The term cognitive comes from the word cognition which has the equivalent of knowing (knowing). Cognitive development is the stages of growth and change that occur occurs in the span of human life to understand, process information, solve problems and know something. Developmental theory is a theory that focuses on changes and developments in physical structure, behavior and mental function in various stages of life, starting from conception to near death. In the process of child development, there are six aspects where the development is very supportive of cognitive aspects in early childhood. The purpose of this study is to increase cognitive intelligence. in group B children, understand the characteristics of children in learning and can reflect on a teacher's self after doing learning. The approach of this method is to use a qualitative approach and use a quantitative approach in which it prioritizes analytical descriptive to solve concepts and also uses statistical numerical concepts.

Phenomenon that occurs in organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational culture at PT. Virama Karya (Persero) Surabaya, seems to still need serious attention in an effort to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Satisfaction and Performance at PT. Virama Karya (Persero) Surabaya and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Virama Karya (Persero) Surabaya. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of research used by the researcher is the type of explanatory research. The sample population is 125 employees of PT Virama Karya (Persero) Surabaya. The sample selection technique in this research is total sampling. In this study, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data management in this study uses the Partial Least Squeare (PLS) analysis tool. The results of the analysis can be concluded that Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture affect Job Satisfaction on PT.Virama Karya (Persero) Surabaya. But Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture has no effect on Employee Performance in PT.Virama Karya (Persero) Surabaya. While Job Satisfaction has an effect on Employee Performance in PT.Virama Karya (Persero) Surabaya.

Every Indonesian citizen has the right to get education according to Article 31 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution. To date, education for children with special needs (Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus/ABK) is held separately from the majority one. The separation, further, leads to the idea of inclusive education for all. This research aims to describe the implementation of inclusive education in SDN 4 Palangka and SDN-3 Langkai in Palangkaraya City. Besides, it looks for the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The data derived from observation, interviews and document analysis. The results confirm that the current implementation of inclusive education still needs substantial improvement and support, primarily in terms of qualified teaching staffs, facilities/infrastructure and funding. We found eleven supporting factors and four inhibiting factors influencing the implementation of inclusive education in SDN 4 Palangka and SDN-3 Langkai in Palangka Raya City.

Introduction : Anxiety is an uncertain or pervasive concern or fear that is associated with an uncertain and helpless feeling. Pregnant women will experience anxiety during labor.This research aims to; Analyzing Differences In Anxiety Levels Of Primigravida And Multigravida Pregnant Women Trimester III In Facing Childbirth at RSU Al Islam H.M Mawardi, Sidoarjo Regency. Methode : Analytic design with comparative approach. The population of third trimester pregnant women are 50 pregnant women. Puprosive sampling thechnique, a sample of 44 pregnant women consisting of 22 primigravida and 22 multigravida pregnant women. Data collection using ZSAS questionnaire, data processing coding, scoring, tabulating and analyzed by means of the independent T-Test. Result: Age primigravida pregnant women who experienced mild anxiety levels with 21-35 years (63.6%), educated secondary (62.5%) and who received family support (75%). The age of multigravida pregnant women who experienced mild anxiety levels aged 21-35 years (52.4%), educated secondary (56.25%) and who received family support (55%). Independent T-Test results obtained p value = 0.002 where the statistical value sig. (2-tailed) is smaller or less than value of α = 0.05. Statistical testing using the independent T-Test results obtained p value = 0.002 where p value < α = 0.05, indicating that there were differences in anxiety levels between primigravida and multigravida trimester III pregnant women in labor. Discussion : What can be drawn is that there are differences in anxiety levels of primigravida and multigravida trimester III pregnant women in the face of the childbirth. Therefore, it is expected that medicsl staff when conducting an assessment of pregnant women will also focus on the psychological problems of the mother and also provide information to her husband and family to participate in helping to assist the mother dduring the process of pregnancy., {"references":["Ambarwati. 2010. Background: Predictions have been made that Africa would be the most vulnerable continent to the novel Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Interestingly, the spread of the disease in Africa seems to have been delayed and initially slower than in many parts of the world. Here we report on two cases which make us suspect that COVID-19 might have been present in our region before the official declaration of the disease in December 2019. Case presentation: These two cases (one 55-year-old man and one 25-year-old woman) of acute respiratory distress secondary to atypical pneumonia were seen in Bukavu, in Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), between September and December 2019. One patient had returned from China and the other had close contacts with travellers from China in the 2 weeks prior to the onset of symptoms. In either case, the aetiology could not be accurately determined. However, the two cases presented a clinical picture (progressive dyspnoea, preceded by dry cough and fever) and laboratory changes (procalcitonin within the normal range, slight inflammation, and lymphopenia) compatible with a viral infection. The chest X-Rays series of the first patient showed lesions (reticulations, ground glass, and nodules ≤ 6 mm) similar to those found in COVID-19. In addition, unlike the 25-year-old female patient who had no comorbidity, the 55-year-old male patient who had hypertension as comorbidity, developed a more severe acute respiratory distress which progressed to death.Conclusion: These cases bring to the attention a number of facts which make us suspect that COVID-19 may have already been present in the region months before the official beginning of the pandemic. This is important, as prior presence of the disease or infections with related virus may account for the delayed and less extensive development of the epidemic in the region.

Introduction: L’objectif de cette etude etait de determiner la prevalence des urgences chirurgicales en neonatologie et en determiner les facteurs epidemiologiques. Methodes: Il s’agissait d’une etude de cohorte historique de 30 cas sur 3 ans allant de janvier 2010 en Decembre 2013, realise dans le departement de chirurgie de l’Hopital Provincial General de Reference de Bukavu. Resultats: Les urgences chirurgicales neonatales representent 1,31% pathologies chirurgicales en general. L’âge de consultation le plus frequemment rencontre est de moins de 8 jours. La predominance masculine a ete notee avec un sex-ratio 3/2. Les pathologies les plus frequemment rencontrees sont les urgences du tube digestif a 43,3 % suivies de celles neurologiques a 40%. 80 % des nouveau-nes ont beneficie d’une intervention chirurgicale. Le taux de mortalite a ete evalue a 43,3 %. Conclusion: Les pathologies chirurgicales neonatales existent dans notre milieu. Que les cliniciens soient attentifs et arrivent premierement a poser le diagnostic avant la naissance et deuxiemement a bien prendre en charge dans le but de sauver la vie de ces enfants.
