This research analyzes entrepreneurship-based financing strategies at the Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid (DT), Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method involving in-depth interviews and participant observation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data obtained from interviews and observations were analyzed inductively, with steps in the form of coding, grouping themes, and interpretation to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. The results of the research show that the entrepreneurial strategy implemented includes the development of business units such as the business units at the Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid, namely Vehicle Rental, Service Bureau, Tour and Travel, and Event Organizer. Apart from that, there are also Sharia Financial Services, namely BMT Daarut Tauhiid and PT. BPRS Daarut Tauhiid has succeeded in increasing the independence of Pesantren Daarut Tauhiids. The Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid applies a management model focusing on productive waqf, providing broad benefits to the congregation and society. Not only financially but also non-commercially. However, Pesantren Daarut Tauhiids still face challenges in human resource management and capacity development. This research recommends increasing entrepreneurship training for students and Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid managers and expanding business diversification to improve the financial stability of Pesantren Daarut Tauhiids.

This article delves into the pivotal role of institutional management in facilitating changes crucial for the advancement of Islamic educational institutions amidst escalating global competition. The purpose of the study is to examine how Indonesian Islamic High School IIHS in Indonesia and Bamrung Muslimin High School (BMHS) in Thailand transformed into internationally renowned centers of excellence. Employing a multi-site qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, the study utilizes Miles, Huberman, and Saldana's interactive analytical method. The research underscores three pivotal stages of change management—selection, trajectory, and implementation—that significantly enhance the schools' competitiveness in terms of student performance, faculty, curriculum, and overall quality. The study highlights the imperative of adeptly managing change as a linchpin for these institutions' innovative adaptation, thereby bolstering their capacity to navigate the evolving landscape of national and global educational competition. Ultimately, this study underscores the critical importance of strategic change management in fostering innovation and competitiveness within Islamic education, offering insights into navigating contemporary challenges.

This research aims to analyze organizational psychology's role in managing Islamic boarding schools. This qualitative research identifies organizational psychology's role in Islamic boarding school management by exploring several critical psychological aspects. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques are through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was done through data reduction, display, and conclusion. The results of the research are that the role of organizational psychology in the management of the Pesantren Al-Iman Muntilan, namely increasing student motivation and teacher performance, assisting in effective classroom management, increasing student involvement and participation, improving student and teacher welfare, helping leadership effectiveness, conflict management, and effective communication. By applying organizational psychology principles, Islamic boarding schools can improve the quality of the education they offer. This will positively impact students' achievements and the reputation of Islamic boarding schools as superior educational institutions.

Education is one of the most important aspects of human life. Education requires good management, because in it there are other individuals with different types of traits, characters and thoughts, who are both in the process of achieving the same ultimate goal, namely organizational goals. In fact, the goals of educational institution organizations are competing to become superior educational institutions. To achieve this goal, an initial strategy is needed in promoting the institution which is called marketing of educational services. Educational institutions compete in designing excellent programs that are very diverse in order to attract customers to send their children to these institutions. This study intends to reveal the strategy used by Raudhatul Athfal Cimaung in marketing educational services using descriptive qualitative research methods through the stages of data collection by observing, interviewing interested parties and analyzing institutional documents. The results of the study show that Raudhatul Athfal Al-Muqoddasah Cimaung has a superior program that instills good morals in early childhood. Where this age is the golden age of children where brain and physical growth and development grow and develop optimally. Furthermore, this study presents strategic management in the marketing of educational services according to the concept of the marketing mix, abbreviated as 7P, which includes Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, and Process.

