moreover, possible total drying duration can be predicted by this software.

Fusarium türleri tüm dünyada ve ülkemizde büyük zararlara sebep olmaktadır. Çoğunlukla toprak kaynaklı olan Fusarium türleri fidelerde ve bitki gelişiminin diğer dönemlerinde çürümelere sebep olmaktadır. Bu kadar yaygın olan bir hastalığın doğru teşhisi ileride olabilecek zararlarının tespiti ve korunma yollarını kolaylaştıracaktır. Bu sebeple tanılamaya ayrı bir önem vermek gerekmektedir. Bu sebeple çalışmamada Fusarium türlerinin teşhisinde besi ortamındaki koloni renklenmesi, makrokonidi, mikrokonidi şekli, bazal hücre, ayak hücresi şekillenmesi, klamidiospor ve peritesyum varlığı gibi özelliklerine göre sınıflandırma yapılmıştır.Bu sınıflandırmaya göre, sihirbaz formatında bilgisayar programı hazırlanmış ve tanılama kriterleri bir bir eklenmiltir. Bu program sayesinde önemli adımlar atlanamayacak ve bu sayede oluşabilecek hataları en aza indirecektir., Fusarium species cause important damages in Turkey and world wide. Fusarium that is generally soil born cause root rot at seedlings and other periods. The proper identification of the disease that is so common will pave the way of fixing possible damages and finding preservation ways. For that reason, it is necessary to make identification. So I did classification at identification fusarium species according to colony colorisation in PDA, macroconodia and microconodia shapes, basal cells, foot cells shapes, clamidiospor and peritesyum. With respect to this classification, a software program has been written in wizard format and identification criteria have been added one by one. By courtsy of this program major step wont be bypassed and possible errors will be diminished.

