This research paper focuses on the details of designing and executing an assessment center towards an endeavor for leadership readiness in organizations. The paper is designed to help today's managers and professionals about the fundamental information required to create the assessment centers that can act as a springboard to develop the employee's leadership abilities. Being a talent development practitioner, the author could trace and provide insights on how assessment centers can provide an ideal platform for the high potential performers in organizations to be successful in an increasingly complex world. Based on literature review and the contemporary work done the most critical need today in business leadership is a new kind of leader: authentic leader- and the assessment center approach can serve as a pedestal and tool in evaluating the leadership traits and competencies. The efforts involved in designing and executing an assessment center is outlined that can be used in nurturing the high potential performers for leadership readiness. The assessment center is depicted to be a reliable platform and tool for gauging and evaluating the existing leadership pipeline in an organization revolving around the scope of this work. Assessment center methods can help organizations achieve the mission critical goals-helping its leaders to be successful in hostile, turbulent, ambiguous and uncertain business environment on increasing the organizational competencies to sustain the strategy. Winning in today's competitive scenario requires top-quality talent. We also know what it takes to build that talent pipeline and how much organizations spend on significant financial and human resources to make it happen. However, many business organizations that are elegantly planned and have procedures that have been well benchmarked may not transfer into a depth of talent at the bottom of the pyramid. Why? This article argues that organizations seeking to maximize the value of talent need to act in radically new ways. The author, who has worked as a talent nurturing professional with multinational corporations, has attempted to focus on the problems that new hires face, particularly those in the entry-level managerial cadre, and has attempted to present a new blueprint for assimilating talent as soon as it enters the organization and making the most of it through the writing of this article. The purpose and operation of prisons has been the subject of official and unofficial scrutiny for decades. Despite a lengthy history of excellent jail administration, scholars, lawmakers, the government, and companies have been interested in prison reform or effective management. To turn convicts into law-abiding citizens, the government needs to highlight their human rights and quality of life The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) is responsible for providing prisoners with a secure, safe, and compassionate environment and establishing rehabilitation and reintegration programmes. This research has been conducted in two parts. In the first phase, the researchers will assess existing legislation and offer appropriate jail management rules and services. The team will study prison management philosophy to achieve a balance between inmates' rights and correctional services. In the second part, the researchers will examine whether current rules need to be changed to provide effective jail regulation and correctional services. All data sets, laws and regulations will be examined to create a model for successful jail management that balances regulation and correctional services. The investigators intend to study the best practices and the impact of COVID-19 on correctional services.
