Abstract

La renovación teológica que se llevó a cabo en el siglo XX ha sido de una intensidad, profundidad y rapidez, que no se había dado antes en la historia. En medio siglo se produjo una verdadera transformación en el método y enfoque de los contenidos. La escatología fue una de las disciplinas teológicas en las que más cambios se observaron. En este contexto, la tesis pretende mostrar lo que ocurrió con la escatología en este periodo, a través de la doctrina contenida en los manuales; porque son éstos los que, con su esfuerzo sistemático, expresan el estado de la materia en cada época y dan la forma que tiene la teología en la mente común. La tesis está articulada en dos grandes bloques. En el primero se presenta una visión panorámica de la escatología en el siglo XX en tres capítulos: cómo se encontraba a principios de siglo (I); las vías por las que avanzó el proceso de renovación (II); y una visión panorámica de lo ocurrido después del Concilio Vaticano II (III). En la segunda parte analizamos exclusivamente los manuales postconciliares. El de Joseph Ratzinger (IV); Cándido Pozo (V); Juan Luis Ruiz de la Peña (VI); y J. José Alviar (VII). Por último, en el capítulo VIII, incorporamos un número considerable de manuales contemporáneos que completan la visión y los resultados obtenidos en los capítulos precedentes. The theological renewal that took place in the twentieth century was of an intensity, depth and speed, which had not been seen before. In half a century a real transformation occured in theological method and approach; and Eschatology was one of the disciplines in which such changes occured more abundantly. In this context, the thesis studies what happened to Eschatology during this period, based on an examination of the doctrine expounded in textbooks, as these works are the ones which, with their systematic effort, express the state of affairs in every epoch and reveal the form that theology has in the common mind. The thesis consists of two parts. The first offers a panoramic view of eschatology in the twentieth century, in three chapters: the state of things at the beginning of the century (I); the paths through which the renewal process progressed (II); and a panoramic view of developments after the Second Vatican Council (III). In the second part we analyze post-conciliar manuals, by Joseph Ratzinger (IV); Cándido Pozo (V); Juan Luis Ruiz de la Peña (VI); and J. Jose Alviar (VII). Finally, in Chapter VIII, we study a considerable number of other contemporary manuals that provide a more complete picture and enrich the results obtained in the previous chapters.

Abstract

Foram avaliados os efeitos do uso da tecnologia de led na iluminação artificial de codornas japonesas, utilizando-se 176 aves com 35 dias de idade, em delineamento inteiramente casualizado (DIC) com quatro tratamentos (lâmpadas incandescentes 15W, leds: azuis, laranjas e brancos) e quatro repetições de 11 aves cada. A partir da primeira semana de alojamento, estabeleceu-se um programa de luz contínuo, iniciando-se com 13 horas diárias de fotoperíodo, com aumentos sucessivos de 30 minutos por semana até que atingisse 17 horas diárias de fotoperíodo. Semanalmente, os ovos e as sobras de ração de cada parcela foram pesados, para determinação do peso médio dos ovos e do consumo médio diário de ração. Foram realizadas avaliações por etograma simples durante 4 escotofases a fim de avaliar a frequência de acessos aos comedouros por tratamento no momento de acionamento das tecnologias de iluminação. Não foram detectadas diferenças significativas (p>0,05) entre os tratamentos para produção de ovos. Para peso médio do ovo, consumo de ração, peso da casca e espessura de casca não foram observadas diferenças significativas (p>0,05) entre os tratamentos. A Unidade Haugh e a gravidade específica também não apresentaram diferenças estatísticas (p>0,05) entre os tratamentos. The effects of the use of led technology in lighting's program of Japanese quail was evaluated, using 176 birds with 35 days of age, in a completely randomized design with four treatments (15W incandescent lamps, leds: blue, orange and white) and 2 replicates of 22 birds each. Since the first week of housing we established the lighting program, starting with 13 hours of light, with increases of 30 minutes per week until it reached 17 hours of light. Eggs and leftover food from each plot were weighed weekly to determine the average egg weight and feed consumption, expressed as daily basis. Evaluations were performed by ethogram for 4 escotophases to assess the frequency of access to the feeders by treatment in activation of lighting technologies. There were no significant differences (p>0.05) between treatments for egg production. To the parameters of egg weight, feed intake, shell weight and shell thickness were not observed significant differences (p>0.05) between treatments. The Unit Haugh and specific gravity also not showed statistical differences (p>0.05) between treatments.

49. Coulomb excitation of a 242Am isomeric target: E2 and e3 strengths, rotational alignment, and collective enhancement

Abstract

A 98% pure242mAm (K = 5-, t1/2 = 141 years) isomeric target was Coulomb excited with a 170.5-MeV 40Ar beam. The selectivity of Coulomb excitation, coupled with the sensitivity of Gammasphere plus CHICO, was sufficient to identify 46 new states up to spin 18h{stroke} in at least four rotational bands; 11 of these new states lie in the isomer band, 13 in a previously unknown yrast Kπ = 6- rotational band, and 13 in a band tentatively identified as the predicted yrast Kπ = 5+ band. The rotational bands based on the Kπ = 5- isomer and the 6-bandhead were populated by Coulomb excitation with unexpectedly equal cross sections. The γ -ray yields are reproduced by Coulomb excitation calculations using a two-particle plus rotor model (PRM), implying nearly complete ΔK = 1 mixing of the two almost-degenerate rotational bands, but recovering the Alaga rule for the unperturbed states. The degeneracy of the 5- and 6- bands allows for precise determination of the mixing interaction strength V, which approaches the strong-mixing limit; this agrees with the 50% attenuation of the Coriolis matrix element assumed in the model calculations. The fractional admixture of the I πK= 6-6 state in the nominal 6-5 isomer band state is measured within the PRM as 45.6+0.3-1.1%. The E2 and M1 strengths coupling the 5- and 6- bands are enhanced significantly by the mixing, while E1 and E2 couplings to other low-K bands are not measurably enhanced. The yields of the 5+ band are reproduced by an E3 strength of ≈15 W.u., competitive with the interband E2 strength. Alignments of the identified two-particle Nilsson states in 242Am are compared with the single-particle alignments in 241Am.

Abstract

The role j15/2 neutron orbitals play in the transuranic region of actinides has been studied by exploring γ-ray transitions between yrast states in Np235, populated utilizing the nucleon-transfer reaction Np237(Sn116,Sn118). Two rotational sequences, presumably the two signatures of the ground-state band, have been delineated to high spin for the first time, with the α=+1/2 and α=-1/2 signature partners reaching 49/2 (tentatively 53/2+) and 47/2+ (tentatively 51/2+), respectively. Definite isotopic assignments for these in-band transitions were established through γ-ray cross correlations between Np235 and Sn118 and events where at least three γ rays corresponding to neptunium-like particles were detected. These transitions reveal clear upbends in the aligned angular momentum and kinematic moment of inertia plots; such a phenomenon could indicate a strong interaction between an aligned νj15/2 configuration crossing the ground-state band in Np235, which is based on a πi13/2 orbital. However, the lack of any signature splitting over the observed frequency range of the Np235 rotational sequences cannot remove the possibility of a πh9/2 assignment for the observed band. The role of the νj15/2 and πi13/2 alignment mechanisms in the deformed U-Pu region is discussed in light of the current spectroscopic data and in the context of the cranked-shell model.
