The research subject is the application of geographic information systems (GIS) in assessing land suitability for agriculture in the Sana River Basin in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The aim of the research is to apply the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in identifying suitable areas for agricultural production. Within the AHP framework, the following factors were considered: pedology, land use, elevation, slope, aridity index, and distance from rivers. The results of the suitability assessment underwent reclassification (RP) and cluster analysis processes (CAPs). It was found that very unsuitable land (1) covers an area of 0.15% (RP) or 5.83% (CAP), unsuitable land (2) covers 3.44% (RP) or 17.52% (CAP), conditionally suitable land (3) covers 32.11% or 28.47% (CAP), suitable land (4) covers 56.29% or 28.57% (CAP), and very suitable land (5) covers 7.98% (RP) or 19.59% (CAP). At the study area level, a supervised classification process was conducted to identify land use classes: meadows/pastures, water, forest, agricultural, and built-up areas. RP and CAP results were overlaid with supervised classification results to determine the amount of land used for agricultural purposes within each suitability class. It was determined that currently, for agricultural purposes, 0.04 km2 (RP) or 0.88 km2 (CAP) of very unsuitable land (1) is used, 0.41 km2 (RP) or 7.28 km2 (CAP) of unsuitable land (2), 15.75 km2 (RP) or 27.52 km2 (CAP) of conditionally suitable land (3), 185.15 km2 (RP) or 107.06 km2 (CAP) of suitable land (4), and 42.99 km2 (RP) or 101.65 km2 (CAP) of very suitable land (5). The research findings hold substantial importance in elucidating both the potential and constraints of land use practices as a vital natural resource within agriculture. They also have practical importance for relevant institutions in terms of agricultural sector development and making timely land use planning decisions for sustainable development.

The subject of the research represents the application of remote sensing in monitoring land degradation in the municipality of Stanari in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H). The aim of the study is to identify spatial changes during the research period (2017–2023) by processing remote sensing “products.” Within the changes in land use, the focus is placed on alterations resulting from surface mineral resource mining activities. The total approved exploitation area amounts to 3841.08 ha, covering almost a quarter of the municipality (23.89%). Monitoring changes in land use was conducted through the processing of Sentinel-2 images using supervised classification (SC). The classification results were compared with the Dynamic World (DW) dataset. Results indicate significant losses in forested areas, reduced by −7.23% (DW) or −2.43% (SC) at the municipal level and −11.48% (DW) or −5.90% (SC) within the exploitation area. Spatial extents of deforestation were identified and analyzed based on processing the Hansen Global Forest Data Change dataset. The deforestation area, caused by mining activity in B&H over the research period (2001–2021), amounts to 977.94 ha, with 264.25 ha (27.02%) within the Stanari municipality. Over 90% of the cleared forest area is within the exploitation area. High erosion coefficient values (Z) were recorded within the approved exploitation area, coinciding with the spatial coverage of deforestation. Additionally, results obtained using an empirical method for studying mechanical water erosion (W y) indicate a high intensity within the exploitation area. For the approved exploitation area, possibilities for the restoration of degraded land were analyzed, including an overview of activities conducted so far and mapping some of the previously reclaimed areas. The research contributes to a better understanding of spatial changes resulting from mining activities, and the presented data are significant for numerous practical issues, such as sustainable land use planning, spatial planning, protection of forest ecosystems, and the environment.

Introduction. Congenital tongue base cysts are uncommon in everyday clinical practice and they could be asymptomatic or cause stridor, respiratory distress and asphyxia. We are presenting a case of two-month-old infant with the symptoms of stridor and the acute respiratory insufficiency caused by congenital tongue base cyst. Case outline. A two-month-old apyretic male infant was admitted to hospital with the symptoms of severe dyspnea, nonproductive cough and stridor. Due to severe respiratory insufficiency the infant was on mechanical ventilation. Computed tomography scans of thorax and neck was performed along with the application of the intravenous contrast where a cystic formation was shown. The depicted formation narrowed the lumen of oropharynx which is the same as the size of valleculas (3 mm). The formations pressed both valleculas, more significantly the left one. The same day the marsupialization of the cyst was done and the material was sent to the pathohistological analysis (the report of the pathologist indicates the cyst of the thyroid channel). Conclusion. Clinical manifestations of cyst depend on the level of obstruction and can be presented as inspiratory stridor, apnea, cyanosis, chronic coughing and feeding difficulty. The flexible nasopharyngeal laryngoscopy or bronchoscopy, CT and MR imaging help consider the differential diagnosis. The symptoms of stridor were removed completely after applied marsupialization of the cyst.

