An electronic health record (EHR) is a technology that allows you to keep track of your health information. It keeps computerized records of several healthcare organizations. Records are exchanged via enterprise-wide data systems as well as other networking technologies and exchanges. Patients nowadays expect immediate access to their health information. However, the health sector comes with immediate access to data, and there are worries about the privacy and security of medical records of patients. As a result, a blockchain-based solution can assist in resolving this issue. The blockchain has the potential to beat the conventional centralized system, which suffers from a severe lack of accessibility. The current healthcare system is often seen as being both costly and convoluted. However, with improved health data management and insurance providers, this may be reduced via the use of Blockchain Technology (BT). It is the goal of the developers of BT to make it possible to keep track of financial transactions without having to rely on a central authority or a bank. Innovations in BT have allowed for better health records, insurance billing, and smart contract transactions, and it also enable a decentralized data structure of activities, as well as eternal availability and security over health information. Access to medical records, instrument tracking, prescription databases, hospital facilities, and property lifetime all inside a blockchain architecture is made possible by BT that also greatly improves the seamless integration of health information. The use of BT in the medical field has this advantage as one of its primary advantages. Access to a patient's medical history is crucial for prescribing the right treatment, and BT has the potential to greatly enhance the current state of public healthcare delivery. This paper offers a block chain-based scheme called “Health Chain” as a solution for maintaining medical records. Health Chain is made to be better than the existing systems since it gives patients, health professionals, and other external stakeholders safe, efficient, and ubiquitous medical information available while maintaining the patients' confidentiality. To regulate operations and restrict access to digital health records, Health Chain uses timed-based smart contracts. In addition, it uses cutting-edge encryption methods to boost security. This study suggests a new reward system that uses healthcare professionals to track patients' medical information and construct additional units. Numerous tests are run to assess the proposed Health Chain model's performance, and the findings demonstrate that the proposed suggestion effectively manages a huge dataset called (nCOV19) from the Covid-19 study with little delay. Maximum efficiency will be expected to be attained by 98%, transaction latency by 95%, overall system execution time by 96%, data security by 92%, and data scalability by 95%, according to the suggested research.

In this paper, we address a new mechanism of frequency splitting of vibration modes in electrostatically actuated perfectly flat submicron circular nanoplates. The splitting is generated by actuating the nanoplate through asymmetric electrostatic force. We have found that the same natural frequency of two degenerated modes of a circular nanoplate splits into two distinct natural frequencies after applying asymmetric electrostatic force. Further, the frequency difference of the splitted modes can be tuned by varying the magnitude of electrostatic actuation force. Finite element analysis has been used to demonstrate this frequency splitting behaviour. The nature of this type of splitting phenomenon is also compared with frequency splitting of imperfect plates and found significantly different. Human IFN‐λ4 is expressed by only a subset of individuals who possess the ΔG variant allele at the dinucleotide polymorphism rs368234815. Recent genetic studies have shown an association between rs368234815 and different infectious and inflammatory disorders. It is not known if IFN‐λ4 has immunomodulatory activity. The expression of another type III IFN, IFN‐λ3, is also controlled by genetic polymorphisms that are strongly linked to rs368234815. Therefore, it is of interest to compare these two IFNs for their effects on immune cells. Herein, using THP‐1 cells, it was confirmed that IFN‐λ4 could affect the differentiation status of macrophage‐like cells and dendritic cells (DCs). The global gene expression changes induced by IFN‐λ4 were also characterized in in vitro generated primary macrophages. Next, human PBMC‐derived CD14+ monocytes were used to obtain M1 and M2 macrophages and DCs in the presence of IFN‐λ3 or IFN‐λ4. These DCs were cocultured with CD4+ Th cells derived from allogenic donors and their in vitro cytokine responses were measured. The specific activity of recombinant IFN‐λ4 was much lower than that of IFN‐λ3, as shown by induction of IFN‐stimulated genes. M1 macrophages differentiated in the presence of IFN‐λ4 showed higher IL‐10 secretion than those differentiated in IFN‐λ3. Coculture experiments suggested that IFN‐λ4 could confer a Th2‐biased phenotype to allogenic Th cells, wherein IFN‐λ3, under similar circumstances, did not induce a significant bias toward either a Th1 or Th2 phenotype. Interferon Lambda 4 (IFN λ 4) is a recently discovered Type III interferon that has evolved as a pseudogene in the human population. The full-length expression of IFN λ 4 depends on the presence of a frame shift deletion polymorphism, in the first exon of IFNL4, which completes the open reading frame. IFN λ 4 can raise an antiviral state within cells inhibiting the replication of several viruses. The expression of IFN λ 4 could be associated with the pathogenesis mechanisms of several viruses, but how the IFNL4 gene is transcriptionally regulated is not yet studied. In this report we use the lung carcinoma derived cell line A549 that is genetically viable to express a functional IFN λ 4, to address the transcriptional requirements of the IFNL4 promoter. We show that the GC-rich DNA binding transcription factor Sp1 is recruited to the IFNL4 promoter and has a role in induction of gene expression upon stimulation with the viral RNA mimic poly(I:C). By using siRNA mediated knockdown and overexpression strategies we show roles for the virus-associated transcription factors NF- κ B, IRF3 and IRF7, in driving gene expression.
