Bu makalede ilişkisel olarak tanımlanan bir kullanıcı arayüzünün akıllı ve dinamik bir yaklaşımla, gerçek zamanlı olarak değişken ekran çözünürlüklerine en iyi şekilde adapte olmasını sağlayacak bir algoritma sunuyoruz. Kullanıcı arayüzleri bilgisayarlar ve kullanıcılar arasındaki etkileşimi sağlayan yazılım ürünleridir. Bu arayüzlerin ortaya çıkartılmasında tasarımcılar ile yazılımcılara düşen görevler vardır. Günümüzde değişik cihazların desteklediği çok farklı ekran çözünürlüklerinin kullanımda olmasıyla birlikte geliştirilen uygulamalarında her ekran çözünürlüğünde başarıyla çalışması beklenmektedir. Fakat, mevcut durumda tüm farklı çözünürlükler için tasarımcılar ve yazılımcılar farklı arayüzler geliştirmekte ve bu arayüzlerin hem ilk geliştirimi hem de devam eden süreçte bakım ve güncellenmesi ciddi bir külfet getirmektedir. Bu problemin çözümü adına literatürde farklı yaklaşımlar önerilmiş olmakla birlikte, bu yaklaşımlar tasarım aşamasında harcanan eforu azaltmaya yönelik, gerçek zamanlı çalışmayan yaklaşımlardır. Bu çalışmada biz tasarımcı ve yazılımcıların üzerinden bu yükü alacak, uygulamanın geliştirilmesi esnasında bir defa ve basit bir ilişkisel modelle tanımlanacak bir veri yapısını ve bu yapıyı gerçek zamanda işleyerek verilen ekran çözünürlüğüne en uygun arayüze dönüştüren gerçek zamanlı bir yaklaşımı sunuyoruz. Kullandığımız veri yapısının hazırlanması son derece kolay olduğu gibi, tek bir arayüz tasarımından daha kısa bir zamanda hazırlanabilmektedir. Uygulamanın çalışması esnasında arayüzün oluşturulması da saniyenin altında gerçekleşmekte, gerçek zamanlı yeniden boyutlandırma işlemleri esnasında dahi arayüzde gecikme yaşanmamaktadır., In this article, we present an algorithm that will enable a user interface defined as relational, with a smart and dynamic approach, to best adapt to variable screen resolutions in real time. User interfaces are design and software products that enable interaction between computers and users. Both designers and developers work on creating these interfaces. Nowadays every software is expected to run on every resolution; and developers create separate interfaces for different resolutions. The maintenance of these interfaces both in the initial development and in the ongoing process is a serious burden. Different approaches are suggested in the literature for the solution to this problem; these approaches do not work in real time and are for reducing the effort spent in the design phase. In this study, we present a real-time approach that takes this burden off the developers. We propose a simple relational model that is defined once during the development phase, and this model is processed in real time and transforms into the most suitable interface for the given screen resolution. The data structure can be prepared in a shorter time than a single interface design. In runtime, the creation of the interface takes place under a second.

During the past two decades or so, fractional integral operators have been one of the most important tools in the development of inequalities theory. By this means, a lot generalized intergral inequalities involving various the fractional integral operators have been presented in the literature. Very recently, mixed conformable fractional integral operators has been introduced by T. Abdeljawad and with the help of these operators some new integral inequalities are obtained. The main aim of the paper is to establish some new Chebyshev type fractional integral inequalities by using mixed conformable fractional integral operators.

Traditionally seen as an interlocutor between Europe and the US in transatlantic security relations, the UK’s engagement with the training of the Afghan National Police (ANP) through the concurrent EU and NATO missions presents an interesting case of foreign policy decision-making. Although a logic based on broader British orientations about the roles of the two organisations expect that the UK’s primary institution of choice would be NATO, London supported both missions in providing international policing assistance to Afghanistan. Adopting an operational overlap perspective, this article seeks to explain the UK’s strategic behaviour vis-a-vis the EU and NATO training missions that have been simultaneously involved in overlapping tasks, despite the initial intention that the two missions would undertake different and complementary roles. Analysing evidence from the UK Parliament and Government, US diplomatic missions, the EU and NATO, as well as interviews with former UK and NATO officials, this article argues that while providing training to the Afghan police, London focused on these missions’ practical outputs rather than preferring an organisation of choice as such. This strategy is mainly guided by the UK’s concern to uphold counter-narcotics enforcement in Afghanistan and to fulfil transition tasks during the incremental withdrawal of British troops.

