The growing demand for food due to the increase in the world's population has led to an increased demand for chemical fertilizers of industrial origin and improper management of crops, causing adverse effects on the environment and soil. In this research, the effect of Moringa oleifera as a biofertilizer on morphometric variables (seed germination, root, and stem elongation) was evaluated in lettuce (Lactuca sativa), corn (Zea mays L.) and beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), for each species were exposed to 5 dilutions of the aqueous solution of the biofertilizer. The highest percentage of germination was observed at a concentration of 12.5% of the biofertilizer in the three species, however, no significant differences were observed between treatment and species (p > 0.05). Likewise, greater growth in stem and root length was observed at a concentration of 12.5% in the 3 species, showing significant differences between species and treatment (p < 0.05). On the other hand, it was generally observed that increasing the concentration of the biofertilizer inhibits the growth of the stem and root. The results obtained in this study could contribute as a reference to future chronic studies of exposure to biofertilizers using lettuce, corn, and beans considering other types of bioindicators to be evaluated in the plant, at different concentrations of exposure. This is to contribute to the use of biofertilizers in commercially important sustainable agricultural plantations and thus be able to prevent or mitigate environmental impacts in the short, medium, and long term on soils and crops, as well as the reduction or replacement of the use of inorganic fertilizers of industrial origin and the promotion of the use of biofertilizers. This article presents the first photographic evidence of the bioluminescent mushroom Mycena chlorophos in Tamil Nadu, India. The authors conducted a survey in the Kanyakumari Wildlife Sanctuary and documented the mushroom growing on dead bamboo culms. The novel polymer composites POT + PCL, POT + ZnO2/PCL were prepared as patches by solution casting technique. The synthesized patches characterized by XRD, FT-IR and FESEM analysis. Besides, the samples were subjected to DC conductivity study and biological activities. The POT + ZnO2/PCL composites have higher conductivity in the conducting range 0.04 × 10–2 (S/cm) compared to POT + PCL film. Antibacterial activity was tested on the composites against gramme positive (S. aureus) and gramme negative (E. coli) bacterial pathogens. At high dosages, both patches demonstrated substantial antibacterial action against E. coli. Furthermore, in vitro anticancer studies on MG63 bone cancer cells demonstrated that POT + ZnO2/PCL composites had the maximum cytotoxicity (27.33 μg/ml), followed by POT + PCL (44.93 μg/ml) composite patch. Overall, the results of this investigation revealed significant electrical characteristics, antibacterial activity, and anticancer activity, suggesting that they could be applied in scaffolds for tissue engineering, anticancer therapy, as well as other applications in biomedicine. The pharmaceutical industry has provided an extraordinary variety of drugs that have improved human health, yet the incorrect final disposal of drugs has been released into the environment. In this research, the phytotoxic effect of four pharmaceutical products exposed to five concentrations was evaluated, using Lactuca sativa, and the percentage of germination, stem, and root length were evaluated. The four pharmaceuticals used in this bioassay caused inhibitory effects on root growth, elongation of hypocotyls, and germination of Lactuca sativa seeds. The greatest inhibition effect occurred from 10 to 1000 mg L-1, likewise significant differences, and interaction (p≤0.05) were observed between concentrations and drugs. Ranitidine was the drug that had the greatest phytotoxic effect on the inhibition of germination and root growth of Lactuca sativa. The results obtained in this study could contribute as a reference to future chronic studies with Lactuca sativa, as well as to prevent or reduce the impact on ecosystems and agricultural soils. The organic/Inorganic nanocomposite poly-ortho-toluidine-TiO2 was synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization in the presence of TiO2 using ammonium peroxo-disulfate as an oxidizing agent. The POT + TiO2/PCL composite film scaffolds were fabricated by solvent casting technique. The prepared POT + TiO2/PCL composite film was characterized through X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR)spectroscopy, Field emission scanning electron microscopic studies (FESEM) with EDS techniques.The conductivity measurement of the samples was carried out at room temperature by standard two probe technique using KEITHLEY electrometer. The surface roughness of composites was measured using a 3D laser profilometry–Zeta Optical–Profilometer. The diffraction pattern of POT + TiO2/PCL composite film suggests the semicrystalline nature of the composites.FT-IR spectra confirms the formation of POT + TiO2/PCL composite film. The inclusion of POT + TiO2 component confirmed by FT-IR spectra also by the color change observed while blending PCL with POT + TiO2. The FE-SEM images of POT + TiO2 composites possesses the granular and spherical morphology also the TiO2 nanoparticle seems to be well dispersed in POT. The EDX spectra confirms the presence of all elements in the POT + TiO2/PCL composites.The POT + TiO2 nanocomposites have conductivity in the semiconducting range 0.13 × 10–7(S/Cm). Similarly, the DC conductivity of the POT + TiO2/PCL film becomes semiconducting range 0.04 × 10–8 (S/Cm). Surface roughness provides a great influence on the viability of different cells. The activity of Vero cells on both the composites was detected through MTT technique to determine the toxicity of the samples. In vitro antibacterial activities of POT + TiO2 and POT + TiO2/PCL composite scaffold were evaluated on gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and gram-negative Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria using well diffusion technique.POT + TiO2/PCL composite scaffold with improved surface roughness, cell viability and antibacterial activity. INTRODUCTION: The internet of mobile things is subjected to execute on data centers such as cloudlet, cloud servers and also on devices; it solves the problem of multi-objective optimization and tries to discover active scheduling with low energy consumption, execution time and cost. OBJECTIVES: To alleviate the conflicts between the support constraint of 'smart phones and customers' requests of diminishing idleness as well as extending battery life, it spikes a well-known wave of offloading portable application for execution to brought together server farms, for example, haze hubs and cloud workers. METHODS: The test to develop the methodology for mobile phones, with enhanced IoT execution in cloud-edge registering. Then, to assess the feasibility of our proposed process, tests and simulations are carried out. RESULTS: The simulator is used to test the algorithm, and the outcomes show that our calculations can lesser over 18% energy utilization. CONCLUSION: The optimization approaches using PSO and GA based on simulation data, with the standard genetic algorithm providing the highest overall value for mission offloading in fog nodes using multi-objectives. With the assumption of various workflow models as single and multi-objective in data centers as cloud servers, fog nodes, and within computers, we extracted the analytic results of energy usage, delay efficiency, and cost.
