Con el avance de la tecnología muchas instituciones de salud están actualizando su infraestructura de información para lo cual están adoptando tecnologías para la gestión de datos clínicos, estas tecnologías están basadas en estándares proporcionados por Health Level Seven (HL7) u OpenEHR, las cuales son dos organizaciones que proveen de los estándares más actualizados que se están utilizando hoy en día; pero poco es lo que estas tecnologías tienen implementado en términos de seguridad y privacidad de la información dado que los estándares proporcionados están enfocados en la gestión de los datos y en interoperabilidad entre los sistemas. De la necesidad de seguridad y privacidad de los datos clínicos de los pacientes nace la idea de este proyecto, en el cual se analizará el estándar Fast Interoperability Healthcare Resources (FHIR) de HL7 con la finalidad de extraer los métodos y características de privacidad, seguridad y control de acceso que protegen la información de los usuarios, y su aplicación en los sistemas de gestión de la información que usan las instituciones de la salud, lo que permitirá garantizar el resguardo de la información de los pacientes. Para la validación del funcionamiento de las características de seguridad embebida en el estándar FHIR se utilizará el aplicativo HAPI FHIR de Smile CDR. Este aplicativo es un software de código abierto el cual tiene como característica principal que es el más utilizado a nivel mundial, además de que es el software más completo que se ejecuta bajo FHIR hoy en día. En términos de seguridad HAPI FHIR presenta métodos y procedimientos que nos permitirán reproducir las características de seguridad descritas en el estándar. En resumen, en este proyecto se implementará reglas de seguridad genéricas en el aplicativo HAPI FHIR que permitirán restringir el acceso a la información de los pacientes; adicionalmente se diseñará y desarrollará un aplicativo demostrador que permitirá realizar la búsqueda de información de cada paciente a través de una interfaz de usuario, así como la de extraer cantidad de pacientes de HAPI tomando en cuenta el rol y parámetros de búsqueda que definiremos más adelante en el documento; este aplicativo también sirve como demostrador el cual nos permite validar la ejecución de los casos de uso que se diseñaron para garantizar los objetivos definidos de este trabajo.

Aquest treball consisteix en el desenvolupament i posada en marxa d'una aplicació mòbil que ajuda a l'equip de Teràpia Ocupacional de l'Hospital de Sant Pau, en la planificació, control i seguiment de les activitats de rehabilitació de pacients amb malalties neuromusculars degeneratives. D'una banda, el sistema creat té un espai exclusivament pels terapeutes perquè aquests puguin assignar activitats (vídeos) als seus pacients, veure les activitats que han realitzat i comunicar-se amb ells via xat (per un control més personalitzat del procés de rehabilitació). De l'altra, l'aplicació ofereix un entorn diferent pels pacients, on aquests poden veure les categories d'activitats disponibles i els vídeos que tenen assignats en cadascuna. Aleshores, poden visualitzar les activitats amb el reproductor de vídeo que s'ha implementat. A més, poden rebre retroalimentació per mitjà de la funcionalitat de xat i veure la informació de contacte en l'apartat de perfil. L'aplicació que s'ha creat seguint la metodologia de desenvolupament àgil Kanban, que permet dividir el treball en tasques, proporciona una millor versatilitat i dona més transparència del que s'està fent. A més, s'ha implementat mitjançant l'arquitectura MVC (Model Vista Controlador), amb la qual cosa es pot reaprofitar el codi i permet una gran escalabilitat, per si en un futur es volen afegir noves funcionalitats. This work consists of developing and implementing a mobile application that assists the Occupational Therapy Team of the Hospital of Saint Paul, in the planning, control and monitoring of rehabilitation activities for patients with degenerative neuromuscular diseases. On the one hand, the created system has space exclusively for therapists so that they can assign activities (vicdeos) to their patients, see the activities they have performed and communicate with them via chat (for more personal control of the rehabilitation process). On the other hand, the application offers a different environment for patients, where patients can see the categories of activities available and the videos assigned to them. They can then view the activities with the video player that has been implemented. In addition, they can receive feedback via chat functionality and view contact information in the profile paragraph. The application that has been created by following the agile Kanban development methodology, which allows for the division of work into tasks, provides better versatility and gives more transparency than is being done. In addition, it has been implemented using the MVC (Model Vista Controller) architecture, allowing for large scalability, in case new features are added in the future. Este trabajo consiste en el desarrollo y puesta en marcha de una aplicación móvil que ayuda al equipo de Terapia Ocupacional del Hospital de Santo Pablo, en la planificación, control y seguimiento de las actividades de rehabilitación de pacientes con enfermedades neuromusculares degenerativas. Por un lado, el sistema creado tiene un espacio exclusivamente por los terapeutas porque estos puedan asignar actividades (videos) a sus pacientes, ver las actividades que han realizado y comunicarse con ellos vía chat (por un control más personalizado del proceso de rehabilitación). De la otra, la aplicación ofrece un entorno diferente por los pacientes, donde estos pueden ver las categorías de actividades disponibles y los videos que tienen asignados en cada una. Entonces, pueden visualizar las actividades con el reproductor de video que se ha implementado. Además, pueden recibir retroalimentación por medio de la funcionalidad de chat y ver la información de contacto en el apartado de perfil. La aplicación que se ha creado siguiendo la metodología de desarrollo ágil Kanban, que permite dividir el trabajo en tareas, proporciona una mejor versatilidad y mujer más transparencia del que se está haciendo. Además, se ha implementado mediante la arquitectura MVC (Modelo Vista Controlador), con lo cual se puede reaprovechar el código y permite una gran escalabilidad, por sí en un futuro se quieren añadir nuevas funcionalidades.