Obtaining pressurized air represents a significant expenditure of energy for every branch of industry, and today it is simply unthinkable to existе industrial plants without the production, distribution and use of pressurized air. This is particularly representative in the wood processing industry in which there are great opportunities for savings that can be made with the produced air under pressure, starting from its proper use to the monitoring of the equipment during exploitation and the implementation of preventive maintenance measures. Bearing the above in mind, research was carried out in companies of the wood industry in Serbia in order to analyze the economics of obtaining and adequate use of pres­surized air. In addition to the data on the type of compressor plants, the survey also obtained data on: the type of pressurized air storage tank, the correct use of the air preparation group, the existing automation for plant operation, preventive maintenance measures, leakage control and prevention, and employee training. The conclusions were drawn in the form of guidelines for the rational use of pressurized air, which can bring significant savings in energy consumption and increase efficiency and productivity in work.

When solving real problems, and to make a quality decision, it is necessary to consider a great number of often complex parameters. For these reasons, the development of decision-making process modeling has seen significant growth in recent years, and multi-criteria optimization models have stood out among them as useful for solving complex and conflicting phenomena. Multi-criteria optimization models make it easier for decision-makers to find the optimal solution in situations where there are many different criteria, which can often conflict with each other. The choice of the appropriate method of exploitation of mineral deposits follows the consideration of the problem and the approach to further development, which is primarily the determination of the criteria that influence the choice of the optimal alternative.

The subject of the research paper is the use of remote sensing in monitoring and analyzing the impact of climate change on the occurrence of extreme precipitation, and the cause-and-effect occurrence of floods in the area of the Sana River Basin in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The goal is to process the "product" of remote sensing to identify the time intervals of occurrence of extreme precipitation, to assess their impact on water levels, and to map potential floods in space. Spatial identification of zones that are at risk of flooding is an integral part of the aforementioned goal. Precipitation monitoring was performed by processing Climate Hazards Group InfraRed Precipitation with Station Data through the Google Earth Engine platform. The observed 30-year period (1992-2022) was compared with the average precipitation for 2017, 2018 and 2019. The impact of extreme precipitation on the water level of the Sana River was analyzed. Flooding periods have been identified: February and December 2017, March 2018 and May 2019. Mapping of flooded areas was carried out by pre-processing and post-processing of Sentinel-1 radar satellite images. The total flooded area is: 710.38 ha (February 2017), 496.79 ha (December 2017), 417.86 ha (March 2018) and 422.42 ha (May 2019). Based on the identified flooded areas, a flood risk map was created on the main course of the Sana River. The research contributes to a better understanding of the changes that occur in the area under the influence of climate change, and the data presented are important for numerous practical issues in the field of water resource management and flood protection.

Protection of open cast mines from groundwater is a complex problem in hydrogeology. Characteristic of these mines is the constant expansion, viewed in plan and in depth, from the very beginning of ore exploitation until the end of ore exploitation. Due to such circumstances, the whole process requires constant adaptation to new conditions during lignite exploitation, which also requires constant upgrading of hydrodynamic models, which represent the basic methodology for creating a successful drainage plan and protection of the ore deposit from groundwater. The paper presents the recalibration of the basic model of the Drmno open cast mine. In this research area, the creation of hydrodynamic models, i.e. their upgrading, has been carried out for almost a quarter of a century.

Plastic Explosive Compositions consisting of HMX and liquid polyurethane binder were prepared in order to determine influence of differently cured polymeric binders on rheological properties of plastic explosives. First, a set of polymeric binders was prepared in polyaddition reaction between HTPB and IPDI, with varying NCO:OH ratio and examined through the standard and non-standard rheological tests on a dynamic rotational rheometer. Viscosity curves of polymeric binders show viscosity increase with NCO:OH ratio increase, as expected. Amplitude sweep tests reveal liquid-like structure of PEs, with structure strength increase with higher NCO:OH ratio of polymeric binder used, and limiting values of LVER vary from 10-3 to 10-2 strain. Results of creep test reveal that with increase of NCO:OH ratio of polymeric binder in PE zero-shear viscosity increase and viscous portion deformation decrease. Also, penetration decrease with increase of NCO:OH ratio. The obtained results indicate that initial rheology testing is crucial in plastic explosive formulation regarding their processability and physical properties.

