Social Sciences Students' Perceptions of Successful University Professors Characteristics at Masielah University as an un put of Teaching Quality Abstract: This study aimed at recognizing the characteristics of the successful university professor from the view of social sciences Students in M'SILA University. The study also seeks answers for the following questions: • What are the major characteristics of the University successful professor? • Are there any significant differences in the characteristics of the successful university professor related to the variable of gender? In order to answer these questions, a questionnaire formed consisted of two parts. The first part contains demographic questions; while the second part contains (20) items divided into three groups: one concerned with psychological character­istics of the University professor, the other one concerned with social characteris­tics, while the third concerned with professional characteristics. The questionnaire which applied on 114 students indicates that social characteristics ranked at the top and the psychologi­cal and the Professional characteristics ranked at the end. Also, the results of the study point out that there are no significant differences statistically speaking due to the variable of gender. Considered as the second men cancer in Algeria, prostate cancer is treated in 70% by radiation. That's why radiation therapy is therapeutic weapon for prostate cancer. Conformational Radiotherapy in 3D is the most common technique [1−5]. The use of conventionally optimized treatment plans was compared at case scenario of optimized treatment plans VMAT for prostate cancer. The evaluation of the two optimizations strategies focused on the resulting plans ability to retain dose objectives under the influence of patient set up. Dose Volume Histogram in the Planning Target Volume and dose in the Organs At Risks were used to calculate the conformity index, and evaluation ratio of irradiated volume which represent the main tool of comparison [6,7]. The situation was analysed systematically. The 14% dose increase in the target leads to a decrease in the dose in adjacent organs with 39% in the bladder. Therefore, the criterion for better efficacy and less toxicity reveal that VMAT is the best choice.

Compelling evidence indicates that defects in nucleocytoplasmic transport contribute to the pathogenesis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). In particular, hexanucleotide (G4C2) repeat expansions in C9orf72 , the most common cause of genetic ALS, have a widespread impact on the transport machinery that regulates the nucleocytoplasmic distribution of proteins and RNAs. We previously reported that the expression of G4C2 hexanucleotide repeats in cultured human and mouse cells caused a marked accumulation of poly(A) mRNAs in the cell nuclei. To further characterize the process, we set out to systematically identify the specific mRNAs that are altered in their nucleocytoplasmic distribution in the presence of C9orf72 -ALS RNA repeats. Interestingly, pathway analysis showed that the mRNAs involved in membrane trafficking are particularly enriched among the identified mRNAs. Most importantly, functional studies in cultured cells and Drosophila indicated that C9orf72 toxic species affect the membrane trafficking route regulated by ADP-Ribosylation Factor 1 GTPase Activating Protein (ArfGAP-1), which exerts its GTPase-activating function on the small GTPase ADP-ribosylation factor 1 to dissociate coat proteins from Golgi-derived vesicles. We demonstrate that the function of ArfGAP-1 is specifically affected by expanded C9orf72 RNA repeats, as well as by C9orf72 -related dipeptide repeat proteins (C9-DPRs), indicating the retrograde Golgi-to-ER vesicle-mediated transport as a target of C9orf72 toxicity.