В даному бакалаврському дипломному проєкті розроблена система інтерактивних елементів Front end – backend взаємодії у web застосунках на прикладі веб додатку для вивчення програмування. Веб додаток дозволяє студентам здавати лабораторні роботи, вивчати матеріал з додаткових джерел розміщених в цьому веб додатку, ознайомитися з власною успішністю. Для студентів старших курсів додаток допоможе попрактикуватися в навичках читання та перевірки програмного коду Для викладача додаток дозволить спростити сприйняття викладеної інформації, та систематизувати матеріал, що дозволить студентам легше його сприймати. Веб додаток розроблений з використанням таким мов як JavaScript для Front-end частини та Java для Back-end. This bachelor's thesis project developed a system of interactive elements of Front end - backend interaction in web applications on the example of a web application for learning programming. The web application allows students to take laboratory work, study material from additional sources posted in this web application, to see their own success. For senior students, the application will help to practice reading and checking code For the teacher, the application will simplify the perception of the information presented, and systematize the material, which will make it easier for students to perceive it. The web application is designed using languages such as JavaScript for the Front-end and Java for the Back-end.

El Ministerio de Salud Pública del Ecuador es un ente del estado que se encarga de la planificación, gestión, coordinación y control de salud pública para cubrir todas las zonas del Ecuador. Consta de 9 coordinaciones, cada una cuenta con hospitales generales y básicos, distritos y unidades operativas para cubrir todo el territorio ecuatoriano. La Coordinación Zonal de Salud – Zona 7, está formada por 3 provincias: Loja, El Oro y Zamora Chinchipe, tiene 271 Unidades Operativas, 16 Unidades Anidadas, 19 Sedes Distritales, 16 Hospitales Básicos, 3 Hospitales Generales y un Hospital de Especialidad, el talento humano que labora es aproximadamente de 7.475 empleados. Diariamente se requieren de 80 personas para el soporte técnico del departamento de TICs; pero el tiempo no abastece para actividades planificadas durante el mes. La creación de un prototipo de chatbot tiene como fin definir si es viable la solución de incidencias de ofimática por este medio y automatizar este tipo de sucesos para disminuir la carga laboral de los miembros del departamento de TICs y hacer que los usuarios sean más productivos con un autoaprendizaje en tiempo real. El presente artículo describe el diseño del chatbot, aquí, se aprecia la integración del back-end (identificación de las intenciones del usuario, entidades, generación de diálogos, etc.), y la conexión mediante Node-RED, y front-end (uso de herramienta de chat), que, en conjunto, forman el chatbot con las capas de: administración, conexión y usuario. El prototipo del chatbot es el resultado funcional de este, con algunas soluciones ofimáticas para iniciar.

