Water-based Pb(II)ion removal was tested on Moringa oleifera modified ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles. For the strong crystal plane, XRD analysis predicts high crystallinity and 18 nm average crystallite sizes. Tetrahedral and octahedral spikes oscillate at 650 and 482 cm−1, metal ions like Zn-O and Fe-O resonate at 400–600 cm−1. Porosity particles and complicated integration linkages with hydroxyl groups from distinct fatty acid sequences characterise omega-3 and zinc ion nanoparticles. HRTEM images revealed spherical ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles with an average diameter of 8–12 nm and interplanar spacing and lattice fringes matching the tetragonal phase's (311) crystal plane. Due to interparticle gaps, N2 equilibrium temperatures at 77.5 K produced mesoporous material with 120.6 m² g−1 BET specific surface area and 15.6 nm pore width. Spinel ZnFe2O4 demonstrated photocatalytic activity in daylight with prolonged UV-to-visible photo absorption. Prepared nanoparticles exhibited ferromagnetic functionality, a saturation magnetic field of 10 emu/g, a permanence of 2 emu/g, and a forcefulness of 100 Oersted has, which is less than the significant value of 72 emu/g. Lead elimination kinetics show that PSO kinetics better capture adsorption kinetics than PFO kinetics. Rate diffusion-driven surface features may potentially explain Pb(II) adsorption kinetics. pH 6.2 is optimal for Pb(II) removal. Adsorption process seems endothermic and impulsive. Monolayer adsorption over a consistent region may have deposited Pb(II) on ZnFe2O4. Langmuir method found ZnFe2O4 maximum adsorption capacity of 142.2 lead (mg)/adsorbent (g) and it adsorbs lead (II) ions similarly to other adsorption agents, perhaps due to its large effective surface area. New V2+and Co2+complexes of Schiff base derived from the isonicotinicacidhydrazide (INH) and 4-isopropyl benzaldehyde by Eco-friendly synthetic method. Present synthesis complies with the principle of Green Chemistry. The synthesized compound was structurally characterized by elemental analysis, metal estimation, magnetic moment, molar conductance, UV-visible, IR & Far-IR, and fluorescence emission spectra. Elemental analysis of Schiff base and its complexes were carried out and the results indicate the percentage of elements (C, H, N, and O) and stoichiometry of the complexes. The molar conductance of complexes was carried out and the result indicates the non-electrolytic nature of the complexes. The electrochemical properties of the Co2+ complex were carried out and confirmed a quasi-reversible one-electron transfer redox reaction. The magnetic moment measurement indicates that the complexes are paramagnetic. The octahedral geometry of vanadium and cobalt complexes, as well as the functional groups present in them, was determined using UV-vis and IR spectroscopy. The fluorescence spectra of the ligand and complexes show the fluorescence nature of the ligand. The DPPH free radical scavenging method was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of Schiff base and its V2+ complex in vitro. A new bio-active Schiff base was synthesized from cinnamaldehyde and aniline and the Zn(II), Ni(II) metal complexes have been synthesized and structurally characterized by micro-analytical, magnetic property, conductivity, mass spectra, FT-IR, Electronic absorption spectra, ¹H-NMR, and 13C-NMR spectral studies. The Physico-chemical and spectral data show that the complexes have the composition of 1:1 type of metal with a ligand. Its electronic absorption spectra and magnetic study proposed the tetrahedral geometry for Zn(II) complex and octahedral geometry for Ni(II) complex. It was further supported by the mass and IR spectra; the biological activities of Schiff base and their metal complexes were carried out by the Agar disc diffusion method. The Schiff base V2+ metal complex has been synthesized and characterized by various physiochemical, spectral and bio-potential studies viz., elemental analysis, metal estimation, molar conductance, magnetic moment and UV-Visible spectra, IR and Far-IR spectra. The Schiff base was synthesized by the condensation of Isoniazid and 4-chlorobenzaldehyde by the eco-friendly method. The elemental analysis of Schiff base and metal complex is confirmed by its stoichiometry and molecular formulae of them which is further confirmed metal estimation. Molar conductance of 10-3 M complex solution in acetonitrile shows the non-electrolytic nature. Magnetic moment and electronic spectral studies indicate the octahedral geometry of V2+ complex. The mononuclear complex of VO(II) with ethyl-4-aminobenzoate (4-EAB) and oxalate ion (OX) have been synthesized and characterized based on physico-chemical, spectral and bio-potential activities. The conductance nature of the complex was confirmed by molar conductance of 10-3 M solution. The mononuclear nature and formula of the complex were confirmed by its metal estimation and elemental analysis studies. Probable geometry and ligating ability were also confirmed by its IR, electronic spectra and magnetic moment. The metal coordinated atom ability of the complex was confirmed by its Far-IR spectral study. The post-transition diamagnetic complex of Cd(II) with benzimidazole ('N' Donor) and nitrite ion ( nitrito-O, 'O' Donor) heteroatom ligands were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, estimation of metal ion, conductance (10-3 M complex solution), UV-Visible, IR, Far-IR, NMR spectra, SEM and X-ray diffraction (single crystal method). The complex was crystallized in orthorhombic P212121 space group having a = 8.8701(3) Å,b = 11.5026(4) Å and c = 22.5665(8) Å. The interfacial angle of crystal are α = β = γ = 90°, volume and density of the crystallized complex were 2302.44(14) Å3 and 1.612 mg/m3 respectively. Cd(II) ion is surrounded by two oxygen atom of nitrite ion and three nitrogen atom of benzimidazole by distorted pentagonal bipyramidal structure. SEM images of the crystal also discussed the morphology. Biological activities against bacterial and fungal strains viz., Klebsiella pnemoniae and salmonella typhi (gram-negative bacteria), Bacillus subtilis (gram-negative bacteria) and pathogenic yeast C. albicance were carried out by Agar well diffusion method.
