The Migrant's Guide is a document developed by Enactus' Lavi project, an international non-profit student social entrepreneurship organization specifically developed at the State University of Maringá as an extension project. Lavi's goal is to employ immigrants and refugees, with operations aligned with the concept of decent work, and to raise awareness among companies so that the cause is accepted and the job market becomes more inclusive, integrating them into the local population. To this end, it has developed a document compiling the main information to assist the immigrant and refugee community in their first contact with the city and guarantee their access to rights, acting in line with SDG 8 - decent work and economic growth - and SDG 10 - reducing inequality. Despite the support of the various bodies and entities involved in this process, there is still a lack of integrative policies for the first, second, and third sectors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