This research focuses on marketing management by Islamic boarding schools to improve their image. This study used a qualitative approach with six respondents who were then analyzed and assessed for the validity of the data using triangulation techniques at Islamic boarding schools in Bantul Regency. The results of the study show that: 1) the management of education service delivery at Islamic boarding schools has been running effectively, as evidenced by the increase in students every year; 2) factors that enhance the image of Islamic boarding schools include community support, the role of large foundations, and the commitment of Islamic boarding schools; 3) these factors are strengthened by the 4P concept of marketing mix strategy: product, promotion, process, and people; 4) media activities have an essential role during the marketing process; 5) special programs in Islamic boarding schools can also increase public interest; 6) the characteristics of each pesantren are the main attraction for the community's interest in pesantren. Furthermore, the image of the Islamic boarding school can be formed by implementing a marketing strategy by utilizing the marketing mix concept and can be built through good communication in every coordination.

The purpose of this study was to reveal the management of the UPI SD Lab BK. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is a case study. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews and document studies. The research instrument is a group instrument. The analysis used in this study is an interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of UPI's BK SD Lab management research consisted of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. Where the planning of the UPI SD Lab BK is flexible, factual and contextual because in preparing the program it never departs from the vision, mission, guidance and goals of the school. The organization involved the principal, wk. Student affairs, subject teachers and homeroom teachers. As for the assignment of guidance, the BK choir divided 5 BK teacher personnel for six generations by combining class 1 coaches with class 4 coaches to be responsible for class 4. The implementation of the BK program itself has been running from daily to annual counseling. And finally, there is an evaluation where the evaluation of SD Upi's guidance is carried out every month and every year, to see the development of students and the development of the guidance counselor himself.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online learning management and teacher personality competence on strengthening students' character education. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach in education management with a descriptive-correlative quantitative method with data collection in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Subjects and research locations are teachers and students at MAN Cimahi City. The results of this study. This study uses the Simultaneous F-Test, which means testing the effect of the X variable together on the Y variable. The basis for decision making, if the value of Sig> 0.05, then Ho is accepted. However, if the value of Sig < 0.05, then Ho is rejected. The Sig value for Regression is 0.042 b. This value is smaller than 0.05; then Ho is rejected. The R Square value of this study was 0.105 or 10.5%. So it can be said that Online Learning Management and Teacher Personality Competence together give an effect of 10.5% the rest (100% - 10.5% = 89.5%) is influenced by other factors.

Pesantren is an original Indonesian education based on Islamic values and a moral fortress. Pesantren is a base to protect people from various kinds of moral damage that impact the quality of the nation's future. This study aims to describe the role and responsibility of Pesantren in facing moral degradation in Pesantren Al-Hadi Ciruas Serang Banten. This qualitative case study research was conducted over two months using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation techniques. Data analysis collects, reduces, presents, and verifies data. This study found that the Al-Hadi Islamic Boarding School implements character education by practicing the values that form the character of a modern Islamic boarding school and then implementing it in the learning process, forming Islamic boarding school culture, co-curricular activities, and extracurricular activities. Integrally the whole process of education and learning in Islamic boarding schools forms a distinctive culture of Islamic boarding schools that distinguishes it from the education system outside Islamic boarding schools. The values developed are (1) sincerity; (2) simplicity; (3) independence; (4) brotherhood based on religious spirit and care for the environment. The values that shape the character of modern Islamic boarding schools are then implemented in the learning process, the formation of Islamic boarding schools culture, and co-curricular and extracurricular activities. This study aims to determine and describe the relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in the Bandung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation with a sample of 37 people. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument trials, partial analysis, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination (contribution) analysis. The results showed that the achievement of financing management and the quality of diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah education in Bandung Regency showed a significant relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education. The linearity test of financing management (X) and the quality of diniyah education (Y) obtained a value of F = 1.611 with a significance level of 0.218, so it can be interpreted that it has a positive and significant linear relationship. This study has implications for the importance of effective financing management in improving the quality of madrasah.

