The Indian monsoon carries large amounts of freshwater to the northern Indian Ocean and modulates the upper ocean structure in terms of upwelling and productivity. Freshwater‐induced stratification in the upper ocean of the Bay of Bengal is linked to the changes in the Indian monsoon. In this study, we test the usefulness of δ18O and δ13C variability records for Globigerina bulloides and Orbulina universa to infer Indian monsoon variability from a sediment core retrieved from the southwestern Bay of Bengal encompassing the last 46 kyr record. Results show that the northeast monsoon was dominant during the Last Glacial Maximum. Remarkable signatures are observed in the δ18O and δ13C records during the Marine Isotope Stage (MIS) 3 to MIS‐1. Our study suggests that Indian monsoon variability is controlled by a complex of factors such as solar insolation, North Atlantic climatic shifts, and coupled ocean–atmospheric variability during the last 46 kyr. A record of δ18Oc from the Indian sector of Southern Ocean and atmospheric CO2, and δ18O of European Project for Ice Coring in Antarctica (EPICA) and Greenland Ice Sheet Project 2 (GISP2) reveals that a coherent response between δ18O record of Antarctic ice core and the δ18Oc record from Southern Indian Ocean during the deglaciation with initial warming starting around 18 kyr BP which is in agreement with the raise of atmospheric CO2 during same time. A distinct asynchrony between the records of δ18Oc from the Southern Indian Ocean and δ18O of GISP2 during the last deglaciation is noticed. We report that Southern Ocean degassing played an important role in raising atmospheric CO2 through Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC), which has an implication in triggering abrupt climate events through coupling of ocean and atmospheric processes. Highlights: A synchrony between the temperature variations between the Antarctica and the southern sector of the Indian Ocean are noticed during the deglaciation. Initiation of deglacial warming in the southern sector of Indian Ocean started around 18 Ka which coincides with rise of atmospheric CO2 during the same time. Degassing in the Southern Ocean played an important role in raising atmospheric CO2 during the deglaciation. The Smart Grid (SG) is a system with a lot of controls and communications. Both local and global controls are included in these controls. One of the advantages of SG over a traditional utility grid is that it uses a two-way communication mechanism at each stage. However, challenges such as complexity, data gathering and administration, and so on are brought into the SG system as a result of this two-way communication. As a result, an SG needs connectivity, automation and device tracking. The Internet of Things is used to do this (IoT). This study presents an IoT-enabled smart grid monitoring and control system in a computer network. Here the IoT module has been used in monitoring the network which is integrated with (MLDRNN). Renewable (DER) should be combined in grids to make electricity supply more reliable and reduce transmission losses. The control system of smart grid has been enhanced using (CPCS). The suggested system is scalable, modular, and allows for the interoperability of various types of inverters, as well as data transmission over a secure communication channel. All of these characteristics, combined with its low cost, make the created control system and monitoring platform ideal for monitoring smart microgrids online. The high prevalence of end‑stage kidney diseases demands new treatment strategies. Decellularization approach may provide a viable option grow organs using a regenerative medicine approach. Goat kidney was decellularized by perfusion decellularization using detergents to produce an cellular construct for kidney scaffold. After pre‑treatment with anticoagulant, the decellularized scaffold was analyzed for its intact three‑dimensional natural architecture and vasculature. Perfusion of decellularized kidney preserved the structure and composition of renal extra‑cellular matrix and vascular structures within the scaffold. No evidence of residual cellular components was found. This approach provides a model for understanding of whole organ regeneration. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
