ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between ultrasound images and molecular typing of invasive breast cancer, so as to analyze the predictive value of preoperative ultrasound for invasive breast cancer.Methods302 invasive breast cancer patients were enrolled in Heping Hospital affiliated to Changzhi Medical College in Shanxi, China during 2020 to 2022. All patients accepted ultrasonic and pathological examination, and all pathological tissues received molecular typing with immunohistochemical (IHC) staining. The relevance between different molecular typings and ultrasonic image, pathology were evaluated.ResultsUnivariate analysis: among the four molecular typings, there were significant differences in tumor size, shape, margin, lymph node and histological grade (P0.05). Rainwater and sewage are important pollution sources for surface water bodies. Vertical greening systems (VGSs) are extensively employed for these wastewater treatments due to the green and sustainable characteristics, as well as their high-efficiency in pollutant (organic matter, nitrogen, and phosphorus) removal. At present, more and more VGSs are designed with green buildings, serving city ecosystems. This study provides an overview of different kinds of VGSs for rain and sewage treatment, emphasizing their types, design, mechanisms, selection of plants, and growth substrate. Plants play a crucial role in pollutant removal, and different plants usually obtain different efficiencies of water treatment. Climbing plants and ornamental plants with fast growth rates are priority selections for VGSs, including Canna lilies, Jasmine, Grape vine, Boston ivy, Pittosporum tobira, Pelargonium australe, Mentha aquatica, and Lythrum salicaria. The substrate is the most critical part of the VGS, which plays an important role in regulating water flow, supporting plant growth, promoting biofilm growth, filtering pollutants, and adsorbing nutrients. The single substrate either has a blockage problem or has a short holding time. Therefore, a number of studies have mixed the substrates and integrated the advantages of the substrates to form a complementary effect, thereby improving the overall purification efficiency and stability. Novel substrates (sand, spent coffee grounds, date seeds, coffee grinds, reed-based, etc.) are usually mixed with coco coir, light-weight expanded clay, growstone, or perlite at a certain ratio to obtain optimum treatment performance. Moreover, plants in clay show more significant growth advantages and health statuses than in zeolite or soil. Operating parameters are also significant influences on the treatment performance. This review provides theoretical and technical support for designing sustainable, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective VGSs in treating rainwater and sewage. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BackgroundThis study aimed to evaluate the performance of two different principles of HPV testing in primary cervical cancer screening and ASC-US triage in rural areas.Methods3,328 and 3,913 women were enrolled in Shanxi, China in 2017 and 2018, respectively, and screened using liquid-based cytology and different HPV tests with a 4-year follow-up. Depolymerization is a potentially viable means of recycling waste polymers, converting them back into monomers or other useful compounds. Terephthalic acid (TPA) and 1,4-butanediol (1,4-BD) are the depolymerization monomer products of polybutylene terephthalate. Their yields from depolymerization in hot compressed water (HCW) were previously found to be lower than reported theoretical values. Thus, the phase behavior, stability, and mechanism of monomers in HCW were investigated in a fused silica capillary reactor (FSCR) and a stainless steel autoclave reactor. Phase change observations showed that TPA was completely dissolved in water at 300[degrees]C, was relatively stable at 320 to 350[degrees]C, and that its recovery significantly decreased at temperatures above 350[degrees]C. The decomposition of TPA increased with increasing heating time. However, the recovery of 1,4-BD decreased rapidly with increasing temperature or heating time. A mechanism for the stability of TPA and 1,4-BD is proposed based on their depolymerization products. The products were quantified by Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, high-performance liquid chromatography, and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. High heat flux is the major reason for the malfunctioning or shortened life of high-power light-emitting diodes (LEDs) or integrated circuit (IC) components. Cooling technical devices have been widely studied in recent years. A heat pipe made of silicon wafer and Pyrex 7740 has been used in the experiments. Silicon-to-Pyrex bonding is used for the visualization of the flow behavior of the working liquid in heat transfer. A thermal behavior testing system for micro heat pipes (MHPs), including a vacuum chamber, heat flux sensors and thermocouples, was designed and established. The experiments revealed the characteristics of the MEMS heat pipe in LEDs heat transfer, and the maximum equivalent thermal conductivity of the MHPs was 10.6 times that of the silicon wafer. Furthermore, the structure of MHP can be optimized based on these experimental results. They can also be the experimental basis for theoretical study of two-phase flow on the micro scale.