The main problem of this study is the unoptimal infrastructure management and lecturers' competence that impact on the low quality of Ma'had Aly Miftahul Huda Tasikmalaya graduates. This study is aimed to explain the quality strengthening of Ma'had Aly graduates through the optimization of infrastructure management and lecturer competence. Research on the quality of Ma'had Aly graduates has been carried out by other researchers as seen from the influence of lecturers' educational qualifications. This research is focused on investigating the influence of infrastructure management and lecturer competence in improving the quality of Ma'had Aly graduates. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method. The data analysis using product moment correlation analysis. The sample of this study was 50 students who graduated from 2019-2020 that were selected using proportional stratified random sampling. The results of the study concluded that strengthening the quality of Ma'had Aly's education graduates could be done through optimization of infrastructure management and lecturer competence. Infrastructure management has a significant effect on the quality of graduates by 23.4%; Lecturer competence has a significant influence on the quality of graduates by 7.96%; and Infrastructure management and lecturer competence simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of Ma'had Aly's graduates by 45.7%.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision of Islamic Religious Education supervisors during the covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School. The approach used is descriptive qualitative—data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, starting from data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing is a data analysis technique carried out. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision of the Islamic Religious Education supervisor during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School was carried out online and offline with individual and group techniques. The implementation of academic supervision carried out are activities for fostering Islamic Religious Education (GPAI) teachers, monitoring National Education Standards (SNP), evaluating PAI teacher performance, and carrying out professional guidance and training for PAI teachers. It's just that these activities have not run optimally.

This study was conducted to reveal the principal's transformational leadership and organizational communication its effect on teacher organizational commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with a total sample of 28 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple correlation and regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that the principal's transformational leadership and organizational communication have a joint effect on the variable of teacher organizational commitment by 92.2% which means very strong. So it can be concluded that the better the principal's transformational leadership and organizational communication, the better the teacher's organizational commitment.

This study aims to explore the management of strengthening the religious character education of mosque-based students in madrasas. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and study documentation. Data analysis used qualitative analysis at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. The results showed that the management of mosque-based character strengthening students had fulfilled management principles and was able to instill student character through worship activities. The design of activities to strengthen mosque-based character education that has been carried out includes thaharah, Duha praying, adhan, iqamah, recitation of asma alhusna, tadarus al-Quran, lectures, midday prayers, remembrance, and prayers. This activity is effectively able to develop the character of obedience, responsibility, discipline, cleanliness, neatness, trustworthy, confident, caring, brave and polite. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter religius peserta didik berbasis Mesjid di madrasah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik berbasis masjid telah memenuhi prinsip manajemen dan mampu menanamkan karakter siswa melalui aktifitas ibadah. Desain aktivitas penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis mesjid yang telah dilakukan meliputi thaharah, sholat Duha, adzan, iqamah, pembacaan asma alhusna, tadarus al-Quran, kuliah, sholat dzuhur , zikir, dan sholat. According to the Islamic thoughts, conditions for spirituality have been proposed to be theism, prophecy, resurrection, piety, knowledge and so forth. However, non-religious spiritual schools have various shortcomings, the most important of which are temporary, devoid of truth, contradictions and one-dimensionality. Hence, the present study investigated the relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual health of Muslim medical students of Penang, Kuala Lumpur and in Malaysia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, 1000 medical students were selected as the statistical population by simple sampling method and standard questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis confirmed a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual health amongst medical students (r = 0.78, p = 0.00) by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Moreover, results indicated the benefit of Islamic teachings with the spirituality required by human beings. Modern human life, with its significant advances in the material areas, has not been successful in paying attention to spirituality and thus neglected it. Therefore, various mental diseases are caused by material domination in the lives of today’s people that are devoid of spirituality. Furthermore, the emergence of various secular spiritual schools verifies that Western societies, in particular, after the failure of the church, are one of the reasons for the emergence of such false spiritualties. With regard to the unity of spirituality and religion, therefore, spirituality cannot be separated from religion in different ways. Contribution: This article contributes to the relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual health of Muslim medical students.