This research paper presents hardness, structure and tensile strength analysis of 1460 alloy of Al-Cu-Li system, welded joints made by Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding and Friction Stir Welding (FSW). Characteristics of acoustic noise at the welding operator workplace during mechanized TIG and FSW of aluminium-lithium alloy with the purpose to develop recommendations for the improvement of health and safety during welding processes were studied. Analyzing results, we concluded that during TIG welding the values of welding noise at the workplace, are much higher than the admissible noise level limit. Results showed that the values of the welding nose reach 95 dB. The noise level at the workplace for FSW is also dangerous and reaches up a value of 84.3 dB. Also, this paper presents hardness, structure, and tensile strength measurements of 1460 alloy welded joints made by TIG and FSW welding.

Introduction: According to current understanding of the role of excipient in medicines, they could not be considered as completely pharmacologically inert substances. Although excipients do not have the potential to cause adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in most patients, some of their negative effects have been established. Special caution regarding excipients intake is advised, especially in vulnerable populations such as pediatric one. Aim: The aim of this paper was to investigate the exposure of children on antibiotic therapy to excipients with known effects (EKE). Methods: During a one-month period antibiotic prescriptions data were taken from community pharmacies in Novi Sad, Serbia. Age, diagnosis and prescribed therapy were observed. Data about qualitative content of prescribed medicines were taken from Summaries of Product Characteristics (SmPC) available at the official website of Medicines and medical devices agency of Serbia (ALIMS). Excipients were considered to be potentially harmful if they were listed in European Medicines Agency (EMA) guidelines. Results: The most commonly observed diagnosis was a respiratory infection, which affected more than 88% of children prescribed with an antibiotic. Only 5 out of 33 prescribed antibiotic formulations did not contain at least one EKE. Prescribed medicines mostly contained sodium compounds (77.78%), sucrose (34.07%) and sodium benzoate (31.11%). In addition, the following EKE were detected: propylene glycol, aspartame, sorbitol, lactose, potassium, mannitol, benzalkonium chloride, azorubine, parabens, sodium metabisulfite and sunset yellow. Around 75% of prescribed antibiotic formulations contained inappropriately labeled EKE (sodium and potassium compounds, sodium benzoate and propylene glycol). Additionally, inappropriately labeled information leaflets did not include possible adverse effects caused by the EKE. Conclusions: This paper indicates high exposure of patients to EKE, where almost all children treated with antibiotics (96.3%) were simultaneously administered at least one EKE. We confirmed that approved medicines cannot meet the treatment needs of all patients, and that inappropriately labeled medicines carry a risk of ADRs, especially in newborns. Personalized treatment is especially important in children, as the appropriate dosage forms and diversity in formulation ingredients is lacking. Knowing the type and roles of each ingredient of the medicines it is possible to formulate a preparation that will meet all the individual children's needs.

Geological and hydrogeological research conducted in the area of groundwater source "Kljuc" of the city of Pozarevac aimed primarily for determining the groundwater's balance amd reserves. The study groundwater source is used for water supply of about 55 000 inhabitants in the Branicevo district, with a total capacity of approximately 250 l/s. As part of the applied field hydrogeological methods in the study area, by its significance the method of Step-Test pumping, can be singled out. The data from the groundwater source obtained in this way were processed by graphoanalytical method of processing experimental pumping data in transient flow regime, ie application of Theiss solution of differential flow to define hydraulic parameters of well (hydraulic losses in well and filter zone), filtration parameters of the medium and maximum allowed capacities of the well. Hydraulic losses that occur mainly indicate the aging process of wells which usually results in a decrease in their capacity.

