There are many calls in the literature to investigate the Blockchain technology adoption (BCT) in Canadian Organizations and its impact on boosting enterprises' competitive advantages. Although the literature requires more research cases, it is more timely and relevant that the analysis be done as early as today. Various empirical supports for Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) are available depending on situation specifics. TAM remains a widespread and convenient theoretical framework for examination of aspects contributing to technology acceptance. This study aims to find the driving forces that effectively illustrate the blockchain technology adoption in Canadian Pharmaceutical Organizations and to be able to face the challenges associated with the process of adoption. This study examined BCT application using contacts from Canadian Companies Capabilities directory (CCC) and applied SEM regression using AMOS software with 750 respondents from pharmaceutical businesses using TAM framework. Path analysis results were good: chi2 (4918.592), chi2 / DF (5.513), RMSEA (0.049), CFI (0.753), and TLI (0.804). Perceived ease of use, Perceived Usefulness, attitude towards use, and intention to use predicted BCT utilization, yet two relationships (i.e., PEOU->PU and PU->IU) were rejected in the tested model as they show negative conformity results. All components explain more than 50% of variation, hence presenting a reasonable fit between the data examined and the research model. These findings will help in understanding of pharmaceutical organizations' adoption of BCT for researchers, regulators and developers and providing supported evidence on factors contributing to the adoption of BCT in Canadian Organizations. The study leads to understanding the relationship between human resources (HR) practices and outcomes to maintain organizational performance (OP) in Saudi Arabia. It concentrates on whether the HR practices quality overcome the quantity or not in the educational sectors. Convenience sampling was used to collect data using google forms based on A structured questionnaire. A total of 759 responses were successfully received and completed. The questionnaire consists of items measuring different aspects of HR practices, employee commitment, and organizational performance. The structural equation modelling (SEM) method used path modelling analysis using Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) analytical software. The results show a reasonable fit between the data analysed and the proposed research model: SRMR (0.072), CR > 0.7, AVE > 0.5, Cronbach Alpha > 0.7, and VIF < 5. The study reveals that empowerment is a strong predictor of organizational performance than compensation. Moreover, employee commitment (mediate) partially contributes to organizational performance. HR practitioners may collect the employees' data more regularly to learn if HR practices produce the desired commitment level to produce organizational performance. This study is limited to the Saudi universities and responders who participated in the questionnaire. A sample of 295 firms in Canada across various sectors was used for testing the relationship between Net-enabled Business Innovation Cycle (NEBIC) and innovation in online business models. These firms were categorised as sectors with different levels of online selling adoption, online buying orientations and firms with different sizes. Quantitative analysis and SEM results revealed a reasonable fit between data collected and the model used: chi2 (4757.63), chi2 / DF (2.24), RMSEA (0.08), CFI (0.86), and TLI (0.86). The multi-group analysis showed statistically significant evidence that online seller's differentiated firms with smaller sizes and firms with no prior online buying to demonstrate the relationship between Net-enablement capability and the choice to sell online. However, firms from different sectors with different online selling adoption rates showed statistically insignificant differences. Therefore, when considering the adoption of new technologies such as online selling, smaller firms with no prior online buying may produce better results in their business models regardless of their associated business sectors' level of online selling adoption rates. After the authors of this study encounter a series of peculiar examples of products and services that are not normally sold online in Canada, the authors assess the psychometric properties of net-enablement capability, as an internal rather than external factor, regarding the decision to implement online selling tools as technology innovation to achieve growth. According to the literature, other authors rarely consider internal factors when they assess the relationship between technology adoption and business model innovation. The study contributes to the continuous dialogue involving the Net-Enabled Business Innovation Cycle (NEBIC) model by analyzing online sellers and offline sellers in Canadian sectors with below-average rates of online selling adoption. The findings indicate that net-enablement capability is a significant internal factor that positively affects innovation in business models for Canadian online sellers across different sectors regardless of the level of online selling adoption rate.
