Bu çalışmada, birliktelik kurallarına ait algoritmalar kullanılarak, müşterilerin birlikte satın almayı tercih ettikleri ürünler tespit edilerek, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimine ilişkin bir uygulama gerçekleştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan veri seti elektrik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmadan temin edilmiştir. Veri analizi süresince Çarpraz Endüstri Standard Süreç Modeli (CRISP-DM) modeli takip edilmiştir. İki yılı kapsayan veriye, birliktelik kurallarından Apriori Algoritması uygulanmıştır. Veri analizleri R programlama dili ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kodların gerçekleştirilmesinde RStudio geliştirme ortamından yararlanılmıştır. Apriori Algoritması’ndan elde edilen model Shiny (shiny.apps.io) aracılığı ile web ortamına taşınmıştır. HESNYA-03 ve HESNYA-02 ürünleri arasındaki çapraz satış ve ürünün farklı renklerinin birlikte satışı, ürünü ön plana çıkarmaktadır. Buradan hareketle, çeşitli renk paletleri oluşturarak, müşterilerin bu ve benzeri paketlerin yanında yeni ürünler sunarak daha az tercih edilen ürünlerin alımlarını arttırabileceği ortaya konuşmuştur. Kullanıcıya analiz edilen veri setini sorgulama ve algoritma ile ilgili temel düzenlemeleri yapabilme imkânı verilmiştir. Böylelikle uygulamanın zaman ve mekândan bağımsız, dinamik bir hal alması sağlanmıştır., In this study, it is aimed to determine the products that customers prefer to buy together by using algorithm of association rules Apriori, and to implement an application related to customer relationship management. The data set used in this study was obtained from a company operating in the electricity sector. CRoss-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) model was used during data analysis. Association rules technique Apriori applied to data that contains the two year. Data analysis is performed with R language. RStudio was used as a development tool for R codes. The model performed with Apriori was transferred to web environment via Shiny (shinyapps.io). The cross sales realized between HESNYA-03 and HESNYA-02 products of this brand and the sales of different colors together bring the product into the forefront. From this result, it is thought that by creating various color packages related to the product, customers can increase purchases of less preferred products by being offered new products besides these and similar packages. The user is given the opportunity to query the analyzed data set and make basic arrangements related to the algorithm. This allows the application to be dynamic, independent of time and space.

The aim of this studyis to prepare a module and to test the effectiveness of the module whichcategorizes the questions with respect to the cognitive levels, determines the difficultylevels by calculating the related data of item difficulty and item discrimination,automatically tunes the difficulty levels of the questions with reference tothe answers given in the process of the exam, and provides person-specificexams both in the classroom and digital environment. The Web-Based ExpertExamination System developed within the scope of this study makes it possibleto prepare questions compatible with the assessment and evaluation criteria ineducation enabling the measurement of the level of actual learning of thestudents. By utilizing the prepared questions, it would be possible to generateexam forms. This system records the data belonging to the students and the dataas a result of the student-system interaction, and can determine the operationorder of the system and the questions to be used to evaluate the knowledgelevel of the student in the light of the information obtained from the records.In addition, this system can improve itself according to the changing needs andstudent characteristics in due course and adapt itself to the currentsituation. A questionnaire form was developed by taking the measurement andevaluation criteria in education and qualities which testing tool was requiredto have into consideration. Quantitative analysis of the research was completedby utilizing the packet program “SPSS 21 for MacOS X” and items were examinedvia dependent sample variant analysis. Bu sistem, öğrenciyeait veriler ile öğrencinin sistemle olan etkileşimi sonucundaki verileri kayıtaltında tutmakta ve buradan elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda, öğrencininbilgi seviyesini ölçmede kullanılacak soruları ve sistemin çalışma sırasını belirlemektedir.Ayrıca, zaman içinde değişen ihtiyaçlara ve öğrenci özelliklerine göre kendinigeliştirebilmekte ve güncel duruma göre kendini uyarlayabilmektedir. Eğitimdeölçme ve değerlendirme kriterleri ve ölçme aracında bulunması gerekennitelikler baz alınarak bir anket formu geliştirilmiştir. Lipids were extracted from roasted pistachio nut particles by supercritical CO 2 (SC-CO 2 ) in an incomplete design at pressures of 20.7, 27.6, and 34.5 MPa and temperatures of 50, 60, and 70°C with ethanol (0, 5, and 10 wt%) as entrainer. Highest experimental extraction yield of 66% was obtained at 34.5 MPa and 60°C with 10 wt% ethanol. Data was analyzed by Response Surface Methodology. Temperature did not affect the extraction yield. Extraction yield increased linearly with pressure, while ethanol concentration had a curvilinear effect. The following equation adequately represented the experimental data (r 2 = 0.94): % Yield = 52.14 + 9.707 x P + 21.164 x EtOH - 11.049 x EtOH 2 , The solubility of pistachio oil in SC-CO 2 at 34.5 MPa and 60°C was 5 times higher in case of 10 wt% ethanol (1.29 wt%) compared to CO 2 alone (0.27 wt%). Difference between extracted and control pistachios in terms of texture was detected by puncture and compression tests as well as by sensory evaluation. Sensory evaluation showed a reduction in roasted pistachio flavor intensity following SC-CO 2 extraction.