Bu tezin, veri tabanı üzerinden yayınlanma izni bulunmamaktadır. Küresel Tank, Bilgisayar Programı, Dizayn, Maliyet Analizi, Standart Mukayesesi Kullanım yelpazesi oldukça geniş olan LPG'nin depolanmasında önemli yere sahip olan küresel tankların tasarım ve dizaynının bilgisayar ile desteklenmesi zaruret kazanmıştır. Büyük hacimlerde, basınç altında ürün (akışkan) depolanması problemi, küre formlu tankları gündeme getirmektedir. Küre formu, homojen gerilme dağılımı sağladığı için özellikle büyük hacimle söz konusu olduğunda diğer çeşitli formdaki tanklardan, küresel tanklar, daha ucuza mal olur. Günümüzde özellikle petrokimya, gübre üretimi ve likit gaz üretimi alanlarında küresel tanklar tesislerin vazgeçilmez unsurlarıdır. Küresel tanklar, günümüzde yaygın olarak kaynaklı birleştirme yöntemiyle imal edilmektedir. Kaynaklı imalat, imalat yöntemleri arasında çok önemli bir yer işgal etmektedir. Kaynak işleminin iyi yapılabilmesi kadar, yerinde ve aranan amaçlara uygun kullamlması, hesaplanması ve parçaların bu imal usulünün gerektirdiği koşullara göre şekillendirilmesi büyük önem ifade eder. Günümüzde yaygın olarak ASME VIII, AD Merkblatter olmak üzere, Avrupa, ABD ve Rusya gibi endüstrisi gelişmiş ülkelerde 19 değişik tasanm standardı uygulanmaktadır. 2002'de yayınlanan EN 13445 Avrupa standardı basınçlı tank dizayn ve imalatında kullanımı yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bu tez kapsamı içinde, bu standartlardan en yaygın olarak kullanılan üç tanesi olabildiğince geniş perspektif içinde verilmeye çalışılmış, bir dizayn mühendisinin ve tank üreticisinin başvurabileceği bir çalışma hazırlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu standartlar şunlardır; a) AD Merkblatter (Basmçlı Tanklar İçin Teknik Kurallar) b) ASME VIII Div.I (Basınçlı Kapların Yapımı İçin Kurallar) c) EN13445-3 (Alevsiz Basınçlı Kaplar). Bu çalışmada, küresel tankların tasanm ve yapımının programlanabilirliğinin araştırılması yapılmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde küresel tankın gövde, nozul, flanş, ve ayak dizanı ile maliyet analizi programlanabilir görülmüş ve programlanmıştır. Delphi 8 ortamında hazırlanan bu programın raporlamaları ise Crystal Report ile alınmıştır. Örnek veri girişleri ile EN 13445-3, ASME VIII Div.I ve AD Merkblatter standartları arasında mukayese yapılmıştır. COMPUTER AIDED INVESTIGATION OF SPHERICAL LPG VESSEL DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING SUMMARY Key words: Spherical Vessels, Computer Program, Design, Cost Analysis, Comparison of standarts Spherical Pressure Vessels are the main dements, hearts of chemical plants and refineries. Today Turkish heavy machinery industry manufactures spherical storage tanks for needs of petro-chemical complexes and other branches of industry. Gases and liquids under pressure can be better stored in such vessels, as the sphere is the most rational geometrical form for taking up internal pressure. Because there are a lot of different standards to design spherical vessel, it is comes out a lot of difficulties about manufacturing and assembling of spherical pressure vessels. In this study, it is aimed to develop software, which can be consulted in wide range to engineers. For this purpose, it is used the following standards: a) Spherical Pressure vessel design according to AD Merkblatter b) Spherical Pressure vessel design according to EN 13445-3 c) Spherical Pressure vessel design according to ASME Vm Div.1. A software computer program is developed in Delphi to find design data according to their standards. The design of spherical tank puts forward long and back breaking calculations which follow one another. Usually thsese calculations take a lot of time. To produce a suitable and economic design, the calculations most of the time have to be repeated continuously to enable the designer to correspond the results given out. Computerization of the above mentioned calculations will be a great aid to the designer in many ways. In this study, it is intended to investigate any programming possibilities of spherical tanks regarding designing and manufacturing. As a result of the investigation, a software utility for designing body, nozzle, flange and legs of a tank, and cost analysis as well has been delivered. İşletme kuruluş yeri seçimi, işletmenin faaliyetlerini ve ömrünü sürdürebilmesi için hayati bir öneme sahiptir. Kuruluş yeri seçimi, işletmenin kurulması ve projelerinin hazırlanması sırasında önemli bir karar niteliği taşımaktadır. Karar vermeden önce detaylı incelemeler yapılması gerekir. Zira bu karar işletmenin gelecekteki faaliyetlerinde maliyetini, karlılığını ve çalışmasını şekillendiren bir etkendir. Kuruluş yerini sonradan değiştirmek çok zor ve pahalı bir iştir. Bu nedenle, kuruluş yeri tespit edilirken çeşitli alternatifler içerisinden en düşük maliyetli ve en yüksek karı sağlayan yerin seçilmesi gerekir. Bu çalışmada kuruluş yerinin bilgisayar tarafından hızlı ve tarafsız bir şekilde karar verilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için bir bilgisayar programı tasarlanmıştır. Program içerisinde sayısal olmayan değerlere dayalı yaklaşımlar içerisinde bulunan eşit, yalın ve çift tartılandırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. The selection of the facility location is vital for the establishment to exist and keep on functioning. The selection has a significant decision role to set up the establishment and prepare the projects. Detailed examinations must be carried out before making selection since this decision is a factor forming the cost, profit and functioning of the establishment’s future activities. It is very difficult and expensive to change the facility location later. Therefore, while determining the facility location, the place having the lowest cost and providing the highest profit should be chosen from various alternatives. The also of this study is to determine the place of establishment neutrally and rapidly by the computer and a computer program has coded this aim.

Asenkron makinaların işletme kolaylığının ve kontrollerinin basit olmasının yanında, stator ve rotor oluk geometrileri bakımından aslında karmaşık yapılı makinalardır. Sanayide yaygın kullanılmaları sebebiyle tasarımlarının maksimum verim ve en iyi moment değerlerini verecek şekilde yapılması gerekir. Bu çalışmada, asenkron motorun sonlu elemanlar yöntemi (SEY) kullanılarak moment hesabının ve motora ait Hız-Moment karakteristiklerinin Finite Element Method Magnetics (FEMM) paket programı ile elde edilmesi anlatılmıştır. Asenkron motor tasarımı ve performans analizi yapan bir bilgisayar programı geliştirilmiş ve bu program sayesinde motorun Hız-Moment karakteristiği elde edilmiştir. Her iki programdan elde edilen grafikler karşılaştırmalı olarak verilmiştir. SEY ile modellemede ve tasarımda 3 kW lık sincap kafesli asenkron motor kullanılmıştır., Although induction machines are simple and rugged for operational maintenance purposes, they have indeed somewhat complex stator and rotor slot geometries. Industrial practice demands the maximum efficiency and highest torque values from these machines. In this study, speed-torque characteristics and torque calculation of an induction machine have been obtained by finite element method. FEMM (Finite Element Method Magnetics) software is utilized for this purpose. A software is developed for the design and performance analysis of induction machine. Speed-Torque characteristics can also be available for the same machine. The performances of FEMM sofware and our new software have been compared. A 3 kW squirrel-cage induction motor is used for FEM modeling and design procedure.

