El 25 de mayo del año 2015, se firma en Colombia un decreto que reglamenta en la Ley 1732 de 2015, la implementación de la Cátedra de Paz en todas las instituciones educativas del país de preescolar, básica y media, tanto de carácter oficial como privado; y debe ser de carácter obligatorio. La catedra de la paz ha tenido como objetivo “fomentar el proceso de apropiación de conocimientos y competencias relacionados con el territorio, la cultura, el contexto económico y social y la memoria histórica, con el propósito de reconstruir el tejido social, promover la prosperidad general y garantizar la efectividad los principios, derechos y deberes consagrados en la Constitución” (Ley 1732, Decreto 1038). Este decreto establece que las instituciones deben incluir una nueva materia (Catedra de la paz) en sus planes de estudio antes del 31 de diciembre del año en que se firmó dicho decreto. Sin embargo, esto se encuentra bastante lejos de la realidad actual de nuestro país. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar de qué manera incide la implementación de la cátedra de la paz en las practicas docentes y la estructura curricular de algunos colegios oficiales de Bogotá. De acuerdo con lo anterior, la pregunta es la siguiente: ¿Cómo la implementación de la cátedra de paz ha incidido en las prácticas docentes y en la estructura curricular de algunas instituciones educativas de Bogotá? La pregunta de investigación se responde a través de un análisis que implica la realización de entrevistas a diferentes docentes tanto de instituciones educativas públicas como privadas, teniendo como eje central cuatro categorías que están inmersas en esta investigación: Cátedra de paz, prácticas docentes, currículo y transversalidad. However, this is quite far from the current reality of our country. The objective of this research is to determine how the implementation of the chair of peace affects teaching practices and the curricular structure of some official schools in Bogotá. In accordance with the above, the question is: ¿How has the implementation of the peace chair affected teaching practices and the curricular structure of some educational institutions in Bogotá? The research question is answered through an analysis that involves conducting interviews with different teachers in both public and private educational institutions, having as its central axis four categories that are immersed in this research: Chair of Peace, teaching practices, curriculum and transversality.
