Big data technology continues to catalyze the informatization and intelligence of education and teaching in colleges and universities while accelerating the difficulty of information management. This paper aims to discuss the development and utilization of information resources, as well as security and protection issues in college administration, through the integration of network technology and the college administrative management system. To address the development limitations of administrative management in colleges and universities, this paper proposes key technologies for the construction of intelligent administrative management in these institutions and analyzes the interrelationships between these technologies. The objective of experimental platforms 1 and 2 is to evaluate the ability of BIM models to render buildings of different sizes in real time. Compare the security performance of the fully homomorphic encryption algorithm proposed in this paper and combine the classical encryption algorithms (DES algorithm, AES algorithm, RSA algorithm, ECC algorithm). Examine the students’ perceived attitudes toward intelligence improvements and the overall effectiveness ratings of the school administration staff. The compressed, custom-rendered files used in this paper’s cloud service significantly improve the user experience by reducing the loading time by approximately half. The overall student perception ratings were no less than 4.13, and the effectiveness ratings of faculty and staff were all in the range of 3.5-5.0, indicating that school administration is effective. The intelligent improvement direction and improvement scheme proposed in this paper is feasible and merits further promotion.

In the realm of mobile robotics, the capability to navigate and map uncharted territories is paramount, and Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) stands as a cornerstone technology enabling this capability. While traditional SLAM methods like Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and FastSLAM have made strides, they often struggle with the complexities of non-linear dynamics and non-Gaussian noise, particularly in dynamic settings. Moreover, these methods can be computationally intensive, limiting their applicability in real-world scenarios. This paper introduces an innovative enhancement to the FastSLAM framework by integrating Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MO-PSO), aiming to bolster the robustness and accuracy of SLAM in mobile robots. We outline the theoretical underpinnings of FastSLAM and underscore its significance in robotic autonomy for mapping and exploration. Our approach innovates by crafting a specialized fitness function within the MO-PSO paradigm, which is instrumental in optimizing the particle distribution and addressing the challenges inherent in traditional particle filtering methods. This strategic fusion of MO-PSO with FastSLAM not only circumvents the pitfalls of particle degeneration, but also enhances the overall robustness and precision of the SLAM process across a spectrum of operational environments. Our empirical evaluation involves testing the proposed method on three distinct simulation benchmarks, comparing its performance against four other algorithms. The results indicate that our MO-PSO-enhanced FastSLAM method outperforms the traditional particle filtering approach by significantly reducing particle degeneration and ensuring more reliable and precise SLAM performance in challenging environments. This research demonstrates that the integration of MO-PSO with FastSLAM is a promising direction for improving SLAM in mobile robots, providing a robust solution for accurate mapping and localization even in complex and unknown settings. The study investigated the relationship between listening and reading vocabularies and their contributions to English listening comprehension of advanced Chinese EFL learners from two universities in China. Measures of reading and listening vocabularies consisted of 5,000 and academic vocabularies. Two tasks involved in the listening comprehension test were gap-filling and multiple-choice. Results showed the moderate correlation between listening and reading vocabularies; Chinese EFL learners' reading vocabulary knowledge outperformed the listening counterpart. Listening academic vocabulary made a unique contribution to the performance on both the gap-filling task and the entire listening section above and beyond other subcategories of vocabulary. Reading vocabulary was not a predictor of the multiple-choice task. However, the significant effect of reading vocabulary on the gap-filling task suggested that the task might not be an appropriate instrument to assess learners' listening skill.

Researchers in a recent study found that online students' ability to self-regulate led to more focused attention and time on task, and in turn, these skills could lead to better learning. Given the need for more theoretical work in this area, as well as the potential practical benefits from the use of these pedagogical strategies, we sought to compare differences between high- versus low-collaboration teams in an online assignment to determine if higher levels of student-to-student collaboration led to higher levels of self-regulation or learning presence (forethought and planning, monitoring, strategy use, and reflection). Specifically, we explored how the use of high-collaboration technologies, such as Google Docs and Google Hangouts, impacted the level of learning presence students demonstrated while participating in a small group project. The low-collaboration group made minimal use of an asynchronous discussion forum for collaboration. Differences in collaboration were measured using student grades, peer evaluations, pre- and posttests, and community of inquiry surveys. In addition, quantitative content analysis and social network analysis were used to assess collaboration by examining learning presence in the two groups.