Introduction: Community-acquired pneumonia is one of the most common diseases in infancy but most of these diseases have relatively simple course. We are presenting a case of child who developed lung abscess as a complication of pneumonia. Case Report: The goal of our case report is to point out that lung abscess is a relatively rare entity whose development is not always typical, sudden and acute, but also hidden, inconspicuous and perfidious. Although clinical picture and laboratory findings indicated that the pneumonia was cured, a single control CT scan showed that there was inflammation (hotspot) in the organism. Discussion: Lung abscess is a rare state which is developed as a complication only at 1% of pneumonias. Complications are rare and depend on the previous immunological status of the child and the presence of comorbidity. The duration of antibiotic therapy depends on the clinical and radiographic response of the patient. The chosen antibiotics have to cover a wide specter of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Conclusions: The key role in making a diagnosis played radiological methods which were crucial in monitoring the evolution of the change itself, from its creation to regression. The triple antibiotic therapy with meropenem, vancomycin and metronidazole enabled an (excellent) recovery outcome.

Without the increase in welding current, activating fluxes for arc welding with a non-consumable electrode (ATIG) and for welding with a consumable electrode (AMIG) allow for the increase in depth of penetration 2-4 times. These two procedures are essentially different in terms of their implementation. In AMIG welding, the problems in the creation of a welding joint stem from the influence of the critical value of the metal bath surface. The critical value of the surface is achieved by using welding current of 280-300 A and, according to the experimental results, its value is 160-190 mm². By achieving the critical surface value, the positive influence of the activating fluxes on the penetration ability of the electric arc is lost. Optimum interval of welding current for AMIG is 200-500 A, which significantly exceeds the permissible threshold. In ATIG welding, the effect of the critical surface of the bath is not observed, because it requires welding current that exceeds the optimal value interval (max. 250 A), which is conditioned by the stability of the non-consumable electrode. By increasing welding current over 250-300 A, the working tip of the electrode is rapidly consumed and the stability of the welding process is disturbed.

Hydrodynamic analysis was used as the methodological approach to simulate the groundwater regime and quantify the groundwater balance in the extended area of the open-cast mine 'Jakovačka Kumša'. The study area includes a part of Belgrade Groundwater Source, located along the Sava River, in the immediate vicinity of the mine. Sand is excavated there and used as construction material. The paper analyzes and synthesizes data on local geology and hydrogeology, and portrays a three-dimensional hydrogeological model of the study area. The hydrogeological model is transformed into a hydrodynamic model applying the numerical method of finite differences and the Modflow software code. The modeled area and time interval are then discretized by importing the hydrogeological parameters of the porous medium and specifying the initial and boundary conditions of the model. The paper also includes the results of hydrodynamic modeling of the aquifer regime in the form of piezometric-head distribution charts, as well as the groundwater balance. The 3D hydrodynamic model set up in this manner constitutes a basis for hydrodynamic prognostic calculations and assessment of sand mining impact on groundwater quality in that part of Belgrade Groundwater Source.

This work presents the results of studying harmful substances in the air, released in the case of tungsten inert gas (TIG) and metal inert gas (MIG) welding of 1460 aluminum alloy (Al-Cu-Li). It is shown that the TIG process is accompanied by smaller evolution of the solid component and gas component of welding fumes than in MIG welding. Ozone concentrations during TIG and MIG welding are significantly (1.3 and 7.4 times, respectively) higher than the maximum permissible concentration. It is found that ultraviolet radiation, accompanying the welding process, is the main factor of toxic gas generation in the working zone of the studied aluminum-lithium alloys. Also, this paper presents analyses of microstructure, hardness, strength characteristics and fatigue behavior of 1460 TIG weld joints.

