Indonesian National Police Regulation No. 7 of 2022 contains guidelines for ethical behavior known as the Indonesian National Police Code of Ethics. A juridical analysis of the Polri Code of Ethics is important to understand the legal basis, principles, and values that govern the behavior of Polri members in carrying out their duties as law enforcers and protectors of society. This juridical research highlights several important aspects. First, the Polri Code of Ethics is based on the principles of State Ethics, Institutional Ethics, Community Ethics, and Personal Ethics, which emphasize integrity, professionalism, and commitment to moral values in every action of Polri members. Secondly, in a legal context, the Polri Code of Ethics requires compliance with applicable regulations and laws, with the Indonesian National Police Regulation No. 7 of 2022 as the legal basis for the values, standards, and behaviors that must be upheld by members of the National Police. Third, enforcement of the Polri Code of Ethics relies heavily on the Polri Code of Ethics Commission, which is responsible for overseeing and investigating violations of the code in accordance with applicable legal procedures. The legal analysis of the Polri Code of Ethics emphasizes the importance of deeply understanding the values, norms, and ethical obligations of every Polri member to create a professional, clean, and integrity work environment in order to maintain public trust in the police institution. This research explores sustainable lending procedures in the Indonesian banking sector, which is the key to fair and sustainable economic development. Based on Law No. 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law No. 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, as well as Law No. 21 of 2011 amended by Law No. 4 of 2023 concerning Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector, this study explores the implementation of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017. Using a qualitative approach, researchers inventory and analyze relevant legal materials to assess the effectiveness of sustainable lending. The research findings show that despite progress, improvements in supervision and risk management are still needed to ensure sustainable financial practices. This research proposes a credit distribution model that takes into account the principles of justice and sustainability, through strategic coordination between financial institutions, government, and other stakeholders to achieve appropriate economic development goals based on the 1954 Constitution. The study desires to find out the basic considerations and analysis of the Constitutional Court regarding the dispute over the results of the 2019 Presidential General Election. The type of research used is normative research. The results obtained from this study are that Bawaslu has too broad authority and even the Constitutional Court cannot re-examine the results of the Bawaslu decision because it is final. It is contrary to the principle of checks and balances applied in Indonesia. Therefore, the Drafters view that Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections needs to be replaced by a regulation that can expand the authority of the Constitutional Court or at least the Constitutional Court has the authority to re-examine decisions from election management bodies. Protests of dissatisfaction with the election process and outcomes, motivated by the numerous violations that could not be resolved and the perception that the organizers had treated them unfairly, demonstrated that there were issues with law enforcement in every election. On the one hand, parties who believe their constitutional rights have been violated, cheated, or treated unfairly will continue to protest if it is not resolved immediately. However, protests may ultimately undermine the legitimacy of the election results. The issues with upholding election law must be resolved comprehensively if elections are to be held in an honest and fair manner and if they are not to be delegitimized in the future. The first thing that must be done is to determine what is causing issues with law enforcement; After that, a comprehensive solution to this issue is sought, resulting in the establishment of a system of election law enforcement capable of guaranteeing free and fair elections. According to international democratic election standards, free and fair elections can be achieved if there are legal instruments that can protect organizers, participants, candidates, voters, observers, and citizens in general from fear and intimidation, violence, bribery, fraud, and other fraudulent practices that will affect the results of the election. This type of research is normative research. The approach used is a statutory approach (statute approach) and a conceptual approach (conceptual approach). Secondary data are used as the data source. Qualitative and descriptive methods were used to analyze the data. Conclusions are drawn using the deductive method, namely concluding from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely law enforcement against election crimes. This research resulted in findings that future election legislation must re-clarify the notion of election administration violations. In this case, administrative violations can be divided into two major groups, namely minor administrative violations, and serious administrative violations. Minor administrative violations are violations that do not have an impact on the election process or the election results so that the election laws and regulations do not have to provide a formulation of sanctions against the perpetrators of the violation. Regarding the decision of the election organizers regarding the determination of the election results, there is a legal issue called an election result dispute. Parallel to that, with the decisions of election organizers that determine the list of voters, election participants, list of candidates for legislative members, campaign schedules and locations, recapitulation of vote counting, and others that fall into the category of non-election results, there are legal issues which can be called election administration disputes. The creation of conflicts between patients and health professions in private hospitals creates conditions that are not conducive and constructive for health development, Problem formulation, Do Private Hospitals have the right to refuse patients in emergencies? What is the legal and ethical responsibility if a private hospital refuses emergency patients in order to create justice for the community. The purpose of the study, to explain that Private Hospitals have no right to refuse Patients in an emergency and explain Legal Responsibility, ethics of Private Hospitals when Rejecting Emergency Patients in order to create justice for the community. This research method is with normative juridical, statute approach and library research from perimer and secondary materials. The analysis knife in this study uses Grand Teor i State Law and Teori Aristotle's justice as Middle Theory. The result of the discussion, Obtaining profit is a natural for private hospitals but it needs to be realized that the operation of the hospital must still prioritize the social function of the hospital as formulated in Article 2 of Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals. Hospital business functions and hospital social functions must be managed properly and professionally, private hospitals should continue to provide indigent / poor patient service facilities in emergency services without down payments in accordance with hospital service standards and in accordance with their hospital service capabilities based on the independence of professional ethics.
