Abstract

旨在为中国黄连木资源的研究及开发利用提供参考依据，综述了中国黄连木的多用途价值，系统阐述了中国黄连木雌雄同株资源的挖掘与利用价值，并针对黄连木研究现状提出相关开发利用对策。中国黄连木具有重要的油脂价值、药用价值、食用价值、材用价值、观赏价值、生态系统服务价值及文化价值等，尤其近年来发现了珍贵的雌雄同株资源，开发潜力巨大。在黄连木未来的开发利用中，应当保护和筛选黄连木优良种质资源，提高栽培管理技术以及加强对黄连木全株资源的综合利用，以促进黄连木产业的进一步发展。In order to provide a reference for the research, development and utilization of Pistacia chinensis Bunge resources, the multipurpose value of Pistacia chinensis Bunge was reviewed, the exploitation and utilization value of the monoecious resources of Pistacia chinensis Bunge was systematically elaborated, and the countermeasures for its development and utilization were proposed in the light of the current status. The Pistacia chinensis Bunge has important oil value, medicinal value, edible value, timber value, ornamental value, ecosystem service value and cultural value, especially in recent years, the valuable monoecious resources has been discovered, and it has huge development potential. In the future development and utilization of Pistacia chinensis Bunge, excellent germplasm resources should be protected and screened, cultivation and management techniques should be improved, and the comprehensive utilization of Pistacia chinensis Bunge resources should be strengthened, so as to promote further development of Pistacia chinensis Bunge industry.

26. Nucleon-nucleon interaction in the $^3S_1$-$^3D_1$ coupled channel for a pion mass of 469 MeV

Abstract

In this work, we apply the relativistic chiral nuclear force to describe the state-of-the-art lattice simulations of the nucleon-nucleon scattering amplitude. In particular, we focus on the $^3S_1$-$^3D_1$ coupled channel for a pion mass of 469 MeV. We show that at leading order the relativistic chiral nuclear force can only describe $\delta_{3S1}$ and $\varepsilon_1$ up to $T_\mathrm{lab.}\approx10$ MeV, while at the next-to-leading order it can do much better up to $T_\mathrm{lab}=200$ MeV. However, at the next-to-next-to-leading order, the description deteriorates, which can be attributed to the fact that the pion-mass dependence of the pion-nucleon couplings $c_{1,2,3,4}$ may not be negligible. Furthermore, all the studies consistently yield negative $\delta_{3D1}$, contrary to the lattice QCD results which are positive but consistent with zero. 41. Protective effect of equol on mitochondrial damage induced by high glucose and fat in osteoblasts

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of equol (Eq) intervention on osteoblasts induced by high glucose and fat, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods After ROS1728 osteoblasts were treated with different concentrations of Eq, sodium palmitate (PA) and glucose (GLU) for 48 h, nuclear apoptosis was observed by HE staining and cell survival rate was detected by CCK-8 assay in order to determine the optimal concentrations of GLU, PA and Eq interventions to induce cellular model of diabetic osteoporosis. ROS1728 cells were then divided into control group (5.5 mmol/L GLU), model group (30 mmol/L GLU+250 μmol/L PA), and low, medium and high dose Eq treatment groups (model+1×10-8, 1×10-7 and 1×10-6 mol/L Eq). CCK8 assay was used to detect cell viability, and flow cytometry for cell apoptosis. Hoechst33342 staining and HE staining were employed to observe apoptotic nuclei. Mitochondrial structure, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) changes, and protein levels of Sirt1, PGC-1α, Bcl-2, Bax and Cleaved caspase-3 were observed by transmission electron microscopy, Mito-Tracker Red CMXRos (mitochondrial red fluorescent probe) staining, and Western blotting, respectively. Results Compared with the control group, treatment of 30 mmol/L GLU and 250 μmol/L PA significantly reduced the cell viability rate (P < 0.05) and increased the apoptotic rate (P < 0.05), and the optimal concentrations were determined to induce high glucose and fat environment of osteoblasts. While Eq intervention significantly increased the survival rate and decreased the apoptotic rate (P < 0.05), attenuated the damage of mitochondrial structure, elevated MMP (P < 0.05) and decreased ROS level (P < 0.05), as well as up-regulated the expression levels of Sirt1, PGC-1α and Bcl-2 and down-regulated those of Bax and Cleaved caspase-3 (P < 0.05). Conclusion Eq intervention could effectively reduce mitochondrial damage, oxidative stress and apoptosis of osteoblasts induced by high glucose and fat, which might be partially related to its activation of Sirt1 and PGC-1α.

42. Pion-mass dependence of the nucleon-nucleon interaction

Abstract

Nucleon-nucleon interactions, both bare and effective, play an important role in our understanding of the non-perturbative strong interaction, as well as nuclear structure and reactions. In recent years, tremendous efforts have been seen in the lattice QCD community to derive nucleon-nucleon interactions from first principles. Because of the daunting computing resources needed, most of such simulations were still performed with larger than physical light quark masses. In the present work, employing the recently proposed covariant chiral effective field theory (ChEFT), we study the light quark mass dependence of the nucleon-nucleon interaction extracted by the HALQCD group. It is shown that the pion-full version of the ChEFT can describe the lattice QCD data with $m_\pi=469$ MeV and their experimental counterpart reasonably well, while the pion-less version can describe the lattice QCD data with $m_\pi=672, 837, 1015, 1171$ MeV, for both the $^1S_0$ and $^3S_1$-$^3D_1$ channels. The slightly better description of the single channel than the triplet channel indicates that higher order studies are necessary for the latter. Our results confirmed previous studies that the nucleon-nucleon interaction becomes more attractive for both the singlet and triplet channels as the pion mass decreases towards its physical value. It is shown that the virtual bound state in the $^1S_0$ channel remains virtual down to the chiral limit, while the deuteron only appears for a pion mass smaller than about 400 MeV. It seems that proper chiral extrapolations of nucleon-nucleon interaction are possible for pion masses smaller than 500 MeV, similar to the mesonic and one-baryon sectors., Comment: 7 pages, 5 figures, uncertainties generated by cutoff variations are added, and matched to the published version