The main objective of this paper is to develop certain type of fractional integral inequalities using generalized proportional fractional integral operator.

This article investigates the policing assistance provided by Germany and France in Afghanistan through the European Union (EU) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Despite being members of both organizations, Germany and France varied in their engagement with the two organizations’ missions as well as in their strategies about police training in Afghanistan. Whereas Germany was a leading contributor to the EU mission, it did not formally operate under NATO mission’s command. On the other hand, France was a key contributor to the latter mission, whilst being more reluctant to take part in the first. Using evidence drawn from the documents at national, EU- and NATO-levels, US cables, academic and news articles as well as interviews with practitioners and experts, this article argues that these two member states’ police training strategies were shaped primarily by their domestic politics and broader foreign policy orientations, rather than the local conditions and realities on the ground. A key policy recommendation is that, while paying attention to the local environment of police training is crucial, policymakers should also plan the delivery of policing assistance by considering the political dynamics in their own constituencies.

The main purpose of this paper is to present new Hermite-Hadamard’s type inequalities for functions that belongs to the classes of Q(I), P(I), SX(h, I) and r-convex via conformable fractional integrals . The results presented here would provide extensions of those given in earlier works

Raina (East Asian Math J 21(2):191–203, 2005) introduced a new fractional integral operator which is a generalization of Riemann–Liouville fractional integral. Agarwal et al. (Fasc Math 204:5–27, 2016) provided some Ostrowski type fractional integral inequalities. Chen (J Math Inequal 10(1):75–81, 2016) gave extension and refinement of the Hermite–Hadamard inequality for convex functions via Riemann–Liouville fractional integrals. Here, motivated by the above-mentioned works, we aim at establishing extension and refinement of the Hermite–Hadamard type inequalities for a function with certain conditions by using new fractional integral operators introduced by Raina and Agarwal et al. above. The inequalities presented here are also pointed out to include some known results, as their special cases.

The aim of this article is to obtain some new Hermite-Hadamard type inequalities for convex functions via conformable fractional integral. The results presented here would provide extensions of those given in earlier works.

In this paper, we establish several new integral inequalities involving Caputo [Formula: see text]-fractional derivatives for [Formula: see text]-quasi-convex and [Formula: see text]-Godunova–Levin convex. In order to obtain our results, we use some classical inequalities such as Hölder’s inequality and its power mean and weighted versions.

Aim: Thoracic epidural analgesia (TEA) in cardiac surgery provides stable hemodynamics and postoperative analgesia by reducing stress response. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of TEA in coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) on postoperative pain, myocardial protection, intensive care unit (ICU) and hospital length of stay. Methods: After receiving approval from the hospital scientific committee and obtaining written informed consent from the participants, 40 patients, who were undergoing elective CABG, were included in the study. The patients were prospectively randomized into two groups as TEA group (n=20) and control group (n=20). Epidural catheters were placed one day before surgery at the T5-T6 level, levobupivacaine 2 µg/mL and fentanyl 5 mL/hr infusions were initiated in the ICU. Control group received intravenous infusion of fentanyl 8 µg/kg/hr. Infusions continued for 24 hours in both groups. Recently, researchers have tried to increase the reliability and precision of the robot control implementations. High precision calculation of inverse kinematic, color based object recognition, and parallel robot control based on field programmable gate arrays (FPGA) are combined in the proposed system. The precision of the inverse kinematic solution is improved using the coordinate rotation digital computer (CORDIC) algorithm based on double precision floating point number format. Red, green, and blue (RGB) color space is converted to hue saturation value (HSV) color space, which is more convenient for recognizing the object in different illuminations. Moreover, to realize a smooth operation of the robot arm, a parallel pulse width modulation (PWM) generator is designed. All applications are simulated, synthesized, and loaded in a single FPGA chip, so that the reliability requirement is met.