This study examines flank wear and surface ruoghness in up and down hard end milling. After obtaining the mathematical models, it has been carried out a series of numerical simulations with variation of input parameters in order to analyze their influence on flank wear and surface roughness. Additionally, flank wear and surface roughness has been analysed in correlation with the volume of the removed material for different cutting parameters. The objective of this paper is the analysis and evaluation of the quality of the new flux-cored wire designed for the MAG welding process that was developed and produced using special laboratory equipment. Experimental welding was performed with the new activated flux-cored wire and classic solid wire with changing of welding parameters and shielding gas composition (100 % CO2 and gas mixtures of Ar + CO2 + O2). Complexity of pressure vessels geometry usually causes stress and strain concentrations. Modern approach of stress and strain analysis involves numerical and experimental testing. Every experimental testing on the construction could endanger construction itself. Therefore, making a model of the construction has great benefits. Sub-sized model of the pipe branch of A6 third pipeline at Hydropower Plant Perućica, Nikšić was made in order to be subjected to a detailed experimental testing. The aim was to determine internal pressure value causing pipe branch model to plastically deform, and, to use these results for determining pressure causing real structure to plastically deform, without any measurements on the structure itself. Experimental measurements were carried out using strain gauge method. Strain gauges are positioned in critical zones. Numerical pipe branch model and results obtained by using finite element method (FEM) was verified with experimental results (in elasticity area). After verification in elastic area, experimentally by increasing pressure value, critical internal pressure causing plastic deformation of pipe branch model was determined. Based on the pipe branch model behaviour, and after determination of relation between the model and the real structure, maximum calculated internal pressure value to which the structure may be subjected in exploitation is assessed. Besides, weak spots on the structure were verified by obtaining the same results through experiment and calculation, which gives good guidelines for monitoring of this structure during usage, since it is possible, by using this analysis, to decrease the number of measurement locations for monitoring (in order to control exactly those measurement locations, which proved to be the most endangered).

In this paper, the influence of the activating flux on the weld joint properties at the drawn arc stud welding process with ceramic ferrule is analysed. In the experimental part of the paper, the arc stud welding process is applied with the application of the activating flux for ATIG process. In order to evaluate the influence of the activating flux on the welding process parameters variations, the main welding parameters were monitored by an on-line monitoring system. Besides monitoring of welding current and voltage, the influence of the activating flux on the weld joint appearance is investigated. This paper examines the influence of cutting parameters on surface roughness of steel workpiece. The experiments have been carried out in accordance with a design of experiments (DOE). Equation for the surface roughness, as a function of cutting parameters, has been obtained by means of regression analysis. To obtain the minimal value of surface roughness, the equation optimizing was performed by using partial derivations and solving system of equations. The Taguchi method, with orthogonal arrays and signal to noise ratio, has been used to analyse impact of various cutting parameters on surface roughness and to find optimal levels of the cutting parameters. Hydrodynamic models have usually been calibrated manually, by trial-and-error, with different values of hydraulic parameters and hydraulic characteristics of boundary conditions. This method of calibration and estimation of hydraulic parameters requires an extensive knowledge and experience of experts, but whether the resulting solution includes an optimal set of parameters still remains an open question. An optimization method founded upon the Gauss-Marquardt-Levenberg algorithm, along with PEST software based on that algorithm, introduces automation of model calibration with regularization, which substantially reduces the effect of expert judgment on the result. The method also introduces the so-called 'pilot points', which transcend the concept of homogeneous zones with the values of hydraulic parameters of a hydrogeological system or zones with the specified boundary conditions. Mineral ore deposits are the most complex in geological and hydrogeological terms, so the lignite coal mine 'Tamnava - West Field' was selected as a good area to test the approach. Applying the proposed method, the spatial distributions of the horizontal (Kx=Ky) and vertical (Kz) components of hydraulic conductivity are determined in the study area.

In 2014, major floods in Serbia caused enormous damage in Obrenovac Municipality. Apart from numerous businesses, the flood affected the water supply system. The water source “Vić Bare” in the village of Zabrežje on the Sava river was inundated and the water distribution network, parts of which were relatively old, sustained further harm. Over the past several decades, insufficient groundwater reserves have been one of the main water supply issues in Obrenovac. Recent investigations identified the reserves and the possibility of ensuring additional amounts of groundwater at the existing source was explored. The largest problem, however, is a high water demand due to inefficient water use and water losses in the distribution network. Given that the said water source relies on bank filtration, the flood was extremely important from a hydrogeological perspective. The paper assesses the data collected during the course of extremely high river stages and water tables and examines source discharge capacities to provide further insight into surface water and groundwater interactions and compare the pre- and post-flood status of a municipal water supply source.