This research aims to know and analyze the implementation of the internship/PLP program of Islamic Education Management (MPI) students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. PLP/Internship is expected to improve the competence of MPI graduate students as candidates for prospective educators or educational professionals. Therefore, students, as one component in the development of educational institutions, need to understand and comprehend the context of empowerment and management of madrasas thoroughly. This research uses a qualitative case study method with natural paradigm. Data collection techniques are conducted by interview, observation, and document studies. The results of the research indicated that the internship / PLP program can improve the student capacity which includes improving personality, social, technique and managerial competencies. Students are able to manage and explore themselves in implementing various programs to advance Islamic Educational institutions (madrasas). On the other hand, students also need reinforcement and motivation to implement the internship program as a whole and efficiently.

This study aims to examine Islamic Religious Colleges curriculum information systems based on wordpress CMS. Specifically, this study purposes to explore: 1) the planning of the use of curriculum MIS based on CMS WordPress. 2) the implementation of curriculum MIS which is based on Wordpress CMS, 3) Evaluation of the use of Wordpress CMS-based curriculum MIS. 4) The design concept of the curriculum MIS model based on WordPress CMS. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study of the curriculum Management Information System at the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Islamic University Sunan Gunung Djati (FTIK UIN SGD) Bandung. The subjects of this study were the Chair of the MPI Study Program UIN SGD Bandung, MPI Study Program Information System Operator and the Word CMS application used by the institution. The results of the study show that the MPI Study Program FTIK UIN SGD Bandung used a Curriculum MIS based on Wordpress CMS, and it has succesfully facilitated the students, lecturers, and stakeholders to access the curriculum of study programs easier.

Saline land is an area zone that is widely developed for agribusiness activities with high economic value. The purpose of this study is to determine the parameters that affect the level of productivity of saline land in coastal areas for agricultural agribusiness activities. The research methods used were descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative methods. The indicators observed were soil and water parameters on saline land. The results showed that soil parameters that are not following the quality standards of agricultural cultivation are N 0.12-0.14%, P2O5 14-57 mg/L, K2O 473-506 mg/L, Ca 0.47-1.27%, Mg 0.51-5.14%, Al 8.51-243%, and Na 0-0.37%. Water parameters that do not comply with agricultural cultivation quality standards are Ca 54.02-320.60 mg/L, Mg 78.22-424.94 mg/L, Na 582.31-3208.68 mg/L, PO4 0.11-0.72 mg/L. Y= 18.021+0.80X1+0.262X2+0.332X3+0.081X4+0.105X5+0.177X6+0.794X7 Is formula of soil regression test resulted. Meaning that parameters that do not meet soil quality standards will simultaneously affect the land productivity. The water regression model formula by Y= 7890+0.001X1+0.002X2+0.003X3+0.004X4, means that water quality parameters that do not comply with quality standards do not affect the level of land productivity. The results of the dynamic analysis estimate that the level of productivity and carrying capacity of land in saline coastal areas will decrease along with the increase in crop yields. Based on the study of modelling analysis, it can be concluded that there are several soil parameters such as N, P2O5, K2O, Ca, Mg, Al, and Na that affect the productivity level of saline land in coastal areas.

This study is set forth from the existence of pesantren as the oldest educational institution in Indonesia which plays a central role within the socio-cultural environment construction of Indonesian society. In order to exist, today, the pesantren should be able to develop its intitution yet still maintaining its originality as the characteritics of the pesantren itself. The development strategy could be initiated through self-sustaining efforts which in fact bring a positive impact for pesantren. On the other hand, financial problems often threatens the existence of pesantren. The purpose of this research is to investigate the condition of boarding school Ar-Risalah Cijantung IV and economic initiatives developed by the boarding school. This research is a case study by employing qualitative approach. Data collecting techiques are done by interviews, observation and document study. The study found that economic initiatives that is conducted by the pesantren are livestock breeding, fishery, mining, agriculture and waste processing. Those initiatives have a positive impact on pesantren because they serve as other funding sources to support pesantren development without fully depend on government support. Those businesses also brought a positive impact for the community in the surrounding pesantren. Keywords: Independence, Pesantren

