This comprehensive review paper is based on an extensive analysis of 33 articles published in various reputable research journals. These articles present the most recent empirical evidence on the association between well-being and ageing under the treatment methods. The research was conducted by surfing search engines and databases, including Scopus, PubMed Central, Google Scholar, ProQuest, and Jstor. The article was themed according to the mental health, quality of life, activities of daily living, cognitive decline, social interaction, and social support of Parkinson's patients. The article presents a study which examines the problems of social inequality faced by elderly people in India. It aims to show a gender difference in approach of treatment to elderly in the urban area. It also investigates the pattern of familial relationship of elderly household and abuse. The study found that the elderly are not receiving proper care and support from the younger generation.

Bimetal atom catalysts (BACs) hold significant potential for various applications as a result of the synergistic interaction between adjacent metal atoms. This interaction leads to improved catalytic performance, while simultaneously maintaining high atomic efficiency and exceptional selectivity, similar to single atom catalysts (SACs). Bimetallic site catalysts (M 2 β 12 ) supported by β 12 -borophene were developed as catalysts for electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction (CO 2 RR). The research on density functional theory (DFT) demonstrates that M 2 β 12 exhibits exceptional stability, conductivity, and catalytic activity. Investigating the most efficient reaction pathway for CO 2 RR by analyzing the Gibbs free energy (ΔG) during potential determining steps (PDS) and choosing a catalyst with outstanding catalytic performance for CO 2 RR. The overpotential required for Fe 2 β 12 and Ag 2 β 12 to generate CO is merely 0.05 V. This implies that the conversion of CO 2 to CO can be accomplished with minimal additional voltage. The overpotential values for Cu 2 β 12 and Ag 2 β 12 during the formation of HCOOH were merely 0.001 and 0.07 V, respectively. Furthermore, the Rh 2 β 12 catalyst exhibits a relatively low overpotential of 0.51 V for CH 3 OH and 0.65 V for CH 4 . The Fe 2 β 12 produces C 2 H 4 through the *CO-*CO pathway, while Ag 2 β 12 generates CH 3 CH 2 OH via the *CO-*CHO coupling pathway, with remarkably low overpotentials of 0.84 and 0.60 V, respectively. Bifunctional catalysts can facilitate two different electrochemical reactions with conflicting characteristics. Here, a highly reversible bifunctional electrocatalyst for rechargeable zinc-air batteries (ZABs) is reported featuring a "core-shell structure" in which N-doped graphene sheets wrap around vanadium molybdenum oxynitride nanoparticles. Single Mo atoms are released from the particle core during synthesis and anchored to electronegative N-dopant species in the graphitic shell. The resultant Mo single-atom catalysts excel as active oxygen evolution reaction (OER) sites in pyrrolic-N and as active oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) sites in pyridinic-N environments. ZABs with such bifunctional and multicomponent single-atom catalysts deliver high power density (≈376.4 mW cm -2 ) and long cycle life of over 630 h, outperforming noble-metal-based benchmarks. In this work, pure ZnZrO 2 and chitosan supported (ZnZrO 2 /CS) nanocomposite have been synthesized at low coast by hydrothermal method. FT-IR, Micro Raman, PXRD, HR-SEM-EDAX, HR-TEM, AFM, BET and XPS were used to analyze the structural and morphological properties of the fabricated nanocomposites. The fabricated ZnZrO 2 and ZnZrO 2 /CS nanocomposites were measured for their electrocatalytic activity towards glucose and hydrogen peroxide determinations. The ZnZrO 2 /CS sensor exhibited wide detection range (5 μM to 5.85 mM), high sensitivity (6.78 μA mM -1  cm -2 ), LOD (2.31 μM), and long-term stability for glucose detection in alkaline solution. Also, as a multifunctional electrochemical sensor, ZnZrO 2 /CS sensor exhibits excellent sensing ability towards hydrogen peroxide, with a wide dynamic range (20 μM to 6.85 mM), a high sensitivity (2.22 μA mM -1  cm -2 ), and a LOD (2.08 μM) (S/N = 3). The electrochemical measurement shows that the ZnZrO 2 /CS sensor has excellent catalytic activity and a much LOD than ZnZrO 2 . The modified electrode showed excellent anti interference nature. Highly flexible quasi solid-state batteries are promising in next-generation energy storage sectors due to their high energy density, power density, and low manufacturing cost. However, poor cycle life seriously limits their application in industrial sectors. Herein, a novel strategy is established to design the oxygenated cobalt vanadium selenide (O-Co x V 1- x Se 2 ) nanostructures for high-performance quasi solid-state (QSS) zinc-cobalt batteries (ZCBs) and zinc-air batteries (ZABs). Density functional theory (DFT) calculation reveals that the doping effect of Co 2+ into O-VSe 2 nanostructure could increase the density of states near the edge of the conduction band, demonstrating ultrafast electron transport kinetics. Most interestingly, the optimal O-Co 0.33 V 0.67 Se 2 cathode-based QSS-ZCB exhibits an ultrahigh specific capacity of 422.7 mAh g -1 at a current density of 1 A g -1 , excellent energy density of 186.4 Wh kg -1 , tremendous power density of 5.65 kW kg -1 , and ultralong cycle life (86.9% capacity retention after 3000 cycles). Furthermore, O-Co 0.33 V 0.67 Se 2 air-cathode based QSS-ZAB delivers a peak power density of 162 mW cm -2 and ultralong cycle life over 100 h. In this work, hierarchical manganese-nickel sulfide nanosheet arrays (Mn-Ni-S NAs) were designed through a cost-effective hydrothermal method, followed by an ion-exchange technique. Among the various electrode samples prepared, Mn-Ni-S NAs with a Mn/Ni feeding ratio of 1:2 (denoted Mn-Ni-S NAs (1:2)) were found to possess outstanding electrochemical properties, including a superb areal capacity of 0.687 mAh cm -2 (286.3 mAh g -1 specific capacity) and a splendid cycling stability. Furthermore, Mn-Ni-S NAs (1:2) can be coupled with iron oxide embedded in reduced graphene oxides (Fe 2 O 3 @rGO) to assemble all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor devices. The resultant device demonstrated superior volumetric capacity and a superb energy density of 76.6 W h kg -1 with a prominent cycling stability. The current synthesis protocol provides a meritorious reference for the synthesis of other kinds of transition-metal sulfide electrode materials for energy storage applications.