In this paper, the application of the hydrodynamic analysis in the selected ‘pumping and treatment’ remediation method of groundwater hydrocarbon pollution in the case of the Pancevo oil refinery is examined. The applied hydrodynamic analysis represents a regular and necessary approach in modern hydrogeology. Previous chemical analysis of soil and groundwater samples at observation objects revealed their pollution by oil products. New researches included the constraction of 12 piezometric boreholes of varying depths, geoelectric soil sounding, ‘in situ’ measurement of the present contaminant, detected as a hydrophobic phase of LNAPL, chemical analysis of soil and groundwater samples with emphasis on total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) content, total fats and mineral oils, mercury cations and other characteristic compounds, etc. These researches define the volume of contamination issued by the ‘light’ (LNAPL) contamination phase. The selected remediation method for this type of pollution is the ‘Pump and Treat’ method, which implies the pumping of contaminated groundwater from aquifer and their subsequent treatment. A hydrodynamic method was used to select the optimal hydrotechnical solution for LNAPL extraction. On the mathematical model, the prediction calculations for two variant solutions were carried out (‘hydraulic isolation’ and complex) for the application of groundwater contamination remediation characterized as front pollution substance (by extraction and injection wells or infiltration pool). By extraction wells performing, it would be possible to remove the LNAPL from the surface of the water with special pumps-skimmers. The importance of the hydrodynamic method application is, in addition to the hydrotechnical solution selection for the LNAPL drainage, the provision of quality basis for the dimensioning of these objects based on the results of the groundwater balance.

A comprehensive hydrodynamic analysis of the groundwater regime undertaken to assess the potential for expanding the 'Nelt' groundwater source at Dobanovci, or developing a new groundwater source for a future baby food factory, including the quantification of the impact on the production wells of the nearby 'Pepsi' groundwater source, is presented in the paper. The existing Nelt source is comprised of three active production wells that tap a subartesian aquifer formed in sands and gravelly sands; however, the analysis considers only the two nearest wells. A long-term group pumping test was con-ducted of production wells N-1 and N2 (Nelt source) and production wells B-1 and B-2 (Pepsi source), while the piezometric head in the vicinity of these wells was monitored at observation well P-1, which is located in the area considered for Nelt source expansion. Data were collected at maximum pumping capacity of all the production wells. A hydrodynamic model of groundwater flow in the extended area of the Nelt source was generated for the purposes of the comprehensive hydrodynamic analysis. Hydrodynamic prognostic calculations addressed two solution alternatives for the capacity increase over a period of ten years. Licensed Visual MODFLOW Pro software, deemed to be at the very top in this field, was used for the calculations.

The paper presents a novel approach to frame-alignment analysis. A universal model for out-of-frame procedures is presented and statistical parameters are derived. The syncronisation pattern structure is analysed using the bifix indicators. Different parameters for in- and out-offrame procedures are considered. The results are applied to the STM-1 frame, for which the optimal framing strategy is proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The results of investigations of chemical composition and emission rates of the welding fume, generated during welding using electrodes for copper alloys, are presented with the aim of improvement of their sanitary and hygienic characteristics. It is shown that in order to create new grades of welding electrodes with improved hygienic characteristics, it is necessary to have the data of the initial sanitary and hygienic evaluation in accordance with international standards. It was established that the use of binder based on pure lithium liquid glass in the coating of electrodes for welding copper alloys, increases the rate of welding fume emission into the air, as well as the content of manganese and copper oxides in it. The minimum rates of harmful emissions were recorded during the use of sodium-potassium binder, which is recommended for mass production of this type of electrodes.

Assessment of the operating modes of radial collector wells reveals that the pumping levels in the well caissons are very low relative to the depth/elevation of the laterals, which is a common occurrence at Belgrade Groundwater Source. As a result, well discharge capacities vary over a broad range and groundwater levels in the capture zones differ even when the rate of discharge is the same. Five characteristic groundwater level regimes are identified and their origin is analyzed using representative wells as examples. The scope and type of background information needed to identify the groundwater level regime are presented and an interpretation approach is proposed for preliminary assessment of the aquifer potential at the well site for providing the needed amount of groundwater. Belgrade's water supply source is faced with the complex issue of halting a continuing decline in radial well capacity. It is possible to counteract the problem by replacing worn-out laterals. Past research has provided a basis for undertaking radial well revitalization activities. One of the questions that remained unanswered was how to overcome structural limitations - shallow emplacement of laterals. In Budapest, an innovative revitalization procedure, applying a modified Ranney method, has been used effectively for about 15 years. The laterals are installed below the bottom of the original well shaft and the screen pipes have bridge-like slots. The possibility of applying this method at Belgrade's water supply source is substantial.