Miyelodisplastik sendrom (MDS) dışındaki hematolojik neoplazilerde demir yüklenmesi ve klinik etkileri az çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, hematolojik neoplazilerde tanı anında serum demir testlerinin durumunu ve demir yüklenme paterninin sıklığını belirlemeyi amaçladık. Ayrıca tanı anında demir yüklenme paterni gösteren multiple miyelom (MM) hastalarında bu bulgunun klinik tabloyla ilişkisi ve prognostik önemi değerlendirildi. Son 13 yıllık süre zarfında Hematoloji ünitesine başvuran akut miyeloid lösemi (AML), akut lenfoblastik lösemi (ALL), kronik myeloid lösemi (KML), kronik lenfositer lösemi (KLL), MM, MDS, Hodgkin lenfoma (HL) ve Hodgkin dışı lenfoma (NHL) hastalarından tanı anındaki serum demir testleri istenmiş olanlar incelendi. Hastalar, demir test sonuçlarına göre saf demir eksikliği, saf inflamasyon paterni, demir eksikliği-inflamasyon paterni ayrılamayanlar, demir yüklenme paterni, özgül olmayan demir test bozukluğu ve bozukluk olmayanlar olarak sınıflandı. Hematolojik neoplazilerde serum demir test bozukluklarının sıklığını kıyaslamak üzere Ki-kare testi, MM hastalarında demir yüklenme paterni ve sağkalım ilişkisini incelemek için ise Kaplan-Meier metodu kullanıldı. Hematolojik neoplazilerde tanı anında serum demir test bozukları oldukça sık idi. 376 hastanın 314 ünde en az bir serum demir test bozukluğu izlenirken, bu bozuklukların % 61,4 ü tasnif edilebilmekteydi. Demir yüklenme paterni MDS (% 53,3), AML (% 53,4), ALL (% 60) ve MM (% 18,9) hastalarında sık olarak izlendi. MM hastalarında detaylı değerlendirmeler yapıldı. Bu hastalarda demir yüklenme paterninin önemli klinik asosiasyonları olduğu görüldü. Demir yüklenme paterni ile lambda hafif zincir tipi MM hastalığı arasında yakın bir ilişki saptandı. Ayrıca, demir yüklenme paterni gösteren MM hastalarında daha ileri evre hastalık olduğu ve hastalık aktivitesi ile demir yüklenmesi arasında paralellik olduğu belirlendi. MM dışındaki hematolojik neoplazilerde de demir yüklenme paterni ile klinik tablo arasındaki ilişkinin yakından incelenmesi gerektiği; tanıda demir yüklenme paterninin önemli bir prognoz işareti olarak ortaya çıkabileceği ve belki de tedaviye yön verebileceği düşünüldü. The iron overload and its clinical associations in hematological neoplasias other than myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were studied poor. In this study, we aimed to determine the serum iron test status and the frequency of iron overload pattern at the time of diagnosis of the hematological neoplasia. Also, the iron overload pattern and its clinical associations and prognostic value were evaluated in the multiple myeloma (MM) patients who showed iron overload pattern at the time of diagnosis. The patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), chronic lymphoblastic leukemia (CLL), MM, MDS, Hodgkin lymphoma (HL), or Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) who applied to the Hematology unit in the last 13 years were screened in order to find cases with available serum iron tests at the diagnosis. Patients were classified as pure iron deficiency, pure inflammation pattern, iron deficiency-inflammation indiscernable, iron overload pattern, nonspecific iron test abnormality and no abnormality as their iron test patterns. Chi-square test was used to compare the frequencies of serum iron test abnormalities in hematologic neoplasia and Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analyses. The iron test abnormalities were very frequent in hematological neoplasia at the time of diagnosis. There was at least one serum iron test abnormality in 314 of 376 patients and 61.4 % of these abnormalities could be classified. Iron overload pattern was frequent in MDS (53.3 %), AML (53.4 %), ALL (60 %) and MM (18.9 %) patients. MM patients were evaluated in detail. In these patients, iron overload pattern showed important clinical associations. Close association was seen with iron overload pattern and lambda light chain type MM. Also, more advanced stage disease was seen in the MM patients who showed iron overload pattern, and a positive correlation between disease activity and iron overload pattern was determined. It?s thought that the relationship between iron overload pattern and clinical status in hematologic malignancies other than MM should also be studied. The iron overload pattern at the time of diagnosis may emerge as an important prognostic factor and also may show a guide to treatment decision. 59