A completed case study on fuzzy logic control of thermal processes has been carried out using a professional laboratory oven for industrial purpose as an experimental test rig. It involved system engineering design analysis, control synthesis, and implementation as well as application software and signal interface design and development. The resulting expertise and lessons learned are reported in this contribution. The structure of PD type of fuzzy logic controllers is closely discussed along with synthesis issues of membership functions and knowledge rule base. Special software was developed using Microsoft Visual Studio, C++ and Visual basic for GUI for a standard PC platform. The application software designed and implemented has four modules: FIS editor, Rule Editor, Membership Function Editor and Fuzzy Controller with Rule Viewer. Quality and performance of the overall fuzzy process control system have been investigated and validated to fulfill the required quality specifications

Fayda-Değer Analizi, çeşitli amaçların özdeş fiziksel ya da paraya ilişkin birimlerle açıklanamadığı durumlarda, ormancılıkta çok yönlü kullanımda en iyi çözümün bulunması için kullanılan psikometrik (içsel) değerlendirme yöntemidir. Bu yöntem önerilen seçeneklerin sonuçlandırılması için sistematik bir değerlendirmeyi sağlayarak karar vermeyi kolaylaştırır. Yöntem, belirlenen seçeneklere ilişkin ölçütlerin ve ağırlıklarına göre seçeneklerin önem sırasının belirlenmesine yardımcı olur. Yöntemin uygulanışı Bartın İnkumu tatil beldesinin kuramsal verilerine göre açıklanmıştır. Bu örnek planlar, tasarımcılara taşıyıcı sistemlerin aks ölçüleri ve diğer özellikleri açısından örnek teşkil etmektedir., In this thesis, a decision making program for computers is developed in order to design and to reach the most optimal construction system for mass housings which include between 800 and 1200 houses. The purpose of designing this program is to give architectural and construction companies valuable clues to help them in using the time in the most beneficial way during the preparation process of mass housing projects. The method of the prepared computer program is to take certain data from the user and then to apply these data in order to reach the solution. A decision making-model for this program is created and is transferred to the computer environment by using the Basic Programming Language that appears in Microsoft Visual Basic 5.0. After the data gained for the program is loaded, it estimates the most beneficial carriage system, decides on the number of flats and buildings, and calculates the construction time for each system. It also presents some model housing plans according to the choice of flat type, its area in m² and to the carriage system. The distribution right includes not only the sale or distribution of the original or copies of works but also the distribution of works in different ways. As a result of the use of this right, the inability to prevent works from re-distribution after the first sale of the work or the distribution by alienating the original work or its copies is generally considered as the principle of exhaustion. However, it is debatable whether the exhaustion principle also precisely applies to copies of the work published on the Internet. Dominant opinion regards this issue within the transmission to public. Having dealt with this issue in its decision, the ECJ agrees with the minority opinion over the fact that the principle of exhaustion applies to the programs downloaded from the Internet. Although the computer programme has been obtained by being downloaded directly from the Internet, the principle of exhaustion will still be valid provided the right to use is continuously and certainly granted over the programme. In this decision, in order for the exhaustion principle to apply, two restrictions have been accepted: First is that the alienator destroys his own programme or make it unusable, the other one is that collective licencing has to be alienated collectively. Ancak karar doğrudan bu hususu ele almayıp salt bilgisayar programları ile ilgilidir. Kararda belirtilen temel önermeler Türk hukuku açısından kanaatimce aynen benimsenebilir. Bu şekilde internetten eserin izinli ve sürekli tam kullanımına izin verir şekilde indirilmesine imkan veren durumlar, yayma hakkı; kullanıcının seçtikleri yer ve zamanda esere erişime imkan sağlayacak şekilde internette hazır tutulmasını ise umuma iletim kapsamında değerlendirilebilecektir.