With the rapid advancement of mobile robotics technology, Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) has become indispensable for enabling robots to autonomously navigate and construct maps of unknown environments in real time. Traditional SLAM algorithms, such as the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and FastSLAM, have shown commendable performance in certain applications. However, they encounter significant limitations when dealing with nonlinear systems and non-Gaussian noise distributions, especially in dynamic and complex environments coupled with high computational complexity. To address these challenges, this study proposes an enhanced particle filtering method leveraging particle swarm optimization (PSO) to improve the accuracy of pose estimation and the efficacy of map construction in SLAM algorithms. We begin by elucidating the foundational principles of FastSLAM and its critical role in empowering robots with the ability to autonomously explore and map unknown territories. Subsequently, we delve into the innovative integration of PSO with FastSLAM, highlighting our novel approach of designing a bespoke fitness function tailored to enhance the distribution of particles. This innovation is pivotal in mitigating the degradation issues associated with particle filtering, thereby significantly improving the estimation accuracy and robustness of the SLAM solution in various operational scenarios. A series of simulation experiments and tests were conducted to substantiate the efficacy of the proposed method across diverse environments. The experimental outcomes demonstrate that, compared to the standard particle filtering algorithm, the PSO-enhanced particle filtering effectively mitigates the issue of particle degeneration, ensuring reliable and accurate SLAM performance even in challenging, unknown environments. Accurate calculation of equivalent circuit parameters is a prerequisite for accurately calculating the large‐capacity synchronous condenser parameter model. Due to its special transient operating conditions, the high transient magnetic saturation effect during operation causes the non‐linearity and time‐varying of the equivalent circuit parameters. The field mutual leakage reactance is the critical factor affecting the field current, and the time‐varying of the equivalent circuit parameters is closely related to the field current. However, the existing equivalent circuit parameter calculation methods considering field leakage reactance cannot achieve time‐varying parameters. A calculation method of time‐varying equivalent circuit parameters based on a back propagation neural network algorithm is proposed, which solves the calculation problem of time‐varying equivalent circuit parameters considering field mutual leakage reactance. Then, a 300MVar condenser is taken as the research object, and the proposed method is used to simulate the different operating conditions of the condenser and verified by the finite element method and experiment. The results show that the method improves the calculation accuracy of the equivalent circuit parameter model, reduces the calculation time, and applies to different operating conditions. Intelligent scheduling plays a crucial role in minimizing transportation expenses and enhancing overall efficiency. However, most of the existing scheduling models fail to comprehensively account for the requirements of urban development, as exemplified by the vehicle routing problem with time windows (VRPTW), which merely specifies the minimization of path length. This paper introduces a new model of the heterogeneous green city vehicle routing problem with time windows (HGCVRPTW), addressing challenges in urban logistics. The HGCVRPTW model considers carriers with diverse attributes, recipients with varying tolerance for delays, and fluctuating road congestion levels impacting carbon emissions. To better deal with the HGCVRPTW, an adaptive multi-objective genetic algorithm based on the greedy initialization strategy (AMoGA-GIS) is proposed, which includes the following three advantages. Firstly, considering the impact of initial information on the search process, a greedy initialization strategy (GIS) is proposed to guide the overall evolution during the initialization phase. Secondly, the adaptive multiple mutation operators (AMMO) are introduced to improve the diversity of the population at different evolutionary stages according to their success rate of mutation. Moreover, we built a more tailored testing dataset that better aligns with the challenges faced by the HGCVRPTW. Our extensive experiments affirm the competitive performance of the AMoGA-GIS by comparing it with other state-of-the-art algorithms and prove that the GIS and AMMO play a pivotal role in advancing algorithmic capabilities tailored to the HGCVRPTW. This study aimed to explore the effect of the TSLP-DC-OX40L pathway in asthma pathogenesis and airway inflammation in mice. For this, 65 male BALF/c mice were distributed among the control, asthma, immunoglobulin G (IgG) + asthma (IgG, 500 [micro]g/500 [micro]L, intratracheal injection of 50 [micro]L each time), LY294002 (OX40L inhibitor) + asthma (intratracheal injection of 2 mg/kg LY294002), and anti-TSLP + asthma (intratracheal injection of 500 [micro]g/500 [micro]L TSLP antibody, 50 [micro]L each time) groups. ELISA was applied to measure the serum levels of immunoglobulin E (IgE), ovalbumin (OVA)-sIgE, interleukin-4 (IL-4), IL-5, IL-13, and interferon-[gamma] (IFN-[gamma]); flow cytometry was employed to detect Treg cells and dendritic cell (DC) and lymphopoiesis. RT-qPCR and Western blot assays were used to measure the levels of TSLP, OX40L, T-bet, GATA-3, NF-[kappa]B, p38, and ERK. Treatment with LY294002 and anti-TSLP resulted in increases in the numbers of total cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, and lymphocytes in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid; total serum levels of IgE, OVA-sIgE, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13; levels of DC cells; lymphopoiesis; and levels of TSLP, OX40L, GATA-3, NF-[kappa]B, p38, and ERK, whereas there were decreases in the levels of IFN-[gamma] and CD[4.sup.+]CD[25.sup.+]Treg cells; CD[4.sup.+]Foxp[3.sup.+]Treg cells; and T-bet. The TSLP-DC-OX40L pathway may contribute to asthma pathogenesis and airway inflammation by modulating the levels of CD[4.sup.+]CD[25.sup.+]Treg cells and inflammatory cytokines. Aiming at the propagation process of elastic wave in spacecraft stiffener structure. In this paper, the phase and energy changes of elastic waves propagating in the wall structure of stiffeners at different frequencies are analyzed by using finite element method and laser Doppler vibrometer (LDVS). Meanwhile, the relationship between the parameters of stiffeners and the diffusion of acoustic wave energy and the phase change of elastic waves respectively is obtained. The results show that in the range of parameters involved in this paper, the stiffener has a significant effect on elastic waves propagation. When wavelength λ > 10mm, most of the elastic waves are reflected by the stiffener, while when λ < 6mm, elastic waves propagate more easily across the stiffener, and the proportion of those propagated by the stiffener increases. Moreover, the functional expression of the relationship between the height of the stiffener and the frequency of the elastic wave which can easily propagate through the stiffener is obtained.

It is very important to consider the eddy current reaction of the metal structure in large electric machines, which has a direct impact on the calculation results of induced current and loss. In order to solve the problem that the complex end leakage magnetic field is difficult to calculate directly, a new semi‐analytical method (NSM) considering the eddy current reaction is proposed. Firstly, the corresponding relationship between the external magnetic field and the global magnetic field of the clamping ring in two simple calculation models is obtained by the 3‐D finite element method. Then, the external magnetic field of the clamping ring in a 300MVA synchronous condenser under rated operating conditions is calculated, and the global magnetic field of the clamping ring is determined based on the obtained corresponding relationship. The eddy current density and eddy current loss of the clamping ring are calculated using the external magnetic field and the global magnetic field respectively. Finally, the calculation results were compared with the 3‐D finite element results, which verified the importance of the global magnetic field and the accuracy of the NSM. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
