In the competitive business world of today, success depends increasingly effective management of managers, that is, is a key element in successful organizations; leadership is an art, but must develop it is not enough exercise with flair or charisma that holds for it. In that vein, there are many theories that have marked the history of basing management bases applied today in various organizations worldwide. Systems Thinking, addresses a dynamic complexity, taking in hundreds of feedback relationships simultaneously integrates the complex details of the dynamics; therefore, each firm has to become a learning organization that influences the complex system of employees. Building intelligent people learning organizations supposed to watch as systems thinkers to develop their own personal mastery, mental models and structures in collaboration with others.
