The necessity of socio-geographical concept elaboration and implementation for labor market monitoring and regional employment policy formation is grounded from the socio-geographical point of view. It has been established that: 1) the versatility and complex nature of the labor market development specificated by natural and socio-economic factors of important geographical content has determined its socio-geographical essence; 2) the development of the concept requires different approaches, principles and research methods, including socio-geographical, taking into account various labor market factors; 3)the concept should take into account the influence of the laws of the production and human settlement territorial organisation, as well as the level of development and structure of the region's economy; 4)the concept should take into account the peculiarities of the labor market formation and development in the economic system agricultural sector as well as the impact of current risks and challenges on the social and labor sphere of public life; 5) the implementation of such a concept has to provide the balancing of labor supply and demand within the country and its regions; 6)regional employment policy should be aimed at rational use of the territory labor potential.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the factors aimed at ensuring the sustainability of development, as well as certain markers of the presence of the stable development of the Russian Federation regions. As part of the work, it is planned to analyze the relationship of digital development in the country and its effective effects for the process of interregional differentiation in modern conditions of a prolonged economic crisis, aggravated by an unfavorable epidemiological situation. In this case, particular importance should be given to the analysis of the ecological component as a factor that predetermines the possibility of the development and implementation of certain technologies. Due to the dynamic assessment of the decoupling effect, the differentiation of regions is assumed, the analysis of the tendency towards a decrease in the inconsistency of the development models of territories. Herewith, special attention is focused on the factor of a potential further decrease in differentiation based on an increase in the sustainability of economic and environmental development processes.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of digital transformation processes on the socio-economic development of the country. To study the driving forces of development of the economy of the Russian Federation, a three-factor Cobb-Douglas function was constructed that was modified considering the factor of influence of digitalization on the GDP. Modern trends in the field of competition between cheap, but low-skilled labor, and expensive highly qualified labor, determine the need for analytical studies in the field of changing the existing factors of labor in the process of digital transformation. A special role in construction of a model that reflects the influence of various factors of changes within the framework of the sixth technology revolution is given to assessing the significance of the parameters under study in recent times. Wherein, special attention is focused on the need for further study of time lags reflecting the maximum return on use of labor, capital and digital resources.

Technology of 0.1 per cent gentamicin ointment production was developed. The ointment base consisted of vaseline and parafin (95:5). Pharmacokinetics and innocuousness of the gentamicin ointment were studied. It was shown that the ointment provided gentamicin diffusion through the skin utegument during a long period of time. Histological studies showed no local irritating effect of the ointment on the skin in its local use.

Dactinomycin was studied pharmacologically on experimental animals. When dactinomycin was administered to the test-animals in doses close to the therapeutic ones for humans, suppression of the bone marrow blood formation was registered in spite of some increase in the number of the reticulocytes and thrombocytes in the peripheral blood and acceleration of the process of blood coagulation. In addition, the urea nitrogen blood levels increased. When the drug was administered in higher doses, suppression of the bone marrow blood formation was pronounced and the number of the leucocytes, reticulocytes and thrombocytes in the peripheral blood decreased. The rate of the blood coagulation decreased, while the biochemical values of the blood were indicative of impairement of the liver and kidney functions.

Pharmacology of gentamicin sulfate prepared at the All-Union Research Institute of Antibiotics was studied. By the paramaters of acute toxicity the drug did not differ from a Bulgarian sample of gentamicin sulfate. Under the conditions of the acute experiment on animals it was found that only high doses of gentamicin significantly exceeding the therapeutic ones induced some decrease in the arterial pressure, respiration suppression, blocking of the neuromuscle transmission in the synapses of the skeletal muscles. The latter may be eliminated by the use of calcium chloride. Under conditions of the chronic experiment with intramuscular administration of gentamicin sulfate to the animals for 4 weeks in doses equivalent to the theraputic ones for humans, impairement of the vestibular function and albuminuria often accompanied by pronounced distrophic changes in the kidney canaliculi were observed in some animals. An increase in the drug dose resulted in more pronounced distrophic changes in the kidney tissue.

The data on pharmacological study of rifampicin prepared at the All-Union Research Institute of Antibiotics are presented. It was found that by its acute toxicity the drug conformed to rifampicin manufactured by "Lepetit (Italy). When it was administered for a prolonged period of time to rats in doses equivalent to the therapeutic ones for humans, the drug had no effect on the cardiovascular system, the function of the liver and kidneys, growth and debelopment of the rats, the pictures of the peripheral blood. When rifampicin was used in doses 4--8 times higher than the therapeutic ones, it sometimes induced a decrease in the erythrocyte count and hemoglobin level, changes in the liver function, a reliable arrest of the rat growth, some changes in the liver and gastric mucosa revealed on histological examination. No allergic properties of rifampicin were observed in guinea pigs of light colour. No differences in the effect of rifampicin of the Soviet, Italian and Polish production were found.