Since the government has more powers and authorities and bigger sources in enforcing its powers, it seems dominant in producing policies on MD that favor its political interest. This study was aimed at investigating the educational policies on MD before and after the Law No. 4 of 1950 Jo No. 12 of 1954, the educational policies of the MD Act No. 2 Year 1989, and the educational policies of the MD under law No. 20 Year 2003. In addition, it also examined the government's policies on MD in Indonesia from the beginning of independence day (1945) to (2017). The method used was descriptive qualitative including steps of collecting data, classifying the data, interpreting and presenting the data. This study found that the educational policies on MD were not made by the government to prioritize MD in national education system. The policies on MD education covering before and after the Law of education and teaching No. 4 1950 Jo No. 12 Year 1954, UUSPN No. 2 Year 1989, and UUSPN No. 20 Year 2003, has not supported MD as an integral part in the provision of national education system in Indonesia. They have favored the interests of central government so that they have caused the difficulties in its implementation by the public at the local level.

The visionary principal takes part in determining the quality of educational institution. The problem is that not all principals are able to apply the optimal visionary leadership. This study examines the strategy and characteristics of the visionary principal of SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati. This is a qualitative study with the method of collecting the data is through observation, interview, and documentation study. The results of the study conclude that (1) the visionary strategy of the principal of SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati is by formulating, transforming, and implementing the vision and missions so that they become a commitment of all stakeholders and emerging the sense of belonging and sense of ownership attitudes. (2) The characteristics of visionary leadership of the principal of SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati can be seen in their foresights, their ability to transform the vision into action, encourage their subordinates to work hard, motivate, and build a good relationship with the employees so that the concept of the vision is clearly accepted by the subordinate. The principal of SMAN 1 Pabuaran has a strong vision which affects the commitment of the subordinates to implement the vision, while the principal of SMAN 1 Kalijati could stimulate self leadership of the teachers so they are able to design work performance by using their own authority in making decisions.

This study aimed to analyse the management of ICT-based Arabic learning. This study was designed to find the management of ICT-based Arabic learning in MA Daarul Uluum Majalengka. This study proposed that the integration between various fields of studies and ICT, including Arabic language learning, is urgently needed in this digital era. However, there are a number of problems experienced by some institutions, such as the absence of clear format on the use of ICT in the effort of integrating both disciplines. This study applied a qualitative research approach with descriptive research method. The data were collected by conducting observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analysed using the qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the design of ICT-based Arabic learning model which can be developed at MA Daarul Uluum Majalengka is a communicative computer-based Arabic learning model. This model is implemented through setting the objectives, selecting the materials and the media, and developing evaluation procedures. The materials and other learning tools are designed using computer programs. Through this learning model, teachers served as learning motivator and facilitator elaborating the materials that need further clarification

This research aims to analyze the information system of learning management and the overall quality of service to the customer's satisfaction application of Ruangguru. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling based on Slovin equations. Data were collected using a synchronous survey instrument with a Likert scale program. The result is that the learning management information system significantly influenced the customer satisfaction of the Ruangguru application. The result is as follows: learning management information system (X1) influences the customer satisfaction of variables (Y1). Then, the quality of service significantly affects customer satisfaction quality of service (X2) affects the variable customer satisfaction (Y1). Last, the information system of learning management and the overall quality of service affect customer satisfaction simultaneously; variables X1 and X2 have a significant influence on the variable Y1.

