Thyrolipoma or adenolipoma of the thyroid gland is defined as a thyroid adenoma containing mature fat tissue. It is a rare encapsulated lesion. A case of a 35-year-old female presenting with swelling in the neck that was diagnosed as adenolipoma is described because of its extreme rarity.

In this paper, we introduce a method for finding common solution of variational inequality, finite family of monotone inclusion and fixed point problems of demicontractive mappings in a real Hilbert space. In this study, we establish a new inertial generalized viscosity approximation method and prove that the resulting sequence strongly converges to a common solution of a split generalized mixed equilibrium problem, fixed point problem for a finite family of nonexpansive mappings and hierarchical fixed point problem in real Hilbert spaces. As an application, we demonstrate the use of our main finding in compressed sensing in signal processing. Additionally, we include numerical examples to evaluate the efficiency of the suggested method and then conduct a comparative analysis of its efficiency with different methods. This paper introduces a new iteration process for the approximation of fixed points of contraction mapping. We prove the comparison theorem to indicate that our iteration process converges faster than the other iteration processes and also prove data dependence, stability. and convergence results. Brief Background Root canal anatomy is highly complex and unpredictable. Mandibular molars can have an additional root located lingually (radix entomolaris) or buccally (radix paramolaris). This report discusses endodontic treatment of mandibular molars with supernumerary roots and a very rare case of mandibular 2nd molar with middle mesial canal and Radix Paramolaris in the same tooth. Materials and Methods Mandibular molars requiring root canal treatment was found to have a third root which could be seen on preoperative radiograph. Multiple radiographs were taken from mesial and distal angulations to confirm the presence of the third root. A comprehensive treatment therapy was planned for the above mentioned cases with modification of the access opening to easily locate the extra root canal orifice. Discussion The prevalence, the external mnorhological variations and internal anatomy of the radix entomolaris and radix paramolaris are described. Avoiding procedural errors during endodontic therapy demand an adapted clinical approach to diagnosis and root canal treatment. Summary and Conclusions The high frequencies of a fourth canal in mandibular first molars makes it essential to anticipate and find all canals during root canal treatment. Background: Adult rhabdomyoma (ARh) is a rare, benign tumor originating in striated muscle cells. Ninety-three percent of the tumors occur in the head and neck region and sometimes mimic malignant tumors clinically. The preoperative correct diagnosis of this tumor is important as it can help in deciding on management., Cases: We report two cases of ARh diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC). Case 1 was a 43-year-old male who presented with a recurrent tumor in the region of the floor of the mouth. Case 2 was a 37-year-old male who presented with soft tissue swellings in bilateral submandibular regions. On cytology in both cases, the smears showed numerous large tissue fragments of tumor cells, which were large, polygonal cells with abundant, vacuolated cytoplasm and bland, eccentrically placed nuclei. Characteristic cross-striation and intracytoplasmic inclusions were not conspicuous on cytosmears. However, a primary cytodiagnosis of ARh could be offered based on characteristic morphologic features., Conclusion: ARh has characteristic cytomorphologic features, which are described in detail in the present report, and they can help in diagnosing this tumor on FNAC.