[ES] El Deep Learning está mostrando un gran potencial en infinidad de aplicaciones revolucionando múltiples campos. Sin embargo, a pesar de su potencial, es de difícil manejo debido a que requiere de conocimientos técnicos para su uso. Por ello, resulta interesante su despliegue en servidores web. En este trabajo se pretende desarrollar un servidor web mediante el entorno multiplataforma Node.js, que implemente una red neuronal ya existente. El servidor desarrollado permitirá al cliente utilizar la red para separar las pistas de audio de manera configurable y sencilla. Se evaluarán los resultados en base a la eficiencia y limitaciones del entorno viendo que ventajas e inconvenientes ofrece y cómo ha resultado su despliegue. However, in spite of its potential, it is hard handling it due to the technical knowledge it requires to be used. Thus, its deployment in a web server results interesting. This assignment is pretended to develop a web server using the multiplatform environment Node.js to implement an already existing neural network. The developed server will allow the clients to use the neural network in order to separate the audio tracks in an easy and configurable way. The results will be evaluated according to the efficiency and limitations of the environment, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages it offers and how the deployment has been achieved. A causa de la pandèmia s'han fet encara més evidents els beneficis que pot tenir el treball remot. Aquest projecte consistirà en el desenvolupament del back end d'una plataforma que pretén proporcionar una manera còmoda de treballar remotament per a les persones que no disposin de l'entorn necessari per a fer-ho des de casa seva. La manera de fer-ho serà a través d'una aplicació que permeti connectar les dues parts interesades: els establiments que busquen oferir els seus espais de treball i les empreses que busquen poder proporcionar als seus treballadors espais apropiats per treballar remotament. Due to the pandemic the benefits of working from home have become more evident. This project will consist of the development of the back end of a platform that intends to provide an easy and comfortable way of working from home for people who do not have the appropiate environment to do so from their homes. The way to achieve this will be through an application that will connect the two concerned parties: the establishments that want to offer their work spaces and the companies that look to provide their employees with appropiate spaces to work from home.

Cilj ovog rada je bilo izradit web aplikaciju za upravljanje portferlja kriptovaluta pomoću MERN tehnologija. Kroz dijagram obrasca uporabe i dijagram slijeda obrasca uporabe vizualno su prikazane razrade funkcionalnosti aplikacije. Također opisan je prototip sučelja za sve osnovne stranice aplikacije. Objašnjena je implemetnacija, korištene tehnologije, struktura i pojedine komponente aplikacije. Struktura aplikacije podjeljena je na dva osnovna dijela a to su „front end“ koji sadrži sve komponente za prikaz sučelja i „back end“ koji sadrži vezu za server, bazu i rute za komuniciranje sa bazom aplikacije. Dokumentacija sadrži korisničke upute koja korisniku detaljno opisuje mogućnosti aplikacije. Aplikacija je objavljena na www.altposit.com domeni. The purpose of this work was to create a web portfolio web application for managing cryptocurrencies using MERN technologies. Through the Use case diagram and the Use case sequance diagram, the functionalities of the application are visually displayed. An interface prototype for all the basic pages of the appliocation is also described. The implementation, the technologies used, the structure and the individual components of the application are also explained. The structure of the application is divided into two basic parts, namely the front end containing all components for displaying the interface and the back end containing the connection to the server, database and routes for communication with the application database. The documentation contains user instructions that detail the capabilities of the application to the user. The application is published on the www.altposit.com domain.

En aquest document es presenta el desenvolupament d'un quadre de comandament per la gestió de serveis geogràfics web. Aquest projecte pretén ajudar als tècnics a l'hora de controlar i mantenir els serveis geogràfics web de l'AMB. El quadre de comandament recollirà les dades d'interès de tots els serveis geogràfics web de l'AMB, els mostrarà de forma dinàmica i permetrà fer modificacions d'aquests. Aquest projecte és complementat amb l'habilitació de mecanismes de balanceig de càrrega entre els diferents servidors. This document presents the development of a dashboard for the management of geographic web services. This project has the task of helping the technicians when it comes to controlling and maintaining the geographic web services of the AMB. The dashboard will collect the data of interest of all the geographic web services of AMB, display it dynamically and will enable its modifications. This project it's complements by habilitation of mechanisms that enable a load balancing among the different servers. En este documento se presenta el desarrollo de un cuadro de mando para la gestión de servicios geográficos web. Este proyecto prende ayudar a los técnicos a la hora de controlar y mantener los servicios geográficos web de AMB. El cuadro de mando recogerá los datos de interés de todos los servicios geográficos web de AMB, los mostrará de forma dinámica y permitirà hacer modificaciones de estos. Este proyecto se complementa con mecanismos de balanceo de carga entre los diferentes servidores.