Kidney transplantation is currently considered to be the most effective treatment for end-stage renal disease. (1) The organ donation procedure has become longer and more complicated, as multiple teams must [...], Background: During kidney procurement, after ice removal, kidneys located in the retroperitoneum are at risk for rewarming owing to the time taken to retrieve other abdominal and thoracic organs, which may lead to poorer outcomes. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of prolonged kidney procurement time (PKP) on outcomes of kidney transplantation performed at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the cases of all adult (age [greater than or equal to] 18 yr) patients who underwent kidney transplantation at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre between Jan. 1, 2010, and Dec. 31, 2015. We included all patients who received kidney transplants from deceased donors with a minimum follow-up period of 3 years. We defined PKP as more than 65 minutes from aortic cross-clamp to final organ extraction, and standard procurement time (SP) as 65 minutes or less. Results: Among the 455 transplantation procedures performed during the study period, we reviewed the cases of 145 patients who received kidneys from Nova Scotian donors and were followed in Nova Scotia. No statistically significant differences were seen in outcomes between kidney-only (n = 46) and multiorgan (n = 99) procurement, although more organs from kidney-only donors than multiorgan donors had a Kidney Donor Profile Index score greater than 50% (32 [69.6%] v. 48 [48.5%], p < 0.01). Compared to the SP group (n = 115), the PKP group (n = 30) had a higher rate of 30-day graft loss (6.7% v. 0.0%, p < 0.01), a higher incidence of de novo formation of donor-specific antibodies (3 [10.0%] v. 1 [0.9%], p < 0.01) and a lower 5-year graft survival rate (90.0% v. 97.4%, p = 0.03). Left kidneys remained 11 minutes longer on the donor than right kidneys when multiorgan procurement was performed (p < 0.01), and their 5-year survival rate was significantly lower than that of right kidneys (p = 0.03). Conclusion: Procurement times longer than 65 minutes may be associated with poorer outcomes after kidney transplantation. Measures to reduce kidney exposure to rewarming during procurement may improve long-term outcomes. Methodes : Nous avons procede a une analyse retrospective des dossiers de tous les patients adultes (age [greater than or equal to] 18 ans) qui ont subi une transplantation renale au Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre, entre le 1 (er) janvier 2010 et le 31 decembre 2015. Nous avons inclus tous les patients qui ont recu des reins provenant de donneurs decedes dont le suivi se deroulait depuis au moins 3 ans. Nous avons defini le temps de PRP a plus de 65 minutes, du clampage de l&apos;aorte a l&apos;extraction du dernier organe, et le temps de prelevement standard (PS) a 65 minutes ou moins. Resultats : Parmi les 455 interventions realisees pendant la periode de l&apos;etude, nous avons examine les dossiers medicaux de 145 patients qui ont recu des reins de donneurs provenant de la Nouvelle-Ecosse et qui etaient suivis en Nouvelle-Ecosse. Il n&apos;y avait aucune difference statistiquement significative entre les prelevements renaux uniques (n = 46) et les prelevements d&apos;organes multiples (n = 99), bien qu&apos;un nombre plus eleve de donneurs de reins uniques que de donneurs d&apos;organes multiples presentaient un score au Kidney Donor Profile Index superieur a 50 % (32 [69,6 %] contre 48 [48,5 %], p < 0,01). Comparativement au groupe de PS (n = 115), le groupe de PRP (n = 30) presentait un taux superieur de perte du greffon a 30 jours (6,7 % contre 0,0 %, p < 0,01), une incidence accrue de formation recurrente d&apos;anticorps specifques au donneur (3 [10,0 %] contre 1 [0,9 %], p < 0,01) et un plus faible taux de survie du greffon a 5 ans (90,0 % contre 97,4 %, p = 0,03). Lors des prelevements d&apos;organes multiples, les reins gauches sont demeures 11 minutes de plus dans le donneur que les reins droits (p < 0,01) et leur survie a 5 ans etait significativement inferieure a celle des reins droits (p = 0,03). Conclusion : Les temps de prelevement superieurs a 65 minutes peuvent etre associes a des resultats moins favorables apres la transplantation renale. La prise de mesures pour diminuer l&apos;exposition des reins au rechauffement pendant le prelevement pourrait ameliorer les resultats a long terme.