Проведено аналіз подібних систем, виконаних з використанням подібних технологій та архітектури. Описана причина вибору використаних технологій та їх переваги. The purpose of the diploma project is to develop methods to facilitate the interaction of teachers and students during the educational process. The diploma project has developed a telegram bot control system. It is intended for communication of teachers and students, improving the learning process and the prevalence of teaching materials. An analysis of similar systems performed using similar technologies and architecture has been carried out. The reason for choosing the technologies used and their benefits is described. Considerable attention is paid to using the Telegram Bot API, describes the methods, their parameters and how to use them. В дипломном проекте разработана система управления Телеграмм-ботом. Он предназначен для общения преподавателей и студентов, улучшение процесса обучения и распространенности учебных материалов. Проведен анализ подобных систем, выполненных с использованием подобных технологий и архитектуры. Описанная причина выбора использованных технологий и их преимущества.

This thesis follows the design process of a back end. The purpose of this back end is to interface a radar front end, developed by Acreo Swedish ICT, and stream it’s digitalized output to a PC using Universal Serial Bus (USB) 3.0. The front end, which acts as a basis for this project, is a Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar which is connected to the back end by a header. The header connects the digitalized radar signals, together with two SPI-buses and a few GPIO pins. Thus, enabling configuration and set up of the front end board via a PC. The result of the thesis is a data acquisition board that can be used to interface with the front end. The implemented back end features an FPGA to handle the ADC data from the front end, so the board has DSP capabilities, but can also stream the raw radar data. The FPGA is connected to a USB 3.0 controller through a 32-bit parallel interface. The configuration of the front end, via the produced board, is verified in it’s functionality and can be controlled by a PC using a simple GUI. Commands are sent through the USB 3.0 controller to a front end controller which handles the communication. Since getting the hardware functional has been the main objective of the thesis, the project has been deemed to be successful. The final result is a back end radar prototype, which has the requested core hardware functionalities. In addition to this, the prototype has the capacity to act as a platform for further expanding its functionality after a hand over of the project to Acreo Swedish ICT.

Suvremeno računarstvo pruža nam mnoštvo različitih algoritama sortiranja. Algoritmi se međusobno razlikuju po principu određivanja točnog rasporeda elemenata, a samim time i složenošću. Složenost je vrijeme potrebno da se algoritam izvrši u ovisnosti o broju ulaznih podataka i uglavnom se opisuje Veliko-O notacijom. Web aplikaciju gotovo je nemoguće napraviti bez korištenja mnoštva danas dostupnih tehnologija kao što su HTML, CSS, Javascript, neki od mnoštva radnih okvira i raznih knjižnica kôda. U radu je korišten Django, web radni okvir programskog jezika Python, koji je vođen MVC arhitekturom i svaka aplikacija rađena njime mora se držati MVC arhitekture. Kada web preglednik pošalje zahtjev za URL-om, na poslužitelju se pokrene upravljač koji potrebne podatke dohvati iz baze podataka, obradi ih i servira klijentskoj strani na prikazivanje korisniku. Modern computing provides us with many different sorting algorithms. The algorithms differ in the way how they determine the exact positioning of elements thus having different complexities. Algorithm complexity is defined as the time needed for the algorithm to execute in dependence on the ammount of input data and is generaly described using the Big-O notation. It is almost impossible to create a web application without the use of a multitude of currently available technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, different frameworks and libraries. The paper used Django, a Python web framework, which is led by the MVC architecture and any application created using Django must follow the MVC architecture rules. When a web browser requests a URL, server launches a controller fetching the required data from the database, preocessing and serving it to the client side to show to the user.

Američka vladina organizacija koja se bavi standardima i tehnologijom - NIST (eng. National Institute of Standards and Technology) bavi se i cloud computingom, točnije valjanim definiranjem cloud computinga i podjelom na karakteristične modele. Prema njihovoj definiciji, cloud model promovira dostupnost i sastoji se od pet ključnih karakteristika, tri modela pružanja usluga te četiri modela implementacije koje su opisane u ovom radu. Cilj ovog rada je bolje se upoznati s pojmom cloud computinga, načinom funkcioniranja te prikazati njegove karakteristike - izdvajajući prednosti i nedostatke.
